Our Last Night

Before heading back home, Professor Burnet plans a romantic date for Professor Kukui on their last night at Manolo Stadium that turns into something more.

The numerous distinctive sound effects were roaring out of the speakers were followed by the dozens of bright lights on the screen. The lights were so white it was like the gates of Heaven was opening. Not a moment too soon, the bright lights exposed the dozens of Pokémon that appeared on the battlefield. From a Corsola to a Sudowoodo, Tauros to a Butterfree, the several Pikachu including Ash's Pikachu to even a single Magikarp. More than a hundred Pokémon started battling one another with dozens defeated until only sixteen were left standing.

"As we conclude the first Alolan Pokémon League, let's take a look at all the unforgettable moments," Caster stated over the microphone. The large screen first broadcasted the moment where Ash's Meltan eating Faba's Hypno's coin before switching to Ilima facing against Guzma and then Mallow and Lana's battle. And that was just from the first day of the league. "So many heartfelt battles and intense competition took place on this battlefield these past few days. I can't wait to see what the next Pokémon League."

After Caster's closure, fireworks shot straight up from Manolo Stadium and into the air. Multiple colors illuminated the night sky within every explosion as more fireworks were fired in a glittering shower. Professor Kukui couldn't be any prouder at himself on everything he accomplished. He fulfilled his lifelong dream of starting Alola's own Pokémon League, witnessed historical battles, and even participate in one which was the expedition match. It was supposed to be the winner battling against his Battle Royal alter ego, The Masked Royal. But since the entire region knows his secret, there was no need to hide it anymore.

Speaking of which, Kukui had to make up for all the lousy excuses and lying to his wife. The only reason he didn't tell Burnet was because she's a huge fan of the Masked Royal. He felt telling him his secret would let her down. But seeing the way she reacted when the truth came out, Kukui felt stupid. There must be something he could do. The professor turned his direction to his lab coat's pocket after feeling something vibrating. Taking his phone out his pocket, he saw Burnet's name in a text message that reads:

"Meet me at the front of the Pokémon Center. I have a surprise for you."

"A surprised?" Kukui wondered. That explained why he couldn't find Burnet. Walking over to the Pokémon Center, no surprised Kukui found the lights were still on. Kukui suspected the four Nurse Joy were still taking care of Pokémon from the league especially his and Ash's Pokémon from their exhibition match. Waiting for him in front of the Pokémon Center was his beautiful wife. "There you are," Burnet said. "You arrived sooner than I thought."

"What's going on?" Kukui asked. "What's this surprise you have in store?" Burnet didn't answer right away. She just took her husband's hand and led him around the Pokémon Center. They followed a trail of tiny pink flower petals to the helicopter pad used for the private Aether Paradise helicopter. In the middle was a single table with a large serving of food and silverware. Followed by two empty glasses, a bottle of unopened wine, and two large candles. More rose pedals surrounded the table in the form of a heart. "Alola Surprise!" Burnet announced.

Kukui stood there staring at the romantic scenery with his mouth wide open. "Burnet, you did all this for me?"

"Well, I had help from Mallow and Ulu with the food. But the candles, wine, and the set up? That was all me."

"I can't believe you did all this for me."

Burnet smiled at her husband with blush marks on her face. "Since this is our last night before returning home, I want to spend some alone time with you alone."

Kukui couldn't find any other words to say at that moment. After managing to picked up his jaw off the floor, it formed into a warm smile. Burnet took his left hand and led him to their table since it was obvious he needed an escort walking to the food. Speaking of their food, the aroma drilled into Kukui's nostrils like two Excadrills at the Altar of the Sunne. Dinner consisted of medium-cooked steak sprinkled with chopped parsley, spinach, and a serving of sauce on the side.

"The food smells incredible," he complimented. "But when did you do all this?"

"I started planning this since the Pokémon League began," she answered while proceeding into lighting up both of the candles using a kitchen lighter. "After your exhibition match against Ash, I immediately got to work on the food. Of course, I had some help from Lusamine and Wicke."

"Wow, that steak looks and smells so good. It's enough to make your mouth water."

Burnet proceeded in cutting up the first piece of steak. "Abe gave me the recipe. It's from a restaurant he took Aina on their wedding anniversary."

Kukui took a seat at the table and got himself ready to eat dinner. While Burnet was cutting up the steak, he helped himself to some of the spinach salad. He collected a good serving using a bamboo salad fork and spoon. Along with some chopped berries in the salad bowl, Kukui dumped them on his plate. By that time, Burnet had finished cutting ten pieces. Five of the pieces were transferred onto her husband's plate next to the spinach. After which, Burnet spread a layer of sauce across the pieces. "That sauce looks good."

"It's homemade red wine sauce," Burnet explained. "Abe taught me how to make it. I heard it tastes really good with steak." The steak was red since it was cooked in medium temperature, so the sauce blended perfectly with the redness. Along with the vegetables on the side, Kukui's plate looked rich and divine. Burnet cut a tiny piece and jammed it on her fork. "Open wide, Kukui."

Biting down on the piece of steak, Kukui felt the flavor and the juices melted in his taste buds. It was like a Popplio was using Surf inside his mouth. "Wow! This is delicious!"

The white-headed wife smiled as tiny blush marks appeared on her cheeks. She had to pat herself on the back. All that time and effort she put into making the food paid off tremendously. She cut a second piece, but from her plate and popped that piece in her mouth. Not a moment too soon, her entire face lit up more than those two candles. Burnet's eyes were glittering and her cheeks turned red. "You're not kidding. This is really good."

While Burnet was eating, Kukui filled his wife's glass of wine. "This calls for a toast," he proceeded in pouring him some wine in his glasses.

Tilting her head, the wife raised her glass over the table. "To the many years of the Alolan Pokémon League," she started off.

"To the many battles…"

"…to us…"

"…and the many memories to come."

They clinked their glasses together before taking the first sip from their wine. From that moment forward, it was the start of new beginnings and opportunities for the married professors. The next thirty minutes of that night includes Kukui and Burnet eating their dinner, drinking wine, chatting, and having a few laughs under the Alolan moon. Aside from the two candles burning between them, the million stars in the night skies were lightening their evening. "Don't this remind you of something, Kukui?" burnet asked her husband.

"What do you mean?"

"Back when we were still in the Unova region? The night you found out I was planning my trip to Sinnoh?"

Kukui suddenly found himself recalling an old memory, but it wasn't anything he want to remember. "You mean the night you turned down my first proposal? Yeah. Thanks for reminding me," he responded. "But I've been meaning to ask you: what made you say yes this time?"

Burnet finished the last sip of her wine before answering Kukui. "The same reason why I turned down your proposal the first time," she answered. "I said no because I wanted us to focus on our dreams and not marriage knowing we wasn't ready."

"But we could had gotten married that time and focus on our dreams."

Burnet shook her head in denial. "Kukui, we were still too young. I was still in college and you wanted to compete in more Pokémon Leagues around the world. How could we manage us while finding time for ourselves?"

Kukui hated talking about the night Burnet turned his first marriage proposal, but he understood why from her point across. Kukui knew he wanted to make Burnet his wife since day one, but they had a lot of growing and maturity to do especially on his side. Otherwise, they wouldn't had last long as husband and wife. But it was different for the second time. Kukui and Burnet were now responsible adults with careers and both capable of providing to one another. "We came a long way after that night, didn't we?" Kukui asked.

Burnet didn't answer right away and just took a glance at the beautiful Alolan night sky that acted as a background to their romantic dinner. "Yeah. But you're the one who changed the most," Burnet commented.

"Come on. Don't count yourself short, Ms. Alolan Woman of the Year."

Burnet giggled at her husband's comment. It made the wife felt good to know Kukui could always find a way to charm her. "Thank you for the vote of confidence, but I'm referring to everything you accomplished. The first Alolan Pokémon League was a huge success."

"It's not like I build Manalo Stadium."

"But it was your idea though. You started a new tradition for Alola. I have no doubt this will be passed down for many years to come."

While Burnet was talking, Kukui was chewing two leaves from his spinach salad along with a couple pieces of berries with it. "I wouldn't have accomplished it without your support. In fact, your support is what gave me the strength. But honestly, I didn't expect all this."

"Why would you say that?"

"Well, you learned that I was the Masked Royal and you took the news pretty well. I thought you would be mad for lying."

Burnet finished eating the piece of steak in her mouth before responding. "Well, the news was surprising. That I can't deny. But since we're on the subject, when did you became the Masked Royal? And how come you never told me?"

His secret was finally out, but Kukui suspected people would find out eventually including his wife. The only person who knew about his secret life was Molayne. It didn't surprise him that Burnet had questions. The only thing Kukui would do was try and answer Burnet in the best way possible. "I'm really sorry for keeping this a secret from you, Burnet," he started off saying. "The Masked Royal was supposed to be temporarily, but then he started to become a figure for the Battle Royal Dome. Everyone seemed to love and admire him so much."

Burnet was starting to connect the pieces together. "Hang on a minute. Is it also because of me?" She asked.

"Yes. I mean you often say that the Masked Royal is your hero and I didn't want to crush your dreams."

Hearing that made the wife feeling a bit guilty. A part of her felt Kukui must had felt a little jealous over his own alter ego. She reached over and interlocked her hands with his in the middle of the table. Burnet looked deeply into her husband's eyes. "The Masked Royal is my hero, but you, Professor Kukui, are my husband," she replied followed by a soft kiss on the top of his palm. "You are the man I'm devoting my life to and no other man will ever come before you."

Another round of fireworks went off except those were displaying Pokémon faces. Pikachu was the first Pokémon shown in the night sky. It was followed by the three Alola starter Pokémon, Litten, Rowlet, and Popplio. The fireworks showing of the four Island Guardians concluded that firework show. "How many fireworks did Aether Paradise installed?" Kukui wondered.

"That's Lusamine for you. Always going over the top as usual," Burnet giggled. With her guard down, Kukui smacked his lips against Burnet's lips. Her entire face responded by turning instantly red. Steam was whistling from the top of her head like a tea pot on a stove. But Burnet eventually joined in on the kissing not wanting him to be the only person enjoying the moment. His lips plunged in between her lips until he founded hers. Both tongues twined with one another as traits of saliva were exchanged from mouth to mouth. Pulling away from one another, they gazed into one another's pupils to where they saw their own reflections. It was also a desire for something only the both of them could receive from one another. Perfect timing too since they had finished eating dinner too. "Shall we finish this conversation indoors?" Kukui asked in a seductive tone.

After drinking the last of her wine, Burnet gave a simple nod while her eyes did not leave her husband. "Absolutely," she responded back. Within a moment, she chuckled after finding herself being carried in a bridal style. Her right arm wrapped around her husband's neck while her left hand was placed firmly on his chest. Their romantic night was just getting started.

Before closing their room door, Kukui made sure to have the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign hanging from outside from the door handle. But that proved to be a wasted moment for the two as Kukui and Burnet continued where they left off instantly. They smacked their lips together and went right back to the intense kissing. Kukui's tongue twined with Burnet's, transferring saliva from one another again. Burnet had her arms wrapped around Kukui's neck while his hands were placed on her hips. The couple was inseparable as if an Ariados bind them together with its String Shot.

However, their faces were starting to change colors. The need for oxygen became too much for the couple, forcing them to pull away. Both their smiles were warm and blissful. Gazing deeper into their eyes, Kukui and Burnet could spot their own reflections from their pupils. Both pair of eyes were filled with love, years filled with memories, and the desire to create a new one.

Burnet was pulling on Kukui's upper collars off his arms. She bit her bottom lip as her yellow eyes gazed at the man's muscular figure, tracing a line with five fingers from his collar bone down to the drawstrings of his baggy pants. Wild thoughts were running through Burnet's head as she kissed and licked around his chest. Playing around with her husband's torso, she nibbled on the flesh hard enough leaving some marks behind, but not careful not to tear the skin.

Eventually, Kukui let his coat fall completely off his body and onto the floor. His mouth produced several moans and a few chuckles at the sensational pleasure his wife was giving him. Looking down, he spotted his wife yanking down his pants until they hit his feet. Kukui was standing almost fully nude with the only article of clothing being his black briefs that were exposing an obvious bulge. "MMMM!" Burnet moaned seductively. "You see, Kukui? This is why I prefer seeing you in briefs."

"Because it makes me look bigger?" He joked.

"You're always big even in boxers. Briefs just makes it more obvious."

"Don't think you'll still have your clothes on."

Burnet smiled as her left eyebrow raised in suspicion. "Who says I was? Besides, I stripped you down. Don't you want to get even?" With her arms stretched apart, Burnet waited patiently for her husband. Gripping the hem of Burnet's vest, Kukui lifted up her entire top over her head. After the shirt slipped off of her hands, Kukui tossed it on the other side of the room. He also took the liberty in pulling down her black pants too, leaving her standing in a white underwire bra, green lace front underwear, and a pair of black stockings.

"Well? What do you think?" Burnet asked turning her body to the side. Her hands went through her white spiky hair as she batted her eyebrows at her husband. "You still like thigh high stockings?"

"Oh, that's how you want to play?" Kukui couldn't stop staring at the way his wife was seducing him with her butt out like that. Burnet would always be the symbol of beauty in his eyes. The huge knot in his briefs could vouch for him as he felt it getting bigger. The professors embraced one another again and went back into kissing only Kukui lifted up his wife from her legs. Burnet wrapped her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck. Kukui planted random kisses all over her face from her cheeks, jaw, collar bone, and around her neck.

"Oh, Kukui," Burnet moaned. "Don't stop. Your kisses feel so good."

Her body shivered through the kisses as moans were leaving her mouth. He proceeded in carrying his wife in the other side of the room and lay her onto the bed. After which, Kukui moved downward with his head in between her breasts. Wet kisses and a few licks were scrambling around the exposed skin.

"HAHAHAHA! KUKUI, THAT TICKLES!" she laughed.

Kisses and the licking were replaced with nibbling and biting. It was his way of getting even when she placed teeth marks on his chest. His marks were visible too, but no permanent damage. As a reward, Burnet pulled down her bra cups and flashed every inch of her upper torso at her husband. No longer any restrains holding him back, Kukui's hands cupped a handful of each breast.

Burnet's moans only increased by a volume every second past as Kukui continued playing with her chest. He twirled them around counterclockwise as his thumbs teasingly brush through the nipples. Eventually, Kukui wrapped his lips around the left nipple. Burnet turned her moans into a yelp and her hands gripped onto the bedsheets hard to the point the fabric was stretching out of place.

Ultimately, Kukui was growing tired of the foreplay and wanted to go straight into the action. In his sense that would be his apologizing to his wife for lying: a night filled with love, desire, and pleasure. He kissed Burnet's left breast one last time and proceeded in drawing a line using his tongue on her torso while crawling downward. The line on Burnet's torso was moist with tiny traits of saliva. Her eyes shot wide open and a sudden gasp escaped her lips after feeling something moist from below.

Burnet looked down to only find her husband's head in between her legs. The moaning grew louder and more intense whenever she felt that same moist sensation separating her inner walls. Burnet's back arched and her hips buckled upward only to be restrained by Kukui's arms. His eyes were filled with hunger and lust for more and Burnet was not against it. Leaning her head back on the bed, Burnet spread her legs further apart to give him more access. It was Kukui's night and she wanted him to have a memorable time. "Your tongue feels so good, Kukui, but I can't take it anymore! Please! I want you so bad!" Burnet moaned.

"You want me that bad, Burnet? You really want me so bad?"

Burnet nodded and pulled her husband into another kiss, but it was soft and filled with love. "Yes. Kukui, please, make love to me."

That was all Kukui needed to hear. He pulled on Burnet's underwear from her legs until it slipped off her feet and was completely off of her body. All that was left on her was the black stockings. After yanking down Kukui's briefs, she hopped back on top of the bed with her legs spread open. Kukui climbed back on top of Burnet and lined himself in between her legs. "You've been waiting for this all day long, haven't you?"

"You're one to talked." Burnet laughed at Kukui's statement, but it turned into a huge yelp the moment she felt something drilling inside of her. Kukui growled as he felt something tighten around him, but the only pain he felt was his wife's nails digging in his shoulders. Nevertheless, he resumed where he left off and started buckling his hips to and front.

Burnet made no intentions of keeping quiet either. She kept moaning and screaming the man's name loosely in Kukui's ear. For the moment, Kukui almost compared his wife's noises to a Loudred using Echoed Voice. Her nails were digging deep too, but Kukui used that as motivation to keep up with the pace. In fact, he pounded inside Burnet with more force. "AH! AH! AH! AH! OH, MY GOODNESS!" Burnet would scream. "THIS IS TOO MUCH! OH, ARECUS!"

Kukui took his wife by surprised and kissed her hard. In return, Burnet wrapped her arms around her husband's neck and kissed him back. Their tongues roamed around inside their mouths again, doing their signature dance. "I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, BURNET!" Kukui grunted.

"I LOVE YOU, TOO, MY KUKUI! AHH! MAKE LOVE TO BE LIKE THIS FOREVER! PRETTY PLEASE!"

Kukui took her arms and held them over her head, pinning them down on the bed by the wrists. All while not slowing down his hip movements. Given his weight and muscles, Burnet could hardly move any part of her body. The only thing she could do at that moment was take everything Kukui threw at her. Not that she was making any attempt to resist in the first place.

Chests were rubbing against one another while naked bodies started to produce sweat. Moans, grunts, and screamed filled every corner of their room along with the slapping noises coming from their hips making contact. Kukui increased the level in his thrusting and started to lose his rhythm while grinding his teeth. Burnet tried to match his, but it was hard to catch up with his strength. "K-K-K-K-KUKUI! I CAN'T…. AHHH…I'M ABOUT TO…"

"ME TOO! I'M SO CLOSE! AHHH!" Throwing her head back on the bed, Burnet let out the loudest scream of the night. That last powerful thrust Kukui sent jolts of electricity through her body where it buckled upward. After laying flat on her back, Kukui landed on top of her since he used all his remaining strength. His muscles were tensed and sticking out from his skin. Their hairs were loose, uneven, and standing up all over the places.

Without saying one word, the smiling couple kissed once more. Kukui and Burnet didn't need to tell one another that they love each other. The proof was written in their eyes and nude bodies. Burnet felt closer to Kukui more ways than ever; not even the time when they first made love could compared. Just thinking about it brought back memories she shared with Kukui. All of a sudden, she started to laugh. "What's so funny?" Her husband questioned.

"I was just thinking to myself how we're closer now compared to the first time we made love."

"You mean the night before Kanto League finals?" Kukui rolled off his wife and onto his side of the bed. Gaining back the use of her arms, Burnet draped one over his body and placed her head on top of his shoulder. "We were so young and inexperienced at the time. But what's so funny about that?"

"Nothing. It was just a memory."

Kukui had nothing to say. He just awkwardly chuckled as his feet touched the floor. "Anyway, its getting pretty late. Let's take a shower and get ready for bed," he yawned. "We should really get ourselves for bed and get some sleep."

When Kukui got out of the bed, Burnet tugged on his arm until he fell right back on the bed. "Get some sleep? Oh no, Kukui. Like I said. This maybe our last night on Manalo Stadium, but it's not over. We're just getting started."

My first original fanfic in the new decade and the first Rated M fanfic I've written in a long time. I tried doing something different with "Our Last Night" compared to all my other fanfics. I hope you enjoyed it and it was worth the amount of effort I put into it. My next fanfic coming out will be the first installment of my "The Journey Continues…" trilogy sometime next month. Further details will be explained later.

Despite us going through these uncertain times, I hope everyone reading this is taking care of themselves out there. Remember to wash your hands, avoid touching your face, stay away from large crowds, and stay home if you're feeling sick. We can and will get through this pandemic together.

Stay safe and stay tuned.
