Chapter 87 The Ancient One

Another night in the lair, training. Leo had completely shifted one-eighty from his normal calm and focus personally to something that was more like Raph, harsh, and reckless.

"I already told you I'm fine," Leo growled.

"You're sure?" Master Splinter asked.

"Nothing the matter Sensei why do you asking me that?" Leo questioned.

"So much anger," Master Splinter said. "The unopened bottle with a burst when its internal pressure becomes too much to bear. For once now you have been brooding, surly, and stubborn."

"Yeah right," Leo growled.
Making all of us look up and listen which grew more worrying as the seconds continue. Looking up to see Leo taking swing after swing against Master Splinter.

"You have not been yourself," Master Splinter said launching a counterattack. "You must release what festers within you, your family will help you Leonardo we must be open with one another."

Leo got the upper hand and got the sword out of Master Splinter's hand.

"Open okay this Katana lesson stinks I've mastered this years ago," Leo growled. "Years ago!"

Master Splinter gave him a look and reached down for the blade.

"It is not the student place to say when a lesson is learned." Master Splinter ordered launching into an attack. "The student place is to listen and learn."

We watched as Master Splinter and Leo fought against each other.

"Something tells me at that cock is about to pop on that unopened bottle," Mikey said.

"Ah that hothead," Raph said. Alex shooting him a look, which the others followed. "I hate it when Leo reminds me of me."

Master Splinter and Leo are still in a heated battle.

"I have already mastered this lesson!" Leo yelled hitting Master Splinter away. "Yesterday lesson and the lesson before that! When are you going to teach me something I don't already know?"
Leo swung, disarming Master Splinter, and swung down cutting him.

Enough was enough, rushing to Master Splinter's side. A shadow wall appeared in front of Leo, which form into a makeshift cage.

"Master Splinter," Don said.

"Are you okay?" Mikey asked.

Alex watched Leo like a bird of prey on a mouse, as he drops the blade.

"Leo, what the shell is your problem?" Raph question pointing a finger.

"Master Splinter," Leo said pushing against the wall which walked with him. "I'm so sorry. I…I didn't mean to hurt, it just I lost control."

Seeing that Leo was not a threat the shadow dissipated. Tending to Master Splinter's wounds, he offered a small smile and nod of the head.

Being sent home before finding out about Leo. Master Splinter asks that we head home.

Don told me that he would tell me what was going to happen.

"Don told me that Leo is being sent to learn with another Master. The Master is called the Ancient One."

"Who's the Ancient One?" Alex asked.

"Don doesn't know," I replied.

"Let's just hope that this Ancient One can help Leo with getting back to himself," Alex said.

"Agreed," I said.

"So do you think the cops help us with getting charges against Kingston and Macford?" Alex asked.

"We can hope so," I replied. "I mean both of them are bullying you and assault you now. So they need to be held accountable."

"I think it's time for us to head to bed," Alex said. "It's nearly one a.m. and school will be here before we know it."

"Yes, Mother." I teased.

Alex simply rolled her eyes at me and walked past me into her room. Heading into my own room before hitting the hay I offered a prayer that Leo will be safe traveling and that he will find a better self of himself.

The lair seemed off without Leo, but we hoped that Leo would find the peace and come back to us as himself again or a better self. Alex flipped over me using her blade to strike, pairing her blade with my own blade. Causing her to land on her butt, blade at her neck.

"I win," I muttered.

Alex swung her leg, kicking my own making me lost balance. Alex placed her own sword at my neck.

"You were saying?" Alex asked.

"Well done," Master Splinter said offering us a small smile. "We still have the training to do."

"Yes, Master Splinter." We said with a bow of the head.

"When can we bring Ava down to see the lair?" Mikey asked.

"Why is that Mikey?" Alex asked. "You want to see your girl."

Mikey's face grew red at the comment.

"What…no," Mikey stuttered. "I just…want her to see the lair at all."

Alex gave him a smirk.

"Sure, Mikey." She teased.

"You think she cute Mike," I added with my own smirk.

Mikey looked at us and rushed away, causing Alex, and myself to laugh. An arm slipped around my waist pulling me close.

"You can get Mike to blush and stutter well done," Don said. "I'm proud."

"Aw love birds," Alex replied she gave a smile and headed to hang with Raph.

"That the pot calling the kettle black!" I shouted.

Alex just flipped me off and disappeared from view. Causing me to laugh at her reaction.

"Come along Love," Don said half dragging half leading me to his lab.

Happy to be alone with Don, giving him a large and heartfelt kiss which he happily returns.

The Detectives were back both of them look a bit annoyed at us.

"It seems that they are saying that you are bullying them." Detective Morris said.

"I'm sorry to say but that is a lie," Alex replied. "I've never bully them, Even time there bullying me or hurt me I report it to the school and they didn't do anything about it that is why went to the police because they both need to be held accountable for it."

"We need to both more information seeker then." Detective Carter said.

"We would hope that you were willing to look at information and see the truth," Mom said. "Yet it seems that you can be sway by bullies who are wealthy and popular."

"We are just trying to get more information about this." Detective Morris added.

Mom bit back a growl.

"We are telling the truth about them bullying me," Alex replied again.

"I'm going to suggested that you leave and find more information about this case," Mom said simply. "Leave now."

"We need to get more information about this." Detective Carter said.

"Leave now," Mom ordered pointing at the door. Shadow began to growl, fur standing up straight. "I will say it once again leave."

Both the Detectives left, Mom looked at us and sigh.

"Mom it's okay," Alex said with a bittersweet smile.

"I can't believe that they would allow themselves to be fooled by Kingston and Macford." Mom said

Giving Mom and Alex a smile and nod of the head.

If the Cops and Detectives going to believe Kingston and Macford then we need to change the fights. We need to get the public on our side of the fight. So I did what I did best even though I know that I shouldn't do it but they need to be held accountable for their actions against Alex. I hack the school cameras before looking through to find where Kingston and Macford pulled the Carrie on Alex. Seeing it brought up to the surface anger and hate for both of them. Downloading the files and using my safe way to send the files and information to News 6 with the subject bar of bullying in school while the schools do nothing to hold the bully accountable. Now I would wait and see what the news did with it.
