Disclaimers: I don't own these characters except my OC's.

I'm too tired to write something to every reviewer but thanks to everyone who did review. It is very much appreciated.

Guest 1: Thanks for this. This helps a lot.

Billy: That's a surprise. I don't want to spoil it.

Agent N: Yeah, no disrespect to the people who love the ship, I hate Catradora because of Catra's treatment of Adora. Like what Catra does to her in the original season 1 finale is horrible. How she maliciously goes after her, tries to kill her, and not out of duty but because she genuilly wants her dead. I love their bond, but I see it more of like Lex and Clark on Smallville, an amazing rivalry.

Guest 7: I'm not one hundred percent certain on what I'm going to do with Darkseid as that's a long way away. I'll keep your suggestions in mind.

Chapter 13 Light Hope

Jack's P.O.V.

Ten years ago.

Glimmer and me are sitting on Mom's lap. "One day, one of you will be a great leader," Angella says.

"Who, Mom? Will it be me?" Glimmer asks excitedly.

"I don't know. I haven't decided yet. But I need you both to know that there's a terrible burden to leadership, you have to do everything to protect your people, no matter the personal sacrifice," Angella says.

Present day.

"But shouldn't she be… back by now?" Glimmer says. "She said she was… going to get training to… fix me!" Glimmer says, pacing across the room glitching. "How long is that going to take? Ow!" Glimmer says, kicking the chair with her feet. "And what kind of monster puts a chair here?" Glimmer says.

"Okay? I'm worried too, Glimmer, but taking it out on the furniture isn't going to help," Bow says.

"We can't just sit here and hope that she eventually comes back eventually. We have to do something," Glimmer says.

"Like what?" Bow asks.

"Find her, make sure she's okay," I say. I hear a knock on the door. "Princess, Prince, there's, uh, something here to see you," one of the guards says.

"Don't you mean someone?" Glimmer asks.

"No, I mean something," the guard says.

We go outside and see a unicorn with red hair and wings walk down. "Our horse," Bow says.

"I am my own horse. Call me Swift Wind," the horse says. Glimmer and Bow scream and hug each other tightly.

"Our horse can talk!" Bow shouts.

"I can speak my mind now, pretty crazy. So, I'm thinking…," Swift Wind says.

"He's a talking horse!" Bow shouts.

"As we've established now," Swift Wind says.

"He has wings," Glimmer says.

"What are you doing here? I assume you came here for something important," I say.

"I think Adora needs our help. Since Adora transformed me, I've been able to feel where she is at all times. It's like instinct. But now I feel a pull, as if I'm being summoned to her side. As part of Adora's herd, I need your help. Will you come?" Swift Wind says.

"Of course. Lead the way," Glimmer says.

"But Glimmer, your glitching," Bow says.

"Is what got us into this. Adora left to save me. Now it's time for us to save her. You in?" Glimmer asks.

"You even have to ask," I say.

"Always. But I don't think your mom is going to like us leaving so soon after our mission," Bow says.

"She doesn't need to know. We'll be there and back before my mom even realizes were gone," Glimmer says, opening the door to see our Mom there. "Mom!" Glimmer shrieks as she jumps in the air glitching. Glimmer clears her throat. "What are you doing here?" Glimmer asks.

"Coming to see why my guards escorted a horse to your room," Angella says.

Swift Wind scots over to Angella. "I like to think of myself as a role model for all horse kind," Swift Wind says. "I mean uh, what talking horse? What's happening?" Angella says.

"You should get going if you want to track down Adora," Angella says.

"You are not gonna stop us?" Glimmer says.

"Glimmer, I told you I regretted giving up after your father died. I will not consign you to the same regrets," Angella says. "Commander Glimmer, Commander Jack, I order you to continue your mission to find Adora and bring her home," Angella says.

"Right away, your Majesty," Glimmer and me says together giving Mom a salute. Me and glimmer walk out, Bow and Swift Wind follow us giving Angella Salutes as they leave.

"uh, when we're back, I'd like to talking about freeing all the horses in your stables. I think that's," Swift Wind says.

Bow tries to push him away. "later," Bow says.

"Hey, I'm still talking to the Queen!" Swift Wind says.

"Please, be careful," Angella says.

Time skip.

"And then I realized I'm free, but other horses aren't," Swift Wind says. "So, I named myself Swift Wind after the swift winds of revolution and left to go kick down stable doors. Freedom, equality and hay, for all," Swift Wind says.

Glimmer hears rustling. I hear a heard of animals coming. "Everyone get behind me!" I shout. They do. These dear alien run I listen and hear something familiar. I prepare my heat vision. The giant spider creature from before comes out and I have my heat vision prepared but it doesn't even seem to notice us and just be running.

"What was that about?" Glimmer asks.

"I have no idea," I say.

"I feel something," Swift Wind says. "We should run. No, we have to get Adora. Adora, then run," Swift Wind says, conflicted and terrified.

"Swift Wind, what is it?" Bow asks.

"A bad thing. Hurry," Swift Wind says.

Time skip.

"Is it just me or is it getting really cold?" Bow asks.

Glimmer catches a piece of snow. "It's snowing?" she says.

"That's impossible. It never snows in the Whispering Woods," Bow says.

"Well, it just did. We need to keep moving," I say. The winds then intensify, blasting snow at us. "We can't stay here. Swift Wind, do you sense Adora?" I say.

"There! She over there," Swift Wind says. I see a blue light in the sky.

"Hold on," I say. I grab each one of them and run them over there, one by one.

Bow and Glimmer try to open the door but can't. "Jack, break the door down," Glimmer says.

"I can't it could trigger some sort of trap," I say.

"Wait, wait, I know this. Hang on. I think I can…," Swift Wind says. He puts his horn to the door and it opens. We run through there until we find Adora.

"Adora!" I shout, running over to her unconscious body.

"Adora, we're here," Bow says.

"Wake up," Glimmer says.

"I think I can reach her. Hold on," Swift Wind says, he then puts his horn on Adora's head.

"Swift Wind?" I ask.

"uh… Jack," Bow says. I turn to see these Spider robot things. I hold them back with my super breath, stopping them from getting close to us. Bow fires arrows at them, doing little damage, he then fires one at one of the robot's eyes and it blows up revealing mechanics. I use my x-ray vision to find out there one hundred percent mechanical.

"There robots, yes!" I shout.

"How is that a good thing," Glimmer asks.

"It means there not alive and I can do this," I say, I fire my heat vision at its most powerful, no holding back and blow up all of the robot spiders.

Swift Wind's horn stops glowing, but Adora doesn't wake. "What happened?" I ask.

"She wouldn't leave," Swift Wind says. "I couldn't convince her," Swift Wind says.

"I can. Can you find a way to get me to talk to her?" I ask.

"I can try," Swift Wind says. "Lie down next to her," Swift Wind says. I do and his horn shins and I close my eyes. When I open them, I'm somewhere else.

"Adora," I shout, grabbing her in a hug.

"Jack, what are you doing here?" Adora asks.

"I'm here to bring you home," I say.

"You should go," Adora says.

"No, I'm not leaving you," I say.

"You should. I brought all this misery to your life, to our friends lives. Entrapta would still be alive if it weren't for me," Adora says.

"That's not true Adora. Adora, we're not gods. We're people, for whatever reason were gifted with extraordinary powers. But we can't stop tragedy. And we can't out run it. We just have to live with it," I say.

"I'm trying to protect you," Adora says.

"No, you're trying to protect yourself. Because your scared of having to deal with pain, the pain of failure, of loss. But there is no life and no love without loss. And if you try to escape, to hide from it, you won't be living at all," I say. Adora looks away. I sigh. "It's what I was trying to do when I jumped. Everything I went through, getting hurt, losing Entrapta, finding out my mom's secrets. I didn't think things would ever be okay again. I didn't want to live with all this pain. That's why I jumped. But you saved me. You helped me. And over time, I learnt to deal with it. Life isn't the same as how it was before, but, but somehow it's still okay. I'm glad you never gave up on me, and now I'm not going to give up on you," I say.

"But how are we going to stop them?" Adora asks.

"I don't know, but I have hope," I say. "I—I can't make you any false promises. But I can promise this. I'll never abandon you. You'll never be alone again. I'll always be there for you, whatever you need," I say.

"I'm not Mara. I'm not the She-ra's of the past. I didn't do this to fulfil some destiny. I became She-ra to help others. My attachments, my friends are a part of who I am," Adora says.

"So, are you staying or are you going," Swift Wind says.

"Let's go," Adora says, pulling out her sword. A portal opens up and Adora grabs my hand. "Thanks, for not giving up on me," she says.

"Like I said, I'm never giving up on you," I say. The three of us walk through the portal.

"Jack, I love you," Adora says as we go through the portal. The two of us then wake up.

"I love you, too," I say hugging her and she hugs me back.

"Adora, you're back," Glimmer says.

"Adora, Jack, spiders," Bow says.

"For the honor of Grayskull," Adora says, transforming. She then jumps on one of the spider's heads and then stabs it with her sword. Her sword lets out a wave that destroys the robots.

Glimmer, Bow and me jump into a hug with her.

We, let go, me being the last one to do so. "That was amazing!" I shout running over to her.

Adora blushes and lets out an awkward smile. "Thanks," she says. She lets out a sigh of relief. "Let's go home," she says.

Swift Wind flies us out of here but because of the stop winds he's struggling. Swift Wind then flies up above the snowstorm. We then see red lightning storm clouds. "It's not just the Whispering Woods, it's…," Glimmer says.

"It's the entire world," Adora says.

"Bright Moon. Swift Wind. Hurry," I say.

I hope you enjoyed this chapter.

Please tell me what you thought of this chapter.

The next chapters going to be the finale of this amazing story arc.

It'll involve a big epic scifi battle. This is the first epic battle I've written so I'm not sure if it's going to be good or not, but if you can give me advice, or afterwards tell me what I did right and wrong, that'd be appreciated.

Also, for the battle, should I have, it all from Jack's P.O.V., No one's P.O.V. and involving all the character, or a rapidly changing P.O.V. involving all the main characters.

Until next time, please, review, favorite, and/or follow, and until next time Ant boy out.
