Wolf Child Of The Justice League Chapter 10
Not as if any of them have much of a choice facing them anymore.
The only ones left in their number remaining to take charge of this little girl is Diana, Hawk Girl, and J'onn.
And all three of them do reside in the Watch Tower.
Predictably J'onn ends up being the one to retrieve her for pick up. Flash brought her to a secluded area where no one can see the Javelin fly in for a landing.
Right away when she and Flash step onto the aircraft Harmony instantly appears to show her obvious preference to J'onn by running up to his side in the pilot's chair and hugging his side. J'onn lightly chuckles in amusement as he gives her a small one of his own. He and Flash then chat for a little bit with Flash going over a couple of things in order to make sure the others in the Watch Tower keep an eye out for how mischievous she's becoming and are aware of things she requires while with them. Given the fact that J'onn actually had kids in the past and among his colleagues he's the only one to really have experience living with them besides Batman he's not really that overly concerned. Even if Harmony isn't exactly what people would call a normal child here on Earth.
Soon it is time to take their leave. Flash departs back for Central City and J'onn activates the cloaking mechanism on the ship.
As he is taking them through the atmosphere Harmony watches everything with wide amazed and awed eyes, taking everything in from the stars, the moon, the fact that they're so high up.
The 3rd one does sort of frighten here a little bit. Upon catching her light whimper J'onn picks her up, placing the child in her lap for the remainder of the ride to the Watch Tower. She's still slightly scared but is far more at ease. It most certainly shows.
Diana and Hawk Girl are waiting to greet the precious little one once the Javelin arrives. There in for quite a big surprise when the ramp lowers. Before either of them can get a word out Harmony bursts out from the interior in her wolf form. Harmony is barking and yipping, leaping all around them very pleased to see them again. Quite contrast compared to the other guys. She doesn't stop to speak after lunging at them in such a manner. As J'onn exits the Javelin with her belongings Harmony sprints off to explore. The three of them exchange expressions of bemusement and amusement as they observe Harmony in her wanderings.
Even for a young pup Harmony is still pretty fast on her paws. It's a pretty good thing the three of them can fly allowing them to easily keep up with her. The best part is watching Harmony's eyes sparkle and light up as she gazes in wonder out the massive windows overlooking the Earth and the vast expanse of outer space.
Humming softly, Diana mused "Perhaps this is going to go well after all."
Indeed it will, yet that doesn't mean there won't be incidents along the way.
Catching movement from Harmony from the corner of her eye, Hawk Girl shrieked "No! Harmony, don't even think about it!"
Too late. Harmony lifts up her leg…
"No!"

So I've got some bad news for all my loyal readers. My dog just passed away. To be perfectly honest I'm heartbroken. He meant so much to me and even though my family has had other dogs in the past, since I moved out, he was my baby and the first animal to ever well and truly be mine. Especially during all of this craziness with covid-19 I think all dog owners can agree that your canine companions can really fill that void that one can find themselves stuck in. And make their households complete. So this is a shout out to all fellow dog lovers out there that see them as their children. Keep your animals close to you and cherish them always…That goes for cats, too. ;)
I cannot begin to describe how apologetic I am for taking so heinously long to get back on track. From this day forward that's all gonna change. Especially since now that I have some more story ideas in mind to add to my profile.
