Romance. Yes, I know how easy it is to ruin a story if you add romance. This is a LuNa and LuRo fanfic (LuNaRo, lol)
Oh, and the characters could be Out of Character, and confusing Points of View, and maybe unnecessary monologues (Hey this is one of my first FFs, I suck at writing, Okay?).

"What happened?! Is everyone okay?!" said a rough but familiar voice at the same time.
Luffy opened his eyes with a gasp, the only thing he saw was white and whiter, he tried to stand up, but he couldn't, he felt a pressure that was pulling him to the ground, his legs lacked strength and his body felt strange.
What the hell had happened? Seconds ago, he was… Where was he? He clutched his head at the sudden stab of pain. OF COURSE!, he was climbing inside Kaido's damn Skull Castle, and enemies surrounded him. Was he knocked out by a blow strong enough? Again?
Luffy found the strength to stand up, only to fall back from how wet he was, water? He wasn't near the shore of Onigashima.
"What is this place?! There are clouds everywhere!" It was Sanji's voice, Clouds? What was Sanji trying to say?
"We are above the clouds! Why are we above the clouds?!" Nami, wasn't she on the Castle's lower floors? How did she get here so fast?
"Mr. Captain, are you okay?" His vision cleared, the first thing he saw was a pair of blue eyes, Robin, she was tanned and with longer bangs, her hair was not wavy, she looked worried, he tried to say something, whatever...
Luffy grabbed his chest area, it burned. Did they also hit the scar? Everything was spinning.
...
...
...
"Mr. Doctor! Something's wrong with the captain!" Robin said alarmed as she grabbed the rubber-man and held him with her arms and some extras created by her devil fruit.
"LUFFY!" Chopper shouted when he saw the collapse of his captain. He went under the deck of the ship, seeking his first aid kit. Nami didn't seem to worry until she saw him lying down. The navigator froze for a few moments, only to react again and run to where his captain was.
Sanji and Zoro looked alarmed when they saw the state of the captain. The first one dropped his cigar and the second one grabbed the hilt of their swords. Ussop gritted his teeth in alarm and not knowing what to do when he saw this.
"Robin! What happened to him?!" Nami asked. Her voice was full of concern. A moment ago, Luffy was fine and noisy as always.
"I don't know! He was trying to stand up and started looking at nothing and collapsed!" Robin said as she looked at the captain. This time looked he unconscious.
The archeologist didn't want to check his pulse. For the first time in a long time, she didn't want to be right. She refused to believe that he was dead. He had to prove her wrong, like in Arabasta.
"C-chopper! Do something!" said Ussop, scared while he saw his captain showed no signs of life. The sniper was already saying to himself that it was a bad idea to come to this place.
"You! Pair of idiots! Weren't you watching him?!" said Nami with a mixture of anger and fear as she looked at Sanji and Zoro. The navigator was looking for someone responsible. She wanted to punch someone.
"Damn witch, we were all next to him!" Said Zoro who with each passing moment seemed that he was more willing to cut someone.
"Nami-san, keep calm. Chopper went for his medical equipment..." the cook said with a semi calm voice. In his mind, he was trying to review everything he had prepared today. No, the food wasn't bad, he was sure of it.
Chopper came back to the deck of the ship, almost tripping. He had his first aid kit and his trusty backpack; he noticed something strange in the captain. The Doctor opened Luffy's vest, only to be horrified and jump backwards, giving a cry that surprised everyone.
...
...
...
Luffy opened his eyes again, this time his head didn't hurt at all, although he felt a little dizzy. The first person he saw was his navigator.
Nami, who had her eyes wide open as she covered her mouth with both hands.
Heh, Luffy laughed internally. Apparently, she cut her hair; she looked very good with short hair; he didn't realize how much he missed seeing her with that style.
He passed his gaze through the rest of his crewmates, Zoro finally opened both eyes, he knew he hadn't lost it and it was just his antics, Sanji shaved that little beard that made him want to tear it off, Ussop passed out while foam came out of his mouth, what thing surprised him?
There was also Chopper, who glued himself to the mast as he looked at him with wide eyes. Where were Franky, Jinbe and Brook? Surely they were still fighting...
Finally, the Rubber-Man looked at Robin again as a smile formed on his lips.
Now what strange thing was she doing? He looked a little lower. Robin was touching the scar with one of her hands while she looked on in a dumbfounded way. Now that he realized it, his scar was strangely reddish. He supposed it wasn't good at all. So he said the most logical thing that occurred to him in such a situation.
"Robin, you got your tan back," and it was the last thing he said before his world turned black.
...
...
...
Luffy opened his eyes again. The dizziness had gone away, and he felt no pain in any part of his body. He was looking at the room's ceiling; he looked around.
The last thing he remembered was seeing most of his crew ... Where were they?
The captain recognized where he was. His breath almost stopped when he realized where he was. It was the women's room, but not the Sunny's. He was in the Merry, the Going Merry.
"Merry!" Luffy yelled, startled, so surprised he was that he fell off the bed.
He couldn't help it, but tears came out as he hugged the floor of the room. It was the first ship of the crew.
"Merry ... But how?" the rubber-man said as he sat on the room's floor. He wasn't understanding anything. Whatever happened, it knocked him out, but he didn't remember who or what, also his crew. They looked changed, like before of their separation.
"AAGH!" The rubber-man grabbed his head again at the sudden pain.
"So you want to surpass us"
"See you at the top… Luffy"
"I WILL NEVER LOSE AGAIN !"
"Luffy… help me"
"Straw Hat! Where are you going?!"
"Where to? To the sky"
"The Gold City and the Sky Island have never been seen by anyone, but neither has it been proven that they do not exist. They will make fun of you, but that does not matter…. BECAUSE THAT´S HOW ADVENTURES ARE ! !"
"Let them laugh. If you look for the top, you will find fights that only your fists cannot win. FOLLOW IT! ZEHAHAHA!"
"This is nothing. While it's about the sea and the wind, we can sail any route! After all, I'm the navigator of this ship!"
"I can't wait to see what's on top of that cloud!"
"I WANT TO LIVE!"
"Defeat him! Let's all go back to the sea together !"
"I am the man who will control the seas from the sky !"
"Thank you for loving a good-for-nothing like me ..."
He remembered everything; it was incredible that he remembered all of his adventures, from Shell Town to Wano, and now he knew where he was, in the White Sea, 7000 meters above the level of the Grand Line, in this moment he was supposed to be eating a sky fish cooked by Sanji ...
The ship shook and took Luffy off balance again; he tried to get up and stand up, Huh; he felt heavy. If he remembered correctly, it should be because of the lack of oxygen. Chopper also bandaged him on the top of his torso. He must have scared his nakamas.
Just as he was heading to the stairs that connected to the cellar, in front of him, a piece of paper appeared. It was floating in the air while burning on the sides, like a Vivre Card. He could read what it said.
Take advantage of this opportunity
Now he understood everything and laughed; he didn't know what he felt more, if relief or happiness, somehow he returned in time, two years before Wano, before everything went downhill, before the crew separation, before Ace's death.
"Shishishi!" He couldn't contain his laughter, at least until his chest ached again. So he came back with the scar, the mark of his greatest defeat. A sudden realization filled his heart. If he had returned, then it meant that he could save Ace, meet Sabo sooner ... be a better captain ...
The piece of paper burned without leaving a trace, Luffy would not break his head finding out how he had gone back in time or who the hell had left a piece of paper for him to read, his head concluded that all of this it was for mysterious reasons.
When he reached Merry's cellar, an alarming thought arose ... How to tell the others? And Should he?
He was a straightforward person; he knew he gladdened lie about it; it was Ussop's specialty, not his.
Luffy wasn't sure if it was the best idea to tell them; he didn't want to worry the crew more than they already were and also Robin still didn't trust them. He also had to consider if they were going to believe him.
He wasn't the most mature person 2 years ago, and he didn't want to lose the little credibility he had as a captain among his nakamas, he was sure that they would follow him anywhere if he asked, but they worried when following him, especially his navigator.
The rubber-man noticed it. Even more after the 2 years' separation, he wanted Nami to relax and not to be worried all the time. Luffy wanted his navigator to enjoy the journey while she fulfilled her dream.
Luffy promised himself to take things more seriously, Oda only knows how much trouble he had caused his crew, without them he would have gotten nowhere. He owed them.
And to the matter of telling them the time traveling thing… he took the simplest way out of that problem. He will cross the bridge when he arrived at it.
They would understand… right?
First, he needed to be a better captain, then he could worry about mysterious explanations of the mysterious time travel situation…
"What's wrong with you two?!" Nami's scream interrupted his thoughts. Luffy rushed to open the cellar door, he went out on deck to find Sanji and Zoro on the ground, with Chopper and Ussop terrified on the sides. He could tell that Robin was preparing for an attack by seeing the position of her hands.
On Merry's deck rails was a warrior with a square mask that covered his face. Luffy remembered him. He was the square bull; he had a bazooka and one of those shell skates.
Luffy could feel the air getting thicker.
Before the guerrilla could move, Luffy was already in front of Nami, the guerrilla growled and attacked anyway, Luffy could block his kick driven by the dials with one of his arms, it almost made him stagger but the rubber-man held his ground. The guerrilla jumped back, landing again on the deck's railing.
"I don't know who you are and I don't care, but if you touch my crew again or MY navigator, you're dead," Luffy said while emitting a wave of Conqueror's Haki. Wasn't he a nice guy the last time? Who did he think he was trying to kick Nami?
The guerrilla gasped at this and tensed even more at the pressure he felt; he did not hesitate to point his bazooka at Luffy.
"Oh, so you will put your life on the line?" said the Captain with a feral smile while he cracked his knuckles. The guerrilla was sweating, although the latter wasn't noticeable by his mask.
An elderly man, mounted on a giant bird, interrupted this confrontation. He had a spear that he wielded against the guerrilla. The guerrilla blocked it with his shield, this caused the guerrilla to flight.
"Who are these guys?!" Nami said, terrified, as she tried to hide further behind Luffy.
"He is gone…" muttered the Knight. He looked at the white sea and then he looked at the straw hat with a glint of curiosity in his gaze.
"Luffy!" Nami said as she hugged him to his right side. "Don't scare me by collapsing like that, idiot!" said the navigator.
Luffy felt how she buried her face in her shoulder. He could feel small tears wetting his arm. At this, Luffy wrapped Nami in a bear hug. When was the last time he hugged Nami?
"Nami, I will not fall easily," Luffy said as he noticed the tangerine aroma of the navigator.
Nami detached herself a bit from her captain without breaking the hug, wiped her tears as she looked around the deck. She watched Chopper thanking the Sky-Knight and then looked at Zoro and Sanji who were trying to catch their breath. Nami, coming to her senses, frowned.
"What the heck happened?! Who is this guy?! And you, pair of morons! How did you lose so fast?!" said the navigator as she scolded the two members of the monstrous trio.
Sanji was repeating the fight in his mind, his whole body preventing him from moving.
"I feel like I can't move," said the green-haired man as he sat on the deck floor.
"You can't move because you lost idiot!" said the navigator, annoyed with the swordsman.
"Damn witch! You stayed still doing nothing!" Zoro said angrily with shark teeth.
"How many times do I have to tell you I am a delicate girl!" Nami answered him with the same ferocity.
"If not for Luffy, now we would see how delicate you are!" Zoro replied scathingly.
"Unlike you, he could do something! Your jobs are to kick ass, not getting kicked!" said the Navigator as she hugged Luffy tighter again without realizing it, then she stuck her tongue out at Zoro like a child.
"Shishishi, come on Nami, don't be so hard on them, our bodies are not used to this height," said the rubber one, remembering that the "original timeline," he had also had his butt kicked by that guy.
"The captain is right. It was probably because of the lack of oxygen," Robin said as she looked at Luffy with suspicion. The archaeologist was curious about the rubber-man.
First, he collapses for no apparent reason and a scar appears on his chest, and second, in theory it should be the same as the other two, his body could not have gotten used to the change in height so quickly, the cook and the swordsman fell trying to fight the guerrilla, it made little sense… How strong was the straw hat? And what was that pressure? In Arabasta, he didn't emit a similar pressure, even when he was fighting for his life.
"Are you from the blue sea?" Asked the knight to the straw hats.
"What are you talking about? Answer us first! Who the hell are you?" Said the navigator, irritated by not being able to make sense of this situation.
"I am the knight of the sky. We call all those who come from below blue sea dwellers, so I assumed you came from there," the armored man introduced himself.
"Most of those who come from the blue sea cannot bear to be up here, as we are thousands of meters high ..." said the Sky Knight as he noticed Luffy had no problem, he was worried that the boy a moment ago emitted a powerful Mantra.
"But you could face Wiper. Have you been to the white sea before, Straw hat?" asked the Sky Knight.
"Nope, I'm just strong," Luffy said with a small smile. It was the 'first time' he was here.
Zoro looked at Luffy, curious at what he said, something had changed, he was not sure who would win in a fight between Luffy and him, but he believed that he at least equaled the captain in stamina, maybe he underestimated his Captain all this time.
Sanji did not expect less from Luffy. He followed him because the rubber man always broke his expectations, also he would not forgive his captain if he let anyone put even a single finger on the women of the crew.
Ussop and Chopper, despite having seen Luffy dozens of times show his strength, couldn't help but think how incredible he was. Robin kept looking at the captain. It almost seemed like he was a different person.
"How is that 'Wiper' could run over the sea?" Asked Chopper when he heard the knight had mentioned the name of the guerrilla.
"I know you have a lot of questions, but first we have to talk business," said the Knight without answering Chopper's question.
"I may be a knight, but first I'm a mercenary. Those who don't know about aerial battles are easy prey for the guerrillas. I earn my living protecting the ships that dare to cross this part of the sea."
"So you have to pay me 5 billion Extol each, at the sound of the whistle," said the knight with a serious face. Most of the crew looked at the knight as if they did not understand the concept of money.
"What are you talking about, old man? Pay you? 1 million each? I do not know what the hell the Extol are, I only trade in Berries and Gold," said the navigator, lowering the price for the services of the Bearded man. Who did that old man think he was trying to scam her?
"I said 5 billion! It is a very convenient price! I can't lower the price like this! I have to live on something!" The knight was outraged at what Nami said.
The knight's eyes widened.
"Wait, you don't know what the Extol are? It can't be," exclaimed the surprised knight. He couldn't believe that these pirates were so crazy.
"You didn't come here from the High West?! Surely you have already passed an island or two? No?!" said the alarmed knight.
"Man, we do not know what you're talking about. We came from the Knock Up Stream, from below," Luffy said with a smile when he remembered the epic climb.
"Wait! What do you mean by the High West?! There are more Sky Islands?! And WAS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO GET HERE?!" exclaimed the navigator as she raised her voice.
"There are still brave people in this world ... and to think that they took that monstrous current," said the knight, ignoring the navigator.
"Shishishi! This is not just any crew!" The Captain was proud. In contrast, the orange-haired girl was grumbling while she muttered her complaints.
"I knew it! I knew it was not normal to travel like this ..." she turned to her Captain raising her fist, Luffy stepped back a little preparing himself for Nami's blow, after years of knowing her, he gulped at the thought of his navigator's punches.
But something happened that the entire crew didn't expect. Nami hugged Luffy again while hiding her face in his neck.
"Idiot ... you could have died, after the Knock Up Stream ... when you collapsed, I thought the worst... I thought we lost you," said the orange-haired girl with a soft voice.
Luffy and the rest of the crew were shocked at the navigator's actions. The captain frowned. He didn't enjoy seeing his navigator in that state, so he followed his instincts.
"Nami, I'm standing next to you. The crew arrived safely. Everything went well thanks to you," Luffy said with a kind tone as he wrapped his arms around her waist. "But ... you got hurt... if I were a better navigator, you wouldn't have that scar," Nami said with a trembling voice.
This was getting strange and familiar at the same time. Nami was behaving like after his fight with Katakuri...
"If I hurt myself, it was my fault, for not being powerful enough," muttered the rubber-man while thinking about Marine ford and the Magma Admiral. Pushing those gloomy thoughts to the back of his mind, he continued.
"Besides, we are all here proud of you, without you we wouldn't have reached the sky, you are not only the navigator of this crew, you are the best navigator in the world!" Luffy said with a smile, proud of Nami, maybe she wasn't physically strong but her will surpassed the power of the seas.
"Luffy…" The navigator looked at her captain with a faint blush on her face. Why was her heart beating so fast?
"So all of you came up here alive. Your girlfriend is talented," said the knight while observing the scene.
"Right?" Luffy said happily, without paying much attention to the 'girlfriend' part.
"What?!" Sanji said, breaking the moment.
"G-girlfriend?!" Nami exclaimed, scandalized at the idea, finally breaking the hug.
"It can't be true! Nami-san is a pure maiden! She couldn't have a boyfriend like the idiot," he said as he alternated his gaze between the knight and his captain with an incredulous face. He turned to see the navigator, who was redder than a tomato.
"Right?!" Sanji asked almost desperately.
"I don't see why not, in fact, they would make a good couple" Zoro said with the clear intention of ruining Sanji's life, he didn't care if Luffy wanted to be with the witch or not, although it seemed strange to him.
"Marimo shit!" Sanji replied, intending to kick him. Zoro responded by wielding his swords. They were both growling like dogs.
"EHH?!" It was the only thing that the navigator could articulate at the swordsman's statement. The navigator was steaming at this point.
"Wow ..." Robin muttered, impressed by the behavior Luffy was showing. It almost seemed that he had got 'Tact' when dealing with the navigator. And she was wondering if he was the same person before he collapsed.
Robin couldn't fit in her mind the behavior of the captain with the navigator. The archaeologist found it amusing to see the Navigator so embarrassed.
"Did Nami's heart thaw?" Chopper muttered to Ussop, who couldn't believe the scene unfolding before his eyes.
"I don't know Chopper, things stopped making sense since we got up here," said the sniper when he saw Nami having a mental collapse.
"M-me and that idiot?! A couple?! B-but AAGHH!" Nami said this more to herself than to the others, with her face flushed as she pulled her hair.
"A couple or not, we're stuck in the same boat… at least until we fulfill our dreams," Luffy told Nami in a fond tone. Nami stuttered more, trying to find an answer to what the Captain said about her until she did the most logical thing.
"You can't go around saying things just like that! Idiot Captain!" Nami said as she grabbed Luffy by the neck of his vest and started shaking him. The rubber-man only laughed at this, causing the navigator to shake him more, causing the captain even more laughter.
Sanji tried to join the scene, only to be interrupted by an insult from Zoro. Ussop by transitivity got caught in the fight between the swordsman and the cook, Chopper shouted as he saw Ussop being intercepted by a kick from Sanji. Robin was covering her mouth, trying to hide a giggle.
Luffy missed these moments.
Since they entered the New World, things had gone too fast. The crew had not had a moment of rest and despite vowing not to separate from his crew again; they were divided anyway the moment they stepped on Dressrosa; he knew it was necessary because of the circumstances but ... Why not enjoy the adventure with all of his Nakama?
The knight could not help but laugh when he saw how this crew behaved. It filled his heart with nostalgia; it reminded him of a certain group of pirates; he felt genuine pity he couldn't stay, so was the life of an exile, he thought sadly when he remembered his home. The knight looked at the rubber man who was laughing; he was laughing just like Roger and even louder.
"I respect the sailors who will take such a risk. You are one of the few pirates I have seen who really have courage," he said, interrupting the chaos that was unleashing among the straw hats.
"Here," said the knight as he threw a whistle at Luffy, which he grabbed with a hand.
"A whistle?" Asked Ussop, who had a bump on his head from the cook's kick.
"Blow the whistle and I will come to save you from heaven. Normally I would charge you for this service, but this will be free! You don't seem like bad people! So when you're in trouble, blow the whistle!" said the knight as he climbed onto his mount.
"Wait! You never told us your name!" Nami yelled, while she stopped shaking her captain.
"I am the knight of the sky, Ganfall! And this is my partner Pierre!" He said, pointing at his bird. "Pierre has something special. He is a bird that ate the Uma Uma fruit and gained the ability to become a winged horse…"
"A beautiful Pegasus?!" Nami said excitedly, forgetting all the previous shame she felt.
"Nami is really cute," Luffy thought with amusement when he saw the navigator's behaviour.
"Exactly a Pegasus!" The next thing the crew observed disappointed the Navigator in unimaginable ways, Luffy just looked at her in confusion, in his opinion that Pegasus was quite cool.
Nami curled up into a ball while drawing imaginary circles on the ground. A cloud of depression formed above her.
"Damn the Sky Island, who said it would be a good idea to come here? This place makes little sense..." the navigator muttered, contemplating the total disappointment that was the Pegasus.
"Chopper ... you should get away from Nami, we don't know if she is going to explode again" Ussop said to the reindeer, he nodded at what the sniper said, he did not want to be the victim of one of the navigator's mood swings, he didn't think this new sea was sitting well with the navigator.
"I wish you luck!" Ganfall yelled as he 'galloped' away on his Pegasus.
"In the end, he said nothing that could be useful," said the archaeologist with a thoughtful look
"You're right, he didn't tell us anything, but…" said the sniper with a drop of sweat on his forehead.
"What is next?" Ussop asked when the silence extended for longer than he would like. He looked at Luffy, who was watching the whistle thoughtfully. Now what was going through his captain's head?
Luffy raised the whistle at the height of his mouth, and before Nami or Ussop could say anything ...
"Here Chopper!"
"DON'T USE IT!" Luffy, Nami and Ussop spoke at the same time. The rubber man threw the whistle at Chopper, the latter almost falling off as he caught it.
"Wait… What?!" Ussop exclaimed as he alternated his gaze between Luffy and Chopper. Nami just released a relieved sigh. For a moment, she believed Luffy was going to cause her another attack. Seriously, what was wrong with her captain today?
"Oi Luffy, why are you giving it to me?" asked the reindeer, curious at the actions of his captain. The doctor believed that Luffy would want it for himself.
"I wouldn't know when to use it, and I have the feeling that, if I leave it to you, it will be in good hands," Luffy said as he bent down a little and placed a hand on Chopper's hat.
A fire was lit in Chopper's eyes.
"Hai! trust me Luffy, I won't waste this whistle!" Chopper said as he emitted an aura of determination.
"It's my idea or is Luffy behaving strangely?" Sanji asked the swordsman. It seemed strange to the cook that Luffy was not being noisy as usual, first with the navigator, then with the Sky mercenary, and now with Chopper. This was becoming a pattern.
"Mph, maybe it was because he was on Death's door" said Zoro, the swordsman a long time ago had given up trying to find out what was going through the Rubber man's head, removing the captain's "calm" behavior, he was most concerned at that moment with the volatile temperament of the orange-haired girl.
It could be seen in the latter's face, as she couldn't decide whether to be angry, resigned, or relieved. If Zoro had stared a second longer, he would have seen how the navigator directed a warm look at her captain.
"Putting aside the strange old man and his bird, we should move," said the swordsman.
Chopper's ears moved, his face lit up, and he ran to the deck railing to see what his ears had detected. "Guys look!"
"Mm, it looks like a waterfall," Robin muttered as she approached the railing. She still thinking about the recent developments.
"It's decided we're going there!" Said Luffy.
"Nami, set the course for that waterfall! Zoro, prepare the sails! Chopper, Robin, keep an eye out for anything that gets close to Merry! Ussop, help me check the damage! And Sanji MEAT!" Luffy ordered in a firm voice as he headed towards the bow of the ship.
Everyone stood still and with their mouths half open when they saw how the captain behaved ... well, like a captain. Nami looked at her captain, surprised. First he collapses, then he says things that confuse her the most and then he acts that way ... for a moment the captain stood taller than ever.
"Well… you heard the captain. Move!" Zoro exclaimed, pulling the rest of the crew out of their stupor. It set the straw hats in motion.
Luffy touched the metal plate that linked the head of the Merry to the rest of the ship. The Merry was giving her best, but he knew she would not last long enough to cross the "paradise".
"Merry, thank you for taking us through these seas, please ... hold on a little longer," thought the rubber man as he thought of all the challenges ahead. His mind drifted thinking of cyborgs, skeletons, gyojins and samurais.
…
…
…
"There is a giant cloud blocking our way. Now what?" Ussop said with crossed arms.
"There are floating above the clouds. Could it be another type of cloud?" commented the cook.
"Hmm, if it's a normal cloud, we could pass through it," added the navigator.
Luffy remembered these clouds, they were the ones that bounced in a funny way, well since he was here again ... Why not take have fun with the clouds?
Before jumping into the cloud, he noticed Robin was looking at the clouds curiously.
Luffy had an idea. Before Robin knew it, Luffy was already behind her.
The Rubber-man grabbed the archaeologist, but it wasn't only that, he carried her as if she were a princess; then he jumped with her towards the cloud.
The only thing Robin could do at that moment was to hold on to her captain as tightly as possible, when she processed what was happening they were already falling towards the cloud, Robin wasn't a person who altered easily but now her mind was questioning many things.
Did that sea have a bottom?! What the hell was Luffy thinking? Why was she in her captain's arms when they were both falling into the sea and they were both users?!
When they were going to crash onto the cloud, Robin closed her eyes, wondering if they would first drown in the cloud sea or live long enough to cross it and then end their lives, splattering red into the ocean.
But that didn't happen, instead she didn't feel that she had gotten wet from entering the cloud, she only heard her captain's laugh, the archaeologist opened her eyes only to find one of the most surreal situations in her life; they were standing on the cloud; they hadn't gone through.
Luffy fell on his back with the archaeologist in his arms. The two bounced on the cloud. Robin could finally catch her breath and watched her captain bounce and laugh on the cloud.
"Look Robin! Touch the cloud. It is as soft as a pillow!" Robin put her hands on the cloud. It was true, the cloud was as soft as cotton, and they weren't sinking.
"Awesome!" Chopper and Ussop yelled with star on their eyes.
"LUFFY! HOW DARE YOU DO THAT TO ROBIN-CHWAN?!" the cook said, enraged.
Zoro tried to get as far away from the navigator as possible. Mount Nami had erupted.
"DAMNED IDIOT! WHAT WERE YOU AND YOUR LITTLE RUBBER BRAIN THINKING ABOUT! AND BESIDES YOU TOOK ROBIN! YOU BOTH CANNOT SWIM!" yelled the navigator.
"Shishishi! Did you want to come too? You should have said it before!"
The rubber man stretched his arm towards Nami, wrapping her waist.
"Huh?! Wait, you heard nothing I said! NOOOOOO, IDIOOOT!" screamed the navigator as she was dragged towards the cloud. Right away Chopper and Ussop also went to the cloud, where they started bouncing and jumping while laughing.
Nami started shaking Luffy again while scolding him "How many attacks do you want to give me today?! Idiot Captain!"
"Relax Nami, this cloud looked solid! Look, lie on it, you could even sleep here!"
"Oh, you're right, hmm, it feels so good and it's so warm that I could sleep-WAIT! THAT'S NOT THE POINT!"
Robin sometimes questioned the sanity of this crew. It was inexplicable how the captain had survived so long ...
"Mister Captain, I appreciate your intentions, but I don't like putting my life in danger like this," Robin said, with a bead of sweat running down her forehead.
Luffy stared at her somewhat intensely. Robin, at that moment, did not know whether to keep her gaze or avert it. Her captain was especially unpredictable today.
"Robin, I'm sorry if I scared you, but keep in mind that I will not let my friends find themselves in danger. You are already a member of this crew,"
Robin averted her gaze. How many times she tried to convince herself of it?
Almost as if Luffy felt the discomfort of her crewmate, he added.
"Look, Sanji and Zoro were ready to jump in case something went wrong,"
Luffy pointed towards the swordsman and the cook who were standing on the deck rails of the Merry, one with his hands in his pockets grumbling and the other gripping the hilt of their swords as he watched the rest of the crew amused.
"Trust them, they are your nakama, you are my precious nakama, I will fight to protect you," said the Captain while he held her hands and looked at her with a kind smile.
"You may be alone now, but one day you will find nakama, the sea is a vast place! You will find nakama who will fight to protect you! NOBODY IS BORN IN THIS WORLD COMPLETELY ALONE!"
The archaeologist at that moment had her heart racing, much more than when they went up the Knock Up Stream, she was only sure of one thing, her heart would not stop beating that fast and it was not because of the scare that she took when the captain jumped with her, if Luffy had turned around a second later he would have seen a faint blush on Robin's face.
"Luffy…"
Robin stared at Luffy, who had turned around when he saw the rest of the crew "Ussop, Chopper! Let's see how high we can get if we jump hard enough!"
"YES!" the sniper and the doctor answered.
As the captain bounced in the air with Usopp and Chopper, he was thinking about everything that would happen the next 2 years ...
Luffy stood on the cloud looking at the cloud waterfall.
"Franky, Brook, Jinbe, Law, Rebecca, Momo, Yamato, Otama ... hold on a little longer, we're on our way," The Rubber-man thought as he contemplated the landscape.
"For the moment ... it's time to ring that golden bell and kick God's ass." He had a smile that threatened to split his face in two. The world won't know the storm approaching .

Is Luffy trolling Nami? I don't know.
Is this fanfic cheesy? Probably.
The romance sucks? Review and tell me because I don't know.
Could I ruin this fic in the next chapter? Depends on how I write the next chapter (Or if you know Spanish and read that version)
Is the format terrible? It is possible, Spanish is my first language and I don't even dominate the grammar.
And for some reason FF net fucks up my format when I upload a chapter (There could be missing words and quotes)
This English version serves me as practice, it is not exactly equal to the Spanish version (some expressions words can't be directly translated) and I eliminated some sentences that I felt were unnecessary.
Sorry if there is Poor Grammar, you are free to point the mistakes. BYE-BYE BABY
Edit 26/08/2021: I downloaded a Grammar Checker. In theory, the grammar is 'fine', (Unless the Grammar Checker was a scam) and for some reason the Grammar Checker hates adverbs, it's a language thing or is a writer thing? Now my problem (In my not so humble opinion) are the paragraphs.
And thanks for following this Fanfic, I'm currently translating the second chapter and fixing the Spanish version.
In the future, there will be more corrections.
