"Now it's so glad to.. would you two stop acting like infants and just grow up!" Odalia shouted as the twins quickly sat straight and wiped the food off their hands with napkins while Alador placed his head on the table in embarrassment.

"Now where were we, ladies and gentlemen?" Odaila asked the other board members which included Daggett Industries, Gothcorp, Stagg Enterprises, Janus Cosmetics, and Wayne Enterprises. "Well, I say that our stocks are on the rise with the help of my husband of course." Odalia then nudged Alador who woke up from a daydream. "What? oh yes, my research and examination have proven successful with our security production line."

"YAWN!" Edric shouted as Emeria then covered his mouth. "Sorry, he's just tired." "Out now!" Odalia yelled as Emeria then lead Edric out of the room while grabbing a few hors d'oeuvres and shoving them in her mouth as they bumped into a construction worker. "Sorry."

"You socialists never forgive." The worker said as Emeria then left while the worker started spray painting the wall with a large red A and circle before simply placing down an oil drum in the janitorial closet just before they left and went somewhere else as a janitor was mopping the floor before crouching door and placing a block of C-4 under a desk and table.

Marilyn's Trade and Pawn

"YOU WHAT!?" Eda shouted as Lilith popped open a bottle of booze. "Please your owed him so much it was ten times that you make here." "But that doesn't mean you can.."

"What I beat thugs over the heads dozens of times," Lilith said as she poured herself a glass and drank it. "Yeah but the people he and the Banshees work with they don't take kindly to that," Eda told her while counting the money she had made for the day.

"I heard you hired a child as an errand girl?" "Hey, she was looking for work and I took her in she helps around you know cleaning and polishing that sort of stuff."

Soon both Owlbert and Hooty started flapping their wings and flying around their cage as Eda opened it. "Hey what going on with you two?" Soon the ground shook a bit as Lilith then answered her radio. "Yes, what?! How?" Lilith then quickly rushed outside as her sister followed as they all saw a large cloud of black smoke as Lilith then ran towards the burning building.

Wayne Enterprises

"Shit shit shit!" Emeria yelled as she and Edric were backed against a wall as the bright flames were near them and the emergency exit. "Ok on the count of three we jump for it." "What?" "Trust me."

The twins then counted as they both jumped and headed for the door with Edric taking off his tux and Emeria stamping a small fire on her dress. "Come on Mom and Dad should be fine hopefully."

"Move out the bloody way!" Odalia yelled as she shoved a few waiters to the ground as it slowly cracked while Alador was dragged by his shirt collar as the two then went down the stairs with the other board members. "Dear what about..." "Just leave them!"

Odaila yelled at her husband while lifting her dress and walking down the stairs while Alador tried to go back up but was pushed down by the other executives as he simply went with them as they were all covered in ashes and smoke coughing as Odalia then quickly ran to an ambulance where she then sat down and relaxed while the twins walked out of the building as a piece of scaffolding then fell as Lilith had just arrived and quickly shoved them out of the way and was in the debris path which then fell on her feet and legs shattering the bone causing her to yell in pain as two firefighters then pulled her out and into an ambulance as everyone stopped and stared at the building which was burning with a large firey circle and an A.

One week later, Gotham Central Hospital

Lilith rested in her bed with two casts on her legs and feet as she was researching similar attacks as Steve walked in. "What are you doing here?" She asked as the bodyguard responded, "Who do you think paid for your expenses." "Bloody hell."

"Yeah, and you know the deal with these." "It wasn't a gunshot I was saving a life," Lilith argued as Steve shushed her. "Still he personally wants to see his best enforcer." "If Falcone wanted to thank me, then he should make it that I should be in charge after him."

Steve then spit out a cup of coffee. "You're not getting power-hungry are you?" "No just a thought." She said smirking. "But steve first we get rid of the competition and then "The Roman" himself." "But..."

Lilith then shushed him before signaling him to come closer which he did as she pressed her lips against his. "What do you think about it now?" Steve was bright red as he simply nodded. "Good now leave me be."

Steve then left the room but stayed near the door as Lilith continued looking through the many arson and bombing files all marked ANARKY.

Blight Manor

"I'm just glad you guys are alright," Amity told her siblings as they all hugged each other while Odalia was shouting over the phone. "No, you can't back out after just one incident Blight security is what you need maybe I can offer you... Hello?"

Odaila then screamed as she slammed the phone as the bombing had cost a few investors to pull out making them lose in the millions while Alador was at his makeshift workshop trying to forget about what had happened as he then began reading a few financial papers and then stopped as he stormed to his wife.

"Dear is something wrong?" "Just wondering on why most of our financials are being sent to Arkham that's all." "You know staff, medical, all that."

Odalia assured him. "Seem odd that you'd willingly give almost half a million to help them considering what you think of it." "You have your own projects and I have mine,"

She said before walking away.

G.C.P.D

Lilith slowly walked to the roof as both her legs had healed but still suffered a bit of damage as she limped on both of them as she used a cane to support her as a gift from Eda that she found in a pile with the carving of a Raven on it as she then met with her superior Captian James Gordon.

"You expect me to believe in your so-called "Freind"?" Lilith asked as she then pulled a tarp off a searchlight aimed at the sky as James then flipped a switch as it turned on showing a large bat. "If anyone's able to solve this it's him." "Please from what everyone says he's just a myth just meant to scare... AH!"

Lilith screamed and quickly reached for her gun as James stopped her. "Sorry about that she's new to this." Lilith then stood up straight as she stood face to face with the dark knight himself.

("Steve would wet himself from this man") Lilith thought before she spoke. "Lieutenant Lilith Clawthorne at your service." She then held out her hand but was refused. "Stubborn I see." "Lieutenant the files," James told her as Lilith then pulled them out of a book bag and handed it to the batman. "The media has been calling them Ararky ever since the first attacks started, a few injuries but no deaths like they simply wanted to be known."

"Any names stand out during the attack on Wayne Enterprises?" "Please that would be almost everyone present at that meeting deal," Lilith said as Gordon then pulled out a list. "Yes, but from the fire department the main bomb was inside the meeting room."

"They personally wanted everyone in that room dead." "Even the children?" Lilith gasped as Gordon then reread the list. "Blights second richest family in Gotham with three heirs the first two were in the building and the third one she stayed back home."

Lilith was about, to tell the truth about Amity but stopped and asked. "So where do you think they'll strike next? Lots of potential bombing sites around here from Ace Chemicals to the Gotham financial district." Lilith asked the Batman only to find him gone. "Does he always do that?" Lilith asked as she looked through the list. "I think I just solved it."

Noceda Residence

"In other words, the reconstruction of the building is in quick effect, this is Vikki Vale with..." Camila then turned off the TV. "I think that's too much for tonight Mija." "Mom are you alright? Someone said that you got fired?"

Luz said as Camila then placed her hands on Luz's shoulders. "Not fired just... taking a break for a few days." She then tucked Luz to bed while reading a letter of job suspension. "Don't give him anything that has a mouth... IT WAS A SOCK!" Camila screamed before tearing the letter and laid her head on the table and cried as Luz overheard as she then packed a bag with spray cans before sneaking out the back.

City Hall

Luz had arrived in the back of the building along with a few teenagers. "Who's the new girl?" "We don't ask names around here just grab a mask and get to work." The teens then did just that as each one was a pale white face mask as one of them wore a large red winter vest with a hoodie and a yellow shirt with a white circle and A painted on the front of the jacket as he spoke.

"Now we have all gathered here on this to show that we will not give in to this... this... filthy and corrupt system!, How many members of your family have they fired just because they simply did nothing wrong and still got the boot? How many of you are left to fend for yourselves on the streets at night with nothing but the flame of fire to keep you safe!?"

The crowd of teens then shouted as Anarky then ran up the steps of City Hall as he lit a Molotov cocktail. "Now the politics will the flames of our pain!" He then chucked the cocktail into a window as it then broke as a teen then cut off the building's electricity turning off the lights as nothing but the flames could be seen. "Now my brothers and sisters show them what it feels like to be beaten by the political and judicial system!" Anarky then tossed another bag full of bats, pipes, and knives as each teen picked it up as the doors burst open with several people fleeing the burning building only to be ambushed and assaulted by the large group.

Luz simply took off her mask and dropped her bat as she tried to ignore the chaos while spray painting Anarky's symbol on the walls as the sound of sirens wailed as several police cars then halted near them as the teen then quickly turned their attention to the cops as they all charged as the sound of gunshots rang out while Anarky tossed more Molotovs before running as Luz quickly went with them.

"What did you do?" "The cost of war is always paid in blood." He said as Luz then felt her leg being pulled as she was then yanked from the ground and was hanging upside down while Anarky was then punched in the face as Luz could barely see but heard the sounds of punches as she took out a switchblade and started cutting the line that held her as she fell into the snowy ground knocking over a trashcan as Batman then saw and quickly stomped his foot into Anarky's face as his mask broke as Luz quickly climbed a fence and ran straight to the pawnshop as she crawled through the dog door and hid in the back room.

In the aftermath of the City Hall attack, about ten teens were treated to gunshot wounds as one was placed in a body bag as Lilith was now standing in front of the Police commissioner's desk. "Loeb let me explain..." "Shut your trap!"

"Yes sir," Lilith said as she had panicked and had ordered the command to open fire on them. "Pin it on Gordon then." The commissioner said. "Sir?" "He was semi-responsible for it also right?" He said before sliding an envelope to her as Lilith opened it to find it full of hundred-dollar bills. "I'll get Flass to start an "Investigation" immediately."

"Your dismissed." Lilith then left the room as Montoya talked with her. "So you saw the bat?" "What does Gordon even see in him, all I see is a vigilante." "You'll get used to it so Anarky is closed?"

Lilith nodded as she then stamped the case as Case Closed as she looked at the files. "Well, Anarky hope you enjoy your new home." Lilith chuckled a bit as she tried and fell before struggling to get up as her feet limped. "Hey watch it you "Raven" ." An officer said as Lilith grabbed the bird carving on her cane and lifted herself up before limping out of the building.

Arkham Asylum

Camila slowly got looks from the other staff members as she returned to work under supervision. "Make way we got a newcomer, and don't mess up!" "Yes, Ma'am," Camila said as she opened a padded cell door as a young teen with red hair was led into a padded cell as Camila then closed the door.

"What did he do?" "Bomb Gotham at the start of his thirteen birthday." An orderly said as Camila then left to treat the other patients as the boy muttered to himself "Help me? no-one ever gets help in this system." He said as his cell read Lonnie Machin/Anarky while at the front gate Odalia was dressed in her suit as she talked to the front guard.

"Do you even know who I am?" "Yes, but why would you even be..." "Business."

Odalia told him as she entered the Asylum and walked down the halls to the Warden's office where she sat down and spoke "Jeremiah Arkham right?" "Yes, Miss blight, and I thank you for your donations on helping with patient treatment." "Do you really believe they can ALL be saved?"

Jeremiah simply nodded "Yes and with our special psychiatrist and your donations it will be possible." "And how are you dealing with the (Ahem) escape of your patient?"

"Victor was simply a sane man who was lucky enough to get the insanity plea, and other than that there has never been an escape from this place in years." The Warden said as Odalia then smirked.

"Oh really?" She then pulled out a file that read Classified "Where did.." "I have my ways, now the reason of no sudden escape is because you paid my company to increase the security around the whole place is because of the "Incident" when Patient #152312 broke out of Arkham and hasn't been seen ever since then."

"What do you want?" Jeremiah asked to which Odalia said "You think this place helps people but it will not and also did I mention... I know about what your staff does to those "Less unfortunate" at least they have a reason for living."

Jeremiah was left in shock as Odalia simply walked away. "Oh and one more thing you'll be receiving a special delivery in the next few days you won't even notice it and give your psychiatrist my thanks for accepting my funding and if you don't then I'm sure that my personal vote replaces you."

She then walked away leaving the Warden in a state of confusion and shock.
