Hey guys, I saw a few of you liked this little test, so I'll try one more chapter to see how far we can get with this. For the time being, we'll go a bit further in-depth with how the Gates work, so expect a lot of dialog over action for this, but we will cover a few things in this. I'm primarily aiming to cover how the stats work and what the Gates would offer up. Hopefully, that didn't spoil much, but hopefully, you'll enjoy them all. Let's get going for this. MHA belongs to Kohei Horikoshi, and Tor belongs to me.

Soon enough, it was getting dark, and Tor dragged Izuku to start making a camp sight on the hill, giving them a good view over the plains. As they set up a small campfire with some stones, Tor started cooking them some skewered strips of venison while a pot hung over a slight split. During this time, Izuku studied his small booklet to understand better what he'll be working with. The first page he was on was his 'Status Page' as it gave a small sketch of him in his armor, which made him smile.

Looking through his stats, he noticed his stats were on the lower end, possibly due to him being quirkless, before looking at Tor, who was making sure the fire was still going.

"So, how do the stats work?" Izuku asks as Tor looks up.

"The stats are merely just a thing to monitor how much stronger you become as you grow; it doesn't have any real implications to your actual power," Tor says, as Izuku nods. "No special perks or blessings with having something like high strength gives incredible. So when you try to provide yourself with super powerful abilities, it seems like it's a waste of understanding one's weight on their strength."

"So, no matter how much I train my body," Izuku says, cupping his chin. "I'm only limited to my own body, so I'm only going to be as strong as a Pre-Quirk body."

"Right, don't be two down hearten; you're embracing the strength that is Adaptation, one that many seem to forget to explore themselves."

Before taking the offered skewer from meat, he was nodding his head, eating it as he crosses his legs and looks among the field. He saw different animals settling his nerves before pulling out his phone, seeing it was not getting a signal. Before opening his book again, he released a small sigh to view the other pages that he could view inside.

While the book filled only a few pages, it could go on for nearly twice the size of a dictionary, making it worth looking over them all. Izuku went ahead and taken out the backpack, reviewing the items he gathered from earlier, taking some of the teeth, and looking over it.

It was surprising that he was able to get them, and pulls out his book, flipping to the Crafting page, and reveals that the Wolf Teeth were a part of crafting for {Necklace of the Wolf.} Rubbing his head, Izuku went ahead and done the same thing with the torn pelts and saw that he could craft a functional hide if he collected ten pieces of torn furs, which would take a bit. Deciding to venture out a bit, Izuku stood up before being greeted by a torch by Tor, gladly taking it.

"Nighttime is rather dangerous without proper lighting," Tor states, making him blink. "There are some animals that come out more at night and are a bit more aggressive, so it's best to either camp the night out or carry a torch for a precaution. Anyway, I assume you need other parts to craft the necklace?"

"Do accessories give anything?" Izuku asks, curious about what effects it'll have.

"A faint aura that allows the effects of the item does happen," Tor mentions happily. "We do try to have a more realistic experience with what we can grant for strengths, though I'm pretty aware of what your life of a Quirk-Filled world, so when you're ready for a bit of oddity, we'll change it up as you wish."

"So what would necklaces do?"

"The Animal Necklace severe, depending on which animal you craft, will affect your natural body, canine would enhance senses, Primate would be strength, Feline would be agility, and Reptilian would be bodily regeneration. Some rings and talismans would also affect similar powers, though it would be more towards reactions and protection over enhancements."

Izuku nodded and headed out with the torch, leaving Tor next to the tree for the campsite, letting him adventure a bit. Once Izuku goes, Tor sighs and looks around, going behind the tree, and pulls out a camping set as well as a new backpack for carrying his items around. Setting it against the tree, Tor heads to the gravestone, smiling, and fades away, a small orb going into the grave as the pile that obscured the name revealed it to be Tor's name.

As Izuku explores the surrounding area, going along the path he came from the Gate, Izuku came across a couple more wolves, looking a bit bigger than the one he took on earlier. Taking his bow, Izuku lowered himself and drew an arrow, setting the torch down so he can use both hands, taking a second to aim and let loose. The arrow hits the second Wolf in the chest, killing it instantly, which caused the other Wolf to turn around and grows, causing the greenette to draw his blade as the Wolf pounces on him.

Proceeding to kill it the same way as his first one, Izuku shoved the blade into the canine's chest, killing it instantly. Pushing it off, Izuku gathered the tooths and torn pelts from them, looked around the place, and saw bundles of wild cotton, so Izuku picked them and collected the cotton. Smiling, Izuku pulled out his book, visiting a page for changing cotton to string, but he needed a loom, which he might make back in the real world. Getting onto his feet, Izuku continued to look around, finding a pickaxe near some ore, so Izuku started picked it up and began to gather from the ore node.

After clearing the node, Izuku looked around and picked up the fallen ores that came from it, being a faint rusty red color from the exposed parts, so Izuku pocketed them. After putting them into the backpack, Izuku got up and kept ahold of the pickaxe, moving around and gathered from a couple of other ore nodes getting more iron as well as tin and copper before packing it up, and headed back. Looking around as he was making his way to the tree, Izuku came across a small cave; looking into it with his torch, he could see a soft tuff of fur in the back.

He was slowly walking into it, drawing his blade as a precaution, and ventured into the hole in the stone wall. Holding the torch up, Izuku looks around, trying to see what the tuff of fur was, but it was no longer to be seen, so Izuku turned back around, only to see the tuff of hair revealing itself as a Dire Wolf, growling at Izuku. Izuku took a deep breath to level his blade to calm his shaking nerves and steeled himself as the Dire Wolf pounced at him.

He was rolling over to the side, hitting his back against a stalagmite, his sword out of his grip and torch by his side, groaning a bit, lifting the torch. The Dire Wolf was shaking its head as it landed its head on a different stalagmite before turning around, growling once again, slowly creeping up on Izuku. The tiny greenette eyes flickered to the sword before going back to the large canine that was before him, getting a small idea.

Swinging the torch at the Dire Wolf, it backed off but barked at Izuku, but it was enough to allow Izuku to get over to the sword and swung, seeing the wolf pouncing, making him fall backward. Soon it landed on him, making Izuku groan, but feel liquid dripping onto his face, making him open his eyes, seeing the head was gone. Then, looking up (sidewards), Izuku saw the head rolling to the side, slowly turning into ashes, and the body disappearing from on top of him.

Dusting the ashes off, Izuku checked the loot, seeing a couple of claws and a whole bunch of teeth, while he could get a few entire sets of Wolf Hide, making him smile. Then, getting onto his feet, Izuku opened the book, revealing the Dire Wolf in the book, letting him review the biography of the creature as well as the loot it produced.

"The Dire Wolf, also known as the Aenocyon Dirus, is an extinct wolf initially developed and grown around the 7,500 to 123,000 BC though was more recently learned about in the middle of the 19th century. They're supposedly weighed equal to an average adult male."

"Great, some information I will never need to know," Izuku says before getting up onto his feet. "I should see if Tor is doing alright."

Picking up his sword, Izuku started making his way towards the giant tree to see if Tor was nearby. Once getting there, Izuku looked around to see if he could find Tor near the dawning sky. Without finding the freshly groomed man, Izuku turned to look at the grave a bit to know about it. Izuku quickly cleaned, a name returned to it, revealed to be 'Tor Turial' on it, making Izuku blink at the sight. Blinking softly, Izuku ran his fingers across the man's name, who assisted with training him quickly in the Gate, before looking down.

A small stone was resting on the grave that wasn't there before, letting him pick it up. It was a singular stone with a green swirl on it, allowing him to pocket it and look at the large backpack resting against the wall. Izuku gets onto his feet before making his way over to the large pack, opening it to see what is left for him. A tent with a flint and steel, a hatchet, and instructions on using the large bag that went over its infinite amount of space were stored in it.

Slipping his backpack into the larger one, Izuku put on the pack and pulled out the stone, raising it into the sky. A simple flash of green appeared and surrounded him before blinking, looking around where he arose. His bedroom was a medium-sized room with a desk, his bed, a dresser, and a couple of posters with a buffed blonde male named All Might connected to it. Setting the backpack down, Izuku looked at his side, seeing the sword attached to it, as well as the torch, no longer light and currently was out and lying on the floor.

"Mom, I'm in the bedroom!" Izuku called out as the door swung open.

"How did you get in here?" his mother asked, blinking and looked at the backpack before her phone rang.

She walks over to the phone, picking it up.

"Hello?" his mother answers, looking over her shoulder to see Izuku pulling out hide and teeth.

"Auntie, you wouldn't believe what happened," Katsuki says, making her blink.

"Why's that, Katsuki-kun?" the woman asks, turning to the phone.

"Izuku is one of those granted to enter the Gate," Katsuki says, with a bit of annoyed pride. "Only he and All Might are allowed to enter the gate and see what's beyond it."

"Well, Izuku dear does have a new backpack, some fur, and teeth, as well as a sword."

"Wait, he just entered the Gate like, three seconds ago? How?!"

"I've been gone for at least a day..." Izuku says before looking at the booklet. "Days spent in the Gate: twenty hours, fifty-two minutes. Days spent in the Gate will not affect the human growth of a being in the natural world, so it can spend multiple years, and not a singular second would pass. That is so overpowered."

Here's your second chapter; hopefully, it did spend a bit more time explaining how the Gates work and the whole time distortion effect happens. If a little bit is needed on how Izuku was there before Bakugo called the Midoriya Household, the Gates will return the being to their home base using the Hearthstone three seconds before entering the Gate. And yes, Hearthstone was an idea taken from World of Warcraft.

Anyway, if you guys need a chapter that goes further into certain features or abilities, please let me know, as these are the first things I want to focus on for the first... ten chapters, so to say.

Anyway, hope you all enjoyed that chapter, though I think I have rushed the Dire Wolf fight a bit. Just let me know what you guys think and what you guys need further explaining in, m'kay?
