Ben Tennyson was the hero of heroes, with the omnitrix upon his wrist, he could do anything, he could save day, save the planet and even save the universe if needed. Throughout the years, Ben had fought all kinds of villains. From mad scientists, evil knights, robots, bounty hunters and even alien warlords. He'd fought them all and beat them all, nothing could stop Ben from saving the day. While Ben and the omnitrix couldn't be stopped, he didn't save the day alone. Ben always had friends and family to back him up when he needed it the most. This was the true reason why Ben always won and saved the day, he was never alone and always had help unlike his many villains.
When not being a hero and the savior of the universe, Ben was a normal teenager. He enjoyed playing video games, drinking smoothies, eating chili fries and doing things that teenagers normally did. However now, Ben was 20 years old and he matured a lot since those days, since the road trip after he had saved the universe from being rewritten by a mad alien bent on total annihilation and the ultimate power.
It was during this road trip that Ben had started to develop a relationship with Kai Green. While the mysterious Spanner who was from the future told Ben that he and Kai were married and kids in the future. While Ben didn't actually believe that to be true, he was open to the idea of being married and having kids, if not with Kai. But Ben did have his fun, he would Kai " Mrs. Tennyson" just to poke fun at her and get a reaction.
However that all began to change, as time went on and the two began to spend more time with one another, the two started build a relationship, eventually becoming a couple. While Ben did have his childlike tendencies, he was more mature now than he was older. He paid more attention to the needs and interests of others, especially Kai and even more so acted like an adult. This made Ben a better boyfriend, a better person and even a better hero.
When it came time, Ben decided to take the next step in his relationship with Kai, he had saved up enough money and had bought a ring. He was going to ask her to marry him and eventually their future would begin. But before that, Ben would have to face something that would end up changing everything for good.
Vilgax the Conqueror was Ben's arch nemesis and one his original villains from the time when he was 10. Vilgax was the only one who ever made Ben fearful and was also the only who had made Ben lose. Vilgax wanted to destroy Ben and all that he owned while taking the omnitrix as his own. Today was another one of Vilgax's attempts to destroy Bellwood and kill Ben. However things were different this time around, Vilgax did what all of the other villains knew what not to do.
Vilgax had attacked Ben's family and tortured them, Ben's father lost an arm, his mother was paralyzed from the waist down. Even Ben's grandfather wasn't able to escape the attack without losing something. To say that Ben was mad was an understatement, he wanted revenge more then ever. So when Vilgax showed up with his warship and began to invade Bellwood, now was the time for Ben to get what he wanted.
Vilgax's Warship
"It appears that you've come, just as I predicted" Vilgax said
"Yeah, well I wanted to face you alone" Ben said stepping forwards
"Your allies won't last long against my army without you down there" Vilgax said to Ben
"They'll be fine, They did a good job at dealing with the Incursions while I was gone and your robots are definitely not Waybads and space frogs with death rays and laser guns" Ben said
"Regardless, they will die along side you and this entire town, along with the planet" Vilgax said
Ben not wanting this to drag on any longer transformed into an alien and began to fight Vilgax. The alien that Ben had transformed into was his Tetramand form he called Four Arms. As the two fought, Ben used his strength to knock Vilgax around. Vilgax used his strength to slam Ben into the walls and the floor over and over again.
"You are going to fail Tennyson and you don't even know it" Vilgax said
"You destroyed my home, you hurt my family, you attack my friends and invade my planet, there is no way I'm going to fail, you are done once and for all" Ben said as he began to repeatedly punch and slam his fists down on Vilgax
"We will see about that Tennyson" Vilgax said as he fired his eye beams at Ben
Ben rolled out of the way and managed to grab a piece of the ship deck and began to use it as a bat. Ben slammed it against Vilgax and sent him into a wall. As Vilgax got up from the hole he made, Ben jumped over and began to unleash a flurry of punches.
"I'm done holding back, I'm done letting go around hurting people and I'm done letting you do what you want to the lives of others" Ben said as he continued to punch Vilgax over and over again in a blind rage
Soon Vilgax ended up looking like a bruised and bloody mess from all the damage that Ben had done to him. Seeing what he had done, Ben got off of Vilgax and stopped hitting him and looked over the defeated warlord.
"Your going to a place where you can never escape and hurt anyone again" Ben said
"There is…no prison in…the world that can hold Vilgax the Conqueror of five worlds" Vilgax said spitting up some blood
"I wouldn't worry about it all that much, the Galvan have been working on a new special dimension only for you, consider it your own Null Void, you won't need to eat, sleep or do anything while your there, you won't die but you'll wish you were dead" Ben said
Vilgax grew an angry look on his face hearing Ben say that, this was not part of his plan
"It looks like your happy about it" Ben said
"Kill me now, so that I may die a warriors death instead of rotting away in a prison of eternal suffering" Vilgax said
"Sorry Vilgax but that isn't going to happen, I won't kill you, I won't stoop to your level, killing you won't solve anything it'll make things worse" Ben said
"Well then, it is unfortunate that things have to end up this way for you" Vilgax said pressing a button on his gauntlet
"What did you just do Vilgax?" Ben asked
"I have just activated a bomb implanted in my body, when I press this button again it will explode, killing me and destroying this entire town and all of the Eastern Seaboard, thousands if not millions will die and it will be your fault" Vilgax said
Ben knew Vilgax was serious he wasn't one to bluff especially with something like this, Ben now needed to play this very cautiously
"I won't let you do that Vilgax" Ben said
"Unfortunately Tennyson you don't have a say in the matter, you will either kill me now while I have the entire galaxy watch or I will destroy everything" Vilgax said
Hearing that, Ben was backed even more into a corner at this point. Vilgax wanted to die and there was nothing Ben could do. That was until Ben came up with an idea that might just save the day.
"You have two options here Tennyson, choose now" Vilgax said
"I'm going to choose a third option" Ben said hitting the omnitrix badge
Ben then transformed into a ghost like alien, this was Ghostfreak, Ben's Ectonurite transformation
"A measly Ectonurite won't kill me" Vilgax said unimpressed
"That isn't what Zs'Skayr said and besides, I'm not going to kill you" Ben replied
Ben the went over to Vilgax and went intangible as he entered his body and quickly passed through. Now in Ben's hand was the bomb that Vilgax was going to use.
"Your plan won't work without you bomb" Ben said to Vilgax
Vilgax began to laugh at Ben which was extremely confusing to him
"You truly are foolish, that bomb will now go off because it no longer attached to my heart" Vilgax said
Before Ben knew it, the bomb started to beep extremely fast as it flashed a bright color. Ben dropped it not knowing what to do at that point
"Time for all of us to die, you fool" Vilgax said
As the bomb went off, the omnitrix instantly activated and transformed him to NRG. Ben then began to absorb the energy coming from the explosion but as he did that Vilgax stopped him
"Vilgax, don't do this don't be foolish" Ben said as he left his armor suit
"This is what I want, if I can't have the omnitrix then I will make you unworthy to wield it" Vilgax said
Suddenly Ben couldn't absorb all of the energy from the explosion which caused the ship to explode into pieces and crash to the ground bellow. Ben couldn't find Vilgax through the red hot flames coming from the explosion. Ben did what he could to contain it but unfortunately, the explosion did destroy some nearby buildings. Ben on the other hand did what he could before transforming back. Metal shrapnel from the ship cut Ben up and the flames burned his arm and body. Regardless, the explosion didn't kill any people and didn't destroy what it was supposed.
As Ben fell from the sky he blacked out into nothingness as the pain overtook him
Time Skip
After that day things began to change for Ben, when he woke up in the hospital, he saw scars along his face and body. His entire left arm had burns all over it from the intense heat from the flames. The energy and type of bomb used, created burn that wouldn't easily healed. Ben wasn't all that worried about it, he wanted to know if Vilgax was alive. In the wreckage of Vilgax's ship, his body was never recovered, nothing was left of the warlord. That only meant that Vilgax was dead and that he was never coming back.
While it wasn't the outcome Ben had wanted, he was just glad Vilgax wouldn't be causing anymore problems. Now Ben could try to get back to living his life with his friends and family without worry of Vilgax. Ben was kind of glad that Vilgax wouldn't come back but he wasn't going to say it. Ben had no idea what was going to come after Vilgax's death.
Time Skip
In the next few months after Vilgax's death, a lot had changed in the universe, villains from space thought twice about causing problems on Earth for fear that they might end up like Vilgax and meet a similar fate to his. Then there was the humans, each of the countries formed a new government. It was called the United World Government or the UWG for short. This new world government settled and dealt with problems on a worldwide scale. After seeing what Ben could do, the UWG began to discuss options on how to deal with Ben being a potential threat to them.
Will Haranue, one of the few who hated Ben from the get go when his identity was revealed to world joined the UWG. At first he slowly rose in political power by being a U.S councilmen. From there he began to promote anti alien policies, at first everyone either didn't care or thought he was crazy. When Vilgax died and they all saw the true destruction that Ben could cause, their tune began to change.
Quickly but surely as Harangue gained all the power he could, he decided to do something that would put an end to Ben once and for all. Will Harangue put to a vote that Ben either give up the omnitrix to someone more "worthy" to wield it or have the omnitrix completely destroyed, never to be rebuilt or recreated. If Ben didn't pick either option, there was a third that he could choose. That option being that Ben be banished from the universe, never to return again.
Ben's friends and family tried to protest but there was nothing that they could do, Ben had to make another choice. This choice would truly change things forever but no one knew if it would be for the better. Until Ben made a choice, he was going to be under house arrest by the government.
Bellwood Hall
Standing at a podium in front of Bellwood Hall, the largest and only courthouse in Bellwood, Ben was going to tell the people what he was going to choose. As he stood there, the crowd of people watching and waiting booed him and cursed his name. They called him things such as "monster", "villain" and "murderer". Ben didn't know why they were saying these things, before what happened, they all cheered for him and saw him as a hero. It hurt Ben, everything he had ever done as a hero was to protect them, to keep them safe from the dangers that would hurt them.
"Hello, you all know who I am and what has happened, I've been give a choice, a choice that will effect my life forever along with your lives, you all see me as a monster and a murdered after once seeing me as a hero and a protector, it pains me to say this but I've chosen to leave this universe, the omnitrix cannot be allowed to be destroyed and the omnitrix chose me and only I can use it" Ben said in the microphone
Once Ben left the podium and entered the courthouse, all of the people were cheering. Ben was going away once and for all, all of their problems had been finally solved, thanks to Will Harangue. Inside the courthouse, Ben sat with his family and friends. A judge entered the room and informed them what would be happening next from then on.
"Since you've chosen to leave, you will have 10 days to get your things in order, from there you will appear back here" the judge said before leaving
"It isn't fair, they can't do this to my baby boy" Ben's mom said
"My son has done nothing but save those people and now they want to ignore that and send him to death" Ben's fathers said angered
"Dad, it isn't like that, they are afraid of me, I will leave and hopefully the fear will go away" Ben said trying to calm his father down
"Sorry Benjie but they screwed you over major this time, your on the chopping block" Kevin said
"I know Kev, I wish things weren't like this but what can I do" Ben replied
"You can fight back, stand up to those stupid politicians and show them who you are" Kai suggested
"That would only prove them right, it would give them every reason to think that he is a menace and a monster" Gwendolyn said
"He needs to do something, I don't want him to leave, neither do any of you" Kai said with tears in her eyes
"Kai, I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do, if I do something, things will only get worse" Ben said hugging Kai
"Son, your doing the right thing, while your gone, we'll make sure they no what you've done for them" Max said
"Magister Tennyson is right Ben, the plumbers will do what we can to keep the planet safe and we'll show them everything you've done" Rook said
"Thank you, all of you, I can't say anything right now, you all mean so much to me but for now, I'm going to enjoy the next 10 days I have with you all" Ben said to everyone
Time Skip
Those next 10 days were extremely hard for Ben, he didn't want to leave his family behind but he knew what needed to be done for things to go back to normal. Regardless of all that, Ben spent those 10 days doing all that he could do with his family. First Ben decided to propose to Kai, he knew that he would be leaving soon but he wanted to marry her before that happened. She of course said yes and the two were married in private, only their closest friends and family knew where the ceremony was held.
After that, Ben was there for the birth of Rook and Rayona's children, he was the best man at their wedding and he was the godfather of Rook's twin girls. As the days continued to go by, the date of Ben's departure was becoming more imminent. From what Ben discovered with the help of the plumbers, Harangue and the other members of the UWG had a group of angered Cerebrocrustacians build a portal for them that would send Ben to another universe.
Apparently Harangue or any of the UWG actually knew where the portal would send Ben or even if it would work in the first place. They day before Ben would leave, his family members decided to say their final goodbyes and on the day of his leaving, they all had gifts they wished to give him.
"Ben my friend, I want you to have this before you go" Rook said to Ben handing him a box
Ben opened the box and saw his very own prototool with a green paint job and omnitrix badge on it
"I do not know where that portal will send you but Rayona and I want you to be ready for everything" Rook said
"Thank you Rook, I will cherish this" Ben said to Rook
"Oh by the way, I customized it with a few unique modes" Rook said
"I can't wait to find out what they are" Ben said
Gwendolyn was next to come forward with her gift for Ben
"I know magic isn't all your thing Ben but I think you'll like this" Gwendolyn said handing Ben a pink crystal
"Thanks cuz but what exactly is it?" Ben asked
"This is a mana crystal, grandma Verdona helped me make it, this crystal will allow me to contact you wherever you end up" Gwendolyn answered
"We don't think you'll be gone all that long so when everyone else wants you back, we'll know where you are and be able to pull you back" Kevin said
"Kevin is right, we all know what you've done for this world and we know once the realize they need you, they'll want you back" Max said
Kevin then gave Ben his gift, he tossed him a set of keys, Ben was confused by the gift
"Do you think I will be driving in this new universe Kev?" Ben asked confused
"No, those are just keys to the one car you never got to drive" Kevin answered
"I'm still not getting it Kevin" Ben said
"Those are the keys to my first car, the one I use to drive while we saved the planet and the universe" Kevin explained to Ben
Ben then understood why Kevin gave him those keys, that car was basically their fourth teammate when they were fighting the Highbreed. After Kevin gave his gift, Ben's parents were next, they gave Ben pictures of his family. They gathered as many photos as they could find and put them in a safe place for Ben. It was a small bag that would hold all of his gifts that his friends and family gave to him.
"I have something very special that I want to give you Ben" Max said
Max then handed Ben a red Hawaiian shirt
"This is the one you wore when I was 10 grandpa" Ben said looking at the shirt
"It is and I want you to have it" Max said
Ben didn't know what to say, he went over and hugged his grandfather as hard as he could. Throughout this whole experience, Ben did all that he could to not show his emotions but it was getting even harder. Kai was the last one to say goodbye to Ben and give him a gift.
"You know how I feel about this Ben, you know what I want you to do but I also know what you have to do" Kai said to Ben
"I know you are against me leaving like this, I wish things were different, don't worry, I won't be gone for long" Ben said
"I know you won't" Kai said
Kai then handed Ben a pendant
"It's the pendant we used to try and kill the yenodoshi when you visited that summer" Kai said
"I remember, I also remember you wanting me to be like your pet dog" Ben said
Kai blushed a bit from embarrassment
"I was weird back then and I didn't know the kind of person you really were" Kai said
"You still are kind of weird but that's what I like about you" Ben said
The two hugged and kissed each other before Kai had to leave the room, leaving Ben by himself. As everyone left a judge began to go over Ben's rights, his options and explains to him in further depth of what was going to happen to him. As the judge left the room, Ben was all alone, by himself with his thoughts.
"Oh my, I would never think to see the great Ben Tennyson like this" a voice said
"Honestly, humans and their moping around, annoying and pointless" another voice said
Ben looked up and saw professor Paradox standing there with Azmuth standing on his shoulder
"Professor Paradox, Azmuth, what are you two doing here?" Ben asked the two
"We are here to see you off and leave you with something that might help you in the new universe you will be going to" Paradox answered
"You know about the universe I'm going to, can you tell me anything about it that might help me out?" Ben asked
"I can't tell you much about it do to certain rules of the universe but what I can tell you is this, if someone wishes to try and test their punch out on you, decline to do so" Paradox answered
Ben was confused by that and didn't quite know what Paradox meant by it but he'd still take the time walker's advice
"That is great and all time walker but knowing Tennyson here he won't remember" Azmuth said jumping off of Paradox's shoulder, going over to Ben
"That is not fair to say, I'll definitely remember it even if it is a bit confusing" Ben said
"Whatever you say Benjamin, now hand me my omnitrix" Azmuth said
Ben lowered his arm and Azmuth began to work on it
"What are you doing to the omnitrix?" Ben asked
"While he may have not told you what you will face in this new universe, the time walker has informed me of what you will face, that is why I am installing a few new features to the omnitrix while adding new transformations for you and giving you complete access to the master control" Azmuth answered
"Wait really?" Ben asked
"Yes, I feel that is necessary for your survival to have the master control" Azmuth answered
While glad that he was getting the master control, what Azmuth said about his survival worried him a bit
"I do believe that there is something else that you are adding" Paradox said to Azmuth
"Wait, there's something else?" Ben asked
"Yes, against my better judgment, I am giving you an updated version of the evolution function" Azmuth answered
"I thought you hated that function and had it decommissioned?" Ben asked
"I did, I had it destroyed twice but the time walker here told me to create it once again and remove all the flaws and add all the failsafes my idiotic former assistant ignored" Azmuth answered
Once done, Azmuth went over to Paradox who picked him up and put him back on his shoulder
"Don't let my omnitrix get destroyed" Azmuth said
"We'll be off Benjamin and remember, I wish you the best of luck" Paradox said before teleporting away with Azmuth
Time Skip
Standing at the podium now was Will Harangue, now in his human form, while Ben was being held by two large guards. Will had a grin on his face and sense of victory on his mind, the crowd was cheering for him as he began to speak.
"Today is the day that you all have been waiting for, the day that the menace to humanity, Ben Tennyson leaves our planet, our universe, once and for all" Harangue said as the crowd began to cheer loudly
The guards pushed Ben over to where the portal was
"That portal will send that menace to a universe where he will no longer be a lose cannon and danger to our very existence as humans, he will instead be sent to a place where he won't be a problem to anyone" Harangue said
As the audience cheered, a group of scientists began to activate the portal by pressing buttons and turning nobs and dials. Once activated the portal turned on and green energy formed in the arch of the portal.
"When Tennyson leaves, my UWG colleagues and I will be proposing two new bills that will most definitely be passed, the first is the Extraterrestrial Removal Act which remove all extraterrestrials on Earth, if they aren't willing to leave they will be forcefully removed and if they put up a fight, drastic measures will be taken, the second act is the Plumber Excommunication Act, all plumbers and plumber activities will no longer be allowed on planet Earth, they will be able to live on the planet if they are human but they will no longer able to enact policing activities" Harangue said
Ben couldn't believe what he was hearing, if Harangue did that, Earth would be left defenseless. With Ben gone, his enemies would attack but now that the plumbers were going to be gone, nothing would be able to stop them. Will then walked over to Ben with that same grin on his face as he held a microphone out to his face.
"Do you have anything to say to your fans at home?" Harangue asked Ben sarcastically
"I've got something to say to you, you'll regret doing this to me and the plumbers, as soon as I'm gone and so are they, none of you will be safe danger will come and none of you will be able to stop it, that day you'll want me back and I won't be here to save you" Ben said with a glare on his face
Harangue laughed at Ben
"Like that will ever happen, get rid of him fellas" Harangue said
With that the two guards pushed Ben up to the portal, Ben took a deep breath and walked into it, not looking back
Outside A-City
Ben stepped out of the portal into the streets of a city, he looked around and saw people walking by, not paying any attention to him . At first he was confused, he wondered if the portal failed and just sent him to some random city. However when the ground started to shake, people began to run away screaming. Ben turned around and saw what looked like a giant humanoid monster walking in the distance.
"That's new, that is definitely new" Ben said
Ben then lifted up the omnitrix, before he activated it, he remembered something
"I've got master control" Ben said to himself
In a flash of green light, Ben transformed into a red manta ray like alien. This was his Aerophibian transformation that he called Jetray.

A/N: Hey there readers, if you couldn't tell by what's going on, this is going to be a Ben 10/One Punch Man crossover story. This will not be a harem story and there will not be a love interest since Ben is with Kai. Now before those who hate Kai show up and tell me all about why the hate Kai and I shouldn't of had Ben marry Kai. I have this to say, I don't really care, this is my story, not yours, don't read it if you don't like it. Now for those who don't know, it was hinted that there was going to be one more season of Omniverse where Ben went on that road trip. Kai was going to go with Ben and the others and eventually their relationship would of grown.
