What if the world of RWBY took place in the Star Wars galaxy?

A fusion of RWBY elements into the Star Wars universe, Shades of the Galaxy explores a heavily altered RWBY-verse set in a galaxy far, far away. The story is about a menagerie of the characters from RWBY who take part in the Clone Wars, receiving brand new backgrounds and tales of their own that would intertwine with each other, meeting other Star Wars characters along the way.

Bonnie's Odyssey: Kanto

A reboot of an old story I did years before; this new version now puts Bonnie and Dedenne on a journey through the Kanto region. Along with a mysterious young girl and a nosy rival from Hoenn, they must overcome the odds to begin their first-ever Pokemon adventure.

Elements from the anime and games are here, even including the Let’s Go games.

The Wacky World of the Wattersons

What if the story of Gumball didn’t end with Season 6?

My own take in the world of Gumball in the future, where his son, Sunbeam Watterson, is now the main character. The story tries to tell a new set of adventures while maintaining that witty TAWOG charm.

Unfortunately, this is a story that I might have to side-line for a while. With TAWOG no longer running (apart from a few clip shows) and the movie seemingly nothing more than a pipe dream at this point, I have started to lose interest in the cartoon. I thought I’d love it, but knowing how stagnant things have been for this show, I don’t really see myself continuing this story as much as originally wanted.

I might have a slower time with this story than the others above. I’ll take it as a sort of a ‘break’ story, just write some whacky chapters here and there to get myself refreshed from the story-driven experiences of the two stories above.

But who knows? If my mood for writing gets better, I’ll come back to this full-time. It’s still a good idea I’ve had for a while now, so I don’t really feel like giving it up completely.

Ninjas and Huntresses: Rangers of Remnant

The Ninja Steel Rangers pursue Galvanax and his warriors into an alternate universe, where hunters battle evil creatures and try to uncover a dark plot from within. Heroes of both worlds must unite to defeat the coming threat that is the alien game show.

I’ve been stalling on this story the longest. Unfortunately, it’s mainly because, after watching Beast Morphers (the PR season after Ninja Steel), I kinda find myself having lost the drive to write the Ninja Steel characters in this. I dunno; they were just not interesting enough when compared to those of the next season.

So, perhaps I might reboot this story as a Beast Morphers crossover instead. I found that season very solid compared to most of the Neo-Saban seasons, so I feel like I would have a more enjoyable time writing the characters from that season than the Ninja Steel ones.

Funny thing is; I actually did intend to include Beast Morphers into the story as a second season of sorts. I planned to quickly finish up the Ninja Steel story as a first season and then have a timeskip where the RWBY story would reach somewhere in between Volumes Four to Six. There, they would meet the Beast Morphers Rangers in a more climatic battle against the combined forces of Evox and Salem.

However, in the end, I did have a good time trying to make the Ninja Steel characters somewhat more developed. But the passion was just not there, so I might have to take a step back and rewrite the story in a more interesting location.

2020 Update

2020 has been a rough year for all of us.

For me, having to balance work and writing my stories has been quite stressful, and it didn’t help that I had to do that work from home. Juggling to do my duties here and there online while also trying to write and complete written material, both for the job and my fanfiction, has been a roller coaster ride.

Writing has always been my passion, but sometimes, I have to think about other things to sustain myself. I still live with my parents, so they’re helping me out as best they can. But living at home can cost me my patience as I have to do some chores as well.

So, overall, I find myself juggling between work, home and writing. At times, it’s been hard to focus on honing my ideas as I tended to worry about the more important things in life. It’s come to the point where I had to suffer countless cases of writer’s block as to how to continue my stories going forward. Eventually, it started to affect my ability to write cohesively as a whole.

Tragically, this year has dwindled my passion to write stories, which is why I am taking a much longer time writing the fanfics here.

However, as 2021 nears, I do have hope that I can pull through. I’ve been re-evaluating things so far, and I’ve managed to score some last-minute miracles at work, enough to give me much more to gain next year! So, things are starting to look bright. But, more importantly, I hope that this chance to be better goes out to the rest of the world as well.

So, 2021. Let us make you a year of rejuvenation; not just for me, but for every single person on this planet!
