"Come on pick up," Camila said while calling Lilith but to no avail as Gwwen told her that Lilith was busy for the past few days. Camila walked downstairs and was about to open the door when her sister Maria blocked her way. "Aguanta Hermana, mom says I have to be with you at all times." "What?" "Don't blame me."

Camila groaned and found herself in Maria's car. "Just let me walk." "No can do unless you tell me who your seeing." "I'm not seeing anyone, just Lilith."

Maria then stopped. "Camila are you, you know..." "QUE?!, no not like that!" "Hey, it's alright if you are."

"That's it." Camila then got out of the car and started walking. "HEY!, come back I didn't mean to." "Too late." Camila simply ignored Maria before walking a block to school which she entered and went to her locker as she placed her bag inside and shut the door before seeing Raine next to her. "What do you want?" "Oh nothing, can't I great my BFF?"

Camila then grabbed and pinned Raine to a wall. "What you did last light..." "And? Think about what we can do now we're unstoppable! Cam just think about it, I mean Lilith thinks about it too." Raine said as Camila was with rage. "What did you do?!" "Nothing harmful just gave a small performance to her, ain't that right Lulu?"

Raine said as Lilith walked near them her eyes dizzy like she hadn't slept for days. "Yes, I'm just fine," Lilith said with almost no emotion. "You..." "Now now don't get mad she'll be fine when her work is done, speaking of which."

Raine then looked at their watch. "It should be done very soon." "What will be done?" "That's for you to find out," Raine told Cam as they and Lilith walked away.

During the whole school day, Camila kept a close eye on Raine who sat with Lilith, and one of Eda's friends Bette Souci who was mostly suspended for her making small explosives in science class. "What are you up to?"

Soon Camila tried to stay after school but couldn't unless it was either detention of a program none of which she ever considered being a part of while Lilith, Raine, and Bette were all part of separate programs and was now in her mother's car. "So... about what happened this morning." "I don't want to talk about it."

"Cam for the past few days you've been ignoring your friend and keeping to yourself." "It's personal." "You had an argument?"

Camila simply lowered her head. "(Sighs) Can't you just apologize?" "It's complicated." "Well at least be there for Raine's concerto." "Wait what concert?!"

Her mother then explained. "Their parents said that Raine is doing a solo act in the school auditorium tonight so I want you to be on your very best behavior, Raine has been thought a lot, you should be there to support them, no excuses."

"Si mama," Camila said as the two then went home as Camila then waited till her mother was out of sight as she went for the door. "AHEM!" "Sis please it's a matter of life or death."

Maria then rolled her eyes. "It's true!" "What is it?" "Can you cheek on Lilith?"

"Sure anything for you but... you sure that..." "Just go please," Camila asked. "Alright calm down," Maria said before leaving as their mother walked in holding a rental bag. "No, I am not wearing..." "Purple or black?" "(Sighs) Purple..."

At the auditorium stage, Raine was dressed in full fashion as Bette walked to the stage room. "So I did what you asked, but uh... isn't this a bit extreme for a large prank?" "A little bit you put the charges on right?"

Bette nodded. "Yeah all set to go when you finish your final but... how did you convince Lilith to..." Raine then pulled out and played the flute putting Bette in a hypnotic state. "Now go lock yourself in the basement where the first of many accelerators are." "Of course," Raine smirked as everything was going to plan.

Maria then knocked on the door as Gwen answered. "Is Lilith here?" "Yes, she's been in the basement almost all day why?" "Need to talk with her."

Soon she found Lilith who was simply asleep before being woken up by cold water. "What?" "Wake up." Lilith then looked around and then at the table as she lifted a pair of blueprints for her accelerator which had been altered a bit. "No... no no no!" "Hey what's wrong?" "Where's Camila?"

"Heading to her friend's concert why?" Lilith then quickly grabbed a set of electronic earplugs before heading towards the school while Maria then looked at a copy of the particle accelerator and simply tapped her finger on it as it then turned on and glowed. "Oh shi..." Soon the basement was covered by the energy.

Camila struggled to walk in heels as most of her family then sat down as the doors were closed while everyone turned their phones off as Raine walked up on stage and started playing a melody when the doors were banged on as Lilith's muffled shouts came from outside. "Lily?" Camila then got up only to stay still as Raine continued the melody.

"CAM!" Lilith shouted as she struggled to open the door but to no avail as she then put the earplugs on before heading outside and using the emergency fire door to get to the stage where she then tackled Raine making them drop their instrument as the trance was broken.

"Lilith what are you doing!?" The principal asked as Raine then shoved Lilith. "Camila!" Camila slowly snapped out of Raine's trance as Lilith then tossed her the earplugs just as Raine grabbed the bow and violin and sent a soundwave knocking Lilith off the stage and knocking her out as Raine's veins and scars were bright red their eyes full of rage as a few people began to stand up.

"You're not going anywhere..." Raine said as they started playing slowly putting everyone in a trance. "Camila we need to... Cam? CAM!?" Her mother screamed before falling victim to Raine's spell. "Do I have your attention? Good, now if all of you can head to the gym there's a surprise waiting."

Camila burst down the door to her home as she quickly got out of her dress and into her outfit before dashing back to the school and into the gym where everyone was simply standing still. "Camila so glad you can make it!" Raine said now dressed in the tacky outfit from last night. "Raine please stop... Lily and I can..." "What? Help me? A little too late for that don't you think?!"

Raine said before pulling a tarp. "I'm sure you remember Lily's project right?" "Why do you... no..." "Oh yes, Lily was so happy to make about... five more of these babies with three triggers that'll set them off in a different part of this whole place, had a little help from my friends and family but they that's what they're for right?"

"But..." "Don't worry blast is minimal no will die... maybe but I'll give you a head start." Raine then simply turned the accelerator on as a timer went on as Camila quickly dashed for it only to be sent back by a soundwave. "Raine this is..." "It's REQUIEM!" Raine shouted before sending another wave pinning Camila to a wall before switching to a tuba and blowing it as Cam's ears slowly bleed.

"What's wrong? Can't beat the speed of sound!?" Raine said while laughing while Camila struggled slowly walking and pushing through as Raine continued blowing as their face slowly turned blue before stopping breathing heavily. "That's it..." Camila then dashed to the bleachers. "Well, I'm right here!" Raine then shot another soundwave with a flute as Camila ran to the other side.

"HOLD STIl!" Raine shouted before blowing as Camila quickly ran as the wave knocked over the bleachers as Raine was breathing harder and harder. "And now the final score." Camila then speed around Raine who kept sending wave after wave as Camila stood in front of the basketball hoop. "How are you not tired?" "Ate a pack of sour worms before coming here."

Camila joked as Raine was full of rage their face both blue and red as they grabbed the violin and started playing faster and faster before sending another wave as Camila then leaped over and tumbled to the ground. "Now you are finished for..." Raine then stopped as the sound of creaking metal came from behind as they turned around and saw the basketball hoop falling towards them. "Oh..." BOOM! Soon Raine had been pinned down by the hoop as the violin was just a few inches away as they struggled to reach it as Camila simply picked it up.

"I'm sorry," Camila said before snapping it in half as Raine screamed, tears running down their face while Camila then grabbed the accelerator and ran before tossing it into the river. "It's over, Raine." "No... I said there were three triggers, my music, a one-hour timer, and... this..." Raine then simply pulled out a remote detonator from their pocket and quickly slammed their hand on it.

"One minute now..." Raine said before passing out as Lilith walked in dazed. "Cam did you.." "No time, just help me!" Lilith then tried to remember as her eyes widened. "Iron heights prison, City Hall, Downtown, and... can't remember the last one... just tear the wires and it should turn off"

"Thanks, now I just need to..." Soon the ground shook as the two went outside to see a large dark energy wave that spread around the whole city as Lilith then dropped to her knees. "No..."

Soon after the whole city had a large blackout and lost all its electrical power as hospitals were quickly overwhelmed with patients while Raine simply confessed to being the one responsible with no hesitation as they were led out with an unconscious Bette who was found in the school basement with small bits of shrapnel all over her body as Lilith was taken in for questioning about her involvement with the accelerator as an emergency EMT was called into the Clawthorne home as Maria was found having severe seizures and was put in the emergency room as Camila watched with sorrow and soon joined the rest of her family as they waited for any type of news.

The next week was full of silence as Camila walked around the school halls as a voice called her name. "Hey, why so down Cam Cam?" Camila looked and saw Eda standing next to her locker. "How are you..." "Got paroled last night and they sent me here so now I'm free well kinda." Eda then rolled her leg sleeve showing an electronic ankle bracelet. "Just a few months with this thing and then true freedom, now where's Lily and Raine we have so much to talk about and catch up on."

Camila tried to keep a straight smile as tears ran out of her eyes before hugging Eda who slowly started to understand as they both comforted each other.

Iron Heights Detention Center

Raine walked past a long hallway before being led into a cell as the door was slammed shut. Raine simply sat down looking out the window before sitting down and staring at a newspaper about the events that had happened as they read it.
