I've decided to make ocs for the ships

One will be introduced in this chapter, the other will be in the next one

Then I'll start the canon.

Tell me what you think of the oc, i tried to make something similar to Gideon but different

"Mabel, get rid of them" said Dipper, who wore a side bag filled with potions, with a frown as he crossed his arms disapprovingly

"But they're so soft, Dipper" said Mabel as she hugged one of two big feathery white wings that sprouted from her back "i can't!"

The two 12 year olds were walking through the halls of Hexside, they were arguing about one of Mabel's new abilities; manifesting animal/demon parts

Especially about how much Mabel liked the angel wings she could sprout out of her back

"They get in the way, Mabel. Plus, do you wanna get feathers in your food again?" Asked Dipper as he narrowed his eyes and as if on que, Mabel spat out a white feather from her mouth "you can make and remove them at will, it's not that big a deal"

Realizing that Dipper was right, Mabel groaned before the wings disappeared into her back as if they never existed with her school uniform completely unaffected by the presence or removal of the wings

"Ngh, i guess you're right" whined Mabel as she drooped before Waddles decided to leap at her, cheering her up "thanks, Waddles"

A lot has happened during the twins' life on the boiling isles. Both gained new powers and abilities, Dipper got more skilled at making potions and Mabel got more powerful and versatile with her magic

"Good. Now let's head to the cafeteria" said Dipper as he patted his stomach "i feel like i haven't eaten anything decent in days"

"That's because you haven't" said Mabel in concern as she held Waddles "you've been living off of sandwiches and snacks for the last 3 days because you wanted make some weird potion"

"Oh" said Dipper scratching the back of his head as he thought about how much time he spent on the potion

"Yeah, we should get going" said Mabel with a smile before pulling out a red juice box of apple blood "Graunty Eda told me to try this stuff and it's super good"

Dipper almost choked on air after hearing that

"Mabel, haven't you seen what Great Aunt Eda is like after drinking too much apple blood" Said Dipper, concern clear on his face as he wanted to snatch the carton from Mabel's hand "Mom would-"

"Don't worry, Dippery. This is the not crazy kind Graunty Eda drinks, see?" Said Mabel showing Dipper the ingredients on the juice box "why else would they put it in a juice box, silly?"

Dipper wanted to retort...but failed to think of a comeback

"...good point."

But it wasn't just their powers, their school lives changed. Mabel was well liked throughout the school. Dipper...had a complicated situation

"Found Gus and Willow! C'mon, Dipper" said Mabel cheerfully before pulling her twin with her to the table where Gus and Willow were sitting "hey, friends!"

"Hi, Mabel. Hi, Dipper" Willow greeted the twins with a smile

Gus was reading some human stuff, completely focused on what he's doing

And not a moment after sitting down, a projectile was thrown at Willow. Giggles were heard from a nearby table, it was Boscha and her "friends"

Mabel growled, but Willow stopped her from doing anything

"It's okay, Mabel. You don't need to get in trouble because of me" said Willow with a smile

Mabel growled in frustration before she sat down and they all began to eat

'Boscha is the worst!' Said Mabel telepathically as she ate angrily 'she gets away with everything!'

'Yeah, she's like if Pacifica was a jock and had a heart as dark as the bottomless pit' joked Dipper telepathically 'imagine if there was a witch Gideon'

'Agh ugh! Don't put that image in my mind' Mabel struggled to hold her laughter as she sent the message telepathically

As the two were on the verge of laughing...they heard a single bloody word from behind Mabel that almost made their souls choke to death

"Howdy"

'Dipper, please tell me that if i turn around i won't see a white haired child psycho who's potentially in the oracle track'

Dipper turned around to see...a 12 year old white haired and blue eyed boy in the oracle track uniform

'I don't know about psycho, but for what it's worth; he's not a child' said Dipper telepathically with a strained smile

Mabel slowly turned around and saw the one who spoke

Mabel stared at the 12 year old silently for a few seconds and she had to admit...he was extremely cute. From the hair to the eyes to the smile, he was the perfect cute boy in her eyes

So cute the old her would've went to war to date him, but the similarities were...unsettleing; especially with the neck tie gem

She just hoped he was here to be friends or something

"I'm Carwyn Mirthful" the accent was nothing like Gideon's. His voice was nice to the ears "and uhh, I'd like to know if you're free at some time. We-"

That was when Mabel snapped. She sprouted her large feathery wings

"Woah" said Carwyn, admiring the wings "beautiful"

Mabel didn't look like she liked that as her face was one of horror

"Mabel-" Said Dipper, concerned for his sister

But before he could say a thing, Mabel dashed at speeds that shouldn't be possible and ran away from the confrontation...and the school

"Uhh, did i do something wrong? I mean, her exit was very very charming and i know she's at least into boys but-" said Carwyn before turning to Dipper with a serious look "did-did you tell her something about me?"

Dipper was confused...he didn't say anything nor did he meet this Carwyn before. So what was he talking about?

"I don't even know you" said Dipper raising a brow

"Oh! Right, of course" said Carwyn glancing at something above Dipper's head "i guess i was looking too much into it"

Two weeks...that's how much time Carwyn spent trying to get a date with Mabel and she was about to blow up, so she called a family meeting

"So, is everyone caught up?" Asked Mabel in a serious tone

"I say we rip him to shreds" suggested Tilda with a frown

"Too morbid. Next" said Mabel in a serious tone

"You could try to tell him 'no' like a normal person" suggested Mr Clawthorne (i should really find a name for this guy) calmly

"I can't! He's like, the perfect cute boy! curse my love for cute boys!"

"Well, if you want to date him, why not?" Asked Mr Clawthorne raising a brow

"It's complicated" said Mabel in a frustrated/tired voice "Dipper, any suggestions?"

"I think I'm with dad on this one" said Dipper crossing his arms "you have to tell him no"

"You don't get it, Dipper. It's like looking at the perfect cake with the most delicious taste in whole world but it's poison, Dipper. POISON!"

"I think I'm out of loop here, what is making you not want to date him?" Asked Mr Clawthorne in confusion

"I'm afraid he's secretly a child psycho" said Mabel dramatically

The parents immediately decided to leave the conversation due to immense confusion and Mabel turned to Dipper

"Look, Mabel. Carwyn has been asking me a lot of weird questions about what I'm telling you about him" said Dipper calmly "so you can expect him to try and kill me soon. You can hate him then"

And with that, the twins went to sleep

And the next day, right aftrr school, Dipper was kidnapped by Carwyn using some sleeping nettles

"Oh, you're awake" said Carwyn frowning as he walked around Dipper

"Oh boy" said Dipper as he realized the situation, he expected the boy to attack him...not kidnap and tie him up

"Oh boy indeed" said Carwyn with a calm expression

"What do you want?" Asked Dipper as he tried to use one of his potions before realizing that they're nowhere near him, but there was a hidden emergency vial with him

"No; a better question is why have you been keeping Mabel away from me!" said Carwyn angrily

"I'm not keeping Mabel away from you" said Dipper as he moved the liquid from the vial to cut the rope around him

Carwyn laughed after hearing that

"Of course...of course you wouldn't expect anyone to see through your little trick" said Carwyn calmly, making Dipper raise a brow in confusion "you and Mabel have a mental link"

And that was when the puzzle pieces snapped into place. That was what Carwyn always asked about

"you see, I make a very good oracle. I can see it, connecting you and Mabel, how it moves when one sends a message to another" said Carwyn frowning "how you're using it to influence her"

"Look. Yes; we do, but i didn't tell her-"

"LIAR!" Snapped Carwyn angrily "I've watched the link every time i've spoke to Mabel; always...just as i begin talking to her, you send her something and she starts acting weird"

"I didn't tell her anything about you!" Yelled Dipper angrily

"Yes, because the natural reaction to being asked on a date is to fly out of the window" said Carwyn sarcastically as he rolled his eyes "doesn't matter, because this all ends...today"

"You're gonna kill me?" Asked Dipper in a serious tone as he frowned

Carwyn's reaction to his words was...not what he expected

"What? No! Are you nuts?! What am i gonna tell Mabel?! Hello I've killed your brother, please date me?! Stop being morbid!" Said Carwyn angrily "I'm just gonna cut the mental link and let you go"

"...that's it?" Asked Dipper in confusion

"Yeah, i really don't need anything else" said Carwyn as he brought out a pair of glowing fiery scissors "these should do it"

Carwyn then used the scissors on the mental link and man did it hurt, but luckily Dipper was able to use the liquid he had on him to fully cut the ropes that tied him and knock the scissors away from Carwyn's hands

"What?! How- nevermind" said Carwyn stopping his sentence mid-way as Dipper got ready to fight.

Carwyn just stared at Dipper tiredly before he snapped his fingers causing countless oracle spirits to fill the room before pinning Dipper to the wall

"Why would i not add traps to the room?" Said Carwyn as he picked up the scissors "now, where was i?"

But just as Carwyn was about to take another shot at cutting the link, Mabel broke through the wall into the room. She had her wings with her, indicating that she flew to the location

Carwyn stared silently at Mabel. She was angry, he could easily tell that. So he decided the best thing to do is to...give up

He snapped his fingers to let Dipper go and nonchalantly went to get his stuff

The twins were confused, what was going on

"Uhh, what are you doing?" Asked Mabel

"Giving up" said Carwyn nonchalantly

"Why?" Asked Dipper

"Because now, the risk outweighs the chance of success" said Carwyn as he walked out of the small building "plus, she'd personally hate me if we started fighting now"

"So, you're not gonna try and date her again?" Asked Dipper raising a brow

"Oh no, I'll definitely try again later" said Carwyn smiling as he held his neck tie gem "see ya"

And with that, he disappeared into flames

"Huh? He seems a lot more...sensible than Gideon was" said Dipper as he stared at where Carwyn was

"Yeah...still not gonna date him though"
