Episode 1 #Sweet Justice part 2/How to be Heroes and normal

(The Mall after school)
"By the white beard of Zeus, what is this place?" as WW stood stunned at the amount of clothes before her as the girls stood beside her and Shoutaro and Phillip went back to fetch some things so they will be absent for now.
"Normal teenager lesson number one, never say stuff like... "By the white beard of Zeus."" As Babs grabbed WW by the hand to some clothing isle "Lesson number two, you gotta look the part. Bright colors, big logos, be bold!" as Babs dropped a love burrito sweater over her head than Kara got her attention.
"Leather, lots and lots of leather." by pushing a bunch of leather jacket in her arms.
Before Babs pulled her back dropping some of them in the process "Lesson 3, your phone is your life. Pics, emails, texts, shopping, social media, every single bit of knowledge mankind has ever known." as she showed and kept scrolling her phone causing the already bewildered amazon to become dizzy before she was spun back by Jess via green light.
Jess smacked the leather out of her hands "Uh, no leather. These were all made with organic cotton from Turkey." only to replace it with what she brought before she spun her closer to a changing booth where Karen was waiting.
"Dress to not draw attention to yourself. But not too much, or you risk drawing attention to yourself." (What?) before WW could make heads or tail of what that meant
Babs pushed her to the booth to change " Now, get in there and be normal."
Ss they waited it was this time Shoutaro came in "Sorry I was late we have go and get our ri-ha yikes." as WW came out looking ridiculous.
"Um, you look...unique?" Shoutaro said unable say anything else.
"I know. Accessories! Whoa!"as Babs went to grab more things to add she was stopped by Zee who tripped her and Shoutaro who caught her.
"I think you had enough" he said getting the picture of what transpired getting a sigh from Zee
"Quite, Have you finished tormenting this poor girl?" she asked with a raised eyebrow before she smiled while pulling out a wand "Then, allow me. detcefrep rennam lla ni stcefrep kool" as she cast her spell with a flash WW transformed " Ta-da!" as we see WW in a red sleeved shirt with a white undershirt, a short blue skirt, long white socks, red star earrings and red slip-on shoes.
Impressed Shoutaro gave a short applause at Zee "You really got that magic touch, huh?"
Zee smiled at his compliment "It was my pleasure really, darling." getting Shoutaro to blush but cough trying (and failing) to act cool.
"Oh, she's good." as Jess admire Zee's handy work as the girls can't help but agree.
Zee in her showmanship introduce "Ladies and gentlemen, may I present Diana Prince. Foreign exchange student from Greece. Geek chic."
Diana looks at her clothes curiously "And these garments give me the appearance of a typical mortal female adolescent?"
"Jess: Oh yeah./Zee: Oh, yes./Kara: I guess./Shoutaro: Better than when I came in." as Karen and Babs nods.
"Good. Then it is my turn" as Diana looked ready.
(On the roof of the mall I think)
As the girls stood on the roof as they waited for Shoutaro who was dragging Phillip from somewhere they all have different expressions as Diana paced in front of them Jess looked nervous, Babs was her giddy self squealing in anticipation, Zee was looking herself in her compact mirror, Karen was nervously fidgeting and Kara was standing bored. After a while Diana stopped as the door open before hearing " Agh mou just get in their Philip they waited long enough" "But Shoutaro I need to know whether a man can really handle all that metal while suspended in midair." "SHIRUKA!?" which got confused looks from the girls minus Zee as she saw that magic trick in one of those TV on display on their way to the roof.
As the door opened they see Shoutaro dragging Philip by the hood of his coat " Sorry we're late Philip got distracted."
"I must know how can he move those metal while floating, he must be carrying magnets but he doesn't seem like he wore anything to hide a magnet big enough for it to work." as Shoutaro ignored him he looked to Diana who seem happy to begin.
"If we are to be a team, then I must know your skills and abilities. You! Name, rank, skills" before pointing to Jess showing whose starting.
"Uh... Hi, As you already know I'm Jess. I'm a cadet in something called the Green Lantern Corp. And... [exhales] Oh, boy. Well, see, I was given this power ring by these weird aliens. They are sort of like space cops and they patrol these different sectors. You know what, the whole thing is really complicated. I can make stuff with this ring." she said at first struggling before giving up and used her ring to make a potted plant as a demonstration.
Of course Babs seeing something this cool wanted see more. "That is so cool! Do a pogo stick." she did " A burrito." she did that too " A mucho megarrito supremo with the works!"
Before Shoutaro covered her mouth "Alright that's enough out of you."
WW hold Jess's hand to study the ring "With this ring of the gods, you may produce any weapon imaginable to beat your enemies into submission?" she asked thinking about the possible use of such tools.
Of course Jess being a pacifist doesn't see it as such "Well, in theory, yes. But I don't believe in violence." Jess said.
Though Shoutaro can't help but chime in " You can do more than beat someone to stop them but their is always a chance you won't have a choice but to take them down because if you hesitate even a little you may lose a lot more than you realize" said Shoutaro with a look as if speaking from experience that got concern looks from the others.
Jess reply "Lets hope it never happens"
"Your goal is admirable. So how shall you be known?"
As WW got back to the matter in hopes to at least distract them from darker subjects " Oh um Green Lantern? Kinda comes with the ring." as GL created a black spandex that hug her features with green from her collar to her her mid section that split in the middle as well on her shoulder she also wears white gloves and knee high boots with a whit circle on her chest that housed the green lantern symbol that she also wear on her right eye.
Shoutaro try to calm himself by pulling down his fedora as GL constructed costume doesn't leave much to the imagination "Good. And you, Batgirl?" oblivious to Shoutaro's plight directed her attention to Babs "I can do all sorts of cool stuff. Even though I don't have any alien rings or anything, but I'm really good at figuring things out. And I make the coolest bat gadgets, like this! Bat barometer and this glow-in-the-dark bat staff. And these bat grappling hooks that I was totally this close to using when Batman was fighting Professor Pyg on the roof of this building. But then Robin showed up, and Batman had to save him. And you know how that goes. And I never actually got to show him how they work. And I never even got to meet him, but that's a whole different story, so I..." as Babs kept going on while pulling a bunch of candy and gadgets while getting in her superhero outfit she wears a purple Batsuit with yellow gloves, yellow boots, a golden utility belt, and a golden bat logo on her chest with her orange hair cascading down at the back.
Thankfully over her everyday clothes much to Shoutaro's relief but also getting pelted by random sugary treat much to his annoyance "You lack focus." WW moved on as BG looked up surprised "What?"
Than she moved on to Zee who was prepared decided to make a show out of it "You can call me the mysterious, the fabulous, the awe-inspring... Zatanna!" as she turned to what you would see on a magic stage as she winked at Shoutaro who looked away as a blush appeared on his cheeks, Wonder Women on the other hand was yet to be fully impressed.
"Impressive. Have you other skills?" Wonder Women asked.
Zatana decided to do her magic " I can turn a red heart black." after pulling out a deck of cards before turning it into a red heart to a black spade " Ever seen a jumping jack?" before she poofed it in front of her before turning her attention to Shoutaro " Go ahead, check behind your ear." confused Shoutaro did just that before pulling out a king of hearts card surprising him as well as Wonder Women who looked at the card in Shoutaro's hand.
"What sorcery is this?" looking back at Zatana pulling out an endless cloth rope in different colors while Jess and Babs watched one more amazed than the other " I have seen enough. Though you possess great quantities of style, you must learn to channel your magic into a cause. Our cause. And I am afraid this uniform will not suffice. Think of another."
Getting Zatana to drop the act (The magic act) slightly offended before Babs crept up and whispered "Try a cape." which got her thinking about it.
Then she looked to Shoutaro who was still looking at the card and Philip who decided to eat some of the candy that was thrown around "And what of you two?" getting their attention as Shoutaro tucked the card away before saying "This is going to be weird so bare with me ok?" as she gave a nod Shoutaro then say "You see Philip here has access to what is known as the Gaia Library which has the knowledge of anything that happened and is happening on the world ,and because I'm linked to him we have something like a telepathic connection but that's not all, Philip and I also have something called a Gaia memory which is a fragment of the library and it holds all the information of what ever it's based on these memory can allow us to use what ever ability associated with the memory like controlling the weather or be super strong" getting everyone's attention he decides to go further "But we can't do it just like that which is why we have these." as he brought out a red device that looks like a belt buckle with two slots going up making a U shape and he slap it on creating a belt to secure it surprising the others and even more surprised as one materialized on Philip who got up and pull out a green USB like device confused the others turn to Shoutaro with his own device that is a dark purple color "These are the Gaia memory and we use these for this." as Shoutaro pushed the button JOKER that got Batgirls attention as Philip followed up with a CYCLONE before they both stood side by side as they held their respective memory at an angle with both their arms making a W shape "HENSHIN" both shouted before Philip put his in and the memory digitized and appeared in Shoutaro's who pushed the memory down getting a whirling sound before he insert the joker memory and coolly in an X formation he pushed the slots apart turning the U to a W when the device started they notice Philip fainting leaning on the wall before sliding down while the girls were concern before they heard "Cyclone! Joker! (Technical guitar to orchestral hit)" as wind picked up as green and black metal pieces started to surround Shoutaro before coming together to form an armored suit.
Wonder Women gasp " A green warrior."she said in awe
Before Karen said in an amazed voice " That black armor looks so cool."apparently they said it at the same time getting confused
"Uh no he's clearly green" Batgirl said.
"What!, no he's rocking black." Kara exlaimed.
Before they can keep this up Shoutaro simply said "I'm both." before he walked forward giving them full view then turned to face them he's wearing a green and black armor that is split by a silver line he has large red lenses and a W shaped crest with a gem in the middle on his green side he has golden accent on his wrist ,ankle ,shoulder and chest and the same on his black side but instead of gold it's a royal purple the accent on both shoulder makes a W shape where as the chest combine to also form the same pattern he also have a gold scarf fluttering on his green side as if there is wind blowing through.
Getting wows but Green lantern was more worried about Philip as she try to shake him awake then she heard his voice "Careful that is my body and I'm rather attached to it" causing her to look up in surprise the same goes to the others as they heard Philip from Shoutaro specifically the green right part as his right eye lights up when he spoke.
"PHILIP?" they all shouted as Shoutaro crossed his arm amused by the reaction "Yep and I'm still here." Philip said as his right eye lights up.
Babs being Babs freaked "How, I mean HOW it's like Philip possessed your body but you can still move but we definitely heard him from you maybe it's ventriloquism but Philip's passed out so he couldn't be able to-"
Shoutaro cut her off by covering her mouth he explained "Remember the telepathic link?" as everyone nodded "Well because we are connected via the Gaia library it would make sense that the Gaia memory can make us more connected, with my athletic skill and Philip's analytical mind we can handle almost any battle we come across so we became this, the two in one hero" as Shoutaro bent one leg as he placed his left hand on his hip before pointing at them facing away for a sec before look back at them "The two in one rider" as Philip side spoke "Kamen Rider Double" they both said at the same time before Shoutaro simply say "just call me Double."
As the girls looked amazed Wonder Women simply reply "Alright Double." She nodded in acknowledgment "And what can you do?" turning her attention to Karen who screamed a bit after calming down " I can, um..." before she could fix something tape before dropping it she took a breath "I'm still sort of working out the kinks. [gulp][buzzing]"
Noticing the strange buzzing noise she can't help but groan " Oh, the wings aren't supposed to buzz like that. I'm working on rocket launchers, but they malfunction. The whole thing is all messed up. I wanted to be big and strong, so people would notice me, but... my growth tech backfired, and now I'm even smaller and more invisible than before. I should just go home." she lamented before resting on Wonder Women's finger.
But Wonder Women won't let her failings stop her new ally from greatness "You possess far more strength than you know. You simply lack confidence, little Bumblebee."
Karen spirit did lift but she seem hesitant about her new name "I actually prefer the indestructible, gamma phase, 1000 k—"
" Lets stick to Bumblebee." Double cut her off getting her dejected because its now official.
And Batgirl pipes up "Trust me, it's way better."
Now Wonder Women came to last of her new hopeful and considering how strong she proved to be she is more optimistic with this one " And you, we've seen your incredible strength. Is there anything more you have to offer?"
But Kara is determined to not get dragged in "Not to you. I'm no hero, "Princess." That racket's for chumps."
Undeterred she devise a way to prove Kara's heroic nature. "You could be the greatest hero the world of Man has ever known. You simply lack proper motivation!" as she grabbed Philip's body and hurl him of to the distance getting gasp from the girls and terrified "PHILIP!" as Philip is stunned as Kara saw this she ripped her shirt open as Kara burst through after the comatose victim.
"Have you lost your mind?" as Jess said this Double grabbed her shoulder dragging her to him.
"Nani Kangai wa Kisama!" really angry at what Wonder Women did to his other half but when Wonder Women looked to the side she smiled seeing this Double turn to see Kara flying up holding Philip's body in a princess carry she wore a blue elbow length shirt with a red skirt, boots and cape with a familiar S shape shield symbol Double cant help but stare as she was bathed in the sunlight behind her.
"Okay, fine. I am a super hero, all right. [scoff] So what?"( She's still a rebel so the attitude isn't going away)
Babs in excitement shout out " Me next! Me next! Me next!" causing Double to lightly chop her head to knock it off.
As the other girls celebrate Kara's heroics Green Lantern sigh a breath of relief "Oh, thank goodness."
"Hontou ni, mataku shinjata dosuru" Double said under his breath glad no one died.
"Now we must set off to our training ground." said Wonder Women as the girls discuss transportation fee.
Double chimes in "Makaserou, we already got a ride ready." getting confused looks they made their way to an out of way space where no one will go anywhere close to and what they saw cause them to stare wide eye at the machine in front of them what they see is a giant car with a the frame looking similar to Double's face and on the back a giant revolving circle with what look like parts in the circle. "Meet the RevolGary, it's based off the bosses design but with a twist c'mon let's go." the girls nodded some marveled Zee, Diana, and Karen while some thought it's cool Babs and Kara and one looks curious.
Jess asked in confusion "How did you get this here?" as Double stiffen for a sec.
Double looking away not make any eye contact "Lets not worry about-" "Shoutaro went in the woods to shake off the cops" Double slap to his right going "Oi" before turning to the other girls "Don't worry we just figured out the stealth feature." getting a face palm response from Jess as Babs, Kara and Zee laughed at Double's goof ups.
(The Junkyard nice view of the sea smells more than fish though)
After being surprised that the RevolGary splits open to get in and finding some cute animal like gadgets they find themselves at the junkyard. "We have arrived." as Wonder Women stood proudly.
"Ugh, I conjured a new outfit to hang out in a junkyard?" Zee said unimpressed by the situation her new outfit giving her hair a highly luminous and glows various shades of purple. She wears a big, long, flowing black and purple cape, a purple jewel at her neck, a black and white suit, grey pants and thigh-high black leather boots.
She was shushed by Batgirl assuring her Wonder Women has a plan "Soldiers! Our mission is to save the world of Man." as she paced back and forth like an instructor getting a cheer from Batgirl " In order to do this..." Batgirl cheered again ":...we must learn to save..." as Batgirl is whooping Double covered her mouth so Wonder Women can finish "...man himself." as she present the mannequins... which you would use to display dresses.
"Um, I think those are ladies." even Karen said it.
Than Wonder Women throws a car disk at the stacked cars before it topples over she runs in kicking a car before grabbing all the mannequins and as the dust cleared we see Wonder Women looking victorious on top of the cars holding the "hostages" safe and sound. "And now, it is your turn." as everyone exchange unsure glances
We start with seeing Kara and Double standing amid a crowed of "bystanders" as Wonder Women looks down to them before pushing that stack down on them before Supergirl got ready to take of Double say "prioritize the mannequins our goal is to save liv-"
"Yeah whatever" as Supergirl flew of with Double reaching out telling her to wait before he moves grabbing as much mannequins out of danger as he could after hovering down thinking this was easy before noticing the horrified looks she looks down and gasp as almost every mannequin were destroyed by the shrapnel and pieces the only ones safe was behind a panting Double holding his knees. Kara floats down next to Double nervously saying "oops" as Double fell over in exhaustion.
(Some comic store)
"Normal teenager lesson number four. Pop culture." as Babs dragged Diana to a comic book store while Zee was groaning about having to step in here
"Culture? Is she kidding?" after picking a random comic like its underwear was immediately snatched by Babs
"[gasp] O-M... No way! It's the super-rare Batman giant super-special with limited edition pull-out Batman poster. I would kill for this!" Babs cried in excitment.
Of course Diana lack of knowledge of such saying took it literally "Have you learned nothing? We must protect the innocent, not engage in needless slaughter over material goods."
Only for Jess to explain "Diana, it's just an expression. A figure of speech. For instance, if you are hungry, you might say, "I'd kill for a burrito." Go on, you try." as she gestures to the food cart.
Shoutaro can't help but feel like it's going get worst "Uh Diana maybe we should-" "I WILL KILL YOU FOR A BURRITO!" only for Diana to threaten the food cart man "Watch your tone..."Shotaro finished as Diana ran after the man "Accept my payment or DIE!" getting the girls run after her while Kara can't help but be amused while Shoutaro just tipped fedora before noticing the teen wearing a vr spec leaning against the wall like a zombie before seeing more kids with specs before he grew suspicious.
(Back at the Junkyard, sounds like band name.)
We then see more mannequins on a conveyor belt heading to a trash compactor as we see Wonder Women pushed Zatana ahead to show her moves and she made a huge spectacle and showing off while all the girls were enjoying the light show Double and Wonder Women watched as the compactor well compact the victims (no need for quotation they pretty much are.) while Zatana was giving herself an applause she looked at Double holding his head shaking it, confused until Batgirl got her attention before pointing behind her. 'Oh, oops.' is all she could think at the mangled mess.
We then see Kara holding back a bulldog who was hungrily staring at the steak strapped on the victims face by Double as Jess refused to hold it before walking passed bumblebee giving her a shoulder pat encouragement, as Wonder Women reenact the roman let the lion loose Supergirl let go as the dog run up full speed bumblebee got ready only to back fire and flew to Wonder Women peeking out she fainted by the dog tearing it into the victims face as Wonder Women stroke Bumblebee's back as she came to only to shout as the dog is not only running out but chasing Double who just grabbed another steak to redo the training but screaming for the girls for help as they help chasing the dog.
(Spa parlor or whatever you call those place I just call it a spa.)
"Normal teenager lesson number 26. Uh, what are we doing again?" as she was dipping her toe though not really getting it.
"Pampering ourselves. Isn't it relaxing? An important part of being a teenage girl is taking care of yourself." Zee reply but mostly just an excuse to get pampered as the girls except Kara are on getting treated.
"And, in the world of Man, the toe-nail is the point of focus? "Diana wondered
As Zee removed a cucumber to reply "Precisely. Isn't this fun?" before putting back over her eyes and relaxed.
While one of the Spa employee saw how rough Diana's foot was "Such enormous calluses." before taking out (I honestly don't know what is that a sand shaver?) something vaguely spa like thing(idk) "Time for the big gun."
Before she could rev it up Diana pulled out a sword in retaliation "WEAPON" and chasing the spa employees while the girls are running after Diana trying to stop her.
While the girls bust through the door Shoutaro who was observing those who's wearing VR specs seem to become zombie like before he was dragged by Kara who was just on the way "Eh , nani nani nani" he said confused.
(Junkyard you know the Junkyard)
As Double finished up setting up the next scenario before turning back only to be used as a spring board as Batgirl got the kitty as she was celebrating before looking at the girls who looked disappointed "Uh, those weren't bad guys?" before she felt a hand grab her head sweating as Double has a dark aura around him.
Then we transition to Green Lantern refusing to fight a "monster" ridding by Batgirl as Wonder Women was fed up Green Lantern encased the mannequins in a light construct safe before pushing it where it won't get hurt looking smug she turn to Wonder Women showing violence isn't needed but Wonder Women point to the other girls showing that she didn't stop the attack she gave it a new target as it chomps down on Kara as the other struggled to free her she burst out piercing a mannequin head.
(Movie theater kinda missed going to one)
"Normal teenager lesson number 86... Romance." As Babs and the others side Kara and Diana swooned where as Shoutaro and Philip were watching a detective noir movie next door.
As the movie play it's sappy (but still better than twilight) plot Diana not understanding what's going on " What is happening?"
And Karen was the one to explain " Aiden just realized he can't live without Caitlyn. But Alexandra is telling him that Caitlyn won't text until tomorrow, because that's exactly what Michael didn't do to her when they broke up. And, isn't it all just so sad and beautiful?" (remember kids don't take relationship advice from movies because they can't tell you nothing)
"Teenage males are very confusing." Diana said and the girls who was paying attention agrees.
As the scene goes to its climax Diana misunderstood and attacks the screen we then transition to outside with Shoutaro griping at Philip who was sipping his cola watching him complain. "It just doesn't make any sense he had no motives, no clue and NO REASON to do any of that yet they want me to believe that the doctor is the culprit and not the nurse she had at least had one reason she dated the guy and she's the victim I mean she was the only one in the room!" before he could go on the opened to show the girls "How was the flick?"
It was Babs who respond "It was cut short he he.." Shoutaro looked to Zee who shrugged "Diana attacked the screen." getting a blink from him before looking at Diana who looked slightly ashamed Kara decided that she ask Shoutaro the same "What about you?"
Shoutaro gave her a look saying it could've been better before he hung his head in disappointment the girls blinked before asking Philip who simply said "they got the doctor who was on vacation instead of the nurse who was there." getting blinks before Babs realized they watched a movie infamous because of the actress who always want to be a star but ends up ruining every movie she stars in because she doesn't like how the movie goes, this got Shoutaro to groan loudly.
Kara decided that it was enough "She is just not getting it, you guys" before Babs go to attitude jumps in "No! I am not giving up on this team. There's got to be some place to loosen up an uptight warrior princess." as they think about it Philip made a suggestion.
(The Pier where fun times to be had)
we cut the group standing in front of an arcade before rushing in as they play ski ball Shoutaro sucks at it as he kept missing where as Philip was sinking in 6's the girls also played as Kara accidentally punt it through getting laughs, they then got some pizza as Diana was eating her pizza she ends up tangling herself from the cheese strand, they end up on a merry go round Diana in a gallant pose, Zee looking elegant, Karen looking how high she is, Shoutaro trying to look cool only to almost fall off ,Babs waving happily, Kara striking a pose with a fist out front and Philip reading a book, now on a roller coaster as Diana was looking down a little scared before going down to then transition to Shoutaro barfing over the edge as Kara was laughing at him and Diana said she wants go again Shoutaro's face turn green. now we see Babs and Diana dance to a street performer playing a song only for Babs to drag Diana to find more fun things before she finds her self in a photo booth and after every flash more of her freinds joined in.
As the girls were chatting among themselves Shoutaro can't help but find himself to be happy to get dragged into this troublesome group but as looked to Philip he frowned when he saw his silent partner with his eyes glowing as he knew what his partner is waiting for so he spoke softly as the girls are too distracted to "keyword VR specs, teenagers and mind control." but that didn't narrow it down as Philip shook his saying that mind control didn't effect the Library so it didn't change he just need one more clue but his thought was broken by Zee "Ladies, and gents, after a night like tonight, there's only one thing that can cement this friendship. Frosting!" as they find themselves infront of "Kara, Zatanna, Karen, Jessica: Sweet Justice!"
Shoutaro smiled he definitely need a treat, "You do not wanna miss this." as he dragged Babs as Kara pulled Diana to the sweet shop.

As they came in came the place is packed full of happy faces one face especially found herself on the glass counter to see the sweets "How did I not know about this?" before she noticed she was being watched she sees a blond haired boy looking at her with happy smile before saying in a fast pace.
"Hey, guys. So, what's the haps, what's poppin', what's the latest? Can I get you something sweet? Sure hope so, 'cause that's what we have. It's sort of our specialty." the teen said so fast that Diana and Babs could'nt keep up.
But the others were use to it "Shoutaro, Jessica, Kara, Karen, Zatanna: Hi, Barry."
"So, what'll it be? The usual? The usual? The usual? The usual? The usual? The usual? The usua—" before stopping on Babs and Diana.
Zee pushed them aside to order for them "Babs will have the candy cake triple ripple tower with the rainbow sprinkles and Diana will have the death by chocolate. Figure of speech, Diana." as Zee slowly pushed the mace down with a finger.
Barry as quick as ever gave the order " Here you go. Oh, hey, nice to meet you, Diana."
"It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I shall await your text message in three days' time." she immediately replied leaving Barry confused.
Shoutaro simply said "Don't mind her she's a foreign exchange student." getting a oh from Barry as they found a booth to sit they ate their sweet pastry before noticing Diana hasn't eaten hers yet "What's the matter not digging in?" Shoutaro said getting Jess to encourage her too
"Well, what are you waiting for?" as perplex as she was Diana decide to try but the moment her tongue touched the chocolate her taste bud burst as her eyes grew and twinkled Shoutaro looked as she was frozen on the spot "Uh" only for her to savage her treat as everyone leaned back "Never have I tasted such wonderment. More. I must have more of this magical concoction. Do you intend to eat that?" Philip blinked before moving his treat to her as she ravaged almost all the sweet.
As she finished the treats she her head shot up before face planting in what ever was left...Karen decide to be brave by poking her "Diana?" only for Diana to shot up scaring her.
"FRIENDS! This food is more delectable than ambrosia, this place more perfect than Elysium. I declare that we must celebrate our every future victory here and thus!" and Babs jumped on board " Sweet Justice for the win!" Diana joined her " I do not know what that means!" before they could order more they heard a commotion turning around they see the owners being harassed.
"Hey, what are you doing? We turned down the offer. Get out of here, please." said the owner as his wife chimed with a "We said we wouldn't sell. Barry, go get our lawyer." that got everyone's attention.
"Lawyer? Why do they need a lawyer?" Jess wondered before they heard a scream Shoutaro can't help but say "Maybe for that" pointing to a group of robots on treads.
"Attention, citizens. :This business or dwelling has been categorized for immediate destruction." everyone is horrified by the declaration " By order of the city of Metropolis, you must vacate before structure removal begins. You have 30 seconds to comply." as the tin cans started the count down we turn to our heroes.
"What should we do?" Kara asked not liking the situation.
"What can we do? They're city robots." Zee replied also not sure what is going on Shoutaro narrowed his eyes.
"That's right city robots that shouldn't be able make that decision with out proper authority." as they heard the owner
"Please, kids, let's go. Nothing we say is gonna stop 'em."
Jess protest "But the city can't tear this place down without your permission. This doesn't make sense."
"You have ten seconds to comply. Ten..." tension rising.
"Is this a law we must obey? Or should we fight?" decision must be made "Kids, please. This isn't worth getting hurt over." we must do something "Let's get out of here. We're not ready for a fight." keep your cool kid, "Two, one... This completes your warning. Demolition will now begin." as the robots start destroying the place and a little kid in the line of fire Shoutaro can't hold back anymore " Philip." "so half boiled." as the robot got closer two blurs tackled the bot as the girls looked on they see Double and Wonder Woman stand tall as the bot blew up.
"It matters not if these villains are protected by man's law. Our mission is to protect the innocent. And that is what we must do. Come, sisters. This is our time." as she spoke Double looked to the robots and point at them
"Doesn't matter who ordered this, you scrap heaps won't hurt anyone, saa omae no tsumi wo KASAERO!" before they charge in to combat as one bot got to the owner only for Super Girl to throw it aside
"You're right. This is our time." as two more bot got to Supergirl one was shrunk while another was held and pulled apart by a grappling hook getting a "yeah!" by the rest of the girls.
Wonder Women smiled before she declared " Huzzah! Let us earn more chocolate." then she bashed and kicked the bots off her.
As the girls are fighting Double is fighting while keeping track of the zombified kids that aren't moving knowing somethings wrong but can't do anything while fighting but that changed when he saw Barry come back after calling the lawyer "Kid, get these guys out of here and get anyone to help, leave these trash cans to us." getting a salute Barry ran to Philip's body before carrying him out while getting help for the others. While Double fought these bots before getting surrounded as the bots raised buzz-saws, hammers and drills before striking getting the girls attention "DOUBLE" they call in alarm then they heard a clang followed by "Cyclone! Metal! (Technical guitar to metallic synth)" then two bots on both side got blown away as something metal jets out before was spun around followed by a green wind swooshing followed by a slicing sound, as the bots fell apart as if it was cut to pieces they see Double holding a metal staff that is red and silver in the center with a slot and black handle on both sides with a metal rods sticking out on both ends and they see something different as Double's Joker side was changed to a metal gray with silver accent form instead of usual black and purple, Standing tall with the staff resting on his shoulder he looked back at the girls before giving them a thumb up showing he's okay before returning to the fight the girls sighed in relief then returned to fight.
As the battle waged not everyone was as brave as Barry so he was mostly doing a solo duty during the fight Zatana decides to show off with a spell "og tog mrof ecnehw uoy emac" which caused the bot to disappear feeling full of herself she conjured her own rousing applause "Thank you, thank you. Nobody gets past the great Zatanna!" as she celebrated only for one to get right past her...(pay attention lady) as the bot goes to a group of teens zoned out on the booth which finally got Wonder Women's attention as held one bot bask with her lasso on truth
"Great Hera! Why do they not run? Quickly, Supergirl, you must—"
"I got it!" Supergirl said thinking she needs to bust the bot but that is not what Wonder Women asked for
"No, wait!"
"I said I got it! Oops."Supergirl said thinking she saved the kids only to throw it at the other booth with kids (Why are there so many zombie kids?)who just so happens to be where Barry is picking one kid up before looking in fear of being crushed, Green Lantern who had a bunch of the bots restrained saw this before directing her attention to them creating a trampoline above Barry who was bracing himself while shielding the kid but as the bot flew off he can't help but sigh before keep carrying the teens.
As the bot flew back it collided with Double who was hurled to the wall breaking it with a grunt before glancing up at Green Lantern "Oi, watch where your aiming!" he cried out annoyed.
While Green Lantern said "sorry" until they both heard a cracking and crumbling.
"We seem to hit an integral part of the structure we must get the people out before one more hit will bring this place down" the right side of Double said matter of factually which got a twitch from the left side "Now this just got harder." before he heard a grunt from behind him followed by GL asking Bumblebee to short circuit the machines but Bumblebee is too afraid before flying away and noticing Batgirl punching the bot but not doing any damage Double decides to help " Green Lantern hold up the rubble!" he ordered while she replied "I'm, trying." straining under the weight as Double pulled the Cyclone memory and inserting in his weapon as he got ready "Batgirl jump!" before he shout out "METAL TWISTER" as one of the rods was covered by the wind and thanks to Philips calculation Double struck releasing a blast of wind that knocked the rubble Green Lantern was holding and sent into any close by robot and the one Batgirl was on before she jumped off, "Thanks." as Green Lantern looked relieved as she thanked Double who nodded before deciding to help Barry with evacuation.
Batgirl still saw some robots that didn't get hit by the makeshift shot gun of rocks she got a baterang ready before a piece of the roof fell on her head getting her to panic and throw baterang after baterang, Wonder Women saw this "Focus Batg— Oh, Hades! I shall do it myself!" she said before getting fed up and decides to fight them of herself which kinda going well until she sees a blast of magic through a whole of the robot she just punched through.
"Take this, heinous beasts!" before getting blasted which got Zatana to wince " I didn't mean you."
As Wonder Women crashed into Supergirl which was what did it as the building cant handle the abuse is going to crumble which didn't go unnoticed by Double "The place is gonna collapse get the civilians and get out!" he Shouted while carrying three teens before running as the girls did the same carrying and saving as much as possible but due to metal being more durable its also heavier so Double couldn't run fast enough so he did the only thing he could think of.
Throwing the teens to Supergirl as she barely caught them she saw Double after toss before the rubble fell "DOUBLE" she screamed getting other girls attention without thinking Supergirl flew down to the rubble tossing debris aside in desperation "C'mon, Double where are you c'mon say something C'MON!" as tears start to form before a metallic hand burst out behind her getting a cute "Kya" from her before covering her mouth hoping no one heard that.
As Double pull himself out of the rubble he muttered "I thought I was gonna die" before noticing Supergirl behind him with her back to him "Huh Supergirl?" before he was pulled out by her as they were face to face.
"You didn't hear anything." she said silently only to get a him to turn his head a bit in confusion.
"Didn't hear what?" he honestly doesn't understand.
"Understand?" before flying back as the girls were relieved that Double survived before hearing.
"Thank you for your cooperation. You will receive a bill for any damage to city property. Have a nice day."
As the rookie heroes watch the bots leave Wonder Women goes up to Supergirl and to the surprise of everyone slapping Supergirl across the face getting gasp from everyone " Insubordination! Why did you not await my orders?! You are reckless!" but Supergirl not taking this lying down.
"Well, excuse me, Princess, in case you didn't notice I was the only one in there actually fighting!" Bumblebee decides to chime in.
"Nh-h, I was fighting."
"You were cringing." Zatana retorted.
"If you wanna yell at someone, yell at her! One flick of that ring, and she could've taken all of them out!" Supergirl voicing her complaint to Green Lantern for not actually fighting.
"Oh, like Zatanna took out you and Wonder Woman?! Or was her showboating a better strategy?!" GL passing the blame as the girls devolve into their argument Batgirl was looking over the wreckage whereas Double was tending to Barry who was tired as he was basically the only one helping in evacuation.
"You did good kid." Double congratulate him as Barry looked both tired and hungry.
"Thanks but I think I deserve 50 hot dogs after this."
Double can't help but chuckle "Can't help with that this suit isn't cheap." he joked amused getting a chuckle from Barry before Barry got up and goes home.
Before Batgirl got all their attention "You guys. You guys! It's okay, it's okay. We can fix this. A city would never demolish a private business! And demo-bots would never endanger the public! They were rigged! By Lex Luthor." as she showed the logo that was from one of the bots.
"Lex Luthor?" Green lantern asked doubt in her voice but Batgirl was so hyped she answered with an oblivious "Uh-huh."
Zatana decides to elaborate "The wealthiest and most powerful man in all of Metropolis?" getting another oblivious "Uh-huh."
Before Supergirl decide subtle isn't working "Oh, jeez. Focus, Batgirl! What could Lex Luthor possibly have against cupcakes?!"
"Uh... Huh? Uh, I don't know." as she finally realized her friends meant when they doubt her claim.
Double decides to say "That was a good try but I've already ask Philip to check but Lex wasn't involved in this." as he try to be as gently as he could.
As Batgirl looked at everyone with a downcast glance as everyone were dejected "Face it. We were never meant to be heroes. Especially me." as Karen put her helmet in her duffel bag before walking away.
"Bumblebee, wait." Batgirl not wanting for her team to fall apart.
"Well, I for one concur with Karen. I never wanted to do this in the first place" as Zee dispel her outfit she marched away.
Batgirl still holding on "No! You guys! Come on."
"I knew this stupid ring would lead to violence and destruction." Jess took of the ring before walking away.
But she can't "Like I said, trying to be a hero is for chumps." as Kara walked past and when she saw Double she drop her head and passed by him.
Double looked to Batgirl who was hoping for him to stay "...Sorry Babs, maybe we just aren't ready for a team" spoke Shoutaro before he dehenshin walking to Philip who was prop up by the wall and helped him up before turning back "Maybe, you can find your own team someday." dipping his hat before they both walked off.
As Batgirl looked down at least Wonder Women is still here until she noticed strange mist appearing turning around hoping her one chance doesn't disappear "Wonder Woman?"
" Barbara Gordon, meet... my mother." as Wonder Women turn around as a lot of amazons appeared from the mist as she introduce her a tall amazon with long flowing golden mane held back by a crown unlike Wonder Women's but more regal as she wears the same as her daughter instead of the shoulder straps and armor she has a long fur cape draped over her shoulders and dressed in gold instead of red, white and blue.
Too sum it up "Dude, your mom looks like a final boss." (What she said.)
"Disguising yourself as a warrior, entering the tournament of Athena and Aphrodite against the wishes of your Queen, leaving Themyscira without my permission!" her mother berated her daughter only for Batgirl to interrupt.
"Wait, you snuck out? But I thought it was your destiny to save the world of Man."
Outraged her mother quickly stamp that notion out "This insolent child has no such destiny! She has brought shame upon her people! Come, Diana! It is time to return home—"before painfully pulling her daughter by her ear to the ship conveniently by the nearest beach "—and accept your punishment. You are in for the grounding of your immortal life, young lady." as Batgirl reached futily
"Diana?" until finally giving up as she took of her mask heart broken she dialed her phone "Dad, can you come pick me up?" as the scene goes black

As Shoutaro goes back to his room he looked at the photo of the wreckage earlier that evening going through it before hearing a combination of a chittering and shutter sound looking up at one of his gadgets a blue bat themed gadget with a camera in its center flying around this is the Bat Shot as its fluttering about Shoutaro turned his focus to the picture in his hand as we zoomed in on the Lex corp logo.
