Everyone soon sat down as Drell and Hilda soon sang "I Got You, Babe" together as everyone waited for Sabrina who seemed to be running late.
"Boy, she is taking her sweet time..." Lionel said as he checked his watch. "Guess she's having a good, long think about this situation."
"Thank you, thank you," Drell said. "And now we'll sing-"
"Please stop!" Cherry cried out. "No singing! NO MORE SINGING! If this is punishment for everything bad I've ever done in my life, then I'll confess! I'll confess! I was the one who cancelled Firefly! I was the one getting rid of all of the cartoons on Cartoon Network! I was the one who encouraged Taco Bell to have a breakfast menu! I was the one who talked Donald Trump into running for President! I was the one who talked Paul Tibbit into writing for SpongeBob after Stephen Hillenburg retired! I was the one who told Netflix to make a series based on Sabrina! Just please no more torture!"
"...Jeez." Lionel remarked in disbelief.
"Just please no more singing..." Cherry begged Drell, crawling up to him and grabbing his feet. "I'll do anything as long as you stop."
"I will now take a brief intermission." Drell then said into his microphone.
Cherry groaned as she fell over. "Relief... At LAST..." she exclaimed.
Thor soon plucked Cherry up by her arms, dragging her backwards to go back to sit down with them.
"And now, I shall entertain!" A new voice said, showing a portly man in a magician outfit.
"Oh, great, this guy." Drell groaned.
"Ugh." Hilda groaned back to him.
"Dom DeLuise?" Lionel did a double-take.
"Cousin Mortimer..." Hilda told Lionel. "He's a witchgician."
"Huh?" Lionel asked.
"He's a witch who practices magician crafts," Drell explained. "Ya know, like those mortals in Las Vegas with the white tigers and that loudmouth idiot with the tiny mute sidekick?"
"Right..." Lionel nodded.
"Ta-da!" Mortimer smiled, bringing a rabbit out of his hat. "Ah? Ah...?"
The mortals looked impressed while the witches and warlocks looked bored.
"I am going to have a word with Sabrina about having Mortimer at her wedding." Hilda said firmly.
"You scare me when you get like that." Cherry muttered.
"I scare you, Cherry?" Hilda asked, looking over.
"Uh! I was talking to someone else!" Cherry said nervously.
Lionel shrugged and settled in. Cherry breathed in relief as Hilda didn't have a meltdown which was pretty frightening to see, to say the least.
The others soon came to check on Sabrina as Salem was in his own little tuxedo as she tried to make two soul stones fit together with a grinding wheel.
"So close..." Sabrina remarked.
"Close only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, and soul mates." Salem replied.
Sabrina then waved her finger and both hers and Salem's masks vanished as she sighed. "Salem, what am I gonna do?"
"Well, if your father was here, he'd say it's time to have 'The Talk'," Salem replied, ignoring her glare from that. "Sabrina, when a young woman-" he was then cut off by the door opening as Maritza and Chloe ran in after the latter had found a key somewhere.
"There you are," Maritza said. "We were so worried."
"Yeah, there were no cute guys here until the best man and Maritza's boyfriend showed up." Chloe added.
"Can I ask you guys something?" Sabrina asked her best friends from middle and high school. "I mean, you know I love Aaron, right? I mean, it's pretty obvious we were meant to be together?"
"Yeah, you guys are great together." Maritza smiled, though it didn't seem that sincere.
Sabrina's mother entered. "Honey, are you okay? Everyone's waiting out there." said Diana.
Hilda followed Diana in. "Sabrina, what is your cousin Mortimer doing here? You know I can't stand him!" she remarked.
The small room was beginning to get crowded as Shirley added to the gaggle of women. "Not to alarm you, but everything is a total disaster," she said. "The soloist hasn't arrived and the organist is drunk behind the rectory."
"Look, Sabrina doesn't need to hear that right now!" said Hilda. "You don't see me running in here and telling her that the ring bearer is yakking all over the men's room! I kept that to myself."
Bob soon came into the room.
"Heh, finally, some testosterone in that room." Drell commented as he carried Ambrose in his arm who had fallen asleep.
"You're funny." Zelda rolled her eyes as she sat with Will.
"People, let's move it along," Bob told the women, including his future daughter-in-law. "The ministers about to go into double time and I'm not paying for that."
Various arguments and, to put it politely, discussions have burst out as Aaron wandered in. He tried to get people's attention and failed until he stuck his fingers in his mouth and let out a piercing whistle. Chloe, Hilda, and Shirley, who were nearest to Aaron put their fingers to their stinging ears. Sabrina was suddenly conscious of what she was wearing and that one person in the room should not be seeing like this just yet.
"Okay, listen up!" Aaron soon called out. "Mrs. Spellman, go tell the minister to preach patience. Mom, Dad, please do something about the music and Hilda, just... Go feed your llama or burp your baby. I'd like to have a moment with Sabrina."
"Hey, you are not allowed to be in here right now!" said Chloe. "You can't see the bride in her wedding dress!"
"But if I don't I'm afraid there may not be a wedding." replied Aaron. "So..."
Reluctantly, everyone filed out of the vestibule and he closed the door behind them.
"So, what's going on?" Aaron asked.
"Oh, y'know, I'm just a little nervous and a little anxious and I-I think I left the oven on," replied Sabrina. "I should go check on that!"
"Sabrina, look," said Aaron. "I know that you're scared and having doubts. Believe me, I am too."
"Yeah, but yours doesn't leave peanut shells in your dust ruffle," Sabrina said under her breath before speaking aloud. "Do you think we're soul mates?"
"Soul mates?" Aaron asked. "Do you mean are we destined to be together?"
"Yeah, two halves of a whole?" Sabrina replied. "Yin and Yang? Ben and Jerry?"
Aaron laughed a bit from that. "Sabrina, life doesn't have any guarantees," he then said. "I mean, all we can do is try to make each other happy. There's one thing I don't doubt. That I love you." he then kissed the back of her hand after taking it.
"I love you, too." Sabrina smiled.
"Well, it sounds like a pretty good foundation for something?" Aaron replied.
"Yeah, it does, doesn't it?"
"So, should we do this?"
"Absolutely! Okay, and, um, when you see me, act surprised."
With a laugh, Aaron then opened the door. "All right, let's rock and roll, people! We're having a wedding!" he then yelled out as left Sabrina to turn to the only person who had just heard the entire exchange.
"Salem, what do you think?" Sabrina asked the cursed warlock.
"I think we still need to have... 'The talk'," Salem replied. "Sabrina, when a young woman enters-"
"I think I should tell you what I think." Drell said, mysteriously going to his step-niece.
"Okay, Uncle Drell," sighed Sabrina. "Go ahead."
Drell soon shut the door and the two sat down together until he saw Salem.
"Uh... I'll get going..." Salem said, going out the door nervously.
"Scaredy cat..." Drell said. "Anyway, Sabrina... You and I have an interesting history... You came to me to ask to turn back time. I crudely shut you down. You used your magic to meddle in mortals' lives which can make terrible things happen. You brought a mortal into The Other Realm during a sleepover which is strongly not allowed."
"That last one wasn't my fault though..." Sabrina spoke up weakly.
"I'm not finished!" Drell said, scaring her a bit. "I didn't think you'd be fit to be a witch. I thought nothing would change. I thought you'd be hopeless and end up sending the witch species down the toilet with your reputation."
Sabrina flinched and bowed her head.
"But... I was wrong." Drell then said.
Sabrina cleaned out her ear. "Wait... What?" she asked in disbelief.
"I was wrong..." Drell repeated. "We were all young once... And you got put through the wringer a lot as a growing and young witch."
"You have no idea." Sabrina replied from that.
"And I guess... You're a good kid," Drell then said. "I won't make you go to Harvey or Aaron, but you should follow your heart, with or without the soul stones. I just don't want you to make a terrible mistake like I've done many times in the past. I was once a lot like you when I was a teenage warlock."
Sabrina thought about that. "...Thanks, Uncle. Coming from you, that means a lot." she replied, hugging him.
Drell blinked from the hug, seeming to smile, patting her on the back a bit. Sabrina let out a happy sigh before they broke apart with tears in her eyes as she smiled.
"I... Uh... I gotta go..." Drell then said, running into the shut door by accident, then opened the door with a sheepish smile and came on out, passing by the flower girl who was his biological niece. "Hey, Bebe."
Phoebe smiled. "Hi, Uncle!" she waved.
Drell smiled back to his niece before he heard Sabrina hiccuping and letting out a burp which soon brought out more bubbles. "Uh, Bebe, go to your mother and aunts," he then said. "Uncle will be right back another moment."
"Uh... Okay..." Phoebe said before walking off with her basket.
Sabrina cupped her mouth as Drell came back in the room while Salem gasped at the bubbles.
"No wonder you've been acting so weird." Drell said, slamming the door open on Salem by accident.
Salem screeched in pain at that.
"Walk it off, Salem." Drell said.
Salem grumbled a bit as he came out from the door, stretching himself a bit.
"What's happening to me...?" Sabrina asked weakly. "I feel nauseous, but bubbles keep coming out. I guess that's another witch thing."
"Yes, it is," Drell replied. "I guess you haven't had the chance to find out more about being a witch... Especially... 'In the family way' and all..."
"Wait a second..." Sabrina realized. "...Are you saying that I'm pregnant?!"
"Well, bubbles are one of the symptoms," Drell replied, popping some bubbles that came in his face. "I guess you will be marrying Aaron after all since you're carrying his child."
"Heh... Yeah... Aaron's child." Sabrina smiled sheepishly.
"If you say so," shrugged Drell. "Better get out there... Everyone's getting impatient."
"I-I'm coming," Sabrina replied. "...Oh, and Drell?"
"Yeah?" Drell asked.
Sabrina hugged him around his waist due to how tiny she was compared to him, even as an adult woman. "Thank you so much for the talk." she then said with a sincere smile.
Drell had a small smile back before rolling his eyes like he didn't care. "Yeah, whatever, sure, whatever keeps me from sleeping on the couch." he then said, covering up his true emotions.
Sabrina smirked playfully as Drell left the room. "Welp..." she sighed. "This is it. The big moment."
Aaron and his best man soon walked past the full pews to the altar and turn to face the guests. The minister gave a nod to the organist. Bob gave the minister the thumb's-up and started playing and Shirley, standing beside him as she began to sing.
"I love you truly~..." Shirley began to sing.
Phoebe stood, ready while the maids of honor finished off Sabrina's ensemble. Chloe arranged her veil as Maritza painted her toenails.
"Okay, one blue toenail, five dollars I borrowed from the flower girl," Chloe said before looking to Phoebe who glared at her a bit for taking her money. "Oh, calm down, you'll get it back. A new phone number from the best man, and I'm gonna need that back, and this bracelet that I grabbed from your jewelry box, which makes it old and stolen." she then slipped the old bracelet onto Sabrina's wrist while Maritza finished painting the toe.
"There. I think you're ready to go," Maritza smiled. "Oh, you look so beautiful."
"Oh, thanks. I wasn't sure about the color, but-" Chloe said, thinking she meant her.
"Oh, I can't believe this is it!" Sabrina said to herself.
At a signal, Phoebe led the way, spreading her petals before the bride.
"Wait, where's Amanda?" Sabrina soon asked.
Suddenly, the girl in question appeared, breathless. "Hey! Oh, sorry I'm late. I had some business to take care of," Amanda said, noticing that Sabrina gave her an odd look. "Don't worry, you're too old to understand." She picked up her bouquet and followed Phoebe.
Phoebe giggled and waved to Atticus, Cherry, Lionel, Mo, and Thor.
Thor laughed and gestured to his little sister to remind her of what to do as the flower girl. The maids of honor walked down the isle side by side behind Amanda as Shirley continued to sing. In the vestibule, Sabrina stood, waiting to go with Salem and Drell beside her when a new man stepped out of thin air, wearing a tux.
"Anybody looking for a father of the bride?" The man soon asked, revealing himself.
"Edward!" Cherry and Atticus gasped to see Sabrina's father.
"Dad!" Sabrina beamed. "I can't believe you've made it!"
The father and daughter then shared a kiss with each other.
"I'm sorry I'm late, but there was a little flying monkey uprising and I had to pour some water on it." Edward told his daughter.
The group chuckled at the reference. The first chords of the wedding march soon started up.
"Oh, well it sounds like you're right on time." Sabrina smiled to her father.
"Shall we?" Edward asked, offering his arm.
"We shall." Sabrina smiled, accepting it.
Drell bowed his head and soon went to sit back down with Hilda and Ambrose.
Later, Sabrina stood before the minister, her arm linked with Aaron's.
"So, if there are no objections?" asked the minister. Cherry didn't bother saying anything. "Sabrina, if you'd like to begin?"
Sabrina nodded. "Okay." She handed her bouquet to Chloe and turned to face Aaron.
Cherry did her best to be quiet as she felt like this was wrong. So very, very wrong.
"I, Sabrina, take you, Aaron Jacobs-" Sabrina began until she dropped her small purse and it landed with a loud thunk! She then quickly bent down to pick it up. "Sorry. Er, where was I?" she then said as she began to stall in her own wedding. "Oh, um I, Sabrina Spellman, take you, Aaron Jacobs, to be my partner in life. My one true... My one true... My-"
"Sabrina?" Aaron asked his bride.
"Could we just have a minute?" Sabrina soon requested to the minister.
Zelda and Will began to look concerned. Murmurs and mutters passed amongst the guests, and Amanda, Maritza, and Chloe looked on, concerned.
"I just wanna talk over somewhere a little..." Sabrina said, looking around for somewhere a little private. "Do you mind?" she asked her bridesmaids.
Maritza and Chloe took the veil and held it up between Sabrina and Aaron and the rest of the room. It offered little in the way of privacy being both transparent and not very soundproof, but it'd have to do.
"So, I'm sensing a little hesitation on your part?" asked Aaron.
Sabrina sighed. "You're such a wonderful guy-" she started, before she was cut her off.
"But, we're not two halves of a whole." Aaron replied.
Sabrina could only look down at her feet.
"Sabrina, all I want is for you to be happy, but if we're not soul mates, maybe we shouldn't be doing this." Aaron soon said.
"Aaron, I am so sorry-" Sabrina pouted.
"No, don't be," Aaron interrupted. "Never think that almost is good enough for you."
"Or for you," Sabrina said, then kissing him on the cheek before turning to face her guests and gesturing for Maritza and Chloe to remove the veil. "Okay, well, that about concludes today's festivities, although I have about 300 pounds of shrimp across town, you're all welcome to. So, um, thanks for coming."
Drell paused from that and soon seemed to disappear within the crowd.
"Cherry, you were right this whole time, and I am so sorry," Sabrina said to the perky goth. "You're one of my best friends. So I guess you're happy to know that I won't be marrying Aaron."
"I'm only happy that you're listening to your heart this time." Cherry replied calmly.
"So are we!" Lionel, Mo, Thor, and Atticus replied.
Sabrina turned towards the door and then ran outside.
"Also, Sabrina," Drell said as he reappeared. "You have a new visitor."
"A new visitor?" Sabrina asked.
"Yes, come on out." Drell told her comfortingly.
The doors of the church opened and Sabrina walked out onto the steps into glorious mid-day sunshine. She dragged her train through the door, allowing it to close behind her and she pulled off her veil. Looking up, she saw a man dressed in black, leaning against his motorcycle by the curb, looking back up at her.
"Harvey?" Sabrina asked in shock.
