Dick Wolf owns everything

Sure

"Hey guys… what can I help you two with?" the tattoo artist said as they entered.

Olivia was still pulling Elliot behind her and when she stopped, he moved to her side, hooking his arm around her waist.

She looked around at the parlor. They offered piercings, tattoos, and body art. She wasn't sure what exactly body art was, but she wasn't here for that.

"I want to get a tattoo…" Olivia said. She was feeling good. She wanted to remember this night and wanted something permanent to remind her.

And if she was being honest with herself, it wasn't just to remember this night. She wanted something on her body Elliot could look at and touch and know it was about him. A scar on her body that was put there because she wanted it. A scar that was there because of the love she had for this man. The love she had always had for him. A scar to always remind her of their beginning.

She had almost gotten one in Oregon. She was missing him… dreaming of him… and in an impulsive moment walked into a tattoo parlor. She had started looking at different designs… maybe she could find one that spoke to her… reminded her of him… and then just as quickly she changed her mind. She couldn't pinpoint what had made her decide not to do it, but now she knew.

It hadn't felt right then. But it did now.

Had she gotten one in Oregon… it would have been just for her. Something that made her think of him, and also caused the sadness she knew all too well to worm its way in. It would have been scarred on her body at a time when she knew they would never have a future other than being partners, and she didn't know if that was even still on the table then.

But now… he was here with her. She had him in her arms and heart and bed. This would be a memory they could share forever. And it felt right. It felt so right.

"Ok, well do you have an idea of what you want? Otherwise, we have a few photo books you could look at for an idea." he said.

"Oh, I know exactly what I want…" Liv said and then turned her face to Elliot's ear, "… and exactly where I want it…" she finished and kissed his cheek.

Elliot had to stifle the moan in his throat at her words. He was so incredibly turned on right now, he wasn't sure he was going to be able to keep his hands off her for much longer.

"Alright, well you guys are lucky… it's been a slow night for us, so come this way, and tell me your idea."

Olivia smiled at Elliot and followed the artist over to his area. She sat down at his station crossing her legs towards Elliot as he followed her. She made sure to flash him a bit of thigh as she looked at him under her lashes, and his eyes scaled over her. She could feel him on every inch he looked at.

The artist smiled a faint smile to himself watching these two. He'd seen a lot of people come through these doors. But there was something different about them. Their flirtatiousness made him think this was possibly a newer romance, but the way they both looked into each other's eyes… like there wasn't anyone else around them… he knew it was a long burning flame. He hated to interrupt them, but if she was going to do this, he wanted to get things going.

"Well, my name is Dan… so what are you thinking?"

Liv broke her eye contact with Elliot and turned to Dan.

"Hi Dan… I'm Olivia… this is my boyfriend, Elliot." She said putting her hand on his hip. Elliot took her hand in his and brought it to his lips to give it a quick kiss, and then he kept her hand in his.

"Nice to meet you both…" Dan said, nodding to Elliot. He noticed the tat on his arm.

"Hey, I see you have some ink Elliot… what about you Olivia?"

"Nope…" she said, smiling then turning to Elliot, "I'm a tattoo virgin…" she said in that sexy voice that does things to him he just can't even comprehend. All he could do was smile at her because if he moved any closer to her, he couldn't be held responsible for what he would do.

Dan looked up at Elliot and he could see the feral energy coming off him in waves. Oh boy he thought, he needed to get things going before they started fucking right here on his table.

"Alright, well what's your idea?" Dan said.

"Well… I'd like to get an infinity symbol with the number 4015 intertwined on one loop and the number 6313 on the other side." Olivia said, her voice soft.

Elliot felt his heart swell in his chest. And suddenly he felt tears prick at his eyes. She was getting them tattooed on her. This meant more to him than anything. This was the cemented sign of Olivia Benson doing something to show him this was forever. He was her forever.

Jesus Christ.

He had never been more turned on or more desperately in love with her than this moment.

He swallowed hard, trying to keep his cool, but he just couldn't. Olivia was watching Dan draw up the symbol he had traced on her body after their first night together and he just couldn't stop himself. And he didn't want to.

He leaned down to her and took her face in his hands and brought her sweet lips to his. He kissed her, unhurried, and simply. He didn't need to deepen this kiss. That would be for later. Later when they were alone, and he could tear her clothes off her… except for maybe that skirt… and those boots.

No, this kiss was simple and sure… because that's what he was. Simply sure. Sure she was his life. Sure she was the one. Sure of his love. Sure of her love. Sure he would marry her someday.

Sure.

Just… sure.

He broke their kiss, softly pulling back and looked into her eyes. She had felt it. She had felt what he wanted to convey to her through their kiss. Her eyes were glassy.

She felt it.

She felt the sheer depth of his love for her and what this tattoo meant to him.

"So how about this?" Dan said, turning to Olivia, and Liv broke his searing eye contact unwillingly to look at what Dan had drawn up.

It looked pretty good. There was just something… missing about it.

Dan noticed her reaction wasn't quite right. He looked back at his design and took a breath. He needed more information.

"Ok, so this is just a start… I can tell something is missing. Maybe if you gave me some background on what this means to you. Like what do the numbers represent?" he asked.

"Well… they are our badge numbers…" Olivia said, the smile wide across her face as she said it. "We used to be partners." She said looking up at El. His eyes were sparkling like they always do when he looked at her.

"Ahhhh… I get it now." Dan said nodding his head like a light bulb had just turned on.

"You're both cops." He said.

"She's a Captain…" Elliot said, his pride that the love of his life is a captain clearly showing. He smiled at Liv and squeezed her shoulder. Olivia blushed at how proud he was of her rank.

"Impressive…" Dan said giving Liv a little smile. His eye caught Elliot's tattoo on his arm again. He looked up to Elliot from the table.

"Mind if I have a closer look?" he said pointing to Elliot's ink.

"Sure." El said and moved to lay his arm out for him.

"So you're a Marine?" Dan asked.

"Yup… Desert Storm." El said.

"Well, thank you for your service, man." He said and held his hand out to Elliot, who then shook it.

Elliot wasn't too keen on the idea of a guy putting Olivia's first ink on her skin, but he was starting to get a good feeling about his guy.

"Ok… well now that I know a little more… let me try something.

He went to work on the sketch sitting in front of him. He had erased the loops and started again. It only took him a few minutes, but when he turned the paper towards Olivia, she felt it hit her.

It was perfect.

He had shaded the edges of the infinity symbol, making it look a little like metal, and their badge numbers looked etched in, in the same font and style they looked like on their actual badges. And underneath in a beautiful and simple cursive was the words Semper Fi.

She bit her bottom lip, trying to keep her tears from falling, but it was just so overwhelming. All of it. The first tattoo she was getting… with Elliot here… for her… for him… for them. And this guy who didn't know t hem at all just created the perfect symbol for them. One she would proudly wear on her skin for the rest of her life.

Dan knew he hit his mark.

"So…" he said with a smile, "Where is this going?"

Olivia took a deep breath in, and a sultry little smile started to curl her lip. She stood up from her chair and lifted the side of her skirt to reveal the patch of skin at her hip Elliot knew by heart. She traced his spot.

"Right here…" she said as she looked Elliot dead in his eyes and deep into his soul taking the breath right out of him.

EOEOEOEOEOEOEOEO

It was taking every single ounce of strength in him right now not to just haul her up against him and take her on the tattoo chair. But if he did that, then it would take Dan longer to get this tat done and he needed him to hurry up.

This was way more erotic than El thought it would be. She was laying in the chair, on her side a little, her skirt pulled up showing the curve of her hip. He made sure to stand on the other side of her, close to her because her ass was on the edge of being in full view and he definitely didn't want anyone to see it. Her ass was just for him.

She didn't even seem fazed by the needle on her skin. She watched as Dan performed his clean and beautiful work. Not a flinch or a sound. He felt a sharp burn slice through his heart as he realized why maybe she wasn't reacting to her first tattoo. She had suffered far worse at the hands of a madman… but he shook that thought from his mind.

This was about them, and for them. She was tough as nails. That's why she wasn't reacting. Her pain tolerance was always high. He knew that. She had taken a full closed fist punch right to her face and been fine. He hated to think of anything hurting her, but this little needle… etching their love for each other permanently on her skin was causing his blood to rush through his body and his skin felt like it was on fire.

"Alright… I think were done. What do you think?" Dan asked.

Olivia looked down at her hip. It was perfect. The biggest smile crossed her face, and she heard Dan let out a relieved breath.

"It's perfect… just… perfect." She said and she felt tears welling in her eyes.

She looked to Elliot.

"What do you think my love…" Olivia said, her eyes full of love.

Elliot felt his knees go weak with the combination of the look in her eyes and her calling him her love.

"I love it…" he said, struggling to get his voice to work right. She brought her hand to his face, cupping his cheek before she turned to Dan.

"Thank you so much… really." She said, unable to think of anything better to say at the moment.

"You're very welcome. Do you mind if I take a picture for my book?" he asked.

"Of course not." Liv said.

"Ok, awesome." He said, and he grabbed his camera. He saw Elliot stiffen a little at his question. "Don't worry, no faces, and it's only for my book." He said reassuring Elliot. El took a breath and nodded, remembering that's what most tattoo artists did now.

"Hey, you guys have a bathroom?" El asked.

"Yea, it's down the hall, second door on the left. It's unisex." Dan said and went back to Olivia to take the photo. He heard him explain the care instructions and the sound of a bandage being opened.

He entered the bathroom and went to the sink. He just needed a minute. A minute to take a breath and splash some water on his face. He was so in love with her, and it was overloading his senses. He just needed a second to ground himself because all he could think about was that tattoo… and how he couldn't wait to slide his tongue across it… trace it with his fingers. His permanent spot. And that wouldn't be happening tonight. It had to stay covered for twenty-four hours.

He knew it was a small tat… but he didn't want to risk it getting infected. So, he was just going to have to deal with that for tonight.

All of a sudden, he heard the doorknob turn, and in his haste to get some air he had forgotten to lock it.

"Sorry, it's occupied." He said as he turned to the door, but then he saw it was Liv.

"Hey… you ok?" she asked, slight concern in her voice.

"Yea… yea… more than ok." He said moving to her, sliding his arms around her. He moved his face so close to hers, she could feel his breath on her skin.

Olivia searched out the lock on the door and clicked it.

"You know you should lock the door. Or just anybody could walk in on you." She said with a smile.

"Oh yea? Just anybody?" he questioned, but he didn't wait for her to answer before his lips met hers.

He fisted his hands in her shirt as he pushed her up against the door. His tongue parted her mouth and he devoured her. He was all around her, taking her breath and lips, claiming them like he hadn't done so already.

He moved them from the door over the sink. He needed to taste her… all of her, and he didn't trust she could remain standing with his head between her legs.

"You've never been just anybody…" he said in between kisses as he lifted her onto the sink. "You're my everything…" he whispered as he stopped to look into those soft brown eyes of hers before he moved over her.

She moaned as his lips trailed down her jaw to just below her ear. He didn't stop there. He moved quickly down to her clavicle, and his hand moved up under her shirt to her breast, taking a moment there. He would spend more time there later. He was on a mission, and they were in a bathroom at a tattoo parlor.

His hands moved to the tops of her thighs, sliding up her skirt and he dropped down onto his knees. The sweet scent of her arousal hit him, and he was even more determined than ever. He kissed the inside of her thigh, slowly moving closer, and taking her skin in between his teeth and sucking.

"Oh Elliot…" she moaned and gripped the edge of the sink. Elliot smiled as he kept licking and sucking up her leg as his hands slid up to her thong and pulled it down and off her, putting it in his back pocket.

He looked up at her, flushed cheeks, breathing hard. Goddamn she was sexy. He would never get over how sexy she was all the time.

All the fucking time.

He moved her legs back open and slid his tongue over her. She immediately took in a sharp breath and threw her head back.

He swirled his tongue over her core before pulling it in between his lips and then he sucked.

"Oh God yessss Elliot… yes…" she moaned. It had been too long since she had felt his mouth and tongue between her legs, and it was just oh so good. She was close already. All the flirting in the bar, the tattoo… his eyes on her. It had all worked her up so much she was more than ready for him, and the way he knew her body so well, and how he knew exactly what to do to her was electric.

His hands slid up to grip her ass and pull her into him more as his tongue moved inside of her. He could tell she was close already and it made him so hard it almost hurt. He needed her to come… he needed to feel her come undone and taste her more than he needed his next breath. He moved back to her clit and went straight to sliding two fingers into her.

He found those two little ridges inside her and he felt her clench around his fingers before he heard his name on her lips, moaning in pleasure as she came apart all over his face. He continued with his fingers and licked and sucked every single last drop of her.

He moved to stand up, pulling her off the sink and adjusting her skirt for her before he brought his mouth to hers and kissed her. She slid her tongue in his mouth and tasted herself on him. He knew what she was doing, and it just made him even more desperately hard for her.

She pulled away, licking her lips and smiled. Her face was flushed, and she looked gloriously happy. He would never tire of seeing that look on her face.

He moved to the sink to wash his hands and make sure he didn't have any Olivia left on his face. She smiled watching him as she stood by the door and waited for him.

When they had made their way back out into the parlor everyone looked their way.

Olivia felt the flush in her cheeks deepen, but she didn't really care if they all knew what just happened in their bathroom. It could hardly be the first time that had happened there, and she was sure it wouldn't be the last.

They walked hand in hand over to the register, and Elliot pulled out his wallet. Olivia pulled on his arm, signaling he didn't have to pay, but he looked at her and winked. He wanted to pay for this, and she wasn't going to stop him.

She just smiled and kissed his cheek as he pulled out cash and paid Dan who was trying to hide his knowing smile.

"Have a good night, guys…" he said the corner of his mouth upturned. "Thanks for stopping by… don't forget me if you ever want another piece." He said.

Elliot smiled. "Oh, we won't…" he said and let Liv pull him out the door.

Once they were outside, she pulled him to her and kissed him. Her lips slid over his, her tongue immediately slipping into his mouth. She clung to him, pulling his erection into her.

He growled at her feeling his need for her take over. Before he knew what was happening, she was pushing him into an alley.

"I want you El… right here… right now…" she said breathlessly.

"I can't wait…" she said as she started to unbuckle his pants.
