The Bonesborough Library was pretty quiet today. Some kids were reading and checking out books, others were doing homework assignments for school, and quite a few other kids were on the crystal balls, which was the Boiling Isles' equivalent to laptops and computers, doing research.

Luz took a seat near one of those crystal balls, ready to do some serious research herself with King hopping up on the table, staring at the crystal ball.

"So what are you gonna do?" King asked.

"I'm going to search for the author on !" Luz declared. "Man I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner!"

Using the crystal ball, she typed and it soon appeared on screen. She logged on and her account appeared with a list of fanfics she wrote, mostly based on the Good Witch Azura.

"What is that?" King asked.

"This is Fanfiction, King, it's where you can write whatever stories you want! It leads to good stories and also not so good stories!" Luz explained. "As you can see, this is my own account but I haven't used it since I came here. I mostly just used it to write my Azura fics."

"Oooh can I have my own account?" King pleaded. "The King of Demons has his own writings that he would like to share with the world!"

"Maybe in the future, King," Luz told him, rubbing his head affectionately. "But right now, I have a job to do. I need to find that author and cure Eda's farting problem! Now let's see…."

She moved up to the search bar and clicked on it. "If I just type in the title of this fic, then we should find the author!"

She typed in Edalyn Clawthorne's Farting Problem and sure enough the title, author and a description of the story appeared.

"Yes! I got it!" She cried out triumphantly, which was a little too loud.

"SSSSHH!" The people near her shushed her.

"Right, sorry!" Luz smiled sheepishly, forgetting she was in a library at that moment.

"So what does it say? Does it say who wrote it?" King asked.

Luz quickly skimmed through the words. "Ah ha! I got it! It says that this fic was made by a user named CartoonFanGurl."

"CartoonFanGurl? Who's that?" King wondered aloud.

"Lemme see," Luz clicked on the username and went through her account. "Huh. It says she's a fan of cartoons and that she loves drawing and writing fics about them. Huh. She doesn't sound so bad!"

"Not Bad? That woman cursed Eda and gave her bad gas!" King exclaimed.

"Now, King, this IS where you can write whatever you want! She probably doesn't know how it's affecting us actually! I'm sure if I just send her a PM, she'll stop and put an end to this," Luz said.

So Luz went to CartoonFanGurl's private messaging and wrote her a detailed message that went like this:

AzuraFan75: Hey CartoonFanGurl! It's me, Luz Noceda! I'm writing you this PM to ask you to please put an end to your fic "Edalyn Clawthorne's Farting Problem ''. Eda's gas is really becoming a problem for us here and she's really stinking up and destroying the place. If you could end the fic and make Eda stop farting, we would all really appreciate it.

"And there! Sent!" Luz declared, after she sent the message. "Soon CartoonFanGurl will have read my message and this fic will be over before you know it!" Luz declared, looking very satisfied.

"That's a relief! So, what do we do now?" King questioned.

"Now we just wait and see what she says," Luz said.

And so they did.

30 minutes later, nothing happened.

"Well it's been 30 minutes and this fic is still going on," King said.

"Don't worry, she's just busy. I'm sure she'll respond soon," Luz reassured him.

Luz kept refreshing her page, until finally she saw a new message alert in her inbox from CartoonFanGurl!

"Oh! Oh! She responded!" Luz cried out excitedly.

"What did she say?" King asked curiously.

Luz clicked on the message and read it aloud. This is what it said:

CartoonFanGurl: Hey Luz! It's so great to hear from you! Big fan of your show by the way! The Owl House is currently one of my favorite Disney cartoons alongside Gravity Falls! As for this fic and the situation for Eda's farting, unfortunately I can't put a stop to it just yet. We're only at 3 chapters and there are plenty more chapters to come! Plenty of other cartoon females got their own farting fics like Lola Bunny, the Pokemon girls and etc and all the people around them had to learn to embrace their destructive farts so you're just going to have to learn to embrace Eda's farts too. It's just something you have to accept.

"Well, King, according to her, there's nothing we can do and we just have to embrace Eda's farts and learn to accept it," Luz stated, disappointed by the answer.

"Oh, well, look at the bright side! At least we got through one chapter without Eda farting!" King said.

Suddenly Eda appeared out of nowhere.

"Hey you two! Guess what I just discovered that I can do with my farts?" She then let out a loud 20 second fart that stunk the entire library causing everyone inside it to gag and leave.

"Spoke too soon," King stated.

Luz groaned and slammed her head on the desk. She wasn't sure if she could take however many more chapters of this…
