Willow is a survivor, she had to do what she did during the capitol, things she's proud and not proud of.

A year after the Second Rebellion the Revitalisation Program aims to bring back individuals deceased due to anti-humanitarian crimes. A chance to right all wrongs. A chance to solve unresolved problems if any tributes passed away without the opportunity to. A chance to sort one's will and die in peace. A chance to continue living. It really captures Katniss and Peeta with a married life in hardscrabble Twelve. Much of this fic's structure comes from this, with some scenes fleshed out and more detailed smut. Enjo
