Hello – this is not really a chapter, but I hope you will take the time to read it anyways. I just want to address something important, and first and foremost apologize to all the dedicated readers who have continued to show love for my story over the years. Thank you.
The previous chapter was last updated in 2011. I have now completed the remaining chapters… Ten. Years. Later.
I don't know what drove me to complete it, except for the kind and generous Reader reviews that I would still get from time to time. Your love and support would remind me occasionally that I used to really love writing, and I was really, truly dedicated to this story. I always wanted to finish it, and now finally I have.
However, a simple warning before you proceed: I tried very hard to maintain the original heart and character of the story, but it goes without saying that TEN years changes someone. I am not the same person I was when I began writing this story so long ago. My writing style may have changed with time, character development may be slightly altered, and if you notice any continuity errors, please take them with a grain of salt.
That being said… I hope you enjoy reading the rest of 'A One Month Bet'.
Now the Re-RE-vamped version, I suppose.
