Morph squeaked and floated around Silver, who was facing a lifeboat. He was trying to untie it. "Morph, we gotta make tracks."

"I know," He replied to him.

"You never quit, do you?" Jim asked, Silver freezing. He glanced behind him as he saw Jim leaning against a pillar. Ari was standing next to him, looking at him up and down. She couldn't tell if it was just nerves or embarrassment that he was seen.

"Ah, Jimbo! Lass! Ha ha. I was...merely checking to make sure our last longboat was safe and secure," He then poorly tied it and Jim rubbed his chin.

"Mm." Jim stepped forward, bending down to the knot. "Well," He quickly properly tied it. "That should hold it." He smirked and Silver returned the favor. Ari glanced away a bit uncomfortably, hands behind her back.

"I taught you too well," Silver complimented as he and Jim stood up. Jim raised a brow, his face neutral. "If you don't mind, we'd just as soon avoid prison. Little Morphy here, he's a free spirit," Silver whispered, Morph landing on his hand. He flew around Silver's head. Ari crossed her arms, closing her eyes. Silver put Morph on his robotic hand, mimicking a prison. "Being in a cage, it'd break his heart."

Morph was released from his 'prison' and Silver stroked his head. "Well, luckily for you," Jim reached out and grabbed Ari's arm, pulling her forward. "Someone made a strong case for you, and Amelia said you're free to go because of that someone," He winked at Ari and Silver blinked in shock. Ari looked away, saying nothing as she still felt awkward. He smiled at the girl, Jim smiling back at Silver.

"Lass..." She looked back to him briefly. "I know it won't make up for what happened with your pap, but...here." He tossed her locket into her hands and she looked up at him in shock that he even had it. "I, uh...had Morph steal it when you were distracted." She stared at him skeptically and he waved his hand forward. "Go on, open it."

"Oh, it's never been able to be opened. Dad made sure of it."

"That won't be a problem anymore," He smiled at her.

She looked to Jim, who shrugged, and she slowly opened it. Jim joined her side...and they saw a hologram of Eloise, Ari's mother. She gasped at the woman's appearance, covering her mouth in shock. Jim's eyes widened as they saw a woman who looked like an older Ari, but with longer brown hair and lighter brown eyes. She was holding a baby Ari with Oliver sitting next to her and she realized this must've been moments before she died, as the baby was asleep.

"Welcome to the world, Arianna Rosalind Johnson...I'm sorry I can't be with you," Eloise hugged the girl close, kissing her forehead. "But I know that your father's going to take the best care of you for me. I love you, my sweet child."

Ari let a few tears escape her as she closed the locket. She closed her eyes as she was finally able to know what her mother looked like...and to know that she loved her very much. And she finally was able to know her...

She stepped forward and hugged Silver, sniffling. "Thank you for this...I don't entirely forgive you, but...this means a lot."

He patted her back with a smile, Jim looking happy for the girl. He flipped the switch and the girl pulled back as the trapdoor opened. Silver smiled in relief, looking back to see Jim untying the knot. He got onto his feet.

"What say you ship out with us, lad, lass?" Silver offered them, Jim smiling. Morph turned into a Captain's hat and a First Mate hat for them. "Yous and me! Hawkins, Johnson, and Silver, full of ourselves and no ties to anyone! Well, except for you two, because...you know."

Ari let out a small laugh, Jim smiling at her. Morph peeked down at the two. "You know...when I got on this boat," He tickled Morph back into himself. "I would've taken you up on that offer in a second...but, uh, I met this old cyborg, and he taught me that I could chart my own course. And...that's what I'm gonna do," He took a hold of Ari's hand, making her look up at him. He smiled down at her. "With the girl that I've loved ever since she left."

She slowly smiled, both of them touching each other's foreheads. "Yeah. Sounds about right," She agreed with him softly.

Silver grinned at them, stepping forward. "And what do you see off that bow of yours?"

Jim smirked a bit, glancing up at him. "A future." He earned a chuckle in return.

"Look at yous, glowing like a solar fire together." They grinned up at him. "You're both something special, you know." Jim's eyes glossed a bit. "You're gonna rattle the stars, you are." Silver looked like he was about to cry too, and he held out his arms. They both hugged him, latching onto his arms. Ari let a tear roll down her cheek.

Silver pulled away, clearing his throat. "Got a bit of grease in this cyborg eye of mine," He wiped away an eye and turned away, sniffling. Jim wiped his own eyes and Ari smirked a bit. She kissed his cheek and he looked at her playfully. He reached out and rubbed away her tear with his thumb, making her laugh. Morph stared at the two and started sobbing, turning into a pile of tears. Jim caught him in his arms.

"Oh, hey, Morph. We'll see you around, okay?"

"Yeah," Ari smiled softly at him. "We'll never be too far."

He looked up with part of his body. "See ya around." He then licked their cheeks, earning smiles in return. They watched him float over to Silver, who had held his finger out. Morph rested on it, looking very sad that he wouldn't see them anymore. Silver looked away in thought and then held up his hand.

"Morphy, I got a job for ya." Morph stared at him and he looked to the two. "I need you to keep an eye on these here pups," He smiled at them as he said it loud enough for them to hear and they looked at him wide-eyed. "Will ya do me that little favor?"

"Aye aye, Captain," Morph saluted to him, nudging Silver's cheek happily. Silver smiled, looking like he was about to cry again as the shape-shifter flew over to them. He chittered, rubbing their cheeks in unison. The two smiled at his action as he was being lowered down into the lifeboat.

"Oh, and one more thing!" He called out, reaching into his pocket. "This is for your dear mother," He tossed a handful of treasure to Jim. "To rebuild that inn of hers. And this..." He tossed another one. "Is for you-know-who," He winked, earning a small blush from Jim, while Ari just looked confused. He winked and grinned.

"Stay out of trouble, ya old scalawag," Jim hugged Ari's waist as she snapped out of it.

"Yeah. If you don't, I'm not sure if I'll be able to get you out of it next time," She winked playfully, and he laughed.

"Why, Jimbo, lass, when have I ever done otherwise?" The boat completely lowered and he tipped his hat as he flew off. The two waved to him as he left and he looked back, saluting. The two smiled, Morph resting on Jim's shoulder as they watched him disappear...

Upon return, the spaceport was bustling with people, as usual. But this time, some workers were putting up statues and plaques for Oliver, which elated Ari to know that they honored his memory as much as she did. Sarah looked around for the two teenagers, having been notified before hand that the Legacy had come back. She glanced around for them, pushing past some people. Jim then placed a hand on her shoulder, surprising her. But what surprised her the most was to see that Ari and Jim were holding hands.

They both hugged her and she laughed happily. Once they pulled back, she pointed between the two and they confirmed their relationship with nods. Sarah pulled Ari in for a gentle hug and the girl smiled happily. Morph flew between the two, surprising her again as he rubbed her cheek.

Morph turned into a pair of scissors and cut a ribbon. A camera flash went off as everyone celebrated the opening of the new Benbow Inn, and it looked gorgeous.

Turns out the extra money Silver gave was for Ari's own ship, just like she wanted for years. He even named it the S. , and she couldn't be more thrilled. However, she did have one thing to complete beforehand…

One late night, Ben propped open the door from the kitchen. He was a waiter for the Benbow, and had gotten cleaned up after he returned to Montressor with his friends. And he was essentially a replacement for Ari while she was away. He served out cake to the guests, including Delbert and Amelia. The couple smiled at each other, looking down at their four children. After the journey, they married and had babies, three of which had Amelia's features. But the last one, the boy, had taken on Delbert's appearance. Amelia kissed the side of his head and he woke up with a smile.

The door was burst open and everyone gasped as it was the same two cops that brought back Jim during his solar surfer incident. Sarah looked a little devastated, thinking that they both got into trouble. But then they moved away to reveal Jim and Ari. She was dressed in a beautiful white silk dress with red tips at the end, her shoes unseen. Her hair had gotten a bit longer and was now a bit more wavier. Jim had on a captain's uniform and had cut off both the rat tail and his bangs. Which Ari had to get used to since she loved his hair the way it was...

Jim smiled as Ari had an arm around him, the girl looking happy as well.

The crowd cheered for the duo, Jim shaking hands with the cops. Ari smiled at them in thanks. Morph turned into a star and moon badge for the two. He planted himself on them, and they smiled.

Music started to play and Jim bowed to the girl as they were surrounded by the guests. "May I have this dance?"

"You most certainly may," She playfully remarked, curtsying to him. He put an arm around hers and he moved his feet while she picked up her skirt, waving it around. She laughed as he twirled her down.

Delbert and Amelia joined the start of the line. He spun and dipped her, and she smiled up at him.

Morph was watching the babies, Ari bending down to them. She cooed at the four. Over time, Amelia had adopted Ari, making her a big sister to them. She had mentioned them in her letters to Ari, and she was now just meeting Matey, Jib, Tillie, and Sunny. Morph was keeping an eye on them. One of the girls pulled at the boy's ear, yanking it. He cried as she let go, Ari giving her a disapproving look. Morph turned into a rattle in favor of making the boy laugh. Ari smiled and hugged them gently before walking off.

Two kids were dancing and Ben took off his hat. He then started doing the robot dance, Sarah laughing and clapping along. She smiled at him, who was clapping along as well. Ari joined his side and they smiled at each other. He leaned in and gave her a brief kiss before they looked out to the window together at the starry night.

"I love you, Arianna," He turned to her and she smiled happily at his words.

"I love you too, Jim."

He picked her bridal style, spinning both of them around. She laughed as she hugged his neck, her skirt spinning around.

A bunch of clouds that looked like Silver looked down at them, the right eye glinting...

Angel: Alright, now that the movie is finished, some of you long-time fans are wondering 'what is she gonna do now? Where is she headed?' And I will answer those.

As of now, the ROTTMNT film has been delayed until next year, so you won't be seeing that story probably not until next summer (we still haven't had news of an actual date). So, I'm still not doing TMNT stuff at the moment, which I know people love, but I'm not entirely done with the franchise either. So anything TMNT is on pause because I'm just not ready to go back to it until the movie. Not because I don't like the franchise anymore, but because sometimes I still just can't with some people saying that 'oh, you should do everything TMNT', which I still disagree with. I still have other stuff on here that is just as beloved as TMNT, after all. If I really wanted to do everything TMNT for the rest of my life, I probably would've just stopped writing altogether because clearly, there are some things from that franchise that I'm avoiding for the rest of my life. Although I will thank all those TMNT-only readers because the 2003 story has reached over 450,000 views as of now, and the ROTTMNT story has almost reached 200,000!

And also Final Space got CANCELLED, so I had to unfortunately end Bounty Hunter Princess and that sucked since most of the characters died and arcs got unresolved by it being cancelled. So now I have to bounce back from that.

Anyway…what exactly am I releasing next? Well, I'm gonna release a story soon, but I won't say which one. I've gotten more busy, so I have to limit content for the time being, just until things calm down. Especially since I'm moving away still, and that move-out date is coming up soon. So what I decided to do is to release things at the top of my list (which is not the same as on my profile) so that I don't have to wait longer on doing them. As for the stories I haven't touched that aren't completed, I still plan on revisiting them, but not right now. And don't get your hopes up, because the next story coming out is not a TMNT story.
