Meanwhile, Wayne and Wanda were asleep with their litter of werepuppies who were at least fast asleep. Wayne slowly shut his eyes, feeling like he could finally get some rest, but as soon as he closed his eyes, the phone started to howl and scream, waking up the young ones resulting in "A Howl" as would be mentioned in places like Zootopia.

"I didn't order a wake-up call." Wayne complained as he took the call.

"Count Dracula arranged it for all the rooms." The skull told him.

Wayne groaned as he hung up, only for the phone to howl at him again before he got ballistic as he tried to firmly hang up the phone to make the noise stop. "Where's the snooze button?!" he then groaned.

"There will be no snoozing," The phone soon told him. "The party's today."

Meanwhile, Mavis was in her room, checking her wardrobe closet and found several cloaks and decided to design something nice for her special day and soon wore it with pride.

"Wow! Lookin' good." One voice said.

"Yes, you look 'fangtastic'." A second voice added.

"Oh, thanks," Mavis smiled before looking curious. "Wait, who said that?"

"It's us," One voice said, showing to be a teenage vampire girl in mostly pink and black. "Draculaura."

"And Sibella," The second voice added, seeming to be mostly purple with puffy long hair and a flowing dress. "Your younger sisters."

"...I have sisters?" Mavis blinked.

"Looooong story, it's best not to think too hard about it." Sibella replied.

Mavis just looked over in confusion while Draculaura and Sibella smiled at her.

Griffin was soon "seen" shaving in his mirror, then combing his supposed curly red hair, and then began to powder all over before he then decided to powder his butt. "Ooh, yeah, perfecto." he then smirked as he admired his whitened backside.

Meanwhile, Dracula snuck into his daughter's room and looked around for her. He then gave a small smile before he left a black laced ribbon box and dashed away before he could be seen. The box seemed to be a simple gift, but also had the tag of "Happy 118th, Mavis. Love Mom".

Meanwhile (again), it was then time for the party to get started as Frank, Wayne, Griffin, and Murray began to play their band as Frank sang in an autotune voice, the crowd was cheering, and a table flew by with the werepuppies before one of them started kicking the others so that she could have the table for herself. Even the zombie composers shared a dance together and began to remove their heads from each other's necks and soon kept on dancing as a part of their routine.

"Looks like the festivities are off to a great start." Lionel noted as he and Cherry came downstairs.

"Seems like it," Cherry added, wearing sunglasses in case it would be too bright. "Also, if they have any music, I used a spell to help keep it at a tolerable level and not one that makes our ears hurt... Kids these days and their raves." she then scoffed and rolled her eyes a little bit.

"Thanks, hon." Lionel smiled as they joined the crowd in celebrating.

"I do my best," Cherry said with a small shrug as they came to join the others at the party before glancing. "...Weird. Could've sworn I saw Draculaura from Monster High and Sibella from Miss Grimwood's Ghoul School."

"Heh... Maybe they're Mavis's half-sisters!" Lionel chuckled.

"I should learn not to question new experiences in new adventures, even if this is supposed to be our couple's retreat." Cherry smirked at the idea along with many other secrets and revelations she would find out about in her time meeting new people.

A blob girl was shown to be coming by, wearing pink hair in a ponytail with glasses along with a mummy boy with a backwards cap who resembled Murray in a way. There was also a bat who nearly resembled that of a teenage boy who also came to join the party.

"Guess you're Dracula's nephew?" Cherry asked the bat.

"You know it and I even got my own pack of friends who help me stop the forces of evil back home!" The bat replied before a smoke cloud appeared and soon showed a human-ish young man with very pale skin and shoulder-length black hair. "They call me Drak Jr."

"Ah, yeah... I think I've heard about you..." Cherry remarked. "The Drak Pack."

"Wow, the Dracula family tree is extensive!" Lionel remarked.

"You're darn right it is," Drak smirked. "And don't you forget it."

"We'll try not to." Cherry replied.

Johnny soon danced to the music before looking over as he realized some company was coming for him. There was a colorful mist in the air before it spread away from the crowd and soon appeared the shape and form of Mavis herself.

"Wow. You look beautiful." Johnny blinked as he looked amazed at the vampires.

"Thanks," Mavis smiled warmly. "Thanks for the party."

"Yeah, you like my little touches?" Johnny smiled back before he started to show her something.

There were then fireflies that flew by and took Mavis away from the party lights and music for a minute as she was shown something very tremendous and unbelievable if she didn't see it for herself. There were glowing fireflies of different colors, showing the different countries in the outside, human world right before Mavis' eyes. She could see The Eiffel Tower of Paris and even pouring wine glasses and an airplane, and then the wonderful sights of New York City with The Statue of Liberty, Time Square, 5th Avenue, Broadway, and Central Park. There was also the snow of Moscow and of course the popular sight of Red Square. One could probably hear the Tetris theme at the sight of Moscow. There were even flowers, volcanoes, palm trees, and hula dancers shown of the sight of "HaWeeWee" before soon Mavis and Johnny were back together again.

"It's amazing..." Mavis whispered in awestruck before she smirked as she suddenly had an idea of what to do with Johnny. She then held her arms and fell backward into something in the sort of a trust exercise.

Johnny then quickly tried to catch Mavis before she would fall on the floor only for her to suddenly poof away so he caught her cloak instead. Mavis then turned into a bat and flew around before grasping Johnny in her cloak and then pulled him backward with her wings while everybody continued to dance and have a good time.

"Now this is a party..." Lionel smiled confidently as he and Cherry joined in the good time.

"Should be lots of fun." Cherry nodded as she rubbed her stomach absentmindedly.

Dracula smiled as he roamed into the room, meeting his several guests who were all having a lot of fun as well.

"Terrific party."

"You really outdid yourself, Drac."

"Got to be the best one I've been to in 500 years."

"Now this is what I call a monster mash." Cherry smirked as she and Lionel joined in on the dancing.

Johnny was stomping around, though he unintentionally began to back up right against someone who was behind him. The monster who he bumped into snarled from the privacy invasion.

"Sorry, big man!" Johnny called out before he went back to dancing beside Mavis.

Soon, time seemed to stand still between Johnny and Mavis as they slowly stopped dancing and just looked each other in the eyes. Dracula was walking through the party with two suits of armor flanking him, before he immediately broke into a series of super-cool dance moves, and then began doing a jig.

"Uh... Mavis?" Johnny asked as Mavis seemed to glide closer and closer. "I'm crazily scared right now..."

"Maybe that's a good thing." Mavis smiled as she leaned in close, beginning to pucker her lips.

Dracula was in the midst of his dancing when one of the armors tapped him on the shoulder, then pointed out that Johnny and Mavis were in a serious lip-lock. Johnny formed a small smile as Mavis sweetly kissed him. Dracula then began to go through what every father fears and dreads: his daughter in love with a boy. Though of course Johnny wasn't an ordinary boy, at least in the monster's sense of a "normal boy". Everyone continued to dance until soon, Dracula zipped right over between Mavis and Johnny.

"Oh, boy..." Cherry mumbled once she saw that and crossed her arms.

"How could you?!" Dracula scolded Johnny. "After I shared my pain with you?!"

"But... No..." Johnny stammered out of fright.

"Dad, it was just a kiss." Mavis said as she cupped her mouth, amused at her father's reaction.

"No, you're not allowed to kiss!" Dracula retorted.

"Dad, I'm allowed to do things. I'm not 83 anymore or 114 when Aunt Lydia was in charge while you went to that Vampire Council," Mavis defended. "I'm allowed to like people or go see the world again."

"What?! You saw it!" Dracula replied. "Y-You said you didn't like it!"

"Maybe I want to give the village another chance," Mavis said with a small shrug. "I need to learn, you know, how to roll with it like Johnny does."

"No, no, you can't go to the village again!"

"Maybe you can make them see that we can be friends."

"No, that isn't possible!"

"Well, you can't be sure. It's all in how you present yourself!"

"No, that won't make a difference!"

"How do you know?"

"Because it just won't!"

"Why, why won't it?!" Mavis demanded during their little father/daughter bickering.

"BECAUSE THAT VILLAGE DOESN'T REALLY EXIST!" Dracula then admitted out loud suddenly.

Mavis's eyes widened in shock, and the dance floor became deathly silent. One of the strings on Frank's guitar snapped out of place.

"...W-What do you mean, 'doesn't exist'?" Mavis asked, slowly.

"What did you do?" Frank asked as he and the others all looked at Drac.

The vampire king crossed his arms firmly. "...I did what I had to do." he replied.

"What was it?" Mavis inquired. "What exactly did you have to do? Tell me."

There were some murmurs around the room as Drac squeezed his eyes shut, as if bracing himself mentally. "I... I built the town," he admitted. "The staff put it all together. The zombies dressed up as the townspeople..."

Two of the zombie bellhops grunted. Mavis walked off, feeling devastated by the reveal as she turned away from her father.

"Please, if you really went out there and something happened to you, I... I just couldn't live with myself!" Dracula begged Mavis.

"But you could live with this?" Mavis retorted. "Lying to me? Tricking me? Keeping me here forever when you knew my dream was to go?"

Dracula then opened his mouth to say something, but was suddenly interrupted. The crowd then looked over as Quasimodo made it into the ballroom, still muffling and frozen, so he was a bit hard to understand.

"...Oil?" Murray tried to guess what Quasimodo was saying.

"He's not The Tin Man." Cherry told him dryly.

Quasimodo then kept trying to talk to the crowd, but was unable to.

"English, please," Eunice spoke up. "Your voice is really annoying."

"Wait. I speak Frozen," The humanoid fly spoke up before translating for the hunchback. "He says, 'Dracula has brought a human into the hotel'."

The crowd then gasped.

"A human?!" A gremlin wife cried out.

"Stay close, Pookie!" The gremlin husband said before hugging his wife.

Quasimodo then tried to speak again as Johnny was trying to leave the room before anyone could see him.

"He says, 'Zere is ze human'," The fly then translated again, speaking differently due to how Quasimodo talked. "He has a French accent."

Johnny made his way towards the doors, but they immediately slammed shut. Standing in front of them was Esmeralda, and the angry little rodent gave an ugly snarl.

The crowd gasped as they all turned to face 'Johnny-stein'.

"Johnny's not a human; he's my right arm's cousin," said Frank. "He's lying."

"Yeah... And why is he picking his nose?" inquired Griffin.

Quasimodo grunted something.

"He says it's a long story." translated the fly.

"Hey! Wait, no! Get off me!" Johnny grunted as he tried to fight off the repugnant rat, which was crawling and ripping at his disguise, smearing his face paint, until his skin was exposed.

"Ee-ol eh ooan!" Quasimodo grunted.

"He says 'behold, ze human'." The fly translated.

"And suddenly things turned ugly." Lionel commented, as the guests immediately started screaming and panicking, running about like wild animals.

The only one standing still was Mavis, who looked on at Johnny in quiet shock.

Mavis soon approached Johnny as it was just them while everyone else ran amok. "Is it true? Are you a human?" she then asked him once he was exposed.

Johnny winced before he answered, sounding incredibly guilty in the process. "Yeeeessss... I'm so sorry." he then said.

Cherry then suddenly cringed, fearing the worst for Johnny and Mavis, though it seemed to be okay either way.

"I don't care!" Mavis soon told Johnny before hugging the mortal lovingly. "I still wanna be with you."

However, Johnny seemed to not feel the same way. "Uh... Well, tough! 'Cuz I don't want to be with you. Because... You're a monster! And I hate monsters! Goodbye!" he then told her before storming off for the door.

Mavis gasped in shock and heartbreak.

"He doesn't mean it," Cherry tried to tell Mavis. "He can't really mean it."

Johnny continued to head for the door and as he left, he then did a Bruce Lee kick without hitting anyone as he faced the mummy in the crowd.

"Please, don't hurt me!" Murray cried out and flinched at that.

Johnny gave Mavis one last look and he soon headed right out the door.

"He doesn't mean it..." Cherry urged Mavis. "He's gonna come back later... Much later... He'll just leave now and come back like Toriel." she then began to tell herself as she knew in her heart that Johnny didn't mean what he said to Mavis.

Lionel just hugged her in silence, patting her back all the while.

"Lionel, you know that he can't mean that, right?" Cherry then said as she tried to make the situation light, but it seemed pointless.

"Of course he doesn't mean it," Lionel replied. "He probably just said that because he's convinced their relationship might very well put her life at risk. He didn't want to break her heart, but he felt that he needed to in order to protect her."

"Then it'll turn out fine in the end... Right..." Cherry then said. "I'm sorry, I guess I got caught up in the moment. I've been a little emotional lately."

"It's alright," Lionel told her. "Nobody could blame you for feeling this way."

"It's just... An overwhelming moment, ya know?" Cherry replied. "It's a lot to think about and whatnot."

"Oh, no kidding," Lionel told her in agreement. "Considering there's so much happening all at once."

"Right..." Cherry nodded. "Let's just try to relax and enjoy the rest of our vacation before we head back on the first bus back to Greendale."

Mavis stood, silent and dumbstruck, as Dracula reached a hand out to her, but instead, she rounded on him, her eyes red with anger. "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!" she shouted before she turned into a bat and flew away.

Right after that, the ballroom cleared out, with Frank shooting a glare at Drac on the way out.

"And it just got somewhat worse." Cherry then sighed before giving a look to Dracula. Not as mad at him as Mavis was, but still pretty unhappy right now.

Dracula soon began to feel just as devastated as everyone else, but for different reasons of course as he was on his own for this one.

Draculaura, Drak, and Sibella even shared looks before they decided to go after Mavis. Even The Mariachi Band began to play sad music to fit the mood quite a bit. Mavis came into her room for a moment before seeing Draculaura, Sibella, and Drak.

"Hey... You wanna talk things out with your favorite cousin and sisters?" Drak asked with a smirk. "I'm quite smooth with the girls where I come from."

"Thank you all the same, but I think I need some time alone." Mavis replied with a sigh.

"Going back to the village?" Sibella asked.

"Not exactly..." Mavis said as she looked out her window before turning into a bat and decided to fly up to the roof and change back into her human form to sit up there.

"There's nothing we can do right now," Draculaura told Sibella and Drak. "We might as well let her take a break."

"Guess it's a girl thing," Drak shrugged. "Fine, we'll give her some space."

The vampire youngsters sat off to the side as Lionel and Cherry turned into bats and flew up to find her. Of course, Dracula had the same idea as he shut off the lights and flew up to the roof, before he found Mavis staring up at the night sky.

"Aww..." Cherry said softly. "Poor girl..."

Dracula soon poofed back to normal and came to walk over and sit beside his daughter.

"Dad, can you do me a favor?" Mavis spoke up solemnly.

"Yes, yes, of course, darling. Anything." Dracula said calmly.

"Will you erase my mind?" Mavis then asked.

Dracula looked unsure about that request. "No, no, no, no. No, I won't do that," he then said softly. "There's too much I want you to remember."

"You were right, Dad," Mavis firmly pouted, trying very hard not to cry. "The humans hate us."

"Sweetheart, there are so many eligible monsters out there," Dracula then said. "You're so young to-" he then stopped himself before seeing that she had some sort of book. "What is it? What are you reading?"

Mavis looked at him and soon gave him the book.

Dracula took the book and began to look through it as it was a gift for Mavis' birthday this year before a woman's voice could be heard in his head, reading the words beneath the drawings about two vampires falling in love.

"Two lonely bats crashed in the night. They felt a Zing. Love at first sight. They knew right then they would be husband and wife. For a Zing only happens once in your life. Your Zing will come, my love. Cherish it. Love, Mommy."

"I thought we Zinged, Dad..." Mavis said in a broken, sullen tone.

Dracula gasped. "You and Johnny?" he asked.

"I guess it was only me..." Mavis continued. "But you should be happy, Dad. There's no reason for me to leave... I have no more dreams... I'm just like you now." She then stood up, turned into a bat, and flew into her window, leaving Dracula on the roof, feeling lower than a centipede's heels.

The wind then began to blow and it blew away something that Mavis had left behind.

Dracula then went to catch it before it would blow away and probably be gone forever before he checked it to see that it was Mavis' Hawaiian postcard. "Martha... What have I done?" he then muttered as he felt even worse now.

Cherry and Lionel just shared a look as things were getting worse and worse in Hotel Transylvania. They soon came back inside and saw that nearly everybody in the hotel was heading over to the lobby as quickly as possible.

"They all must be leaving because of what happened." Cherry guessed as she saw the spread of monsters heading out of their rooms and straight to elevators.

"I wouldn't blame them," Lionel replied. "They're mad that Drac lied and kept secrets from them. The one place that was meant to be their sanctuary, apart from Ghoul School or Monster High, and it's basically been violated."

"What is this minibar charge?" Wayne asked, looking over his bill.

"Honey, the kids threw the minibar out the window." explained Wanda as the wolf pups raced over the counter, knocking a lamp onto the floor.

"And that's our fault?" Wayne queried incredulously.

"Well..." Wanda began.

"Excuse me! Pardon, me!" Murray called out as he rushed from the back with boxes in hand before coming right to the front desk and set the boxes down in front of a zombie intern known as Ghoulia Yelps. "Excuse me, I got a couple of people to express mail."

Ghoulia let out a groan in response that sounded unintelligible.

"Express!" Murray told her.

Dracula soon flew by in bat form as he flew over the top of them to talk with them. "Friends, please, stop." he then told his fellow monsters.

"It's too late, rat-bat!" Murray glared as Dracula poofed back into human form and stood up on top of the desk as his zombie workers stepped aside from the desk.

"Please, I'm begging you," Dracula told them, sounding desperate. "I need you to help me find Johnny."

"The human?" Wayne glared. "He could've killed us!"

"He touched my guitar!" Murray added.

"He put his hand in my mouth to see if it would disappear!" Griffin added as he sounded insulted.

"He let me eat his SCOOTER!" The elderly gremlin piped up.

"I know I lied. I was wrong, but you have to believe this: Johnny wasn't a bad guy," Dracula told them all. "The truth is, I don't even know if humans are bad anymore. Frank, come on, buddy. You understand." he then said, trying to talk to one of the boxes.

"He's not talking to you," Eunice's voice said from another box. "First you tell us humans are bad, now they're good. What else? Up is down, cold is hot, gremlins don't smell?" she then added while scoffing.

"Hey!" A gremlin in the crowd complained.

The first box burst open, and Frank's arm lifted his head up so he could see. "I really liked Johnny, cousin or no. He told fun stories," he said.

"Same here!" Hank's voice called from a slightly smaller box.

"I think they Zinged..." said Drac.

"They Zinged?" exclaimed Wanda and Wayne in unison.

Dracula bowed his head, disappointed in himself. "But I got in the way," he continued.

"You only Zing once in your life." sniffled Frank as he started to cry... And then, his head began to spark and sputter.

"Oy, now you're short-circuiting." Eunice groused, rolling her eyes.

"I don't care!" Frank sobbed, amidst his electric convulsions.

"Well, what're we standing around here for?" asked Griffin. "Let's go get Johnny!"

"Now there's an idea!" Lionel exclaimed. "Count me in!"

"You know what? Same here." Cherry added.

Soon, everyone else in the lobby agreed.

"Besides, not all fleshies or non-monsters are bad," Draculaura remarked. "I go to school with Jackson Jekyll and Holt Hyde."

"...How does that work?" Lionel asked Cherry.

Cherry just shrugged as the Jekyll and Hyde family was confusing when you really thought about it.

"And I know Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy-Doo and they're some of the best friends I've ever had." Sibella smiled.

"And my friends, Howler and Frankie, try to give monsters everywhere a good name by helping humans against dark forces from The Organization of Generally Rotten Enterprises!" Drak spoke up.

Dracula soon slowly smiled once everyone was getting in the spirit of helping out to get Johnny back to make Mavis happy.

"All right, people, helping others is one of my jobs as an adventurer and going all over many worlds to do it," Cherry spoke up. "I don't know where Johnny is right now, but we can all find him if we all work together."

"She's right." replied Frank as he pulled himself together; quite literally, might I add, apart from his legs, which were still detached.

Drac, Lionel, and Cherry turned into bats and flew off, while Murray rolled after them in the shape of a ball, Griffin and Wayne were right behind them, and Frank was hopping behind while carrying his legs underneath his arms. As he hopped away, he accidentally flattened the pair of fleas from earlier.

"We should have honeymooned at your parents'!" squeaked one flea, annoyed.
