"I haven't been to Eternia in so long," Zolten said. "I do hope that King Randor and Queen Marlena are well."
"Probably not for long with Skeletor's reign." Moxie replied.
"Just get ready to fight back when we get there." Drell said as the portal came up.
"I feel like I have no other option." Cherry replied.
"I should hope not," Drell said to her. "You beat me in karate that time with the Samurai Sword. Too bad Lionel wasn't there, so he couldn't see that." he then smirked smugly.
Atticus soon took out a video to show Lionel of Cherry beating Drell in karate thanks to the help of Chun-Li.
"Hey! No fair!" Drell whined from that.
"Whoa... Bad-ass!" Lionel exclaimed. "Maybe I could use my universal game controller to program in knowledge of Street Fighter moves so we could fight the bad dudes!"
"What's a universal game controller?" Thor whispered to him.
"You don't know?" Atticus asked.
"Uh, sure I do," Thor replied. "I just wanna see if Lionel knows what he's talking about."
Lionel rolled his eyes. "Well... It's something I made that allows me to control anyone I choose as though they were characters in a video game, even enabling them to use their special moves and whatnot." he replied.
"Oh... Cool!" Thor replied.
"Any more questions?" asked Lionel. "No? Good. Now let's go save He-Man, She-Ra, The Sorceress, and Eternia!"
"Here comes our exit." Drell pointed out.
They looked to the exit and soon got engulfed in a bright, white light that took them right to the world of Eternia.
"Ah... Eternia... I've missed you a bit." Zolten sighed nostalgically to himself.
"Well, there'll be lots more time for sightseeing after we save everybody!" added Man-at-Arms.
At Castle Greyskull, Skeletor strode proudly towards his throne, Evil-Lyn flanking him, with Tri-Klops holding the Sword of Power in his grip, and Trap-Jaw clutching the Sword of Protection as He-Man and She-Ra were led inside, bruised and beaten.
A bony smile crept onto Skeletor's face as he looked out on his most hated enemies. "...I win," he remarked. He clutched his Havoc Staff. "How long?" he asked.
"Half a preton until moonrise." replied a Centurion.
"Yep!" added Clawful as he clapped his claws together. "An' then it's party time!"
Skeletor then turned back to his first prisoner. "Do you hear, Sorceress?" he asked. "The final moment has come...all the forces of Greyskull, all the powers of the universe will be vested in me... ME! And you... You will cease to exist."
By this point, the Sorceress looked very elderly. "It is not too late to undo this madness." she said calmly.
Skeletor's eye sockets began to glow with two tiny red dots. "...Madness?" he asked. "I demand the destitution, shame, and loneliness of scorn; it is my destiny, my right... Nothing will deter me from it!"
"Men who crave power look back over the mistakes of their lives," said the Sorceress. "...Pile them all together, and call it destiny."
Skeletor chuckled. "Thank you for that bit of charming philosophy, Sorceress..." he said. "Here is my response!"
Tri-Klops and Trap-Jaw held up the Power Swords, and the Sorceress' eyes widened in shock.
"Oh, yes," said Skeletor. "The Swords of Power and Protection... Both mine! Beast-Man! Evil-Lyn! Head to the dungeon and fetch Randor and Marlena. I want them to personally see their great champions having their wills shattered!"
He-Man and She-Ra both looked unfortunate, but didn't bother moving or objecting to anything.
"Of course, Skeletor." Evil-Lyn smiled evilly as she went off to do just that.
Beast Man soon followed after her.
"Why involve them?" She-Ra sighed to herself about their parents.
"Because he wants to make sure that he crushes any and all traces of hope." replied He-Man.
"Take a good, long look at your champions." Skeletor grinned as the Centurions pulled He-Man and She-Ra forward, very forcefully if I might add.
They were both latched down with wrist chains. The siblings looked deeply unfortunate as the Sorceress looked just as hopeless as they did.
"Witness this moment, you two," Skeletor smirked to the siblings. "This moment, when the powers of Grayskull will become mine for eternity. Our lifelong battle is ending at last in the only way it could."
"Holosphere standing by." A Centurion informed.
Some other troopers got ready from that.
"When the Great Eye opens, the people of Eternia shall see you kneeling to me, just before you die." Skeletor then continued to the siblings.
He-Man scowled as he ran towards Skeletor, but two guards blocked his path.
"We'll never kneel to you!" She-Ra snapped.
"YES, YOU WILL!" Skeletor shouted. "YES, YOU WILL! Or I shall wreak unforgettable harm upon you both!"
Trapjaw soon stepped down while Evil-Lyn smiled darkly. The guards moved their swords as Trapjaw soon lashed out a special whip against the two siblings to make them bow down. The Sorceress looked quite unhappy as she couldn't move as much due to her new elderly age.
Meanwhile, the group was making their way to Castle Greyskull in order to rescue He-Man and She-Ra from their fiendish fate.
"Zoe, I gotta say I haven't seen this side of ya," Thor smiled to his girlfriend. "It's really attractive."
"Focus!" Zoe told him firmly.
"Sorry, can't help it." Thor smiled bashfully.
Meanwhile, He-Man and She-Ra were still being whipped.
"You know what they say," remarked Trap-Jaw. "When a problem comes along, you must whip it! Whip it good!"
"Enough," Skeletor told Blade as He-Man and She-Ra were covered with lacerations. "Where is your strength? Where has it gone, hm? Look at your precious Sorceress; an old crone... Weak, withering, dying. Are you ready to kneel now, proud warriors?"
"The moon rises to its apex!" said a Centurion.
"Ah..." Skeletor beamed as he looked up. "Do you hear? The alpha and the omega. Death and rebirth, and as you both die, so will I be REBORN."
She-Ra and He-Man weakly glared at him. The others began to get ready with their own weapons, including a sword for Sabrina.
"I'll trust you with that," Drell told Sabrina. "I better not be disappointed."
"What is this?" Sabrina asked as she took the sword and looked it over.
"Think of it as like Atticus's Sword of Harmony or Xena's sword as The Warrior Princess," Drell explained. "With you as Xabrina: Warrior Witch."
"Heh... You remember that, huh?" Sabrina smiled sheepishly.
"Better make yourself useful too like Cherry." Drell replied softly.
Lionel took out his controller and morphed it into a gauntlet for his hand. "Now let's do this thing. FOR ETERNIA!" he proclaimed.
"FOR ETERNIA!" The others proclaimed together.
And Lionel teleported the group into Castle Greyskull.
"Thank you, Lionel," Moxie said. "I don't know what the team would do without you."
"I probably could've brought us in." Drell smirked.
"Here, Drell, have some hero gum." Moxie smirked back, giving him a pack.
Drell took some gum and chewed it before looking grossed out. "...It tastes like garlic..."
"Gotcha!" Moxie snickered.
"PEOPLE OF ETERNIA!" Skeletor spoke, once again making a grand announcement. "I STAND BEFORE THE GREAT EYE OF THE GALAXY, CHOSEN BY DESTINY TO RECEIVE THE POWERS OF GREYSKULL! THIS INEVITABLE MOMENT WILL TRANSPIRE BEFORE YOUR EYES, EVEN AS HE-MAN AND SHE-RA THEMSELVES BEAR WITNESS TO IT!"
"The Eye opens!" said a Centurion.
"Now I, Skeletor... Am Master of the Universe." grinned the skull-headed villain.
"NO!" Randor and Marlena cried out.
"Yes! Yes! I feel it... The power fills me," Skeletor said as a glowing energy flowed around him. "Yes! I feel the Universe... Within me.
I am a part of the Cosmos. Its energy flows... Flows through me. Of what consequence are you now?" he then mocked as he began to transform somewhat. "This planet, these people... They are nothing to me! The Universe is power! Pure, unstoppable power! And I am the force! I am that power! Kneel before your master!"
He-Man and She-Ra watched with horror of what was happening.
"Fools... You are no longer my equals..." Skeletor told the siblings. "I am more than man. More than life! I... Am... God!"
Thunder rumbled as the light flashed all around with Skeletor's powerful transformation as it was a bit blinding to the others so far.
"Now..." Skeletor laughed as he looked like an evil sorcerer. "You will... KNEEL!" he then snarled as lights shot out from his eyes towards the siblings on the floor to make them bow down to him.
He-Man and She-Ra were pushed back, but they stood firm.
"KNEEEEEL!" roared Skeletor as he blasted them once more.
The group soon made it to the door.
"Well, this is it," Sabrina said as she held onto her sword tightly. "I hope you know what you're doing with that controller, Lionel."
"I've had time to practice," said Lionel, syncing the controller to everyone else. "Ready, gang?"
"Guess we're as ready as we'll ever be." Cherry said.
"Ready!" The others said to him.
And so, the group charged into the throne room of Castle Greyskull.
"You've had it, Skull-for-Brains!" Lionel exclaimed fiercely. "You may have the power, but we won't allow you to wield it for long!"
"Ah... It seems like your friends from the other world are back." Skeletor smirked towards the others.
"You bet we are," Zolten glared as he stood with his wife. "Along with us again!"
"Moxie Grimwood and Zolten Moltenscar... I'd say it was a pleasure to see you again, but I'm afraid it's not," Skeletor growled. "ATTACK!"
Trap-Jaw, Tri-Klops, Evil-Lyn and Beast Man lunged as the Centurions began firing.
"Time to start the level." Lionel smirked as he began controlling everyone at once, making them take on the Centurions.
Sabrina felt pretty nervous, but luckily for her, she was able to fight with both magic and her sword against the Centurions that crowded around her. Atticus, Mo, and Thor were able to hold off more than enough of the Centurions with ease as they were soon joined by Stratos, Teela, Ram-Man, Orko, and Battle Cat. Cherry laughed as she ran off before running into Evil-Lyn.
"Hello." Evil-Lyn smirked.
"Um... Hi..." Cherry blinked before she soon began to fight Evil-Lyn against her will.
"Your power won't work on me, Changeling sleaze!" Lionel sneered as he began spamming Chun-Li's combo. "I couldn't find anyone named Luna on the Street Fighter wiki, so I'm winging it here."
"That works!" Cherry replied. "Luna was from Mortal Kombat!"
"You sure?" asked Lionel. "Cuz I checked their wiki too, and the only result that came up was for a fan character!"
"It's fine!" Cherry replied. "I've worked with Chun-Li."
"Little nuisance." Evil-Lyn scoffed to Cherry.
"Hussy." Cherry grumbled in response.
"Cherry!" Atticus gasped from that word.
"Sorry, Atticus," Cherry replied. "Probably a reflex from hanging around Cath."
"Maybe." replied Lionel as he made Cherry leap into the air and do a series of spin-kicks to Evil-Lyn.
"Gah!" Cherry gasped.
Evil-Lyn grunted until she seemed forced to fall over with pain.
"Cherry wins!" Lionel exclaimed. "WHO ELSE WANTS SOME?!"
Blade soon came over to Cherry next.
"You'd hit a girl?" Cherry asked. "How sickening!"
"You're a girl?" Blade replied.
"NO SHIT SHE'S A GIRL!" Lionel boomed. "I DIDN'T KNOW THAT EYEPATCH MADE YOU BLIND AND STUPID!"
"Well, then... Let's do this then!" Blade grinned.
Cherry soon fought with her own karate skills from the time with the Samurai Sword, luckily doing pretty great on her own so far.
"Nobody takes shots at Lubic!" growled the man as he spun his shotgun. "Alright, pinkos; you wanna play? Then let's play! C'MON, YOU SLACKERS!" he shouted as he fired several shots, taking down the Centurions with ease.
"I could do this all day." Thor smirked as he shot out more and more thunderbolts at the Centurions that came his way.
"You and me both!" Ram-Man agreed as he stampeded more of the Centurions.
"Hello, Bonehead." Drell smirked to Skeletor.
"YOU!" Skeletor growled. "How are you still alive?"
"Hey, I got a job to do," Drell smirked. "That includes keeping the realms and my kids safe."
"Well, then it's a pity you won't live to fulfil that duty much longer!" Skeletor growled as he fired energy blasts at Drell, which were blocked with relative ease.
As Drell and Skeletor dueled, Lionel secretly snuck over to retrieve the Swords. He-Man and She-Ra glanced over as Lionel seemed to be onto something.
Lionel soon pulled the Sword of Power free. "BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL!" he shouted, as Skeletor aimed and blasted him straight on, sending him flying into a wall and leaving a gaping, bloody hole in his chest.
Skeletor yelled out as Drell ducked down to avoid getting hit by that.
"That will ruin his weekend." Thor cringed.
"A mere display of power to anyone who dares to defy my will," Skeletor scowled. "Your little friend should have stayed quiet."
"Heh... Yeah... I'm not gonna let you hurt him." Thor replied.
"Do you wish to stop me, child?" Skeletor asked.
"I'm afraid I'm not very pleasant when angry." Thor smiled innocently.
"Oh, yeah?" Skeletor smirked before he soon grabbed a hold of Zoe.
"Uh, hey, let her go," Thor said. "That's not cool."
"Oh, really?" Skeletor smirked as he began to hurt Zoe. "Like this? Or how about this? How do ya like that?"
Thor stared blankly until he soon began to breathe in and out shallowly while slowly turning red in the face like his uncle could get sometimes.
"JUST A MINUTE, YOU BONY BOZO!" Lionel snapped as he readjusted his neck and got up. "I! WASN'T! FINISHED!"
"How very interesting." Skeletor smirked.
Thor began to seethe with anger which turned his electrical powers black.
"As I was saying..." Lionel grumbled as he clutched the Power Sword. "BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL!" he shouted as his body began to bulk up. "I... HAVE... THE POWERRRRRR!"
Thor kept breathing heavily and angrily.
"Wanna help out, buddy?" Lionel asked.
"Don't... Touch... MY... ZOZO..." Thor continued to pant angrily.
Lionel climbed onto his shoulders. "Easy there, big guy... We can save her. Just gotta work in sync. Got it?" he told him.
Thor looked up to him with a low growl.
"You trust me, right?" Lionel smiled. "It's your old pal, Lionel!"
Thor looked to him before hugging him suddenly to show that he still remembered him.
"Aw..." Lionel blushed. "Glad to see you're still inside that mound of muscle mass and anger. But you see the skull-headed guy? Yeah, in case we didn't already go over this... He's bad. He hurt Zoe."
Thor nodded before growling towards Skeletor.
"Go get 'em, guys," Atticus smirked. "You better hurry, Thor; I think Zoe's about to cry."
Zoe grunted and struggled from Skeletor's grasp.
"He's dead." Thor growled through his teeth before charging towards Skeletor with his electrical magic.
"Yippee-ki-yay, motherclucker!" Lionel whooped as he sliced He-Man and She-Ra free of their chains.
He-Man and She-Ra looked happy and thankful from that.
"We won't forget this." He-Man replied.
"We're sure you won't," Atticus smiled. "Sorry, Skeletor, but your reign of terror ends now."
"Hey, check it out!" Kevin exclaimed as he took a few shots at the Centurions. "I'm Han Solo!"
He-Man and She-Ra took some laser rifles and opened fire, while hiding behind a pillar.
"My man!" Thor beamed from what Kevin said. "Now, I'll say this now cuz I'm not gonna say it again, SO PAY ATTENTION! Unhand my little starburst!"
"What happens if I don't want to?" Skeletor replied.
Thor growled as he made black thunder and lightning bolts appear in his hands. "THIS!" he then scowled. "Who's ready to feel the thunder?!"
Skeletor scoffed. "Fine then, child. Face me... And earn your gateway to OBLIVION!" he spat.
"Just let her go." Thor glared.
Skeletor soon threw Zoe down to take on Thor and Lionel next. Thor growled as he made a huge ball with black electricity to shoot at him with. Skeletor spun his staff and knocked it away before he got hit in the face with a paint balloon.
"AGH! DAMMIT!" Skeletor howled. "IT'S IN MY EYE SOCKETS!"
"Plenty more where that came from!" Lionel added. "And the next one is... Well, I'll just say urine trouble."
"Ugh... If that was a pun, I'm squicked out for the context." Thor stuck his tongue out in disgust.
"Yes," Lionel replied. "It was."
"Still squicked out." Thor replied.
"How charming..." Skeletor growled. "I won't let such foolish youths keep me down."
"Well, we can try." said Lionel as he launched a volley of energy blasts around Skeletor.
"Yaaugh!" Thor yelled out as he did the same with his electricity magic.
Skeletor yelled out himself as it proved to be more difficult than he had ever imagined.
"ENOUGH!" Skeletor boomed, pinning Lionel and Thor to the wall with his energy chains. "I will not be humiliated by some PIPSQUEAK and his... LUMBERING OAF! EVIL-LYN! KILL THEM NOW!"
Evil-Lyn grunted as she seemed to be on the floor.
"She can't take your call right now." Cherry said to Skeletor.
"Fine!" Skeletor scowled. "If you want something done right, or at ALL, then I may as well do it MYSELF!"
"Bring it, Skelejerk!" Cherry glared. "I ain't afraid of you!"
"I think I'll let Beast Man kill you," Skeletor remarked. "After I siphon your friends' powers... Then I shall become immortal!"
"I'll be fine as long as my friends are by my side!" Cherry replied.
"Pretty strong words for the weakest member of your little team of pals." Skeletor smirked.
"Ooh, big talk from the guy who, until recently, got his butt handed to him by a barbarian in a furry speedo!" Lionel remarked.
"Wow... That's... Weirdly sexual..." Thor smiled bashfully.
"Way to make my humiliation even worse." Skeletor growled.
"Isn't that the point of humiliation?" Thor smirked then.
Lionel winced. "Ugh... I feel like some jerk who only watches this show just to call it gay..." he remarked. "Basically Doug Walker."
"Oh, Lionel, you know better than that," Thor replied. "Sure, the show of He-Man is silly looking back on it, but it's all about having fun like when you guys talk about Batman: The Brave and the Bold."
"Exactly!" replied Lionel. "I watched the show a second time and I found it really fun. And it got me into the 2002 cartoon, which was even MORE awesome!"
"Ahem?!" Skeletor cleared his voice as he felt like he was forgotten about.
"Keep your non-existent skin on, we'll get back to ya." Thor glared.
Skeletor gritted his teeth.
"But then Noelle Stevenson screwed everything up when she worked with Netflix and DreamWorks to make a new She-Ra series... Without any experience with the source material," continued Lionel. "As a result, we got a poorly made series filled with unlikable characters and terrible art design. And to think... The 2002 show on Cartoon Network got canned before they could actually give us a proper She-Ra in the third season! It would've been SO AWESOME!"
"Yeah! I actually like She-Ra too!" Thor replied. "Mostly cuz I had to watch her whenever I babysat. See? I can like girl's cartoons too."
"Somehow, that doesn't surprise me." Cherry commented from that.
"Yeah! But at least they're gonna put out a new He-Man movie in 2021," replied Lionel. "Also, Kevin Smith is doing a new He-Man show, and he actually has experience with the cartoon, so it'll turn out better."
"Hmm... Let's hope so," Thor smirked. "I think I just might have to see that. 2021 already though? It feels like we live in the future now like that one time with The Partridge Family."
"Yeah, that was boring," replied Lionel. "Those guys barely changed!"
"Patridges... In... SPAAAAACE!" Thor said.
"Oh, brother." Cherry rolled her eyes playfully.
"I've had it with you, Skelejerk," Thor told the villain. "You hurt my friends... You hurt my family... You pushed my buttons... That gets me ANGRY!"
"And trust me, you wouldn't like him when he gets angry," Lionel added.
"I DON'T LIKE HIM NOW!" Skeletor remarked.
"Great, cuz we don't like you." said Lionel. "ALRIGHT, BIG GUY, LET'S THRASH THIS CHUMP!"
"YEAH!" Thor replied before football charging with a roar towards Skeletor. "I'm gonna break those bones!"
"Just try it, you oaf!" Skeletor spat furiously as He-Man and She-Ra took back their swords.
"Luckily we won't be alone for long." Thor smirked before football tackling Skeletor.
"What?! NO!" Skeletor howled.
He-Man lifted his sword up into the air. "By the Power of Greyskull...I HAVE THE POWER!" he exclaimed.
"For the Honor of Greyskull..." She-Ra added as she raised her sword. "...I AM SHE-RA!"
"YOU!" Skeletor spat at the both of them. "Nobody will stand between myself and my destiny. Not that fool, Hordak, not some bothersome children, AND ESPECIALLY NOT YOU!"
"But I will," said He-Man. "I told you it was always between us."
"Oh, how I ache to smash you out of existence!" Skeletor growled.
Moxie and Zolten soon helped the king and queen out and hid away with them as it looked like the big moment between their children and Skeletor.
"Long time no see." Moxie smiled to Marlena.
"I'll say." Randor replied as he stood with Zolten.
"Looks like it's getting pretty intense," Atticus said. "Could this be the end of He-Man altogether?"
"I doubt it." Thor replied.
"To DRIVE YOUR CURSED FACES FROM MY MEMORY FOREVER!" Skeletor continued.
"Enough talk," She-Ra remarked, looking similar to Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.
"YES!" Skeletor exclaimed. "LET THIS BE OUR FINAL BATTLE!"
And so, a bright light of energy shot out as He-Man and She-Ra went up against Skeletor.
"He's all yours." Thor bowed to the siblings before walking off to a safe corner.
"Thank you, Thor." He-Man said before yelling out with She-Ra to face Skeletor.
Their weapons clanged as they soon engaged in the deathly sword-fight against evil.
The battle continued for a long time, until the combined might of He-Man and She-Ra's swords broke Skeletor's Havoc Staff in half.
"NO...!" Skeletor screamed as he lost his god-like powers.
"YES!" Atticus retorted.
"Skeletor... It's over..." He-Man panted to his sworn enemy.
Skeletor gnashed his teeth as he reached into the folds of his cape. "Yes... FOR YOU!" he retorted, pulling out a sword to fight the Twins of Power with. He slashed at He-Man, making him drop the Power Sword; luckily, He-Man caught it before it fell over the edge, but Skeletor lunged at him, engaging in a climactic sword fight.
Finally, She-Ra dealt the finishing blow, sending Skeletor plummeting to his certain demise.
"Goodbye." Zoe waved feebly from where she stood.
The Sorceress was soon being restored back to how she once was before.
