Cliffside Overview: Outside Bellwood
By the edge of cliff overlooking the city of Bellwood, a black car with green accents is parked. Looking down at the city bellow is a young man wearing a white jacket with a light green "10". This young man is the once famous hero Ben Tennyson or Ben 10, as people once called him. Ben was the wielder of the omnitrix, the most powerful device in the universe. It allowed him to transform into millions of sentient alien species from all walks of life. Ben used the omnitrix to be a hero and save the day, stopping crime since he was 10. People use to love Ben, they loved it when he would swoop in and save the day from whatever threat had arrived.
He had stopped mad scientists, crazy robots, evil bikers, bounty hunters from all over the galaxy, Ben had even stopped an evil alien warlord from conquering the planet a few times. However something happened to Ben that would change his life forever and not in a good way. It was day like any other for Ben and his partner Rook, things changed when Ben's greatest enemy appeared, Vilgax the conqueror. Ben had been fighting Vilgax all the way back since he was only 10 years old and had the original omnitrix.
All of the times Ben had faced down Vilgax, he had come out on top time and time again. Ben always won because Vilgax never changed while Ben always had his friends by his side and with the omnitrix he was unstoppable. However this time Vilgax did something Ben was not ready for, something Ben had never expected to happen to him. Instead of going after Ben, Vilgax went after Ben's friends and family. Vilgax killed both of Ben's parents, his aunt and his uncle, Vilgax also killed Ben's grandpa Max along with Ben's cousin Gwendolyn. He killed Kevin, Ben's best friend along with Ben's girlfriend Kai. Even Ben's other friends weren't safe from Vilgax, he killed Julie, he almost killed Ester along with Rook.
And to make things worse, Vilgax had a device that stopped Ben from transforming, so Ben had to watch while Vilgax killed them all in front of him. Unable to do anything, Ben watched everyone he cared about die in front of him while he laid in their blood. Once Vilgax was finished with Ben's family, he moved on to Ben himself. Still unable to get the omnitrix from Ben, Vilgax instead decided to leave a permanent reminder all over Ben's body.
Vilgax left scars all over Ben's face along with his body, Vilgax also damaged one of Ben's eyes, leaving him blind in it. Once that was all said and done, Vilgax left Ben to slowly die while he went off to conquer other planets and relish in his victory over Ben. Only for a day did Ben stay and do nothing, after that, Ben hunted Vilgax down and made an example of him. Ben did the most horrific things to Vilgax, keeping him alive while Ben made him pay for everything that he did to him.
Once Vilgax was begging for mercy from Ben, that was when he did it, Ben killed Vilgax, ending his life once and for all. Returning home, Ben thought he could finally grieve in peace and eventually move on. Things didn't play out like that unfortunately, the people of Earth saw what Ben did to Vilgax. While crime from aliens dropped down to nothing and a moment of peace washed out over the planet and even the entire universe, someone decided to make Ben an enemy.
Will Harangue decided to rally the people against Ben and make him public enemy number one. Feared and hated, there was nothing Ben could do, they called him a monster and tyrant. Ben knew if he did something he'd only prove them right, so Ben decided to do something. That is why Ben is here now, looking down at the cliff of the place he once called home.
"Hopefully this will appease them" Ben said to himself as he walked back over to his car
Ben then walked over to the trunk of his car and unlocked the trunk by placing his omnitrix against it. Inside the trunk of Ben's car was boxes full of stuff from Ben's past. There was a box full of the items Ben collected that one summer when he was 10 and first got the omnitrix. There was even a box full of stuff when he, Gwendolyn and Kevin formed a team and went on all those adventures stopping the Highbreed and other threats. There was other boxes filled with even more memories from Ben's past when those he cared about were alive.
"Once these are gone, I can finally move on and disappear for good" Ben said with an emotional sigh
Ben looked at the boxes and everything inside of them before looking at the omnitrix on his wrist

This omnitrix was an upgraded version of the completed omnitrix that Azmuth gave to Ben after he defeated the Dagon. When Ben had turned 18, Azmuth not only gave Ben master control he also upgraded the omnitrix with more alien to transform into as well as even more features added.
"I'd destroy you but we're attached and plus Azmuth would kill me" Ben said to the omnitrix
Ben then touched the faceplate of the omnitrix activating it, a holowheel appeared showing holograms of alien silhouettes. Ben touched the holowheel and began to scroll through the playlist of aliens. Once Ben found the right alien, he selected it causing the holowheel to vanish and the faceplate of the omnitrix to slide back. When the core of the omnitrix popped up, Ben looked at it and sighed.
"Here goes nothing" Ben said to himself as he pushed down the core of the omnitrix causing it to transform him
Ben became engulfed in a bright green light as the omnitrix began to transform him into the alien that he had selected. Once the green light vanished, a tall fiery humanoid figure stood where Ben was. This being's body was made of pure fire as well as a red charcoal like rock that had cracks all over it.

This was Ben's Pyronite form that he called Heatblast, it was the first alien that he had ever transformed into
"Heatblast was the first to start all of this and now he's going to be the last" Ben said to himself
Ben looked at the items in his trunk one more time before forming a ball of fire in his massive hand
"Hopefully Rook and the others can take care of things while I am gone" Ben said
Before Ben could throw the ball of fire at the items in his trunk to destroy them, something strange happened. Both Ben and his car were engulfed in a bright white light, Ben had to cover his eyes because the light was so bright.
"What is going on?" Ben asked confused
Unknown Clearing
Once the bright white light vanished and Ben was able to see once more, he uncovered his eyes and saw that he wasn't next to his car anymore. Ben also noticed that he was in a large clearing in the middle of the forest instead of being over on the cliffside.
"This is just great, where the heck am I?" Ben asked frustrated as he looked around to see where he had ended up
Not being able to destroy his memories and the past made Ben kind of angry, he wanted to do that and move on with his life. Leave Bellwood, start up a life in a new city with a new identity, he'd use an ID mask and everything. Now, Ben was somewhere in some random forest and had no idea where he was.
"This can't get any worse, can it?" Ben asked frustrated as he kicked up some dirt
Suddenly a low growling sound caught Ben's attention, he looked up and saw a pair of glowing eyes from the tree line. Whatever those eyes belonged to, it was slowly circling around Ben like a shark would with its prey in the water.
"I'm only going to warn you once, I'm not in a good mood right now, so it would be best if you left me alone" Ben said clenching his fist
The figure immediately jumped out of the woods and landed in front of Ben before letting out a loud roar. The creature itself was large and covered in white fur. It had sharp claws along with sharp fangs and other sharp teeth with a long tail. The creature itself looked like a cross between an ape and a bear with a little bit of wolf and something human mixed in.
"I was hoping you'd just leave, looks like I'm about to get my hands dirty" Ben said
Before Ben could do anything, the large creature smacked Ben to the side like it was nothing. The force sent Ben crashing into some trees as his body skipped across the ground like a ragdoll. Ben slowly got up from where he crashed, he dusted himself off and moved his arm in a circular motion.
"That didn't feel good" Ben said
The creature let out another roar before launching itself at Ben before he could do anything. Luckily Ben was able to react and fired a powerful beam of flames at the creature. Ben's fire blast hit the large creature square in the chest and was able to knock it out of the air. The creature was slow to get up but when it did, it looked at its chest and saw a large burn mark. It let out an angry roar and began to charge forwards at Ben.
"That's not good" Ben said as he shot himself up into the air with his flames
Ben was able to get into the air but the creature jumped up and grabbed Ben by the ankle, pulling him down
"Let me go!!!" Ben yelled as he threw balls of fire at the creature
One of Ben's fireballs hit the creature in the face and blinded it, Ben took the opportunity to place his hands around the creature's. He heated up his hands and burnt the hand of the creature that was holding onto Ben's ankle. That caused the creature to roar in pain and let go off Ben. Before Ben could hit the ground, he was able to recover, he used his flames to slowly land down on the ground.
"That should teach you a thing or two" Ben said dusting himself off once more
Once the creature was able to regain its sight, it saw Ben standing there, it let out another roar and slammed its hands down on the ground
"Don't be mad at me, you're the one who's at fault here" Ben said defending himself
The creature slammed its hands down on the ground so hard it actually cracked the ground. It then grabbed a piece of the broken ground and threw it at Ben. Ben saw this and put his hands together firing another beam of fire, this time at the piece of ground being thrown at him. Once the beam hit the piece of ground it was destroyed, however Ben was not expecting the creature to come through the cloud of dust and dirt and hit him. The punch of the creature sent Ben flying back, before he could get very far, the creature grabbed him by the ankle and pulled him in close.
"Let go of me" Ben said as he struggled to get free
The creature roared as it repeatedly slammed Ben down into the ground over and over. With each time that Ben hit the ground his anger grew more and more. Already angry with not being able to do what he had planned on doing, Ben's anger began to build up. It continued to build up until Ben's flames got even hotter until an eruption of flames exploded from Ben's body. The force of the explosion not only caused the large creature to let go of Ben, it also pushed it far back as its hair started to burn and get singed.
"When you play with fire you get burned, when you play checkers you get crowned, looks like you ended up getting both" Ben said as he slowly got up
Looking at the creature and seeing that it was defeated, Ben decided that it would be best if he got out of there and found where his car was. But before Ben could do that, a bright spotlight started to shine down on Ben. Ben heard helicopters flying above head as large heavy duty trucks began to pull up in front of him. He looked over and saw a metal cage dropped down onto the defeated creature. Right away, men in heavy duty military gear began to pile out of the vehicles and aimed their weapons at Ben.
"This happening" Ben said to himself confused
Right away Ben noticed that the gear these soldiers were packing were far advanced then what the normal military should be using. Earth was a level 3 technology planet, the weapons these soldiers were using looked at least level 5 or higher. They also wore strange uniforms that had a symbol of an eagle with shield on them. These men weren't apart of any military group that Ben knew of. Maybe he'd check the Plumber database in his car to see who these guys were if he'd be able to get out of here.
"Woah, hey there gentlemen, let's think about this rationally" Ben said to the men trying to get them to lower their weapons
"MUTANT, POWER DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND SURRENDER!!!" A voice over a loud speaker said to Ben
Soon a figure in a suit appeared and began to walk towards Ben, to Ben this guy stood out from the others. His calm demeanor was odd to Ben as well as the fact he only carried a pistol on his side unlike the high tech weapons those soldiers were wearing
"Sir, agent Cartier has been apprehended" a soldier said to the man in the suit without looking away from Ben
"Good, now wait for my mark if something happens" the agent said to the solider
"You gonna keep talking or can I go home?" Ben asked the man in the suit getting his attention
"Don't worry mutant, I didn't forget about you, on behalf of the Strategic, Homeland, Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division for dealing with our little Wendigo problem" the man in the suit said as he resumed walking back over to Ben
"That's a bit of a mouth full and also, you're welcome" Ben said crossing his arms
"We do get that a lot, now once again mutant, I am going to have to ask you to power down and come with us for some questioning" the man in the suit said
"Okay guy I don't know, there's two things wrong with that, one, I don't want to come with you and answer some questions, two, I am not an a mutant, I'm actually an alien" Ben said forming a small ball of fire in his hand
"That changes things" the man in the suit said
The man in the suit raised his hand which signaled to the solider behind him to activate their weapons
"I was hoping we would have to do this" Ben said annoyed as he saw the red dots all over his body
"You can still stop and come with us alien, it all depends on you" the man in the suit said
"No one tells me what to do and no one can keep me from going anywhere" Ben said
"This is agent Coulson, looks like ET wants to play hard to get, activate it now" the man in the suit said as he pressed the button on the thing in his ear
Ben braced himself for whatever was going to come, one of the helicopters flying above Ben launched something at him. A canister exploded above Ben's head as metal rods fell into the ground forming a circle around Ben. The man in the suit touched his watch causing an orange dome of energy to form around Ben.
"Definitely level 5" Ben said as he touched the energy dome
"This dome is made of a pure form of energy that nullifies any attacks that touch it as well as absorbing any other types of energy making it stronger, I'd like to see you get out of here" the man in the suit said bragging a bit to Ben
Ben touched the barrier once more before backing away
"Nothing can destroy it or get through it?" Ben asked the man in the suit
"Exactly, your fire powers aren't going to do a nothing, even the Hulk couldn't get through that thing" the man in the shield answered with a smirk on his face
"I see, I see" Ben said thinking a bit
Ben then hit the omnitrix badge on his chest causing himself to transform into a different alien. The man in the suit and the soldiers were taken by surprise when Ben went from being an alien made of fire to something else. Ben had transformed into a small bug like alien that had a hard shell on its back as well as multicolored circle on its chest. The omnitrix badge was located on top of the alien's small green head.

"I hate to have to do this but it looks like I have to go" Ben said to the man in the suit
Ben the opened up a random portal inside of the energy dome and walked through it as it closed behind him
New York City
In an unknown alley in New York City, a portal opened up and out stepped Ben in his Florpus Tesabo transformation that he called Portaler. Now far away from those soldiers and that agent guy, Ben transformed back into his human form.
"That was super annoying" Ben said to himself as he walked out of the alley
Ben opened a portal here because he knew that it was the best place to hide from those goons. It was a large city with lots of places to hide, it was also full of people so Ben could blend in. Ben was hoping to get back to his car but he had a feeling those soldiers would be looking for him. He thought about contacting the Plumbers for a bit of help but Ben didn't want them knowing where he was.
"Looks like I'm going to have to lay low for awhile" Ben said to himself as he stepped out onto the sidewalk
Walking down the sidewalk looking around, Ben let out a mental sigh, this was a lot for Ben to deal with. It had been only a week since everyone he cared about was slaughtered in front of him and only a few days since he had taken care of Vilgax for good. He didn't have much time to process everything that had happened to him and with those soldier guys and that monster and pretty much everything that just happened, Ben had no idea what was going to happen.
Things however were about to change when Ben picked up a newspaper and began to read it. Certain articles in the newspaper Ben was reading stuck out to him.
"Iron Man Stops HYDRA"
"Ant Man Wasp Take Down Whirlwind"
"Thor Saves UN"
"Spider-Man: Friend Or Foe?"
"Fantastic 4, Reed Richards Discovers New Dimension"
There were more articles like those ones but all of them were the same, they were all about people in costumes being heroes. Ben had never heard of these people before in his life, after seeing that newspaper and thinking back to those soldiers and how they didn't know who he was, things began to become clear to Ben.
"I'm in a different universe, one where I don't exist and one that is full of heroes" Ben said in awe and disbelief
While yes, Ben had been to different universes in the past before, like the time he went to Rex's universes or all those other universe that had their own Ben. This was different, all those universes had their own Ben or in the case of Rex's universe, someone to be the hero like Ben. This universe didn't have just one hero to take Ben's place, it had multiple heroes that were saving the day and all that.
This gave Ben an idea, an idea that could actually work out for Ben in the end. All these heroes meant that Ben was no longer needed, he no longer had to be a hero and bear all the responsibilities that came with being one. He could actually disappear and start a new life without anyone ever finding out who he really was. Being sent to this universe was a real blessing in disguise for Ben. Now all he had to do was use his omnitrix to help him make a new identity and everything else he needed to start a new life in this new world.
"This, this could actually work, I think I can finally disappear once and for all" Ben said to himself sounding confident
Ben was about to finally enjoy himself and this new chance he had been given until something happened. There was a massive surge that messed with power of the entire city. Once all the lights came back on and stopped flickering, there was a loud explosion that could be heard. Ben looked over and saw another explosion coming from down where the water was.
"It's the Vault" a person said next to Ben
"Isn't that where they keep all the super villains?" Another person asked
Out of nowhere, a large flying aircraft carrier crashed down into the water near where the place known as the Raft was. Right away people began to panic and run away, Ben just stood there and didn't move. Something in Ben's mind was telling him to run away like everyone else. Another part of his brain was telling him to step up and go out there, to be a hero and save the day.
"I can't do it, I won't do it, this is my only chance" Ben said to himself as he fought the urge to go and help
Suddenly the words of his grandpa Max began to echo in Ben's head
"Remember Ben, you have the power to actually help people and do some good for the world, I know you want to be a kid and goof off but you can't do that anymore, it is your responsibility to help those in need regardless of what you are feeling no matter the cost, they can't protect themselves so its up to you to do it, its not an easy life but remember that the reward for being a hero outweighs the risk"
"Just this once grandpa, just this once" Ben said to himself
With that Ben activated the omnitrix and transformed into an alien that would help him save the day once more
A/N: Hey there readers, if you couldn't tell I have rewritten the first chapter of my Omni Avenger story. Why? You may ask, well you see I kind of got tired of people saying I basically ripped of Captain Rex's story and that mine was the same as his and I didn't give him any credit. To those people, I'd like to tell them to make like a tree and get the fuck outta here. If they had actually read what I had wrote they'd realize that I didn't copy Rex and his story.
How? You may ask, well for starters I am using an Omniverse Ben, hence the designs I used along with having Rook in the story. I also had Ben dating Kai instead of Julie along with Ben killing Vilgax which is something Rex didn't do. Another important thing to notice is that Ben only fought one Wendigo in my story, not multiple Wendigo like in Rex's story. Also, it was just the first chapter of the story so they didn't get to see the continuation of it until now. Yes, I will admit that there is a somewhat similarity to mine and Rex's story in the opening part.
I will give him credit for that but with everything else, this story is different then his and people need to build a bridge and get over it thinking I copied Rex. Now with that out of the way, let me tell you this, you will be getting a second chapter today along with this one. Don't ask me why, I just want to prove the point further that my story is different from Rex's story. That means I will be answering questions and responding to comments at the end of the 3rd chapter. For now I will say thank you for reading and for your support, I will see you all later
