Ember is not evil and helps Danny from the beginning defending Amity Park against the evil ghosts. How will this change everything, as Ember and Danny's friendship slowly grows into something more? Follows the same episodes of the tv-show, with some episodes being altered and adding a few of my own. Expect some plot twists and alternate pairings as well.

WHAT YOU WANT

Monday afternoon, downtown Amity Park…

(May 3rd, 2004)

Once in a few months, there was a flee market in Amity Park called; Amity Park Swap Meet, where people could buy, sell or trade stuff.

On that particular Monday, once school was finished, Danny, his girlfriend Ember (in her human disguise), Sam and Tucker met with Johnny 13 and Kitty (both also in their human disguises) at the flee market. Kitty and Johnny had been looking for all kinds of stuff to put their apartment throughout the day and invited their friends over to see what the flee market had to offer.

As Kitty was taking a look at a booth that sold second hand cutlery and plates, she asked Johnny "What do you think of these ones? They still look in good shape and are barely used." But as she turns herself, she noticed that Johnny was not with her "Johnny?" she looked around and saw that Johnny was looking at some motorcycle parts at a different booth. Angrily, Kitty called to him "Johnny!"

After Johnny had quickly paid for the part, he walked up to his girlfriend, who crossed her arms while frowning at him. Johnny showed a small mechanical part with a smile on his face "Hey Kitten. Check what I found. This will be great to fix the engine on my motorcycle."

Kitty was not amused and said with a serious look in her eyes "Johnny, you are supposed to help me around looking for more stuff for our apartment."

Johnny 13 sighed annoyingly "Aw c'mon now, Kitty. I've been helping you around the entire day looking and buying stuff for our new place."

Kitty felt that Johnny was right. He had been helping her a lot all day. She smiled made a compromise with him "Tell you what, if you can just help me looking for cutlery and plates, we're gonna watch what you like."

Johnny 13 gave shrug "Fine by me." And helped Kitty to buy some new stuff.

While choosing between different kinds of plates, Kitty ensured her boyfriend "It's for the best, Johnny. Besides, you don't want to eat your food only with your hands, right?"

"Yeah… guess you're right." Johnny 13 answered while checking for bowls.

Nearby a different booth that sold music CD's, Ember was listening to some songs on one of the CD's she was interested in, using earphones that were attached to a CD player. Her boyfriend, Danny was checking out some other CD's on the counter, thinking which one he could take. He sniffs.

"Hey, babypop. You gotta listen to this." Ember said as she handed over one of the earphones.

Danny took the earphone and puts it in his ear, listening to the song. He began to smile as it was a Pop song from the 90's.

"Wow. I haven't listened to this song in ages." Danny said, but then wandered and asked Ember "But… I thought you only liked Rock music?"

Ember gave a shrug "Yeah, Rock is my favorite. But that doesn't mean you should at least appreciate other great songs, right?"

Danny gave a nod "Guess you're right."

She then whispers "I can't believe how much great music I've missed all these years." She mentioned of spending 20 years in the Ghost-Zone without any knowledge of what amazing new songs had been made.

Danny held her hand and softly stroke it "I know. But now you've got all the time to catch that up. If you want?"

Ember formed a sweet smile as she took the CD out of the player and paid for it. When she puts the CD in her bag, she said "Well, at least I have my man with me to listen to it together…"

Danny chuckled, liking the idea of listening to music with his girlfriend, besides from making out from time to time. Danny then sniffs as he wiped his nose.

Ember became a bit worried of his condition "Danny, you okay?"

Danny ensured her "Yeah, I'm okay, Em." He sniffs again "It's just a little cold. Nothing to worry about."

Ember however was not so sure as she could sense that Danny had perhaps more than just a little cold and suggested as they walked together hand in hand "Maybe you should go home, before it becomes any worse?"

Danny shook his head as he told "Relax, Em. It's nothing."

Though Ember wasn't completely convinced, she still formed a small smile, hoping that it wasn't something to get worried about and rests her head on Danny's shoulder as they moved on.

Nearby an antique booth, Sam had been watching them the entire time. Seeing them together, still hurts her as she felt that her ghost friend had betrayed her and stole Danny from her. Sam's jealousy and anger made her to grab the China vase she was holding really tight, till it broke!

The Chinese lady who was selling all the antiques started to shout angry Chinese words to Sam for breaking the vase.

Realizing her mistake, Sam apologized and paid for the broken vase "I'm so sorry, ma'am."

The Chinese women took it while still looking at her in angry. Sam knew that sticking around her booth longer might angrier the women, Sam walked away, and nearly tripped over another antique vase, but didn't break.

"Go!" the women called as she didn't want Sam to break more of her stuff, making Sam to walk away faster.

Danny and Ember walked over to Tucker, who was standing at Madam Babazita's Mystical Oddities booth.

The old gypsy women, Madam Babazita asked Tucker who was checking what she had for sale "Like what you see, young man? We have many interesting items. Including genie bottles."

Tucker picks one of the genie bottles and took a look at it. Though Tucker was somehow interested, he politely declined "Hmmm, I don't think so." He puts the bottle down "Thanks anyway."

They spotted Kitty and Johnny, being in line before a hotdog stand. Danny and Ember had the same thing in mind and walked over to the hotdog stand. Tucker was about to follow, but he then spots Sam being a bit frustrated, so he decided to check on her.

Sam, trying to control herself of seeing Danny and Ember romantically, grabbed a teddy bear from a booth that sold toys and squeezed it hard.

"Sam? You okay?" Tucker asked as he walked up to her.

Sam glanced at Tucker "What? Of course I'm okay! Why wouldn't I?! What's to be worried about anyway!? I'm okay! You okay?!" her way of trying to hide her emotions made her eye twitch while forming a big fake smile.

Tucker had never seen Sam like this. But figuring that this had something to do with Danny and Ember being a couple made him to ask "Is this about Danny and Emily being together?"

Sam squeezed the teddy bear even harder, nearly ripping it apart while laughing "What?! Of course not! Why wouldn't I?! There… perfectly made for each other! I'm happy for them! I'M MORE THAN HAPPY FOR THEM!" she nearly yelled as she panted and ripped the teddy bear in two.

Tucker raised an eyebrow "Sam. Are you jealous?"

Snapping herself out of it, Sam denied it instantly "WHAT?! Me? Jealous?! Yeah right."

Tucker crossed his arms as he shook his head "Sam, just drop the act. I know that the real reason you left all of the sudden last night from the disco is because you saw Danny and Ember kissing on the dance floor and now you're angry at yourself for not telling Danny what you feel for him."

Sam threw away the torn teddy bear, keeping denying her jealously and walked away "I don't know what you're talking about! Just leave me alone!"

Tucker became a bit worried as how this was going "Why do I have this sudden feeling that this is going to become a big problem?"

Back at the hotdog stand, when Danny, Ember, Kitty and Johnny 13 all had some and Johnny paid for their food, Danny asked his two new ghost friends as he puts some mustard on his hotdog "So? Found anything interesting for your new apartment?"

Kitty nodded as she held up a big bag filled with all kinds of new stuff for their new place "Sure thing. I can't believe that people want to sell things that are still good to use?"

"Guess that what flee markets are for." Danny answered. And then asked "What about the other stuff that you guys picked out in the shops?"

Johnny answered as they took a bite from their hotdogs "There moved into to the place already, thanks to Sam's connections. I got to admit, having a friend who's family is filthy rich does have its good sides."

Then Ember asked them "But… how are you guys going to live off of the budget you get from Sam yesterday? I mean, after having paying for newly painted walls, floors, furnitures, renovating the kitchen and putting all kinds of other stuff in your place, my guess is that the money you still have left is only enough for at least a few months."

Clearly, Kitty and Johnny 13 hadn't thought that one through. Kitty was thinking of a solution and suggested to her boyfriend "I… don't like to say this but… Embe- I MEAN… Emily's got a point." Kitty quickly corrected by calling Ember by her other name "Guess we need to look for a job."

Johnny 13 didn't liked the idea of finding a job "C'mon, seriously?! Maybe if we ask Sam nicely, she could-"

Kitty dismissed that idea "No, Johnny. We're not going to tread our friend, who provided us a place to live, like somebody who grows money on her back and gives it away to everyone. And it's a good cover for Emily for us to…" she looked around, being sure nobody could hear what she was going to say and whispered "…act like we're her parents."

Defeated, Johnny now knew that his girlfriend was right. He sighed "Fine. I guess we need to look for a job." But then he smirked as he placed his arm around Kitty's thy and held her close "But for now, let's just enjoy our time here in the human world."

Kitty formed a small smile and kissed her boyfriend as they walked away, with Danny and Ember following while eating their hotdogs.

At that same moment, a young mother and her toddler daughter, who had a balloon tied around her wrist, walked past them in the opposite direction. The little girl spots the lady that serves cotton candy to her costumers and begged her mother while pointing to the snack stand "Please, Mommy! Please, Mommy, can I have some cotton candy, please, please, please, please?"

However, her mother said as they continued walking while holding her daughter's arm "I think you've had enough sugar today."

While still being dragged by her mother, as they walked past Babazita's booth, the toddler girl begged while reaching out for the cotton candy "I want it! I want it! I want it!" her balloon string catches on the genie bottle that Tucker first took a look at it and knocked it over to the ground, breaking it, and a green mist rises up.

Babazita looks in shock as she looks up how the green mist above her took shape, now realizing that there was REALLY a genie in the bottle.

The green mist took shape of a tall, slim, green-skinned female genie-ghost with red eyes and very long beautiful black hair and had a ghostly tail. She wears purple lipstick, a blue headband and a purple necklace. Her outfit consists of Arabian attire which includes a blue strapless crop top with purple trim, along with a metallic purple belt with a blue jewel in the center, which hangs over her tail.

Feeling free after being kept inside the genie bottle for so long, a big smile formed on the female ghost's face. She looked down at the toddler girl and spoke "And your heart's desire is my command." She transforms into a green mist again and flies off.

While Danny was enjoying his girlfriend's company while he wiped his nose, his warning ghost sense goes, warning him of a ghost nearby! He stops and turns around to see the genie-ghost materialize near the snack stand and used her powers to grant to toddler girl's wish by causing the cotton candy machine to overload, spewing cotton candy into the sky and all over the swap meet and the people, causing them to flee in panic!

The toddler girl looks back and instantly cheers up as she saw so much cotton candy "Cotton can-" but the cotton candy tsunami drowned her last line off.

While the cotton candy continues to flood the entire flee market, Kitty, Johnny, Ember and Danny looked in shock of what just happened, while Sam quickly climbed to the top of a booth of a cheap dentist.

"What the heck!?" Johnny said as he looked at the genie-ghost that summoned a huge cotton candy tsunami "Who the hell is that?"

Neither Kitty and Ember had any idea. Seeing that they couldn't just stand here and do nothing, Ember told her boyfriend "We've got to do something, babypop."

Danny gave a nod while looking around to make sure no one was watching them and called "We're going ghost!" as Danny transformed into his ghost form, Danny Phantom, Ember clicked on the Fenton logo of her human disguiser belt and transformed back to her ghost form.

Danny and Ember flew up to face the genie-ghost, while Kitty and Johnny quickly became intangible to avoid being swallowed up by the cotton candy wave.

As the floated up to the genie-ghost, Ember asked her as she stood ready to whatever this new foe had up her sleeves "Never seen you before in the Ghost-Zone. Who are you?" the ghost heroine demanded to know.

With a smile, the female genie-ghost answered "I am Desiree. Granter of anyone's deepest desires." Desiree then asked both Danny and Ember friendly "What is your wish?"

"That's none of your business, Candy Pants." Danny said as he wasn't going to reveal this genie-ghost, introducing herself as Desiree, what his greatest desire is.

Ember gave a nod "Yeah. And by the way, my greatest wish has already come true." She added with a sweet smile to her boyfriend, who blushed when Ember said that.

Desiree was first confused, but figured there must be something else they wanted and reached her hand to Ember's chest "Come now, child. Surely there must be something…"

Danny immediately flew between Ember and Desiree "Hey, get away from my girlfriend before… I..I…" he suddenly felt there was a big sneeze coming up "Aa… haaa…!"

Confused, Desiree asked "What? You got a wish?" she hopefully smiled.

"Haaa… AAAACH… OOOOO!" as Danny sneezed out loud, he accidentally shoots a big ghost ray at Desiree, sending her into the distance while the force of his sneeze made him crashing down into a pile of cotton candy!

Ember gasped in shock "Danny!" and flew down to help him.

Sam saw the whole thing and climbed down the dentist booth "Danny!"

But as Sam was about to go and help him, Ember had already helped her boyfriend out of the cotton candy, much to Sam's annoyance.

"Are you okay?" Ember asked worriedly.

Danny had transformed back to his human form while he rubbed his head "Uuuh… yeah, I'm okay." But then sneezed again "Achoo!"

Johnny and Kitty walked over to him, while Tucker asked as he removed the cotton candy of himself "Dude, what the hell was that? A ghost sneeze attack?"

Danny shook his head "Nah. I probably got something in my nose. That's all."

Kitty then asked "But… what kind of a ghost was that?"

Johnny agreed "Yeah, man. I don't remember that there was a genie-ghost wandering around in the Ghost-Zone. You think it's a new kind of a ghost?" he wandered.

Ember wasn't so sure "I don't know. But if we ever see her again, we better stop her before she does any more damage than just a cotton candy tiddle wave."

Danny agreed as he said "Right, we should go into the city and… an… ACHOO!" he sneezed again.

Sam had just joined them and said, doubting of Danny's condition "Danny, I think you got more than just a cold. Maybe you should go home and take some rest?"

Danny however dismissed it "Don't worry, guys. I'm fine. Really." he then sniffs "I'll be fine in a couple of hours. You'll see." Danny said as his friends shouldn't be too worried about him.

That same evening, at the Casper High Football Field…

Sam and Ember (in her human disguise) were sitting in the bleachers. Kitty and Johnny 13 (also in their human disguises) joined them as Johnny said while taking a sip of his soda as he sat down "Aaaah. Nothing's better than enjoying some good old High School Football match. Reminds me back when we were alive." He said while smiling to Kitty, while whispering the word 'alive'. Kitty smiled back and shoved close to Johnny, remembering those moments too when they were still alive and had started dating.

Sam wandered what Kitty and Johnny's lives were before they became ghosts, but instead she asked "Has anyone seen Danny yet? I thought he was coming too?"

Neither Johnny 13 or Kitty had a clue, but because of Ember's mental bond with Danny, she could sense he wasn't feeling well and began to feel worried for him. Just then, she could feel that he was nearby.

"Hi… sorry I'm late…" a hoarse voice said. All four looked and were a bit shocked to see it was Danny, having wrapped himself with a blanket and looked sick. He sneezed as he sat down next to Ember "ACHOO! Did I… miss anything…?" he then sneezed another time "ACHOO!"

Ember then asked her sick boyfriend "My God, babypop you haven't improved anything at all."

Kitty agreed to what Ember said "Yeah, Danny, you're as sick as a dog."

Johnny 13 gave a nod "Maybe you should've stayed home, dude?"

Danny ensured him as he spoke with his hoarse voice "Oh, would you guys… ACHOO! …relax. It's just a cold."

Right at that moment, Tucker, wearing the Casper High Ravens mascot costume runs on the field and jumps around as the announcer called "And now, everybody, here they are, your very own Casper High Ravens!"

The football team runs onto the field, trampling Tucker and causing the costume's beak to fall off. Tucker grunted in pain as he got up and tried to reattach the mascot's beak.

The friend-group felt sorry for Tucker. With Kitty asking "Uhm… somebody fill me in of why Tucker wanted to become the school's mascot?"

Sam answered "Probably because he thinks he can be close to the cheerleaders and flirt with them." however, she then glanced at the now sick looking Danny and suggested "Danny, you don't have to be here if you're feeling too sick."

Danny sniffs as he said with a little smile "It's okay. I'm here to support Tucker… (sniffs) …he would've done the same if I decided to become the school's mascot." He then gave a flirty smile to his girlfriend "But mostly… (sniffs) because I wanted to be here with you…"

Ember gave a sweet smile as she rubbed his shoulder "Oh, Babypop, you don't have to be here just for me."

Sam then wanted to suggest "Maybe you should go home when-"

But stopped as Danny only focused on Ember who said "Just promise me you go home and stay there till you're rested, okay? For me?"

Danny sighed as he smiled to Ember "Okay Em… I promise…" Ember gave him a tissue, so Danny could wipe his nose.

Sam frowned at Ember as she clenched her fist really tight 'Goddamn you, Ember! You fucking bitch!' the goth mentally thought as her jealousy got the better of her.

Kitty had noticed Sam's changing attitude and began to look worried.

As the referee blew his whistle, the game started. As the opposing team kicks off the ball, Dash, quarterback of the Casper High Raven's manages to catch it, but is then immediately tackled by the entire other team.

As time passed by, Dash was mostly being tackled by a large portion of the opposing team, giving the Raven's a disadvantage and were slowly losing the game.

Johnny 13 crossed his arms, being disappointed at how badly the Casper High Raven's were playing "This is pathetic. My grandma can score a touchdown better than those guys."

Danny too was trying to enjoy the game, but his sickness made him to feel down. Sam tried to be there for him and grabbed something out of her bag "Here Danny, maybe this'll-"

But was interrupted when Ember came back, holding a plastic cup with some tea and gave it to Danny as she sat next to him "Here, take this. It'll make you feel better."

Danny appreciated it as he took the hot cup with part of his blanket and took a small sip. He smiled at Ember "Thanks…"

Sam frowns as she puts her bag down and crossed her arms, looking back down the field.

While the coach of the Raven's called for a time-out, Tucker ran across the field with his mascot suit and jumped in high spirits, while also trying to impress the cheerleaders.

Paulina frowned at Tucker's attempt to impress either her or the other cheerleaders and threw a cup of drink into Tucker's face and walked away "Loser."

Tucker looked down in sadness.

While the other cheerleaders followed Paulina example and walked away, Star was the only one who looked back at Tucker and felt pity for him.

Dash was in a huddle with his teammates, discussing what to do next as they were now far behind the opposite team in points.

"What are we going to do now, Dash?" Kwan asked "How are we going to beat them with only 15 minutes left? We're gonna have to score a lot of touchdowns if we want to win this game."

Dale agreed with Kwan "I agree."

Dash felt irritated as they'd performed so well these last few months "Man, I wish I could turn into somekind of monster who could crush these guys singlehanded."

A green mist above the field suddenly appeared, materializing into Desiree. She smiled as she'd heard Dash's wish and casts out her hand "Your wish is my command." And sended a green mist over Dash.

The mist causes Dash to mutate into a giant green monster, which rips his uniform in the process! Dash roars at a teammate, who screams and runs away

Danny, Ember, Sam, Johnn, Kitty and Tucker had noticed it and looked surprised of what had happened to Dash. Then, Danny's warning ghost sense went off and both he and Ember see Desiree, who flies off, being satisfied of granting another wish "Oh no…! ACHOO!" Danny said worriedly before sneezing again.

The now Dash turned monster passes the ball down the field so fast, it catches on fire from friction! Dash growls an runs to catch up the ball and catches it himself as he slammed passed the opposite team without any effort and slams the football into the end zone, cracking it as he scored a touchdown!

The two announcers in the announcers' booth looked in surprise, thinking that one of the players had trained very well, the black-haired announcers said through his speaker "Wow! It looks like those high-protein breakfasts are really paying off!"

As Tucker ran over to his friends, Sam said in near shock "Holy shit! Dash is a beast!"

Dash roars, showing his power of winning the game on his own.

"And getting beastier." Danny said.

Ember nodded as she stood up determent "He must be running on ghost power. I need to get close to remove it fast, before Dash will tear down the entire football field."

Danny slowly stood up, wanting to help his girlfriend "Yeah… let's go and… and… AAA… AAACHOO!" his sneeze causes him to fall backwards on his seat.

Ember rubbed Danny's hair, telling her boyfriend "No, you're too sick to do anything, Danny. I'll handle this." she planted a kiss on his head before running to somewhere she could transform "I'll be back soon."

Dash lines up with the other players for the snap. The opposite team and Dash' teammates looked in shock of how hulked up Dash looked like.

Ember ran behind the bleachers and looked around to be sure she was alone before pressing the Fenton logo on her belt and transformed into her ghost form, and became invisible as she flew over the football field.

The Dash monster growled as he called "Fifteen! Twenty-five! Three two!"

Ember floats up invisibly over Dash. She holds her nose as the ghost energy inside Dash was very strong "Whoa! Ghost energy's pretty strong. But hopefully, ripe for the picking." Ember phases her hand into the back of Dash's head, pulling out a green indistinct ghost with a head shaped like Dash's, out of Dash's body and flies off with it.

Dash looked with surprise as hie body began to shrink back to his normal size and color, leaving him dazed "Uhh… hike?" his teammate snaps him the ball and runs off, with the opposing team tackling Dash to the ground, again.

Ember dragged the green indistinct ghost back behind the bleachers and took out the Fenton Thermos "Into the thermos you go, pal." And sucked the ghost into the Thermos before closing it, having captured the ghost that looked nearly like Dash.

As Ember landed on the ground and reactivated her human disguise belt, she spotted Danny, now in his ghost form, going slowly intangible through the bleachers before becoming tangible again and asked in his hoarse voice "Hey, Em… you need any… help- aaa… AAA… ACHOO!" Danny sneezed hard, making him fall on the ground as he transformed back to his human form.

Ember gasped as she ran over to her boyfriend "Babypop!" as she helped him up, she felt his forehead, feeling very warm "Oh God, you have a fever."

Danny apologized as he wiped his nose "I'm sorry, Em… I just… ACHOO! …just wanted to help you… ACHOO!"

Sam had run behind the bleachers, holding Danny's tea "Danny, here's your-"

But Ember walked away with Danny as she puts his blanket back over him and held her arm around his shoulder "Come. I bring you home."

As they left Sam in a sad state, she suddenly bursts into anger as she throws Danny's tea to the floor "GODDAMN YOU, EMBER!" she panted as her jealousy had made her even more angrier.

Kitty had seen Sam being like that and asked as she walked to her "Sam, are you angry at Ember for having Danny?"

Shocked, Sam glanced at Kitty in a denying way "What?! No no no no no, I'm not jealous! What makes you say that!? Who told you?! DID TUCKER TALK TO YOU THAT I'M MAD AT EMBER FOR STEALING DANNY FROM ME!?"

Kitty crossed her arms while still looking at Sam "Tucker didn't. But you just did."

Sam was even more shocked as her cover was blown 'Oh crap!'

Kitty then asked the goth girl "Sam, are you in love with Danny too?"

Seeing that there was no excuse left to deny it, Sam sighed and said "Yes… I am. I've been in love with him for a long time and… I wanted to tell him, I really do! But then Ember was making out with him on the dancefloor and…" tears formed in her eyes as she became sad "How could Ember do this to me? Danny and I were supposed to be together."

"But… does Ember know that you have a crush for Danny?"

"Uhmmm… not exactly." Sam said in an awkward way.

Kitty tried to calm Sam as she placed her hand on Sam's shoulder "Then how was she supposed to know that you had a thing for Danny too? It's not her fault that she and Danny are in love with each other."

Sam then became angry and pushed Kitty away from her "LIAR! Ember knows damn well that me and Danny were supposed to be together… just… JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!" and Sam ran away, being both angry and sad while tears fell from her cheeks.

Kitty looked with worry as Sam disappeared into a street. She had to think of something that this thing will not ruin Sam and Ember's friendship while also preventing that Sam will destroy Ember's relationship with Danny.

An half hour later, Fenton Works…

As Ember walked to the front door, while holding Danny's arm, Danny apologized to his girlfriend as he sniffed "I'm sorry, Em. Maybe I should have stayed home. ACHOO!" and sneezed again.

Just as Ember wanted to say to her boyfriend that it was alright, Jazz opened the front door. Both Danny and Ember looked surprised as Jazz was wearing a yellow protective suit.

"What the hell are you wearing?" Ember asked Danny's sister.

"Oh this? This is a protective suit, Emily. Prevents me from getting sick too since my parents are both having the flu." Jazz stated. But then she was shocked to see her brother sick too "Oh my gosh, Danny. Not you too."

Jazz and Ember both brought Danny to his room, letting him rest on his bed. While Jazz went out to get something, Ember covers Danny with the bed cover and said softly "You just take your rest."

Danny sniffed while he smiled "Thanks, Em…" then he looked a bit sad "I wish I could kiss you right now… but I don't want to get you sick too…"

Ember chuckled as she stroke his cheek.

Jazz then came back into the room, with a few bottles of water and lots of tissues "Here. This should be enough for some time. You need to drink a lot of water, Danny."

With his hoarse voice, Danny gave a nod "Thanks, Jazz… but I… just want to sleep… ACHOO! …right now."

Jazz and Ember both nodded, with Ember stroking Danny's hair and said with a smile "Talk to you soon." Danny gave a nod and went to sleep as Ember and Jazz went out of his room.

While Ember walks with Jazz through the hallway, Ember noticed that Jazz had put a lot of protection in her room, in order to prevent her from getting the flu. She narrowed her eyes at Jazz and asked "Uhm, Jazz? Isn't this a little… overdone?"

Jazz ensured as she opens her now protective door "Because I'm a straight 'A' student, I cannot afford to become sick if I want to go to Harvard or Yale. And besides, I've never become sick, and I want to keep it that way." As she steps into her room she said to Ember "I think it's better if you leave now. I don't want to get any germs." And closed the door.

Ember just shrugged and walked down to the basement lab.

When Ember entered, she was a bit surprised why there was a bit tent in the middle of the lab and some kind of a an Indian dream catcher that had strings that glowed green.

Inside the tent, Jack was sneezing out loud as he asked "Who's that? Somebody out there?" Jack and Maddie look out from the entryway of their tent. Both were looking sick and sweated a lot.

Though Ember now had a clue how Danny got so sick, she said to Jack and Maddie "Hi Mr. and Mrs. Fenton. Uhm… am I interrupting something?"

Maddie sniffs as she answered with a hoarse voice "Oh… hi Emily. Jack and I are just purifying ourselves of negative ghost energy."

Ember then noticed that Maddie was wearing a thick, metallic sliver belt with and a metallic circular buckle with a green keyhole. She asked, wandering what it was "What kind of belt is that you're wearing, Mrs. Fenton?"

Maddie sniffs while taking a key out of her pocket and unlocked the belt as she showed it to Ember "Oh this…? It's a new invention of ours." She handed it over to Ember, who took it.

Jack nodded as he added "It's called… (sniffs) … the Fenton Spector Deflector. It works like a ghost shield for the person who wears it, even weakening a ghost that comes to contact with the person who wears it."

While Jack cleaned his nose with a tissue, he also told "And that thing behind you is the Fenton Ghost Catcher. It's like an Indian dream catcher, expect it expunges ghosts and not dreams, you see. ACHOO!"

Ember however told them, knowing that Jack and Maddie couldn't have possible be infected with negative ghost energy "I don't want to be pessimistic or anything, but you guys might just have a flu. It doesn't have to be a ghost flu."

Jack and Maddie glanced at each other for a moment, before they walk together out of the lab, with Jack saying "I remember when I was that naïve."

Once Jack and Maddie were gone, Ember took a look at the Spector Deflector and figured "Hmmm. Could be helpful for either Sam or Tucker. I'm gonna hold on to this." she said as she puts the metallic belt in her bag.

She then took a look at the Fenton Ghost Catcher, but walked to the Fenton Portal while rolling her eyes "Yeah, right. Clearing negative ghost energy with that?" she then takes the Fenton Thermos and inserts it into a panel connected to the Portal "Time for you to go home."

As the contents of the thermos emptied out, the Dash ghost gets suck into the portal while screaming, being sended into the Ghost-Zone.

With a smile, Ember pressed the logo on her Human Disguiser and transformed back into her ghost form, and became intangible as she flew up the ceiling, leaving the Fenton's residence.

While Danny tried to sleep, he then reminded himself about something. Slowly, he reached out to his bedside table and opened the small drawer. In it, was the golden class ring with a blue-green stone that his father gave to him a few days ago. Danny smiled at it, thinking he should give it to Ember. But because he was sick now, he figured he should wait till he was recovered. He puts the ring back in the drawer and closed it before going back to sleep.

Meanwhile, back at the now emptied Football Field…

Tucker, who was still wearing the raven mascot suit, hanged upside-down at the goalpost. He frowned as he crossed his arms while saying sarcastically to himself "Fill in for the mascot, they said. You'll meet cheerleaders, they said. Man, if I'd known that those jocks would put their frustrations at the mascot for losing a football match, I would've never signed myself in for this."

A group of jocks with baseball bats walks up to Tucker, with one saying to Dash "Look what we got for you, Dash. A raven piñata."

Dash smirked as he held up his baseball bet "Nice. I need to blow off some steam for losing the game. Let's hit him till the candy comes out." He finishes with a smirk.

Tucker became afraid of how badly Dash and his friends were gonna hurt him.

But as Dash and his friends were about to smack the shit out of Tucker, all the baseball bats suddenly glowed green by some ghost energy and flew up, right on top of Dash and his jock friends, making them look in shock and confusion.

"Bullies!" a familiar voice sounded before all the possessed baseball bats started to smack Dash and his friends hard!

"AAAAH! The school is bewitched!" Dale said in panic.

"Run for your lives!" Dash yelled before being smacked a black eye and ran away with his friends, still being hit by the possessed bats as they tried to escaped them.

Tucker looked confused at what just happened. Just then, the ghost of Sidney Poindexter appeared before Tucker and started to untie him "You okay?" Poindexter asked.

But before Tucker could say anything, he fell down after being untied and hit the ground. As he raised himself, Tucker answered "Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks Poindexter."

Since Danny and Ember's little conversation with the ghost of Sidney Poindexter, the nerd ghost had been more careful when it came to punish the real bullies and help the victims in need of trouble.

As Tucker took off the mascot suit he asked Poindexter who floated down to him "How did you manage to get out of the school anyway? I thought you could only 'haunt' the A-listers inside?"

Poindexter shrugged as he stated with pride "That's what I was thinking too, but apparently because the football team is part of the school grounds, I can roam around here too and give those bullies a smack on their buts if I have to."

That impressed Tucker "Nice." He then glanced at the mascot suit, saying "I better bring this back. Thanks again Poindexter."

Poindexter smiled as he said "No problem. Whenever there is a single nerd in need, I shall be there."

Tucker then raised an eyebrow at him "Hey, who're you calling a nerd?"

A few hours later, inside Johnny 13 and Kitty's apartment…

While Johnny 13 was taking a shower, Kitty was lying on their bed while reading a book, using a little light next to her. Kitty then sighed as she had to talk with Johnny about Sam's behavior lately.

As Johnny came out of the bathroom and was wearing now his undergarment, Kitty asked him "Uhm… Johnny? I need to talk to you about something."

Johnny sat next to her, wandering what his girlfriend wanted to talk about "What is it?"

Kitty placed her book on her bedside table and said "It's about Sam. I just figured out back at the football match that she's in love with Danny too and is now extremely jealous at Ember for being in a relationship with him."

That surprised Johnny 13 "Sam? With Danny?" he began to think "I never imagined."

Kitty then told her worries "Johnny, I fear that if we don't do something, Sam could possibly do something that would be devastating to us all."

"What are you talking about? Sam isn't like she would do anything that would destroy Danny and Ember's relationship." But then he worriedly asked "Does she?"

Kitty shook her head "I don't know. Sam is a good person and helped us a lot, even providing us a place to live. But… what if she does something that she'll regret?"

Johnny wanted to say that they shouldn't be too worried about it. But not wanting to upset his girlfriend, he suggested "Maybe… we could take her out, together with Ember, and see if we could ease it up? Taking them to a movie, or something?"

Seeing that this could work, Kitty gave a shrug "It's worth a shot."

Then, Johnny held her close to him and asked with a flirty smile "Now… why don't we enjoy the night a bit more?"

Kitty giggled "Johnny… I thought you were too tired after helping all day?"

"I can make some time… for you…"

Kitty formed a sweet smile as he pulled him closer and seductively said "Then what are you waiting for? Take me now." The both of them embraced in a passionate kiss while Kitty covered themselves with the blanket and began to giggle as she and her boyfriend were about to make love.

The next day, at the movie theater…

When school was finished and Ember had brought Danny's homework, she, Sam and Tucker met with Johnny 13 and Kitty at the movie theater. Sam had been distancing herself from Ember the entire day, not wanting to talk to the ghost girl who stole the guy she likes.

While all stood in line to buy tickets to the new horror movie 'Dead Teacher IV', Ember wandered what was bothering Sam so much these past few days as she was frowning while holding her arms crossed, so she asked her "Is something bothering you, Sam?"

Surprised, Sam glanced at Ember, but then looked at some movie poster, not wanting to look at Ember "Hmmm, I don't know. Maybe because of something that happened recently. At Disco Paradise."

Ember raised an eyebrow "What do you mean something that happened at Disco Paradise?"

Kitty knew instantly that Sam was probably going to explode as she saw how Sam was boiling, so after buying the movie tickets, she said enthusiastically "Alright! Let's go see some horror!"

All went inside, while Sam kept watching a movie poster of the new upcoming romantic movie 'Around the world for you', with a man holding a young women close as they were so in love. Sam became sad, imagining herself being like that, if only Ember hadn't ruined it.

"Uhm, Sam?" Tucker asked as he snapped his fingers in front of Sam's face, bringing her back to earth.

Sam winked her eyes before glancing at Tucker while a tear formed in her eye "Huh? Oh sorry, Tucker. I got… distracted." She quickly wiped away the tear and too went inside.

Tucker glanced for a few seconds at the movie poster that Sam was watching, before he shook his head and joined his friends, knowing that Sam is got to snap out of it and try to accept that Danny and Ember are now together.

Kitty tried to keep up the mood by buying the snacks "Who wants popcorn? I'll buy a lot for everyone." And went to buy extra large popcorn for all her friends.

Johnny, who just went along with Kitty attempt to ease things up between Sam and Ember, told Sam and Tucker "You know, I'm surprised that they've revived 'Dead Teacher' and have made a third sequel so far. I mean, the original from 1976 wasn't even that good."

Tucker gave a shrug "Beats me. Apparently, Dead Teacher II from 6 years back had done it so good in the box office that fans begged for another sequel."

Johnny 13 seemed to understand and said while scratching his head "Well… I just hope it won't be that confusing as I hadn't even seen part 2 and 3 yet."

Ember ensured Johnny "Not to worry. If something's confusing, me and Sam can explain it to you as we've seen part 2 and 3 back at her place. Right Sam?" she asked the goth girl.

Sam seemed to have been calmed down a bit, and just gave a small nod "Uhm… yeah, sure." she then asked Ember, trying to hide her jealousy "Say, had any luck last night of capturing that genie-ghost Desiree that had flooded the Swap Meet with candy cotton?"

Ember however shook her head "I've been trying to capture her last night while on patrol, but with Danny being sick and Desiree had created some trouble for me to handle of granting other people wishes, she escaped. I have no idea where she is now." Then Ember thought of something that could provide at least Sam some cover. Ember took out the Spector Deflector from her bag and placed it around Sam's waist "Here, put this on. And if you want to ask what it is, it's the Fenton Spector Deflector, what creates some kind of protection for the one that wears it against ghost attacks."

Sam looked down at the steel belt, forming a smile, as she was thankful for it "Oh… thanks Ember."

"You're welcome." Ember said before she went to check her cellphone, feeling she wanted to be sure that Danny was alright, as she could feel through their mental link how sick he is "I've got to see how Danny has been doing so far. I'll be right back." And walked out for a moment as she dialed in Danny's phone number.

Sam instantly felt her jealousy rising. Without saying a word, she followed Ember from a little distance so she could hear Ember's conversation with Danny. She placed a magazine in front of her, like she was hiding from Ember. But Ember was clearly more focused on calling her boyfriend.

After waiting for 15 seconds, Danny answered the phone and said "Yeah… hello? ACHOO!"

"Hi babypop. It's me. How are you feeling?" Ember asked concerned.

Danny sighed as he answered "Still the same, Em. Man… I hate being sick- AAACHOO!"

Ember then softly said "Hang in there, Danny. We'll come and visit you once the movie is over. You want us to bring you anything?

Danny sniffed over the phone, ensuring his girlfriend "No, no, it's okay. Don't bother. Jazz is taking pretty good care of me."

Over the phone, Ember could hear Jazz walked into Danny's room. Jazz gave Danny a bowl of chicken soup "Here you go, Danny. This chicken soup will make feel better. It's grandma's recipe."

Danny was grateful for the soup "Thanks… Jazz." He then said through the phone once Jazz was gone "I… I gotta go Em. Sorry."

Ember formed a small smile, understanding he needs some rest "It's okay, babypop. I'll see you later."

"Okay…. And Ember?"

"Yes?"

"I… I love you…- ACHOO!"

Ember felt that was so sweet of him to say that "Awww. I love you too, babypop."

After Sam heard Ember and Danny say those words, her rising angry made her to tear the magazine she was holding in two! She then marched away, trying to hold back her tears. Ember had noticed Sam marching away and went after her to check if she was okay.

Kitty had seen Sam too and it made her looked worried. As she handed over two of the large popcorn's to Johnny, Kitty went after Sam, while Johnny had trouble by holding all 5 large popcorn.

Johnny nearly tripped and said quietly "Shadow, help me with this." and Shadow appeared, holding up some popcorn while being invisible. Johnny sighed in relief and walked over to where Tucker was playing an arcade game.

Not far away from Tucker and Johnny 13, two teenage girls were admiring a Sayanora Pussycat movie standee. Clearly they were fans of the Anime cat character, with the red haired girl saying "Oh my gosh! I can't wait for the Sayanora Pussycat movie. I want to see it so bad!"

Her Afro-American friend nodded as she added "Oh my gosh, I know. Isn't she so cute?"

As the two girls walked away, the genie-ghost Desiree phased through a wall, looking for another person to grant their wish. She spots Paulina, who walked over to the same standee and admired it too.

"Sayonara Pussycat is so cute! Why can't I be that popular?" Paulina said with a big smile, wishing she was as popular as the anime cat.

Desiree had heard Paulina's desire and casts a green mist over Paulina, who starts to glow green, changing into a cute, small anime version of herself.

"Hey everybody!" Anime Paulina called, making everyone turn in shock "What do you think of me?" Anime Paulina said in her new sweet and cute voice as she floated in the air.

The whole crowd, being enchanted by Anime Paulina's cuteness, called out to her while smiling "We love you, Paulina!"

Anime Paulina then started to walk around the movie theater while the crowd followed her "Look at me! I'm so cute and cuddly and ever-so-wonderful! Don't you think?"

"We agree! We love you, Paulina!" the crowd called out.

Tucker and Johnny had seen it happening, with the both of them confused "What the? Wasn't she a normal girl just now?" Johnny asked.

Tucker then spotted Desiree, going intangible as she went into a movie room "It's that genie-ghost. She must have something to do with this." Tucker then took the Fenton Thermos out of his pocket and ran to where Desiree was going. Johnny went after him.

As Sam walked into the girls bathroom, she unleashed her frustration and punched a mirror so hard that it shattered and yelled "GODDAMN YOU, EMBER!"

Ember ran into the girls bathroom, having heard Sam being angry. But seeing how Sam broke the mirror, she was even more confusion of what was going on with her friend "Sam? What's going on? Why did you-"

With tears flowing from her eyes, Sam glanced at Ember while being both angry and sad "How could you, Ember!? How could you do this to me?!"

Ember had no idea what Sam's problem was as she raised an eyebrow "What are you talking about?"

"YOU KNOW DAMN WELL WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT EMBER! How could you!? How could you steal Danny from me?! He was supposed to be with me!"

Kitty then ran in, but seeing that the damage was already done, she felt that this thing would escalate any moment

"I stole Danny from you?! What are you-" that was when Ember realized what Sam was talking about and what was bothering her the whole time "Wait. You're in love with Danny too?!"

Sam's tears fell from her cheeks, unleashing all her emotions on her ghost friend "How could you Ember?! You were my friend… and you betrayed me, by stealing Danny from me!"

Then Ember became angry herself "What? I betrayed you?!"

Kitty tried to ease things "Hey, hey, hey, there's no reason to fight over this. Let's just take it easy and-"

Ember then glanced at Kitty first in confusion, but then with a bit of anger "You knew about this?!"

Kitty then sighed and admitted "I figured it out yesterday when Sam was emotionally angry and had accidentally told me herself."

Then Ember glanced back at Sam, saying "Sam, I never betrayed you or stole Danny from you! We both had feelings for each other and it… just happened. I didn't even knew that you had a crush on Danny as well."

"THAT'S NO EXCUSE!" Sam yelled.

"It is!" Ember fired back "And what do you mean that Danny was supposed to be with you?! I think dipstick can decide that for himself."

"It's because you influenced him ever since you arrived in Amity Park, huh!? Oh, I know, it's because you're a ghost and I'm not!"

As the emotional argument went on, Desiree phased through the wall and entered the girl's bathroom, seeing Sam on the brink of ending her friendship with Ember here and now.

Ember had enough of Sam's crap and started saying "Ugh! You really are a selfish bitch, you know that!"

"What?! I am a selfish bitch!?"

"Yes, every time when there is something going on that doesn't suit you, you always want to do anything to change it into your own liking! And any time when you does so, you make these fucking damn excuses that you want to make the world a better place for everyone, while you only want to make things better for yourself!"

Kitty tried to ease things up by trying to separate them "Ember, Sam, please, calm down!"

Sam however fried herself and asked in fury "Only make things better for myself?! I help people! Don't you see that!? Unlike you who uses her music for her own personal pleasure!"

Ember rolled her eyes "Ugh! Listen to yourself. This is the exact thing you do when lots of people disagree with your ideas or when you don't get your way! We have a big word to call someone like that: A FASCIST SPOILED BRAT!"

Sam gasped when Ember called her that, since her Jewish background. Her anger exploded as she grabbed Ember "YOU TAKE THAT BACK, RIGHT NOW!"

As the whole catfight escalated, Kitty tried everything she could to make them stop, but it was to no use. Both Sam and Ember punched, kicked and scratched each other throughout the girls bathroom! The fight was even so hard, that Ember lost her Human Disguise belt, making her to transform back into her ghost form

After a minute of fighting, Ember pinned Sam down to the floor, holding her while saying "Even though your actions may be noble, Samantha Manson, you still have a lot to learn to accept other people choices! Even that of Danny AND MINE!"

While Sam struggled to get loose, Sam yelled to her ghost friend "None of this would have ever happened if you hadn't showed up! I JUST WISHED YOU AND DANNY HAD NEVER MET!"

When Sam said her wish, Desiree appeared. Ember, Sam and Kitty gasped.

Tucker and Johnny 13 then stormed into the girls bathroom "Girls, look out! It's that genie-ghost, Desiree!" Tucker called.

Desiree kept smirking as she glanced at Sam and started waving her hand around "So you've wished it, so shall it be."

Johnny 13 reacted fast and told his shadow "Shadow, attack!" and Shadow quickly formed and lunges at Desiree, but it was too late as Desiree sweeps her hand and unleashed a beam of pink ghostly magic at both Sam and Ember!

Ember and Sam, both engulfed in a pink glow screamed as everyone fell backwards "AAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Sam held her eyes tight. But then, she slowly opened them, finding herself in the same girls bathroom, but Ember, Tucker, Johnny 13 and Kitty were gone. Confused, she looked around "Ember? Tucker? Kitty? Guys? Where are you?"

Then Desiree appeared before Sam.

Angrily, Sam demanded an answer from Desiree "Where are they? What did you do to them!?"

Desiree shrugged as she stated "I didn't, it was what you wished for. Remember?"

Sam looked in both shock and confusion "What I… wished for?" but she then realized what had happened. She wished that Ember and Danny had met, and it seems that Desiree had granted that wish "Oh no…"

That was when Desiree became confused as why Sam would still remember "Strange. You still seemed to remember your ghost friends." But then she shrugged "Ah well. My job here is done." She then became intangible and left the movie theater to find more people to grant wishes.

Sam quickly left the girls bathroom, but then was shocked to see the whole movie theater in ruin. Where just a minute ago were over a hundred people waiting to watch 'Dead Teacher IV', now it looked like nobody had been inside for some time or taken care of the place.

"What… what happened here?" Sam asked herself.

Just then, a shadowing figure appeared behind Sam. The goth girl turned in shock and saw that I was a purple monster like ghost.

He frowned as he glanced down at Sam "Get! Out! OF MY LAIR!"

Sam gasped as she made a run for it to the exit and got out just in time the monster ghost managed to grab her!

As Sam ran out of the movie theater, she shockingly gasped as she saw dozens of other ghosts roaming around Amity Park, attacking people or scaring them for the heck of it.

Suddenly, a large meat stream floated up the air as the Lunch Lady ghost called out to a group of fleeing hippies "Feel the wrath of my MEAT! GRRRRAAAAAAAAAH!"

Sam was shocked to see the Lunch Lady ghost that Danny and Ember had send back to the Ghost-Zone months ago "The Lunch Lady?"

She then looked the other way, spotting several ghosts who scared some people away before leaving with a smile on their faces and entered the Nasty Burger, making it clear to everyone that the fast-food joint was now their new lair.

Sam couldn't believe her eyes, many of the ghosts that Danny and Ember had captured and send back to the Ghost-Zone, now roamed free in the human world unopposed. She quickly grabbed her cellphone and scrolled down her contacts. But then… she noticed that Ember's number wasn't on her phone anymore "What…? Why is Ember's number not here?" she confusingly asked herself, before dialing in Danny's phone.

After a minute, Danny finally picked up the phone "Yeah… hello." Danny answered, not sounding sick anymore, but rather… depressed.

Sam was confused at first, but then said in a near panic "Danny, there are dozens of ghosts running amok in town! I know you're too sick right now, but you've got to do something, they-" but then, Danny hanged up "Danny? Hello?" she thought that maybe he hanged up and came to rescue the people in town.

Sam meanwhile tried to help some people to get to safety. But as the minutes went by, Danny was nowhere to be seen in his ghost form "Where the hell is he?!" she asked herself before deciding to dial Ember's number that she knew by heart. But as she dialed in, all she heard on the speaker was "This phone number does not exists. This phone number does not exists. This phone number does not exists."

Sam hanged up her phone "What the hell is going on here?" but then she thought of what Desiree said to her earlier "Wait… I wished for it?" she gasped in shock as she realized what was happening "Oh no. I wished that Danny and Ember would never have met. And Desiree must've made it so they would never meet!" but Sam was still confused to why Danny wasn't around to protect the people from the evil ghost "But… why would Danny not try and protect the town on his own?"

Sam had to go to the bottom of this and ran towards Danny's house.

As she arrived at Fenton Works, she quickly knocked on the front door. But no one answered, so Sam knocked even harder "Danny! Danny, are you home?! It's me, Sam!" Finally, after another minute, finally someone answered the door. Sam looked surprised that it was Danny, wearing his old regular clothes before he embraced his 'Rock'n'Roll self' and was looked rather depressed "Danny?"

"Oh… hey, Sam." Danny said with a sad voice.

Sam went inside, asking him "Why didn't you came to help the people from the evil ghosts?! You can't just leave them to the people to their fate!"

Danny sighed as he said "Sam… didn't I told you before? I'm never going to use my powers, ever again." This shocked Sam, as Danny told he refused to use his ghost powers "My powers have brought nothing but trouble to anyone."

Sam tried to get him back to his senses as she grabbed his collar "That's not true, Danny! You still have the power to stop them. Only you can-"

But Danny interrupted him as he said "Sam! I'm not going ghost anymore… ever. It didn't helped me, it didn't helped anyone!" then he looked down in sadness "…Not even Jazz…"

This confused Sam, not knowing what Danny's sister had to do with any of it. She then saw someone coming inside the living room. It was Danny's father, Jack, who too looked very depressed.

Danny asked him "And?"

Jack sadly shook his head "I'm sorry, Danny… we still can't get her free. No matter what me and your mother do… we can't get Jazz out of it."

As Jack walked up the stairs, wanting to be alone, Sam asked Danny worriedly "What's going on? What's going on with Jazz?!"

Danny now was confused as why Sam didn't remember it anymore "Have you forgotten?" he sighed as he brought her down the basement, into the lab.

The lab was very messy, like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. At a desk, Maddie was typing in things on her computer, that showed countless of some kind of calculations regarding the ghost portal and ectoplasm. Maddie looked tired, like she hadn't slept in days, which had started to take a toll on Danny's mother.

Danny walked over to his mom and placed his hand on her shoulder. Sadly she looked at her son.

"Mom? Can I… and Sam… be alone for a bit… with Jazz…?" Danny asked sadly.

Sam was now even more worried and started to get scared.

Maddie gave a sadly nod as she stood up from her chair "Yes… of course, dear…" and walked out of the lab.

Danny walked over to the genetic lock, pressing his thump on it, making the Ghost Portal to slowly open. As Sam looked at it, she gasped in shock to see Jazz, stuck in the greenish wormhole between the Ghost-Zone and the human world "Jazz…!"

Danny walked over to the portal, placing his hand on the barrier that kept Jazz from escaping "Hey, Jazz…"

Jazz sadly too placed her hand on the barrier as a tear fell from her eye, missing her family terribly, wishing she could just get out of her ectoplasmic prison and hug her brother like there was no tomorrow.

Sam was beginning to shake, asking Danny "Danny… what happened?"

Danny raised an eyebrow as he glanced at Sam "Have you forgotten? Jazz's body was switched with that of Johnny 13's girlfriend. And so now… my sister is stuck between here and the Ghost-Zone…" he finished while sadly looking back at Jazz, who too was sad.

Sam was shocked to hear this, remembering that Johnny's first plan was to free his girlfriend was to use Jazz as a new host for Kitty to use to escape the portal. But she didn't understand why Danny didn't tried to stop them, or help them in another way "But… Danny, why didn't you-"

"Stop them?" Danny asked before Sam did "I tried… but I failed…" Sam was even more shocked. Danny walked over to her and said "You were right all along, Sam. Fighting is never he answer…"

Sam couldn't believe her ears that Danny had given up on fighting. She held his shoulders, saying "Don't say that, Danny! You're the bravest and strongest boy I've ever known! You… can't give up on Jazz, or anyone else!"

Danny sighed as he looked down "I told you… I can't."

Sam was nearly getting angry as tears formed in her eyes, seeing Danny having giving up all hope "YES YOU CAN! What has happened to you?! You're not anymore the Danny I used to know. The one that would never give up on anyone or leave anyone to his fate." She nearly cried "You can't give up, Danny! Please…! I know you're stronger than this. Sure, things can go down for all of us, but that doesn't mean you have to give up on fighting ghosts… or saving your sister! Please, Danny… you have to fight back… for me."

Danny looked the other way depressed, not seeing any point of becoming ghost again. Sam had to try something and figured that because Ember was out of the picture… perhaps she could….

She held his face and kissed him. Sam was feeling some happiness in her, as she'd desired this moment for a long time. But… something wasn't right. Danny wasn't returning the same affection.

Slowly, Danny broke the kiss and sighed as he looked into her eyes "Sam… look… I know what you're trying to tell me, but it won't work. We've been over this already. And…" he then glanced back to the portal, looking at his sister while saying "…and I'm sorry, but… I only love you… like you're another sister to me…"

Sam's heart froze, not believing that Danny said those words. He never felt the same way for her as she'd hoped, not even after she 'accidentally' made that wish of him and Ember had never met. Tears formed in her eyes as she took some steps back… and then ran back upstairs, trying to hold herself from crying.

Danny watched her leaving, but then sighed as he looked down.

Jazz wanted desperately to be there for her brother, but the barrier prevented her from going to her brother and hugging him.

An hour later, at Sam's place…

Sam was crying in her bedroom, being rejected by the guy she liked. As tears still fell from her eyes, she looked at a picture with her, Tucker, Danny. She then looked at another picture of herself and Ember, having torn it in half when she'd seen Ember and Danny kissing at the disco.

In her mind, Sam felt responsible for all of this, but was also in denial as she said to herself "Why doesn't want anyone to understand that I want to make the world a better place? All my ideas would help them. And… Danny and me… we were suppose to be together." But then she became angry and denied her guiltiness as she threw away a pile of pictures "NO! I won't believe this! I am a good person! I am making the world a better place! WHY CAN'T PEOPLE-!?"

"Time out!" a voice sounded.

Suddenly, Sam freezes while screaming her lungs out, as if time itself had stopped. Behind her, a blue-white light flares in midair, turning into a clock hand that sweeps a blue disc of light into a being, forming a ghost with a pale glue face, with a scar across his left eye. He was wearing a violet cloak, had a clock-like mechanism embedded in his chest and carried a some-sort of time staff.

The ghost looked at the now time-frozen Sam and floated down at her. Setting his staff down to float in midair beside him, he pulls out a medallion on a ribbon out of his robeshaped like a gear with the entwines letters CW in the middle. He places the medallion around Sam's neck.

"-SEE THAT I'M TRYING TO HELP THEM!?" Sam yells the final words of her sentence, but is then confused of why everything seemed to have frozen "Huh? What happened?" she looked out the window, seeing the people, some ghosts and even the birds frozen like statues "What's going on?"

"I have stopped time itself." The ghost behind Sam answered. As she turns around, she gasps to see the purple-cloaked ghost. But the ghost ensured her "Only temporarily," He then changed into his elderly form, giving him a long beard "to give me the time I need to have a words with you, Samantha Manson. But it might be best if you come with me." He then swinged his time-staff and teleported himself and Sam somewhere else.

In a few seconds, Sam found herself in some sort of giant Clock-filled citadel. Sam then demanded to know "Who are you? And why have you brought me here?"

The ghost then introduced himself, while he switched to his child form "I am Clockwork, Master of Time and watcher of the timeline itself. And why you are here in my realm in the Ghost-Zone? It is because of your recent wish, granted by the genie-ghost Desiree."

This surprised Sam of where she was "The Ghost-Zone?" and walked to a big window, seeing the endless air of the Ghost Zone. She first looked with amaze, but was also feeling a big scared "Oh my God. So this is how the Ghost-Zone looks like."

The time ghost, Clockwork gave a shrug while switching into his adult form "This is but a small part of the endless realm of the ghosts. But I did not brought you here just to show you this, Samantha." Sam glanced at Clockwork, who stated with a serious face "Your selfish wish has caused a major disturbance in the timeline."

Sam then frowned as she crossed her arms "How was I suppose to know that that genie ghost was right there when I had a fight with Ember? I…" she then began to feel sad "…I was angry when I said those words." But then became angry again "But Ember took Danny from me and-"

"And what has that in the end brought you? Or the people that you care about?" Clockwork asked. Seeing that Sam didn't answer, Clockwork further said "Though you think that your ideology is noble and would help others, you refuse to look at yourself and what it damage it will cost, Samantha. But because I know that your stubbornness holds you from doing that, I brought you here to show it myself." He points at his viewscreen, showing images of Sam's past.

Sam walked up to the viewscreen, seeing her 5 year old self being dressed into a pink princess dress, what she really didn't liked.

Inside Sam's overly pinked room, her mother, Pam smiled bright at seeing her daughter in that dress "Oooow, Sammy-kins! You look so adorable."

Little Sam however narrowed her eyes of wearing this stupid dress, along with a pink tutu and a high princess' hat "Mommy, why do I have to wear these stupid dresses? Cannot I wear something… normal, like the other kids?"

"Aah, but Sammy-kins, you look so cute in it that I just can't give you other clothes. Wait right there, I pick my camera." Pam said before walking out of Sam's room.

Sam felt miserable of being forced to wear another one of those dresses that only her mother likes. Then, something snapped in Sam. She yelled her lungs out as she ripped the dress off of her! "AAAAAAAAAAH! THAT'S IT!" but seeing that when she ripped her princess dress off with such force, it was now just almost a normal t-shirt with a small skirt. Sam smiled at it "Ah. Better." She then looked around her room, hating everything about it. But then mischievously smiled, having something in mind to make the place a bit more interesting.

After 30 minutes, Pam returned with the camera in hand "Sorry it took that long, sweety. Now if you would just stand right-" but as Pam saw what happened to Sam's room, she gasped in shock. The pink walls were now a mixture of red, pink and black, all Sam's dolls ripped apart or being dressed in witches clothes and her dollhouse demolished. Sam was cutting all her dresses, making them a bit more 'normal' and a bit goth at the same time. She showed with a smirk to her mom her newly made clothes "Hey, mommy? What do you think of this?"

Pam screamed of what Sam had her daughter had done.

Watching herself standing up to her mother made her nearly laugh "Oooh, I nearly forgot how satisfying it felt of being normal for once."

"Did you now?" Clockwork asked "And what about the one that used to own the little dresses when she was a child. The one that wanted you to have them when you were born?"

Sam raised an eyebrow at Clockwork "My mom? Ha! Yeah, like I would feel bad for her that those ugly dresses belonged to-"

"I never said they belonged to your mother, Samantha." That confused Sam, as Clockwork, while changing into his elderly form showed Sam a different image "They used to belong to her. The only one in your family who did know what you were going through and did understand you." Showing the image of Sam's grandmother, Ida.

"…Grandma?"

The image shows Ida, holding one of the dresses that Sam ruined the other day. She sadly sighed as she puts the dress in the garbage. She then takes a photo album from her desk, looking at the photo's of herself when she was a little child, wearing one of the dresses while smiling happily and hugged her father.

Ida had to watch as some of the employers placed all the ruined dresses in garbage sacks and took them out to the trash. All her dear childhood memories… gone. Ida looked down at the photo album in sadness, having left some space to put Sam's pictures in it, if she had wear the dress long enough for her daughter-in-law, Pam to make the pictures. Ida puts the album down and decides to go outside for a little while.

Sam became nearly sad, seeing her grandmother like this "I… I didn't know…" but then she shook her head and frowned again to Clockwork "Look, if you think that this is going to make me regret everything that I've done by showing me my sad grandma, then you're wasting your time, Clockwork!"

Clockwork however waved with his time-staff and showed Sam another different image from her past, saying "Do you not want to know what happened a few years after that?"

Sam looked and saw her 7 year old self, going on a school trip to a farm.

Sam was wearing a black-purple shirt with a black skirt and black shoes, while following her best friends, 7 year old Danny and 8 year old Tucker while following their teacher to where the cows were eating grass on the field.

Danny, Sam and Tucker climbed a bit up the fence, watching a calf who stood close to them. Sam was able to pet his head "He's really cute." Sam said.

Danny gave a nod, while Tucker said "He sure is, but more cute when my stomach is filled."

Sam looked confused at Tucker "Wait. What's that supposed to mean?"

Just as Tucker was about to explain, their female teacher called up to them "Sam! Danny! Tucker! Come now. The farmer is going to show us the little chicks in the barn."

While little Danny, Sam and Tucker climbed down the fence to join the rest of their class, Sam looked back for a moment at the calf, only to see the farmer's son was taking the calf away with a robe, saying "Come along now. It'll be over soon."

The calf sadly called to his mother, who sadly mooed back.

Sam didn't understand why one of the farmers was taking the poor calf away. Pretending she was following her class, she quietly sneaked away, seeing where the calf was going.

The farmer's son brought the calf to a different barn. Sam crawled down the fence and walked over to the barn. She saw a few windows at the back, hearing multiple calf inside. Sam climbed up a barrel and peaked inside. To her shock, she saw that it was a slaughterhouse, where all the calf were being butchered for meat, one by one.

Sam nearly cried of what she saw as she held her hands on her mouth.

The next few days at elementary school, Sam was holding up a sign, saying: EATING MEAT IS MURDER!

"Eating meat is murder! Eating meat is murder! Eating meat is murder!" Sam called while walking along the school grounds, to the confuse of some of the children, even a few were scarred of what Sam told that if you eat meat, you kill an animal.

A few days afterwards, Sam had secretly even changed the school menu for the day. As there was normally great cooked meat on the menu, Sam had used her family's influence to switch the food with vegetarian food and side salads. While Sam was enjoying her meal, all the other students looked sadly down at their plates, as they'd all looked forward to all the meat that the school would prepare every Wednesday. Most of them didn't even eat the food and all went hungry back home, while Sam proudly smiled when she went home.

Sam had almost forgotten at what she did back at elementary school. Though she was eventually punished for what she did, Sam watched as her 7 year didn't care less and would keep doing what she was doing, not caring about what others felt about her ways of changing people's ways for the better, all the way up to Casper High, when she changed the school menu with Ultra Recyclo-Vegetarian food, thinking that she did the right thing, while the other students were not happy about it, especially Tucker. And how Sam would use any means necessary to keep the changes she made by organizing a counter protest when Tucker organized his own to change the menu back.

"VEGGIES NOW! VEGGIES FOREVER! VEGGIES NOW! VEGGIES FOREVER!"

Seeing herself like this, made her to remember Ember's last words when they had a fight "We have a big word to call someone like that: A FASCIST SPOILED BRAT!"

Clockwork knew already that Sam would tell that this wouldn't explain why she and Danny weren't meant to be together. So, the time ghost showed Sam a different image in the viewscreen, showing Danny the day before he stepped into the Fenton Portal, thus gaining his ghost powers, and meeting Ember "Do you want to know why Danny and Ember were bonded together?" he asked while showing the image of Danny discovering Rock music and wanted to learn himself how to play it, along with Ember being alive in the 1980's while practicing with her electric guitar, then when Ember was out in the Ghost-Zone, protecting innocent ghosts, along with another image of Danny in the human world while fighting evil ghosts. The both of them would do anything to protect the innocent, no matter the odds.

Clockwork then said while showing how Danny had changed into his 'Rocker self' and would not take any shit from bullies any longer "Ember is Danny's other half and he her other half, being the perfect match to overcome evil. Because of Ember, Danny had the courage to embrace his true inner self and to be strong to stand up for the people he cares about, and standing up to himself." He then showed the image of how Danny and Ember bonded during the accident that Danny received his ghost powers and Ember being brought to the human world, showing how their ectoplasm in their DNA made a connection. And then finally, when their souls would be bonded forever when they opened their feelings for each other and kissed.

Sam was shocked to see all of this, never realizing that Danny and Ember's love was even further than that. Tears were slowly forming in her eyes.

Then Clockwork showed her different images, how Sam's wish destroyed it all "However, Samantha, your wish had swept that all away. And because of that not only Danny is suffering," he showed how depressed Danny had become, not having his other half at his side and had given up on fighting evil "but so is Jazz suffering," an image showed how Kitty had successfully switched bodies with Jazz, causing her to be stuck in the wormhole between the human world and the Ghost-Zone, forever "Tucker Foley, Danny's parents," Clockwork kept saying as he showed more images of the people around Danny and Sam who are suffering because of her selfish wish. But then Clockwork showed the most horrible of them all "and yes… even Ember is suffering, right now."

As the image showed, Sam watched with horror to see Ember being experimented on by an unknown evil ghost. Ember was now suffering far more than she was under her evil stepmom when she was alive. Ember was more dead than alive and her flaming hair was almost out.

"Ember! NO!" Sam nearly yelled as tears fell from her eyes. She fell on her knees, finally realizing what her actions had brought and now that the people around her are suffering and were even miserable when Sam always had her way and not caring of other people's decisions and choices in life. Sam started to cry her eyes out "I thought I… I thought I was helping people! But… not like this! NOT LIKE THIS!" after all this time, Sam finally saw the writing's on the wall, seeing finally of what she was and had turned into "What have I done?! WHAT HAVE I DONE?! Ember… Danny… I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I'm so… sorry…"

Clockwork sighed as he stated "Now you see, Samantha. You wish of selfish and hate would only bring more hate and selfishness. Instead of being happy and learning to accept and move on, you became that what you hate and despise." He then showed her the image of the person that Sam despised the most: Paulina, who did not care about anyone and would only be happy when she got her way.

Sam gasped as she realized that she was no better than Paulina. She stood up as she wiped away her tears "All this time… I thought that the world was the problem and had to change. But it was… me. I was the problem and didn't wanted to accept how things were."

Clockwork placed his hand on her shoulder, stating "Samantha, you are not the problem in the world. Though your actions and ideas to change the world for the better are maybe noble, it were your ambitions in order to gain those changes were at the wrong place. You cannot force people to follow your ideas. People have the right to choose it themselves, even the people that you care about."

Sam gave a nod, watching the viewscreen one more time, seeing how Danny and Ember suffering because of her actions. She had to make this up somehow and fix her mistakes. With a determent look on her face, she knew what she had to do, for Danny's sake, Ember's and the people that she love "I need to fix this… to turn everything back the way it was. But how?"

Clockwork formed a little smile, showing in the viewscreen the one that can return things to normal: Desiree "The only way to fix all of this, is to undo your wish, by her."

Sam first would need to know more about Desiree and asked Clockwork "But, what exactly-"

"-happened to her to make her the way she is?" Clockwork answered for Sam as he already knew what she was going to ask. Clockwork started to tell as he showed images in the viewscreen of who Desiree was before becoming a ghost "Her story begins over 900 years ago. Desiree was a harem girl who won the heart of a sultan. He was so in love with Desiree, that he wanted to marry her and make her his queen. However, the sultan's jealous wife banished Desiree out of the kingdom, much to the grief to both the sultan and Desiree. She would die broken heart not long after."

Seeing how Desiree was in live and how she used to be happy when falling in love with the sultan till being banished by the sultan's wife and die of a broken heart not long after, Sam was feeling pity on Desiree.

Then, Clockwork showed what became of Desiree after she died "However, Desiree would return as a genie-ghost, wandering around the world forever in order to grant other people's wishes. In the beginning, she was an honorable ghost, to bring happiness while granting her wishes to those who are suffering. But over time, the men she used to grant wishes only used her for granting other pleasures, which came to a great personal cost to Desiree."

Seeing that Desiree was used by lustful men only to be forced to give them the pleasures they desired, despised Sam of how Desiree's abilities were abused for men's sick desires.

Then Clockwork showed how Desiree became when she finally snapped "From one point on, Desiree, fueled by hatred for those who abused her abilities would grand wish with a twist, thus bringing chaos in her way. It was up until she was wished to be locked away in a genie-lamp by Madam Babazita's ancestor nearly 600 years ago, so her powers would not affect people ever again, until a little girl at the flee market of Amity Park accidentally released Desiree from her bondage."

Though it was sad to see Desiree having suffered both in life and as a genie-ghost, Sam knew she had to find Desiree in order to make a stop to her selfish wish. She glanced at Clockwork saying "I know what I have to do."

Clockwork gave a nod and teleported Sam back into her own room.

The time ghost then took the medallion from Sam's neck before saying "Time in." and pressed the top button of his time-staff, making time to flow again normally and disappeared.

Sam blinked as she saw that the people, the ghosts, everything was going normal again. Sam ran out of her house and headed towards Danny's house.

Once she was inside Fenton Works, she took from the basement lab the Fenton Ghost Fisher and puts it in her bag.

Sam spotted a depressed Danny on the couch. Sam went over to her and placed a kiss on his head "Don't worry, Danny. Everything will turn alright. I'll make sure of that." and ran out of the house, leaving a bit confused Danny behind.

Sam ran through many streets, thinking of how to find Desiree, but was mentally saying to herself 'Just hold on, Ember! I'm going to fix everything! EVERYTHING! For you and Danny!'

Some time later, at the park…

Sam stood before a fountain in the middle of the park "If you're trying to snag a wishing ghost, what better place than a wishing well?" she flips a coin into the fountain and waited for a moment while looking around, but nothing happens "Darn it!" Sam angrily said to herself and walked away.

Just then, a man, wearing a business suit walked up to the same fountain. He holds up a coin "I wish I had a million dollars so I can move out of this crazy town." He flips the coin into the fountain.

Out of the little splash, a green mist comes out of the water and wraps itself around the man, forming Desiree who said with a smile "So it is desired, so shall it be."

As the genie-ghost was about to wave her hand to magically make the money that the man desired, she was suddenly wrapped by a glowing line. Desiree looked and saw Sam who'd cast the Ghost Fisher at her.

"Gotcha!" Sam said as she pulled Desiree to her, away from the man.

The man himself was scared of what just happened "Money isn't everything." And ran away while screaming.

Desiree frowned at Sam for interrupting her from granting a wish "You!" she materializes into the same green mist, freeing herself from the Ghost Fisher line and materializes back into her true form before Sam, now being angry "You dare to interfere with my spellbinding?!"

Sam was not intimidated by Desiree and said "Listen here, Desiree. I want you to reverse the wish I made earlier, right now!"

Desiree crossed her arms as she grinned at Sam "And why should I? It is what YOU wanted, right? And I have granted your greatest desire."

Sam shook her head "No, it's not what I wanted. Not like this! I was jealous and mad at Ember when I said that. I only wanted to be the things the way I wanted, not that the people I care about would suffer because of that! But that ends here, right now!"

Desiree just laughed at Sam's way to make her to reverse the wish "Hahahahaha! Foolish child. You think that that will convince me to undo your wish? Very entertaining. Now if you'll excuse me, I have other wishes to fulfill, to fill up the centuries that I have been locked in that stupid bottle."

Desiree was about to fly off, but was wrapped once again by Sam's Ghost Fisher "No! You change everything back, right now!"

The genie ghost had enough of being stopped by the goth girl "You dare to try and stop me, child!?" she frowned at Sam "So be it."

Desiree managed to free herself and forms a giant hand, extending it and tried to grab Sam, but upon touching her, Desiree was shocked by green electric sparks, hurting Desiree "AAAARGH!"

While Desiree held her wounded hand, Sam looked surprised as a green energy was surrounding her whole body from the Spector Deflector. Sam looked down at it "The Spector Deflector." Sam then began to understand and smiled "Of course! That is why my wish didn't affected me. It protects me from any ghost powers."

Desiree began to feel scared and wanted to flee, but was wrapped again by the Ghost Fisher and after Sam pulled her hard, Desiree crashed onto the ground.

Feeling somehow weakened because of the Spector Deflector, Desiree couldn't free herself from the glowing line "Damn you! Release me this instant!"

Sam looked down while holding the Fenton Fisher tight "Not before you've fixed everything. Do it! NOW!"

But Desiree refused "You dare to give me orders? You cannot change anything unless I wish it!"

Sam blinked for a moment in surprise "Wish it?" then she knew how to make Desiree fix the chaos she's caused. With a mischievously smile, Sam offered Desiree with a kind voice "Okay the, Desiree. I will release you. But only if you grand me one more wish."

Desiree thought for a moment and then asked "Very well then. What do you wish for?"

"Desiree… I wish that I never made that wish that Danny and Ember would never have met! And I also wish that I never had that fight with Ember!"

Feeling powerless to not granting those wishes, Desiree did so as she fired a pink ray at Sam "So you've wished it, so shall it be."

"AAAAAAAAAAAH!" Sam screamed as she was engulfed into the same pink glow and fell backwards.

=== Back before Sam and Ember had the fight ===

Sam punched the same mirror in the girls bathroom, making it shatter as she yelled "GODDAMN YOU, EMB-!" but then blinked her eyes "Huh?" she looked at the broken mirror and then at her bruised hand "I did it?"

Ember then ran into the girls bathroom, being confused to see how Sam had broken the mirror "Sam? What's going on? Why did you-"

"Ember!" Sam smiled bright as she ran over to her and hugged her instantly "I'm so glad you're okay." Sam said as tears formed in her eyes, knowing now that she'd fixed everything.

Confused, Ember did return the hug but didn't know why Sam was like this "Uhmm… care to fill me in?"

Kitty walked into the girls bathroom too, confused at why Sam was overjoyed to see Ember while she was first filled by jealousy of not having Danny.

Sam was glad to see Kitty the way she was and hugged her too "Oh, thank God! Everything is back the way it was."

Kitty and Ember exchanged a confused look before glancing back at Sam "Sam, what is going on? You were first in an angry mood and now you're acting like you haven't seen us in a month." Ember asked.

Just as Sam was about to explain, a green mist formed behind her, materializing into Desiree.

Tucker and Johnny 13 then stormed into the girls bathroom "Girls, look out! It's that genie-ghost, Desiree!" Tucker called.

Desiree narrowed her eyes at Sam as she said "You may have undo your little mistake, my child. But you can never control me!"

Just as Ember was about to deactivate her human disguise and Johnny 13 and Kitty stood ready to fight, Sam called "Hold on, guys." And then told Desiree "I wish you went back to the Ghost-Zone where you belong!"

Shocked, Desiree had no choice of granting that wish "What? Nooo! I must obey." a greenish wormhole formed behind her, sucking Desiree back into the Ghost-Zone while she was screaming "You will pay for this! Paaaaaaay!"

As the wormhole disappeared, everyone exchanged some weirded out looks of being able to send Desiree somehow back to the Ghost-Zone by just wishing it. But then they all shrugged.

Ember placed her hand on Sam's shoulder, smiling with pride "Nice job, Sam. Why didn't I thought of that?"

Sam smiled back, hugging Ember again. The ghost rocker still didn't understand why Sam was like this, but smiled and hugged her back. Kitty felt relieved that Sam wasn't anymore overjealous.

Just then, over the PA speakers, someone called "Attention, moviegoers. Googolplex Cinemas has officially declare it 'Happy Fabulous Paulina Day'."

Tucker then reminded himself "Oh, right. Desiree had granted Paulina's wish, making her as cute as a anime pussycat."

All peeked out the door, seeing Anime Paulina still being followed by nearly all the people in the cinema, worshipping her because of her cuteness.

Anime Paulina felt honored of declaring today 'Happy Fabulous Paulina Day' "I don't know what to say." She said as she turns around to the crowd "Why squander my popularity here? I'm so adorable, I bet I could become Super Fairy Queen of All Teenagerdom!" Anime Paulina then started to grow in size while still happily smiling "Isn't that luscious?"

The crowd cheered for her "Yay! We love you Paulina!"

Ember looked at her friends while taking the Fenton Thermos from Tucker "I'll handle this." and transformed into her ghost form. She flies towards Anime Paulina, lifts her up and flew with her away from the crowd, turning intangible as they phased through a wall.

Ember phased into a storage room and puts Anime Paulina down. Paulina then said to Ember in her cute and friendly voice "Hi, I'm Paulina. I'm adorable and swell and full of big-headed anime goodness."

Ember just narrowed her eyes as she shoots an ecto blast at Paulina's head, expelling a small anime ghost cat that looked like Sayonara Pussycat, appearing behind her.

The anime ghost cat said in the same voice as Paulina "Hi! Isn't everything in the world sweet and wonderful and-"

"And that's all folks." Ember said as she sucked the ghost cat into the Fenton Thermos, who meowed while being captured.

Paulina returns back to her normal self, holding her head in a daze.

Ember formed a small smile as she became intangible and phased up the ceiling.

Paulina looked around confused "Wh-where am I? and why do I feel that I'm special and adorable?" she paused for a moment and then smiled "Because I am!" and then walks away confident.

After Ember had returned to join her friends, they went to somewhere private in the movie theater, where Sam started to explain what had happened and why Sam was suddenly acting like she had done something terrible and was thankful that everything turned out okay. Sam told what happened after Desiree had granted her wish of Danny and Ember never meet.

When 15 minutes had passed and Sam was finished with the whole tale, Tucker, Kitty, Johnny and Ember could hardly believe of what happened to themselves and the people around them if Danny and Ember had never met, including her meeting with Clockwork and had finally opened her eyes that she wasn't any better than the people she despised the most.

Johnny was the first to ask "So, let me get this straight. You're saying that if Danny and Ember had never met, Kitty would have taken over Jazz's body, causing Danny to refuse to ever use his ghost powers again?"

Sam shook her head "No, it went even further than that. Clockwork showed me in this mirror that… Danny and Ember were like each other's half and without the both of them being together… he wouldn't be the guy he is now."

But then Ember asked Sam "But… you said that you made that wish when you and I had a fight over that you believed that I stole Danny from you?"

Sam sighed as she stated "I wished that Desiree erased that would never had happened because…" Sam began to sob "…I said so many things to you that weren't true and…" she instantly hugged Ember, still feeling sorry for what she'd done "I'm so sorry, Em! I never meant to let something like that happen. I was… I was jealous that you and Danny were together. I'm so sorry, Em… I'm sorry about everything! I'm sorry for being a total jerk and making people to follow my ideas without even thinking of their own choices! You were right when you said that I was a Fascist spoiled brat."

Ember returned the hug, ensuring Sam "Hey, it's okay. You actually made it so that I never did say that. And thank you."

Sam gave a nod while she slowly broke the hug and wiped away her tears "I finally see now that you and Danny are made for each other. And… although I feel horrible about it that me and him aren't going to be together… I will try and cope with it…." Ember smiled at her, being relieved that after hearing that Sam had all this time been in love with Danny as well, hadn't destroyed their friendship that she and Danny are now a couple.

Sam then the others "I know I have been harsh in the past of trying to chance things for the better, but after I've seen at what kind of a shallow bitch I was over the years, I will accept your life choices and won't be taking hard measures to chance the way you people are. From now on I will only advice… but I leave the choice up to all of you. Especially you Tucker."

Tucker smiled as his friend had finally accepted that he was a meat connoisseur and won't try and force her believes onto him. But he then asked her "And what the other students and the other people that don't follow your believes?"

Sam ensured him as she formed a small smile "I won't force them into my believes as well. If they don't want to follow my ideas, well… so be it."

Tucker felt proud at Sam that she'd finally learned her lesson.

Kitty and Johnny 13 both smiled to each other, feeling relieved that things had worked out well in the end and Ember being with Danny, hadn't destroyed the friendship between Ember and Sam.

Johnny then checked the time and said "Whoa. Dead Teacher IV is about to begin any minute." Shadow then appeared, having held on to all the large popcorn for everyone. Once they all had their snacks, Shadow returned back to Johnny 13 and all walked into the nearly full theater where the horror movie was to be shown.

Two days later, Sam's place…

(May 6th, 2004)

As evening had come, Ember was inside another room with Sam, where she'd kept her old drum kit. After Sam had told Ember that she used to play drums and had started to catch up to practice it again, Ember was eager to see how well Sam was playing.

While Sam was playing a simple song, Ember gave a nod of approval "Not bad, Sam. Not bad at all." Then it reminded Ember of something and used her teleportation power to make her guitar appear in her hands "Ready to annoy your parents even more?" she asked with mischievous smile.

Sam shared Ember's idea "Let's rock this joint."

In the living room downstairs, while Sam's parents, Jeremy and Pam were enjoying a good cup of tea, along with Sam's grandmother Ida, they could hear the loud Rock music from upstairs, making their cups to shake.

Both Jeremy and Pam thought they had it bad enough when Sam was playing her drums kit, but now with her friend Emily joining in with her guitar, both had it more worse to try and enjoy their peace and quiet moment.

Jeremy held his eyes tight because of the rebelling music and was at the point of breaking "Aaargh! I can't stand this!"

Pam dropped her cup of tea and held her hands on her ears "Why is Sammy-kins doing this to us? What have we done to deserve this?!"

Ida however was the only one to smile to the ceiling, enjoying her granddaughter's way of having fun and trying to be free to annoy her parents.

Now both Ember and Sam sang their lungs out as they were one with the song.

Both Ember and Sam laughed as they had so much fun.

Sam then said "I'm sure my parents are freaked out by that."

Ember nodded in agreement. Then she felt something… it was Danny who was nearby and flew over here. She smiled as she looked at a wall.

Sam knew that look on her face and asked with a smile "Oh, I know that look. It's Danny, huh?"

Ember nodded "Yeah…"

From the wall, Danny, in his ghost form, phased inside before becoming tangible. He had recovered pretty fast from his flu after taking the special chicken soup that Jazz had made from their grandma's secret recipe.

Danny smiled as he landed before his girlfriend "Hey Em." and planted a long kiss on her lips, which Ember gladly returned. When they broke the kiss, he said "I thought I heard some girls singing a rebelling song out loud when I came here."

Ember shrugged as she placed her arms around Danny's neck "Yeah. Sam just showed me her drum skills and I couldn't resist to play along with her."

Danny seemed understand. Then, he held something in his pocket, but wanted to give it to Ember more 'private'. So he asked Ember with a blush "You know… I have a surprise for you and I… was wondering if you'd like to go flying with me?"

Ember wandered what kind of surprise Danny had for her and smiled. She glanced to Sam for a moment, who formed a small smile as she didn't mind "Go along, you love birds."

Ember returned her glance at Danny while changing into her ghost form and both phased through the roof and began flying over the streets of Amity Park.

Sam watched them going from a window. Her smile faded for a moment as she sighed and looked down. Though she had accepted Ember being with Danny, she was still a bit sad that no matter if Ember came into their lives or not, Sam and Danny were in the end not meant to be together. She watched them go through the evening sky, forming a small smile again as she said "Go and be happy… both of you…"

As Danny and Ember flew over downtown, Danny looked at Ember, seeing how beautiful she was, with the evening sun shining all over her. Ember too glanced at Danny, seeing how handsome he is. The both of them blushed.

When Danny found a rooftop to land on, they sat down and enjoyed looking at the city for a while before Ember spoke "So, dipstick, what's this surprise you have for me?"

Danny began to feel nervous but managed to hold it together before answering "Close your eyes, Ember." He said with confidence.

Ember smirked before doing just that and closed her eyes. Danny reached out to his pocket and took the class ring and held it before Ember.

"Okay. Open your eyes."

Ember opened her eyes and looked at what Danny held in his hand, seeing the class ring surprised her greatly as her eyes went wide "Danny… is that… a class ring?"

Danny gave a nod as he said "Yeah. I know we've already been dating for nearly a week, but… I wanted to make it more… official. What do you say?"

When Ember looked at the class ring again, she saw her real name 'Emily' engraved inside. Ember felt some tears formed in her eyes of happiness. She nodded "Yes… Yes!"

Danny smiled as he slowly slid the ring on Ember's right ring finger.

Never before had Ember imagined that someone would ever give her a class ring, to show how much she means to him. And right now… she wouldn't trade her dipstick for anything in the whole world.

Ember draw him into a hug "Thank you, Danny."

Danny returned the hug "You're welcome, Ember."

Both then looked into each others eyes and then shared a passionately kiss, making Ember's flaming hair to flare up out of happiness.

Meanwhile, at Fenton Works…

"AAACHOO!" Jazz sneezed out loud. She was lying sick in her bed while clearing her nose and held an icebag on her head. Jazz groaned in bed, being annoyed at herself for having caught a flu, despite her efforts to protect herself from catching the flu from the rest of her family "Why…?! Why did this have to happen to me? Why- AAACHOO!" she sneezed so hard that her icebag fell from her head.

At that moment, a now fully recovered Maddie walked into Jazz's room, holding a bowl of chicken soup in her hands and gave it to her daughter "Here you go dear. I warmed some of the soup you still had left after giving some to all of us."

Then, a also fully recovered Jack walked in, holding the Fenton Ghost Catcher and placed it in the middle of Jazz's room "Since this baby had worked so well on your mother and I, we'll let you use it to get rid of all the negative ghost energy in your system."

Jazz rolled her eyes "Dad, the only reason that you and- AACHOO! …Mom got recovered is because of grandma's special chicken soup, who I, unlike you who are- AACHOO! …obsessed with hunting ghosts… managed to keep grandma's recipe before she… passed away."

Maddie understood what her daughter meant, having tried more her best to keep her mother's secret recipes in mind when the time came.

Jack just shrugged as he left the room. Maddie followed her husband, letting their daughter to rest. She stopped Jack for a moment and asked "Uhm… Jack?"

"Yes?"

"You know… that special day is coming soon… and I was hoping that for this once… you've not forgotten? Maddie asked, hoping that Jack hadn't once again forgotten their upcoming anniversary.

Jack looked puzzled, while trying to think what his wife meant by that. But thinking it got to do with probably one of their inventions they were working on, he smiled bright "Ooh… uhm… sure… of course!" and then went downstairs.

Maddie just sighed while mentally thinking 'I hope you do remember it this time, Jack. For this is really REALLY your last chance to show that you care about me.'

At that same time, in the Ghost-Zone…

Desiree was roaming around in the endless green air of the Ghost-Zone. She felt frustrated of being tricked by that goth girl of granting her wish "Darn it! I really need to stop granting every wish that I hear. But one day, I will come back to the human world and then I'll-"

Suddenly, she was shot by a green laser, and was restrained by a green force field "AAAAAAAAAAH!" then, the green force transforms around her waist and arms to handcuffs, making it for the genie ghost to escape "What?! What's going on here?!"

Then, a group of 8 police ghosts appear before her, aiming their green poles at her. Then, another ghost appeared, towering over her. This one had a white suit, white skin, black tie, black gloves, black boots and a black hat. He frowned at her while saying "Forgotten to report to your parool officer for the past 700 years. That's against the rules." Desiree started to become scared, as she'd never met this ghost as she hadn't been inside the Ghost-Zone for a long time "And now, genie ghost Desiree, you and I have a problem."

This worried Desiree greatly as she was taken away by the police ghosts.

A/N: Well… I think you can already guess which episode/chapter comes next? Yes! Prisoners of Love will be the next one, which I will work on straight away.

First, I want to thank you all for your patience and I hope that the long waiting has been worth it for you guys. The idea of changing the episode with Sam wishing that Danny and Ember would never meet and that Clockwork would show Sam what the restult of her selfish and hate would bring on other people and the ones she care about, came from another fan of this story (many thanks for this alternate idea.)

After the next chapter is done, I have a few surprises in mind for other Danny Phantom stories. I'll tell you more details at the end ;)
