In the world of Steven Universe, there is a mysterious stranger researching the Gem race and their culture to unlock the most important event from his past. He's even following the adventures of Steven and the Crystal Gems. It's up to you to infer his story.

62. Entry 62: The Off-Colors

*Entry #62: The Off-Colors

It was official. Steven and Lars were lost on Homeworld being hunted by the Diamonds' Robonoids. They barely escaped the trial during Yellow and Blue Diamonds' argument and were on the run. Lars was safe from the Robonoids since they could only scan for Gems. Steven, however, was a different story since he had his mother's gem. If I was there, I'm pretty sure I'd be just as worried as Steven. Anyway, the two of them were fortunate enough to run into some good Gems. These Gems were considered to be off-color, which meant flawed. First, there was a Rutile who was made like Siamese twins, a physical deformity that didn't appear to be appreciated among their kind. There was also a Padparadscha, a form of Sapphire with an abnormality in the visions she had. She could only predict things that have already happened. Rhodonite is a nervous and paranoid Fusion between a Ruby and a Pearl. The last one was a slow-speaking, very gentle Fusion named Flourite, who was made up of six different Gems that I have yet to identify. They seem to care enough for humans such as Steven and Lars to be trusted. Glad to know that there's some good Gems on Homeworld.
