"Well Bartowski, what do you think?" Casey asked, and Chuck shook his head.

"Honestly Casey, I don't know what to think. You both have done so much for me and-"

"Chuck, stop right there. The only thing Casey and I did was what we should have done in the first place. The President said it best. You didn't ask for any of this. You have been thrown into the field with no training whatsoever and you have been amazing. You. Chuck Bartowski, not the computer you have in your head."

"Walker's right Bartowski. You're like no soldier I've ever met, but you get results. Now please, do the common sense thing and take the offer." Casey said, and Chuck grinned.

"Okay. So long as we're all in agreement. But Sarah, I did have one question."

"Only one?" She asked with a smile.

"For the moment. The President making Casey my head of security is obvious. The suggestion of you as my CFO is interesting. I didn't know you had an economics background." He said, and her smile widened.

"I dual majored at Harvard. Languages and Finance, and yes Chuck my degree is real." She said, and it was his turn to grin. He was being given insight into the life of the woman he had quickly grown to care for, and he loved it.

"Languages, Finance and a beautiful badass to boot. How did I get so lucky?" He asked quietly, and she smiled, moving to stand next to him. The words she whispered in his ear made him shiver.

"Wait until we're done with this meeting Chuck. Then you'll see how lucky you really are."

The kiss she gave him afterwards banished any thoughts he had of there only being a cover relationship between him and Sarah.

Casey just shook his head. He needed to turn off the surveillance in the moron's apartment, or he'd have nightmares for weeks.

The two Agents and the newly minted Analyst reentered the house, Chuck and Sarah holding hands and making no attempt to hide it.

"May I assume you've come to a decision?" The President asked.

"Yes sir. Mr. President...We accept." Chuck said, while Sarah and Casey nodded.

"Excellent. Now, there is just one other matter for tonight. Agent Walker, Mr. Bartowski-"

"Chuck." Chuck interrupted, and Casey gaped. One did not interrupt the President of the United States.

"Zach." The President replied in the same tone, and the two men laughed.

"Chuck, you and Sarah are dating, correct?"

Chuck looked at Sarah, who smiled.

"Exclusively." She replied, and the President grinned.

"Very good. Now I understand that your first date was interrupted due to the arrival of Major Casey. So, I would like to set you both up on a bit of a working vacation. How does a week in Washington D.C. sound? All expenses covered by the government of course. During the week, you would be able to tour and see the sights. Agent Casey, I know you wanted to get your recertification in so that could be arranged during that week. Meanwhile, Agent Walker and Chuck, you would be working on Chuck's initial firearm and hand to hand combat skills. Also, I would love for you to dine with the First Lady and I one or two evenings. By the time you're back in Burbank, we'll have your cyber-security firm set up. What do you say?"

Chuck looked at Sarah and she smiled. Even Casey gave a more positive grunt than usual.

"Thank you Zach. Thank you for everything."

"No Chuck. One behalf of a grateful nation...thank you. Thank you all. I'll see you soon."

No sooner had the screen went black than Sarah grabbed Chuck by his collar and kissed him hard. Casey wisely made his way out of the house.

"Sarah, are you-"

Sarah cut him off with another kiss.

"Chuck, take me to bed or lose me forever." She said, and he moaned at her words.

The things he did for his country.
