![]() Author has written 11 stories for Legend of Korra. QUICK DISCLAIMER: I don't own anything, I just write for fun okay? Please don't sue me. I finally caved. After years of promising myself that I would never write fanfiction I finally decided to give it a try and I find that it is a pretty good way to pass the time. It has been years since I have written any kind of story so I may be a little rusty, so please be patient with me. I'm just taking baby steps right now and will mainly focus on one shots or stories that may be 2-3 chapters. Also if you were wondering who that beautiful man in my profile pic is, It's Joe Manganiello (Alcide in HBO's True Blood). Other Places You Can Find Me: Hey I made an account on tumblr ( ) so feel free to send me a friend request or something. That's how it works right? I really have no idea. Update: A lot of you are probably wondering where the hell I have been. Blame Tumblr. Seriously...Just blame Tumblr. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE WARN ME THAT TUMBLR WAS SUCH A TIME/SOUL DRAINING WEBSITE! Anyways, if any of you have a tumblr account don't be afraid to hit me up, with anything from general questions to prompt ideas. I don't have a lot up at the moment, I'm just re-posting some of my fics on there so far, along with random thoughts and screenshots, but I definitely plan to add more as I go along. Hell I might even put up a few sneak peeks of future chapters I'm working on... Genres That I Write/Don't Write For: My favorite genre to write would have to be humor/parody, because sometimes you just get tired of reading epic romances that span 80 chapters and you just want to sit down and laugh for a few minutes. Even though I like to include a lot of sexual humor/innuendos in my stories, you will probably never see me writing Smut for my stories. Hell, I like to read smut as much as the next person, but I feel like there really need to be more stories on this site that focus on other things besides our favorite characters getting it on, so I'm just doing my part to help it along. What I like: Avatar the Last Airbender, Legend of Korra, Mass Effect, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Ghost in the Shell and others I can't remember at the moment. Works in progress: Korra Doesn't Like Fanfiction: (Korra/Everyone Parody) Katara Educates a young Korra on the horrors of being the lead female in the Avatar universe, and Korra makes the decision to stop being a victim. Will probably be my first attempt at a multi-chapter fic. I should probably warn you that I plan to break the 4th wall over my knee and make it squeal like a pig when writing this story. Rated M for language, sexual situations, and a bats*t insane Korra. Knock, Knock: (Korra/Asami Humor) When Korra and Asami are alone, things tend to get a little...stupid. Korrasami friendship fic. Just a bunch of different scenarios I like to put the girls through. Accepting prompts for this story as well. They're Just Zombies People: The Krew are trapped by Zombies inside the city, and it's up to Korra to save their dumb, incompetent butts. 'Korra Doesn't Like Fanfiction' side story. Soon to be multi-chapter story exploring the various tropes of zombie movies/video games. Felt that it would be too big to include in KDLF so I made it a standalone story.
Fire Whiskey: (Asami Humor) Asami goes out for a drink and devises a scheme to avoid unwanted attention. My First shot at fanfiction, just having a little fun with Asami Sato's character. Seriously?: (Korra/Amon humor) Korra sits Amon down and explains, in great detail, exactly why he is a moron. Just pointing out something I noticed while watching the show that I wish the creators explained a little. Rated T for language Koraang? How Does That Even Work?(Korra/Aang Humor) Really, someone's gonna have to explain that to me. Just me picking fun at the weirder pairings I see on this site sometimes. Teacher's Aide: (Korra/Amon) Amon should have known better than to assume anything when it came to Korra. I just took one of the most cliche scenes in student/teacher stories and put my own spin on it. I originally wanted to put this in chapter six of 'Korra Doesn't Like Fanfiction' but cut it due to length.
'Manipulations' by Akg.Writes: Every single Mass Effect fan owes it to themselves to read this story. I know the story length can be intimidating but trust me on this. Akg is probably one of the best authors when it comes to writing characters. Everyone, even the minor characters, have such a depth to them that it is unbelievable. If you are worried about Mass Effect 3 spoilers then don't worry, this story takes place during ME2. Five by YinYangSisters: The only way I can describe this story is 'Fucking. Beautiful'. This Katara/Zuko story will make you teary eyed, it's so sad. Make sure you have tissues handy. 'Wish I Was The Moon' by Like A Dove: I love, Love, LOVE this story. Another Katara/Zuko story that is really different from the other stories you see out there. It's about Katara realizing that she is unhappy with herself and she goes on a journey of self-discovery. What I like so much about this story is the fact that Katara didn't solve her unhappiness through the power of 'True Love', she solved it by learning to love herself first and going from there. 'Under Control' by NonMetallicMetal: Another amazing writer who knows how to get into the heads of characters. I know that people don't really check out the Cowboy Bebop section anymore, but if you are a Bebop fan like I am, then you should definitely check this story out. EVERYTHING by Agent Orange: Oh my God, This person, this beautiful person is my favorite Cowboy Bebop writer of all time. You can read their stories and feel like it's an actual episode of Cowboy Bebop, the characters feel that authentic. Another great thing about this person is the fact that they can write such amazing stories and not have an ounce of romance in it. When was the last time you read a non-romantic story that was amazing? The characters just interact so naturally with each other. Even though it isn't romantic or anything, you just get this fuzzy feeling of 'camaraderie' when you read it. A couple of stories I would recommend from Agent Orange would be 'The Cowboy's Unofficial Guide to the Open Road' and 'Freaks Flock Together'. The Serpent by The Unholy Trio: This is pretty much a 'What would happen if Wesker succeeded in Resident Evil 5' story. Just Jill and Wesker sticking together through the end of the world. Sounds pretty basic but trust me, this story is good. An Arguement, A Separation by ChronicallyinFlaming: Don't you hate it when you find a story that is absolutely beautiful piece of fiction and find out that it only haves like 15 reviews? Well this Mass Effect story is a perfect example of it. It takes place right after Mass Effect 3 and the basic plot is that Shepard and Liara get into a big fight and they separate to do a little soul searching. My summary doesn't really do it justice, but trust me on this, it is good. Seriously, this story is so good that I'm a little ashamed that my little Oneshot 'Seriously?' got more reviews than this masterpiece. Gods & Monsters by the.subverter: Ever wanted to read a story starring a very renegade Shepard? Then this story is for you. The story mainly focuses on Shepard's clone (don't worry Shepard shows up frequently) from the moment Maya Brooks steals her from cerberus and spans Mass effect 2 and beyond. If you wanna see a renegade Shepard done well then read this story. |
