Now, this presents a few answers and opens up a few new questions about Lion. See, Lars got seriously hurt and briefly died. Steven cried over his dead body, but somehow, his healing powers kicked in a whole new gear as his tears brought him back to life... but wit ha few changes. Lars' skin and hair turned pink, and his hair is a pocket dimensional field similar and connected to to the land in Lion's mane. If something similar to Lars happened to Lion, this closes some doors and opens others. When Steven learned of Lars' mysterious connection to Lion, he decided to use it to return home on Earth. Lars, however, was unable to get in his own portal and decided to find another way to get to Earth with the help of the Off-Colors. This is very, very strange indeed.
