![]() Author has written 4 stories for Powerpuff Girls, Cyberchase, Misc. Movies, and DuckTales. And now it's time for...a ridiculously long profile!! Yea!! Once again it has taken me for freaking EVER to update something, including my profile. But since I've been on Fanfiction.net, it's obvious that no one actually takes the time to stop and read these. Hell, I try to but, well, I have a short attention span. But if you do, then I envy your patients, because I've seen how long they can get. Sheesh!! Well, not much to say about me...Hmm...Let's see, something about me...something about-Oh I know! Okay, so when it comes to making up stories in my mind, I've always been hooked on the "under dog" theme. Sure anyone can write a story about a main character; the hero, the good guy who triumphs over some jackass that, for some odd reason, started a whole mess load of crap that our savior had to come along and clean up, while winning over the damsel of his dreams, sometimes with a bit of help from his sidekick, who gets jack squat in the end. Same goes for the bad guy, though he prefers the term minions. Hell, you can even right a story about a bad guy! They count as main characters. I would know, since I attempted a fic on Cyberchase based mainly on The Hacker. Though sadly the project was pushed aside for something else that needed my attention...hmm...wish I could remember what that was. Oh, well! Anyway, for some reason I've always felt a strong impulse to put myself in the shoes of the character that no one notices. The little guy that hangs out in the background, waiting for his one moment to shine, which usually results in the success of the hero, or downfall of the villain, or both! Sometimes he's just a comic relief, making light of a bad situation. From the stories that I've put out so far, I think it's safe to say that I love cartoons. There's so much you can do with animation there's hardly any limits that haven't been reached nowadays. I'm the type of fan that shakes my head in dissapointment when Hollywood goes for broke and decides to make a movie based on a hit 80's cartoon show. Granted, some of them have actually turned out pretty good. Iron Man, loved it! The Hulk(the one with Edward Norton, not the other one. Blah!) wasn't too bad! Spider man...eh. Transformers; booyah! But then you get the ones that just ruin the whole growing up experience, resulting in a horrific slaughter of some of our all time favs, our inner child weeping as the gruesome scene that unfolds on the silver screen. (Rest in piece, G.I. Joe...I hardly knew ye.) As long as they don't touch Thundercats, I think we're okay. But i digress. REALLY digress!(See, short attention span. Never fails) My most recent inspiration are the Beagle Boys of Disney's Ducktales. Does anyone out there actually know their names, or tell them apart from the rest. The sad part is, I can. I don't think of them as the Beagle Boys, but rather as brothers who happen to all dress the same and have the same career path. But as progression has shown, it's very unlikely that's still true. At least one of them has to have another interest other than crime. So I've created them as the main characters in my story. And I'm enjoying every minute of it! You wouldn't believe how many possibilties I kept thinking of for plots points! Actually, that's why I had to stop writing it; I had too MANY ideas. They just kept piling up until I lost track of where I was headed. But hopefully, that's been rectified, and now I can give the Beagles some well deserved recognition! Well, most of them deserve it, anyway. Well, now that that's over with: Favorite show: Anything that's animated really. Movie or TV show, don't care. Favorite movie: Of all time? Ghostbusters. For the moment? Kung Fu Panda. Favorite Superhero: Batman or Superman...That, is a tough call...I'm gonna go with Batman.(Sorry Clark Kent) Favorite Villain: The Ghostly Trio from Casper(wait, are they bad guys? I don't know.), or Mojo Jojo from PowerPuff Girls. (I'd say Fuzzy Lumkins, but he doesn't count as evil. Just posesive of his belongings. What American isn't?) Aight, I'm out, ya'll! Later! Oh, and if you actually got through reading this entire thing, then my god you are a miracle. I could barely stay focused on writing this junk! So whoever you are, I thank you. |
