A/N: Hey peeps, sorry for the late update. But I have an announcement to make. After this chapter, I'll be putting this story on hold due to lack of inspiration and ideas for how to continue forward, this story is going to be on hiatus until I can continue it. No, it isn't going to be dropped or discontinued, simply a break due to being a bit burnt out on story ideas. While this story is on hold, I'll be doing another fanfic with an OC I introduced during the Omake last chapter. Keep your eyes open for it, and you'll see me back once I get some more ideas on how to continue this story later.
Now that this is out of the way, time for the disclaimer...
DISCLAIMER: I do NOT own any of the franchises or fanfics referenced in this fic, and any OCs used are either mine, someone else's I se with their permission, or with credit given to OC's creator to the best of my ability for any references made. This fanfic is a continuation of an AU I wrote of Marcus Galen Sands' own fanfic 'God Slaying Blade Works' using references to other fanfics and franchises credited as used to the best of my abilities, a meshing of canon lore in a manner that makes sense without overly relying on plot armor, and my own original ideas thrown into the mix every now and then. This is a FREE FANFIC of a FANFIC, as in an UNPAID FAN-MADE FICTION of a FAN-MADE FICTION that I wrote for ABSOLUTELY NUDDIN'. So if you paid to read this, then you got ripped off. And if you do not like it, then you do not have to read it. Nobody is making you, so why are you still reading if you don't like it?
And now...
STORY START:
King of Wrought Iron Book 2: Guardian of DxD
Twenty-second Forge: Startling Meetings, Surprise Trips, and Unexpected Complications
Kuoh Academy ORC Club, Kuoh
Shirou P.O.V.
After leaving the Student Council Office and heading towards the old school building the ORC use for their 'club activities', I met up with Tetsu, though I had a slight raise in my brow as I saw him with something I did NOT ever expect him to have as I simply gawked a bit at my mechanical buddy in a slightly awkward manner as he simply refused to look my way.
"Uuuuummmm...Tetsu-"
"Not a word, Shirou. Not. A. Word."
I simply stared as he walked away with apparently a group of animals literally following him around in the form of dogs, cats, and even a few other stray or wild animals like birds, all flying or following him wherever he went. I shook my head and found out later that apparently someone from Ms. Abe's family had accidentally doused him in several bottles of animal pheromones when they dropped a box on his head this morning and all the animals around the living construct reacted by following him like this, be they mundane or magical as a consequence of the little accident.
Shaking my head to get that particular image out of my head of what I just witnessed, I then proceeded to meet up with Gremory and her peerage, as apparently they had someone to introduce me to. Walking into the ORC building to meet up with the Gremory Peerage, I noticed Ise-boyo looking slightly down and depressed as I confusedly walked up to the door that was recently unsealed by the ORC.
"What's up with you, Ise-boyo?" I asked him in genuine confusion what got him so down, before I saw Koneko-chan give a rather flat look at the Red Dragon Emperor and responded curtly and rather unamused by his usual pervy antics.
"Blue-balls found out Gaspy was a boy and isn't taking it well." She said while I simply rose a brow at that. 'Gaspy'? Who the heck is that?
Noticing my confusion, Gremory clarified for me. "She's talking about Gasper Vladi, my other Bishop. He's a boy, but tends to cross-dress like a girl as he finds it far more comfortable for himself." I 'smelled' the scent of magic coming from a box as I looked at the thing in confusion and walked over to it.
"So he's in here?" I simply raised my brow higher at that.
"Yes. Gasper suffers from extreme acrophobia due to his past and the circumstances in which I recruited him to be my Bishop. He simply refuses to leave this room of his own accord."
"And the reason he was sealed in this room until now was?"
"His Sacred Gear, Forbidden Balor View, was too strong for him to control. He had to be sealed away by my brother's orders until I was strong enough to resist its effects."
I simply nodded in understanding at that. I then turned to the box as I knelt down to talk to the guy.
"W-w-wh-who's t-t-t-there?!"
A very timid and skittish voice shakily stuttered from under the very box where I knew the poor boy was hiding within very badly. Shaking my head ruefully, I then proceeded to bluntly and blatantly lift the box off of him while stating in a perfect deadpan tone of voice my response.
"Emiya Muramasa Shirou, descendant of the Demon Swordsmith Muramasa Sengo, and leader of the newly and recently established Neutral Faction. Now..." I quickly ripped the box off the ground and spoke up my opinion of the boy's skittish nature. "...it's rather rude to not face the person you're speaking with directly kid, and even more so pathetic when you're a Dhamphir."
Gasper just looked horrified by my declaration, and suddenly screamed out in bloody murder, and surprisingly an extremely girly one to boot, before his eyes suddenly changed color and glowed with power, causing everyone to freeze in place around me, save for myself...oh hell no...not this shit again…
"...noooo...not again!"
The sudden shriek of terror the said kid let off was surprisingly girly, and given his cross-dressing, made this even more unbearable for me as this is the second blonde time-stopping vampire I've ever had to deal with. But when he tried to rip the box out of my grasp, I instead just grabbed him and lifted him off of the ground carried him to a chair, and held him down in it when the time-stop finally ended.
When time resumed, the ORC looked surprised, until they noticed me standing over Gasper, keeping him out in the open and held down in a chair for all to see, much to everyone's shock.
"Shirou/Emiya/Emiya-kun/Onii-chan…?"
"Wha-HOW?! How were you able to move when I froze time?!"
Gasper's shocked cry of terror and fear caused them all to raise a few brows at that as I simply shrugged at the half-breed kid while I responded. "Your not the only one here who can pull a time-stop kid. Tetsu has a built-in mechanism which lets him do just that in short bursts while I have the ability to freely manipulate the flow of time around me relative to myself. It's the Emiya family magecraft for Root's sake."
"WAIT A SECOND! He stopped TIME?!" Ise-boyo shouted out with a sudden lecherous grin breaking out over his face, before I glared at the pervy Red Dragon Emperor and stated my thoughts on the matter right here and now.
"Don't even THINK about it, Ise-boyo. Kid here's not the first blonde time-stopping vampire I've been forced to deal with the antics of. I will NOT suffer having a second one like that bastard. One was bad enough trying to kill for the shit he pulled; I am NOT going to let this kid end up as bad as he did. Got it."
"Crystal!" Ise-boyo shouted at the murderous glare I sent the guy to get my point across. They looked shocked by my words, until Gasper gulped in terror at being in my presence as he spoke up next.
"K-k-k-kill..."
"Don't worry about it. This guy was a complete monster who threatened exposing the supernatural to those not in the know. And he pissed off three separate sorcerers, myself included. One of which was a literal time lord with an infamously explosive temper and violently short fuse and the other a dimensional-hopping trolling old bloodsucker and the strongest vampire with power enough to literally drop a moon on you if he wanted to. Bastard was an utter pain in my ass just to finally bury him once and for all, and may he rot in whatever hell he finds himself in for the shit he pulled."
They were all taken aback by my blatant swearing just now, and I couldn't really blame them. I'm not one for swearing, and I just did it repeatedly while describing the guy. Plus, I feel slightly irritable for some odd reason...gonna need to look into this when I get home…
"...another blond time-stopping vampire..." Rias looked at me then asked a question I feel like is probably going to come back to bite me on the ass later, but still felt like telling her. "And what was his name?"
"...Dio Brando..." I said with an utterly serious face, not knowing the reaction I'd get nor understanding the significance of it until later.
""DIO BRANDO'S REAL?!""
The sudden shout at that grated my nerves and I was forced to leave after giving them an idea of what the real Dio Brando is like and not whoever the person they're thinking of is. Whatever they think they knew of Dio, I guarantee it's NOTHING compared to just how bad the REAL Dio Brando was. I noticed that Xenovia was arriving, and I 'smelt' the changes in her magical signature.
With a quick congratulations to her for moving on and letting her know I'm willing to help her if she needs it before leaving, I nod at her before giving an excuse to leave to check on something. After teleporting myself back home real quick, I go straight to my workshop and seal myself off in it in order to get to the bottom of what's going on in my soul with my two 'tenants' as I meditated...

Within the Unlimited Blade Works
Third-person P.O.V.
As soon as Shirou appeared within his inner world, he looked at YWCH and Lemegeddon with a look of utter confused irritation as he saw what the reason for his recent irritation was and simply appeared next to the two and asked the big question on his mind.
"Okay, what in the actual fuck is going on here!?"
Shirou's anger and confusion was pretty much warranted, given that YWCH was teetering on the point of exhaustion and Lemegeddon was literally an overwhelming mass of shadows within his inner world at this point, but then again, it wasn't entirely the demon's fault this time.
"It wasn't me. It's not MY fault YWCH is a total dumbass." The Lesser Key of Solomon stated in the utmost seriousness that at any other time would be humorous to say that with such a straight face. Sadly this situation is anything but humorous.
"Helping you...took a bit more...out of me...than expected..." YWCH was actually looking exhausted and on the verge of disappearing entirely, which would have left an imbalance in Shirou's soul due to the overwhelming darkness that was Lemegeddon from YWCH's absence at this point. "...need...sleep..."
"Okay, hell no. You are NOT conking out on us just yet, YWCH. If you get too weak, then I'll end up overpowering the light of this guy's soul, and I like existing too much to let that happen now. We are going to restore your strength enough to regain the balance needed, but Shirou...there's gonna be a bit of a hitch..."
"Well, what is it?" Shirou asked the Demon Lord irritably, as he responded.
"You are going to need to go back in time to during the Civil War between the New and Anti-Satan factions to get the Holy Energy YWCH left in the Underworld back during the Great War...and use my abilities to disguise yourself as a Devil to cover up your true identity as someone from the future while there."
Shirou simply glared at the two before an irritated and resigned sigh made its way out of his nose in a close-mouthed exhale before he responded. "Okay fine. Next time something like this happens, YWCH, DO NOT do whatever it was you did this time. Messing with time can be a very dangerous thing if you don't know what the fuck you're doing." Shirou begins to exit his Reality Marble as he says in annoyance while leaving. "Let's get this over with..."

Serafell's Office-Netherworld
Serafell P.O.V.
I was sitting in my office, dong paperwork, filling out and signing different forms, and looking over all kinds of different diplomatic reviews as part of my duty as a Satan within the City of Lemegeddon within the Underworld, keeping myself busy when I noticed my phone had rung and a new stack of papers appeared in a magic circle.
Ignoring the sudden increase in paperwork for now, I pull out my phone to pull a quick check before getting back to work for a little while to meet my quota for the day, when my mind freezes at what I see. Tsu-chan sent a text...saying that my So-tan LOST a game of chess...and was rather ambiguous about her reaction. Summoning my Knight and instantly moving, I head out to see who my So-tan's newest suitor is, and what she sees in him to give such a rather vague reaction.
My So-tan is very upfront about what she wants or likes. If she doesn't like someone, she'll say it straight to their face. If she likes something, she'll say it. So for her to be ambiguous about something like this, I need to ensure she finds her happiness! I won't let my little sister suffer the hollow emptiness of losing the chance at love! I won't let her suffer the same way I do after losing him. His death, to this day-no..stop thinking about it.
Shrugging the dark thoughts off mentally before leaving, I head for the human world in order to see to this potential marriage with my precious little sister…
...right after She left, had Serafell waited just a few seconds to leave, she would have seen that atop her desk a couple of sealed parchments suddenly appeared on her desk, showing just why Sona's reaction was so vague and ambiguous…
...Had she just waited, she would have gotten some news that would have rocked her world and turned it on it's head from the sheer weight of such a discovery…
Scene Change
Unknown Location and Date-Netherworld
Shirou P.O.V.
After getting the time and coordinates down, I traversed through time and space and prepared to use Lemegeddon's power to conceal myself as one of the natives and manifested in Lemegeddon Territory in the Netherworld during their Civil War. But what greeted us when we arrived, however, was a bit shocking for not only myself, but for Lemegeddon himself…
"...what the..."
"...This is...oh...HELL no!"
What I saw greeting me when we arrived was the territory of the Lands of Lemegeddon, the Lesser Key of Solomon and Demon Lord who commanded the 72 Demon Pillars of the Ars Goetia, was sheer destruction. To say that both Lemegeddon and I were on the exact same page was an understatement. He literally screamed in my skull countless expletives and very strong curses in ancient demonic that only my nature as both a Campione and the Guardian of Akasha allowed me to understand.
"They're burning the civilians alive!"
"Yes...this...is the darker part of the Civil War...while it's not...totally unexpected...the Old Satan Faction here...seem to have gone...further than the rest knew..." YWCH said while obviously tired within my mind, simply stating the obvious, but Lemegeddon was utterly livid with what we were witnessing.
"BULL SHIT YWCH! The 72 Pillars can kill each other off all they want, but the second they started attacking the Extra Demon Clans simply for refusing to take part in a fool's sick joke of a war and threatened their homes, they became a threat to Hell itself!" Lemegeddon practically screamed at his fellow roommate in absolute rage. Needless to say, I didn't quite expect what he said next.
"Shirou. Kill those Old Satan bastards! Save my descendant's people! Bring the Fury of the Demons of Hell itself down upon their heads for this!" Suddenly a massive influx of power was unleashed from within my body as YWCH's weakened influence receded and blood red tribal sword markings appeared covering my entire body as the Lemeggedon Crest began to manifest upon the ground and expanding to the whole village being burnt to the ground before me…
What is a Devil?
The demonic energy surged from within my body, turning the rust red and ash white abyssal black and bone white, my eyes turned from molten gold and pure silver to glowing bronze and steel gray, while my dark caramel skin blackened into a charcoal gray…
Is it not a being who dwarfs others?
One step, and the ground cratered beneath the foot that stepped there, the magic circle suddenly expandig to the entire village the Old Satan faction was planning to burn alive, causing all eyes to widen and turn to look at me and my appearance…
Devils submitted to power. The Four great Satans being the strongest of all Devilkind.
Another step, and the area suddenly was awash in a pillar of demonic energy, with my body as the epicenter and source of the overwhelming power. The Shirt and jacket beneath the mantle I had been wearing had shredded and ripped from the overwhelming surge of demonic energy unable to hold it back. The mantle changed itself, instead of the crest of the Wrought Iron Forge, it altered into a black scale backed by a six-pointed star with a blood-tinted red hue to it, with a key on one scale and a sword on the other...with a demonic skull decorating the scale's center balance...
A Sovereign.
Nobility.
A Pillar.
...the Lemegeddon Crest, symbol of the Lesser Key of Solomon, and Sovereign of the 72 Pillars of the Ars Goetia…
A/N: And that's the chapter. This story will now be on hold due to lack of inspiration for a while while I try to come up with ideas on how to continue like I want. Until then, keep and eye out for a fanfic I'll be working on that I've had cooking for a while now, with the OC Chainhart Zarathos I introduced last chapter being the MC for it, 'Nephilim of the Void'. Keep an eye out for it, and stay tuned for this story getting an update. Until next update, PEACE OUT!
