Hey everyone, I know it's been a long time. I've decided that, although I won't ever be able to bring this story to completion, since I have a write up of the storyline ready to go, I am going to post it.

I do not plan on getting this beta read, so any mistakes that I don't catch either on the final read through or on spell check will show up here. There's some repeating scenes, contradictory scenes and plot holes throughout this, as I was playing with several ideas at once. I will try to correct any mistakes in spelling and grammar you point out though.

I'm sorry that I couldn't complete this properly. Hopefully, you will enjoy what I have. Also, I have taken on a habit of replying to reviews and for guests who comment without logging on, I will reply to your comments on my profile page where they will be up for several months before I take them down.

Obviously, these chapters were not set in stone, they were just dividers at this point.

How on Earth Chapter 14

At the school, the team reunites and discusses what happened since they separated.

Tommy asks about supplies to build things and any one with any sorts of technological or craft skills. When he is told that Leaky Leona may know some places to raid down here for defensive tech (especially amongst the traps and stuff, he asks to talk to her. He is taken to her.

Meanwhile, Numbuh 14 states that they need to get the Tapioca to the girls bathroom unnoticed for a reason left unspecified.

Jessica woke up from a sleep she hadn't even meant to slip into to find The Tommy and Numbuhs 83, 84 and 85 had reunited with the rest of the group. They were talking with Numbuh 14 and 363, probably discussing what had happened to both groups since they split up earlier.

Numbuh 363 was favoring the ankle he sprained earlier, putting his weight on the other foot as he glared at the kids whom had just arrived. She'd thought that the pain must be making him grumpy and snappy earlier, until someone told her that he was always that way.

They were drawing up a map of the upper school building and Runt, one of the most imfamous school bullies, was showing them where what was known of the underground school ran in respect to it. Tommy made marks on the map for where supplies for construction materials were being kept: The Gym and Cafeteria were expected Adult supply sources, The lockers belonging to KND Operatives and finally, under Runts directions, the Six Gum Gang's secret storage areas. They then mapped out the Citizombie camp and patrol routes to the best of their knowledge. Using this, they set up a ranking system of the importance of each possible supply spot based on the probable yield and versus the risk of being caught.

Kids are selected to send out to the locations with codes provided to Number Fourteen for getting into the KND locker supplies.

Numbuh Eighty Six and Mr. Boss are working together to make sure all the preparations for attacking Sector V's base are in place. They take advantage of the fact that the base is almost completely in lockdown to get the ground troops into position. Numbuh Eighty Six orders the ships she had ordered be repaired before morning be placed into position.

Mr. Boss Gives a similar order to the Villains. Mr. Fibb and Mr. Wink have one of their robots ready and the Candy Pirates have cleaned up the sweet revenge enough that they are willing to use her again. Professor XXX Large phones in that he is ready for his part, too.

Then they get a call about backup being needed at the Mall and both Fulbrights curse their luck.

Tommy goes to talk to Leona to try to get her to tell him where they can find equipment in order to build defenses and battle gear for the members of the school with only limited success.

The other members of the team were either helping move the tapioca to the bathroom or taking a look around the occupied rooms to see what they had to work with, both in the way of people and immediate supplies.

Tommy entered the heavily guarded room to see a girl with extremely messy red hair and buck teeth tied to a chair. The cup with the bendy straw that was periodically used to give her fountain water sat on the floor next to her.

The girl's eyes fell on him and he felt a shiver run up his spine. The eyes were wrong…old, older than any he had ever seen.

"Tommy Gilligan, right?" As she spoke, spit flew every time she pronounced a T.

Tommy nodded.

"I met your brother along with the rest of sector V a few months ago. They saved my life." Apparently, thhhs and fffs weren't safe either. "They are some of the only kids who survived me after seeing my fountain."

"Until today." Tommy corrected.

She glared at him with her ancient eyes and stated, "yes, until today."

"Look, we need your help to defeat Grandfather."

"Ahh yes, Alexander Uno. He's about half my 300 years, you know. I don't know of any one else who comes so close to my age, although I imagine his youngest may eventually, his aging is already starting to slow, three years younger than his big brother and there looks like they have at least a decade between them. At first, I was scared that they'd found another spring from my fountain but eventually I realized the truth. It's those powers."

Tommy swallowed, unnerved by her words for many reasons. He understood why no one wanted to stand in the room to guard her, despite the risk of leaving her unwatched. "I need your help to…"

"..finding supplies to fight Grandfather," She finished and rolled her eyes. "Your dad came down here for the same reason when he was about your age."

Tommy stiffened at the comment. It wasn't often he heard about his dad. "He did?"

Leona nodded, "And I'll tell you what I told him. Nothing. Actually, I told him I was going to de-age him but I didn't count on him having some technology and a get away plan before approaching me." She shook her head, "I hear that even before we met, he outfitted an old innertube with some Anti Grandfather tech after the old man sabotaged his chances for winning the first tubathon by blowing a hole in it. Before the tubes, there were rafts, you know. I always wondered why they traded them out but hey, that's just me."

"My dad made old Betsy capable of fighting off Grandfather?"

Leona shrugged, "I never stuck around at the back of the race to find out but Grandfather always seemed ticked when he floated leisurely across the finish line and he'd just give the old man a smug smile."

Tommy was about to ask more questions when he stopped himself, coming to a realization. "You're trying to distract me."

Leona sighed and said, "Yeah but clearly I'm not doing it well enough."

At the mall, the teenagers and nerds mobilize a team to send to the aid of sector V, lead by the Steve, himself. Chad is left behind with a relatively small group to protect the mall.

The Citizombies, expecting them to make some sort of move like this, deploy a team to counter them. Forces had been supplied by Number 86 and Mr. Boss with the express intention of stopping them. They had predicted the course of action the Teens were most likely to take and intercept them.

The Nerds' abilities to become nerd zombies overrides citizombification and makes it hard for the citizombies to fight them. Still, they aim to stop the team from reaching Sector V and manage to take a few teenagers as the fight continues.

The fighting delays their approach of the base but a large group is able to slip around the Citizombie defenses and continue their journey, even though it was clear as the first rays of sunlight broke through that they were running late.

Dawn is fast approaching and a load of tapioca and one of De-aging water have been moved to the girls bathroom where one of the entrances to the old school is. Most of the kids are shocked to see The Toilenator show up as the person who will be moving the stuff to the KND base. He grabs a load and takes off.

The kids stood in the Girls bathroom with the load of tapioca when the toilets began to bubble, then a figure popped out of one. The Toilenator stands before them.

Numbuh Fourteen has to tell the other kids to put their weapons away. She explains that she was expecting him. Numbuh Four had sent him out before them.

The Toilenator states that Numbuh Four had made a bet with him that he couldn't get the tapioca back to the KND base right when it opened and he was going to prove his arch nemesis wrong.

The kids give him his first load to take back to the base and he rushes back down the toilet pipes back toward the base.

Meanwhile, one kid asks why Numbuh Four would depend on the Toilenator if he thought the villain would fail. Numbuh Fourteen explains that he was using reverse psychology to trick him.

"He was actually to use the term 'reverse psychology.'"

Numbuh Fourteen raised an eyebrow and replied, "Are you kidding? This is Numbuh Four we're talking about. He thought it was called 'replied sympocracy.'" This got a few chuckles. Then she added, "still, if this works, you've gotta admit, it would be a good plan. You know for a fact that no one would expect us to use the Toilenator as a key part of any plan, let alone one we're dependent on to survive."

"And if it doesn't work?"

"Then Sector V's base will probably fall to Grandfather's forces within the hour." She glanced back nervously before adding, now we have to go work on securing the school.

Father wakes up the Delightful Children to prepare them to help rebel against his Pappy and helping Sector V.

Father knocked on his children's door.

Slowly, it creaked open. "Father, is something wrong?"

"No," Father stated, "for the first time in a long, long time, something is going very very right." He looked placed his hand on his pipe and placed a familiar carrying case in front of them, the device his little ones referred to as 'the really, incredibly destructive machine.' "Get dressed, we have work to do at sun up."

"Are we going to finish off those KND brats for good?" They asked and then his shoulders fell, "all of them except Numbuh One, that is."

"No," He said. "Waking up Pappy's powers and then letting him take over without a fight was a big mistake and I plan to correct it. We are going to start by chasing them out of this neighborhood. If the old man has a problem with that he can stop playing house with my brother and his brat to tell me to my face."

The Delightful children glanced at each other worriedly. "We aren't really going to work with those Kids Next Door to do that, are we?"

Father put his hands on his hips and said, "we will as long as it benefits us." Seeing the annoyed looks on their faces and recalling their reaction to his statement that they would be working with his brother earlier, he added in a no nonsense tone, "Do I make myself clear?"

The annoyance melted into fearful nervousness as they said, "Yes, Father."

"Good," Father said and held out the keys to the device to what his perfect children referred to as 'The Really Incredibly Destructive Machine' and their faces lit up with excitement at the prospect of getting to use their favorite toy.

At the KND base, the sky is brightening and the sun will be visible at any moment. Dawn is almost there and the power is failing.

Numbuh Three was standing in the mission debriefing room when the Lockdown ended. The locks lifted from the windows to reveal a smoggy semidark, rather than the beautiful sun rise they should have had. Across the street, she could see the Citizombie forces, ready for their attack upon the KND base. She hoped Numbuh Four's plan came through. She waited to see if the lights came on before the Citizombies got to them, her newly made hand held antiagification gun in hand.

"We only have a few minutes before dawn." Numbuh Two stated, "I don't understand why you want as to have a relay line set up between the bathroom and the tapioca system."

"You'll see…I hope." Numbuh Four replied, the second statement not as sure as the first.

Again, some hamsters came into view rolling large wheels into their own generator as others rolled their own out. Numbuh Two frowned in thought. He'd identified the bigger wheels as belonging to the Guinea Pigs that used to charge the base before they were replaced before the hamsters replaced them, but he still didn't understand what they might be using them for. The wheels were too big for the hamsters to use effectively.

He was immediately brought out of his thoughts as he heard the sound of the Lockdown ending. As the dark building unlocked, he heard Numbuh Four say under his breath, "C'mon, c'mon!"

In the following moment of silence, Numbuh Two looked at his friend worriedly and asked, "Numbuh Four, is something supposed to be happening, because the citizombies aren't exactly going to wait for long and…"

Suddenly, the toilet started bubbling and a fountain of water and sealed cups of tapioca came shooting out of it. Soaking the floor as a pile of the things accumulated around the toilet. Then the Toilenator rose out, standing knee high in the them and proudly said, "I told you I could do it!"

Numbuh Two's jaw dropped as Numbuh Four said, "Yeah, yeah. So, you managed to do one thing right." Despite the tone in his voice, Numbuh Two could tell that his friend really was impressed… and relieved. Then he looked at the kids standing behind him and said, "Well, we don't have all morning! We got a tapioca powered generator to load. So, let's move!"

With that, the kids began to pass the cups of tapioca down the relay line to the end where kids pulled off the plastic tabs and scraped the contents of the tiny containers of tapioca into the machine before tossing the emptied cups and moving to the next one.

Numbuh Four turned back to the Toilenator and said, "I bet you can't get the next load here in less than ten minutes."

"Just watch me!"

"I'll believe it when I see it."

With that, the Toilenator disappeared back down the pipes.

Numbuh Four turned to Numbuh Two as the lights clicked on within the base and said, "Well? What do you think?"

"You used the Toilenator?"

"Yup."

"What if he failed, like he always does for the Villains."

"It worked, didn't it?"

Numbuh Two growled and said, "I'm going to make sure that the guys at are weapons systems are doing alright, then I'm going to continue outfitting the MOSQUITO. If the base falls anyway, we could still use it to help some other group against Grandfather, it's still the best shot we have." Then he added, "Maybe after everything goes back to normal, we could thank him by showing him our fish dumping toilet in the far end of the base."

Numbuh Four nodded and said, "We'll have to talk to Numbuh One about it once we get him back."

Numbuh Two smiled and said, "how about we aim for this evening, then?"

Numbuh Four matched said smile and stated, "that sounds like an excellent plan Numbuh Two. Lets get to work to make sure it happens."

With that, Numbuh Two rushed off as the temporary Sumpreme Leduh of the KND watched, hoping that they could finish this by then but already feeling the momentary surge of confidence give way to uncertainty once again as his friend disappeared from view.

Chapter 15

Number 86 and Mr. Boss, lead attacks consisting of ground level, areal and ubderground assaults. The Ex-KND has repaired some of their technology from the moon baseand are the primary air attack group. The agified Villains cover the regular ground assault and both work together with their limited underground tech (the KND Pipepod and Professor XXXLG made a giant mole machine (and has mole claws to go with it)).

When the Toilenator comes back, he is cut off as the device the KND had to cut away treehouses (see op. End) is used to take up the treehouse.

At this point, the hamsters and the guinea pigs arrive to help power the base from within. Sector V have to break into the device that cut the tree away to free it even as the citizombies break into the vulnerably positioned base.

The guinea pigs arrive to help power the base, too. They attack the machine and free the base before running to the wheels to help add power.

The Citizombies are attacking again. This, time the kids have found a couple of water guns and are making good use of them.

The senior citizen squad is a major help too. Still, it looks like the base might fall. Then the teenage crafts arrive, providing extra fire power.

They push back the citizombies but begin to tire.

Finally, Father and the DCFDTL attack from the Delightful Mansion and the citizombies are chased out of the Neighborhood.

Chapter 16

Breakfast for Nigel turns out to be an omelet with sliced tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms mixed in, the beginning of Grandfather's reply to Nigel's public insult to his creativity in finding a punishment. Nigel and his dad pass a few words about trying to escape but Grandfather doesn't plan to give them enough time alone to plan anything behind his back. The conversation is ended when news comes about the failed attack on the base.

During breakfast, someone comes to report that Number Three Sixty Two has found where Mrs. Uno is and why they could not reach her. That could change once troops could be moved after either the group of teenagers that left are stopped or the KND Sector V Base is taken down.

Grandfather is annoyed to hear that she isn't retrieved while Nigel and Monty are happy she is safe

As soon as the person leaves, they discuss the news.

Wally arranges another meeting. This time, with the leader of the Teenager and nerd attack group, Father and the kids at the school (the last via video phone). They plan out the final attack on Grandfather

A plan is formed to get all of the supplies that are needed to face Grandfather. Sector V will take a MOSQUITO to the School to store some of the water from the fountain of youth and multiple groups are sent out to raid the stores for water guns, spray bottles and squeexable water bottles (water balloons are too risky and messy). They find the stores to target by sending out the tennisball probes seen in Operation MUNCHIES as well as to find out where Grandfather, Numbuh Zero and Numbuh One are.

Sector V, The Teenagers, the nerds and the School kids build up a group to attack Grandfather head on, planning their big attack against Grandfather at his Mansion.

The Citizombies have figured out that the kids are probably about to move in on Grandfather and move to his defense. They will either destroy the brats, or lose their Citizombification trying.

Meanwhile, Father has decided to give Grandfather a piece of his mind and goes over to talk with the other villain.

Father flew past the agified ships, past the army of citizombies and landed in front of the Mansion and rang the bell. He had to be quick if he was going to have a serious talk with his dad before the KND got there. He readjusted his pipe and tapped his foot impatiently as he waited for his dad to open the door.

Instead, when it finally did open, Monty was the one standing there. "Where's Pappy?"

"He needed a nap," his elder brother replied with a smile on his face.

"A nap?" Father asked in disbelief, "Doesn't he know what's coming?"

"You know, I told the citizombie who came by that if he wanted to, I'd let him wake dad up but he decided that the perimeter that his soldiers had set up should be enough."

"Well, I'll be willing to do it."

Monty sighed and asked, "why? All he's done is bring you misery Ben."

"Exactly. And today I'm finally putting my foot down! I'm going to tell him how I feel!"

Monty smiled at this declaration and said, "That's great news Ben, I'm glad to hear it."

"Then after Pappy apologizes, we're finally going to work together to put down this little rebellion and rule the world together as I had planned to do all along.

Monty's smile turned into a frown.

Then, behind him, a voice called out, "And they say us kids are the only ones who come up with crazy fantasies!"

"How are you enjoying your new abilities, Mr. Uno?" Father replied antagonistically. He heard a growl in reply and returned his attention to his brother. "Now will you kindly let me through or am I going to have to push you out of the way?"

Monty stepped aside and Ben walked in. He glanced at Nigel and said, "Don't think I've forgotten about you, boy. Once we deal with your friends we'll get right to work straightening you out, " he declared before continuing up the stairs, earning a glare from the child and the boy's parent.

Once Benedict reached the top of the stairs, he walked up to his Pappy's room and knocked on the door.

From the other side, he heard a voice call out, "This had better be good!"

"Oh, believe me, it is," the younger man replied.

It may be a little bit to put out the next part because there is one more part I want to take another shot at writing right; the fight we never got in How on Earth between Father and Grandfather. Whether I complete it or not, I will post what I write.

I actually have a final chapter pretty much finished that will come later as well.

If you want, I also had some plans for continuing it into a series and I could post what I had for that, too. This will be even more spotty than the ending of the main story, though.
