Barry, Caitlin and Bruce walked into a room where Tony was holding a tablet in front of the cradle with holograms surrounding them.
"Ah, Allen, Snow, good to see you," Tony said walking up to them as Barry looked around.
"Um, Tony, what are you doing?" Barry asked, looking around.
"I am planning on putting the consciousness of my A.I. J.A.R.V.I.S. into the body Ultron was making," Tony said.
"Wait, I thought Ultron killed Jarvis," Bruce said.
"He did but if we put the rest of Jarvis's consciousness into the body then we could possibly-".
"Rebirth," Caitlin said.
"Exactly, but we can not tell Wanda or Pietro," Tony said.
"Wait, why?" Barry asked.
"Because they don't trust me," Tony said.
"I'm sure that if we talk to them, then maybe we can, you know, get them on our side," Caitlin suggested.
"Look, Snow I get that they are your friend, but they will never trust me, so if we want to do this, we better start, now" Tony said as Caitlin and Barry looked at eachother, before going to work.
--
Later
Bruce, Tony, Caitlin and Barry were close to finishing the cradle. "Alright now all we need to do is power it," Tony said.
"And how are we supposed to do that?" Barry asked.
"You will Mr Allen," Tony said.
"How am I supposed to do that, lightning follows me, not electricity," Barry informed Stark.
"Exactly, if you run around in a circle around this and then you should be able to throw lightning and power the cradle and body," Tony explained.
"And what if the lightning Barry throws doesn't work?" Caitlin asked.
"Exactly, what you are saying is that Mr Allen has to power his bolt of lightning so powerful that it will power an android without the need to charge," Bruce added.
"Look I get that it sounds impossible, but it's the best chance we have of doing this," Tony said as Barry took a moment to think.
"Alright, I will do it, how many times do I have to run?" Barry asked.
"Around maybe, 34,504 times," Tony said to a round of jaw drops.
"What?" Barry asked.
"Look, it will be easy for you, you are the fastest man alive," Tony said as Barry nodded.
"I'm gonna say this once," the voice of Steve said as he walked up to the group followed by Wanda and Pietro.
"How about 'none-ce'?" Tony asked.
"Shut it down!" Steve told Tony who turned away.
"Nope, not gonna happen," Tony responded looking at Barry. "Allen Run, Now" Tony said as Barry nodded, as he started running around in circles around the room.
Seeing this, Pietro went to unplug the machine but was stopped by Caitlin shooting an ice blast at him.
"Pietro please stop," Caitlin begged with a torn face as her eyes started to turn icy blue.
Suddenly Barry sped up to the cradle at Flash time pulling his hand up as the lightning escaped his hand, reaching the box.
"Wait!" Bruce yelled.
When suddenly Thor aimed the current of thunder down while Barry threw lightning down as the machine began to have a power overload. Thor stopped as the box exploded sending Thor and Barry flying. As the red and green vibranium body launched out of the box.
"It worked," Caitlin said happily looking at the android.
"Barry!" Wanda yelled out running to her friend. "Are you ok?" she asked as Barry gave a stiff nod standing up.
The body slowly began to stand up right as he examined the room the rest of the Avengers. Suddenly the being charged at Thor, who managed to grab onto him. And threw him through some glass. Just barely stopping at the window.
Steve jumped down where Thor raised his hand signaling not to attack. The being seemed to be in a state of awe at the sky. As he turned around covering his body in a dark green look as he floated down next to Thor, who placed his hammer down.
"I'm sorry, that was odd," the being said looking at Thor. "Thank you," it said, nodding as the being formed a cape on his back.
"Thor," Steve said, walking up to the two. "You've helped create this?" he asked.
"I've had a vision, a whirlpool that sucks in all hope of life, and at its centre is that," Thor explained pointing at the yellow gemstone in the beings head.
"What? The gem?" Bruce asked.
"It's the mind stone. It's one of the six Infinity Stones. One of the greatest powers in the universe, unparalleled in its destructive capabilities," Thor explained.
"Then why would you bring-"
"Because Stark is right," Thor said, cutting Steve off.
"Oh it really is the end of times" Bruce said.
"The Avengers cannot defeat Ultron," Thor stated.
"Not alone," The being said.
"Why does your 'Vision' sound like Jarvis?" Steve asked.
"We reconfigured Jarvis's matrix, to create something new," Tony said, staring at awe while looking at Vision.
"I think I've had my fill of new," Steve said.
"You think I'm a child of Ultron," Vision said as he locked eyes with Barry for a few seconds.
"You're not?" Steve asked.
"I'm not Ultron," Vision stated. "I'm not Jarvis, I am…" Vision said, trying to find an answer. "I am."
Vision went quiet for a few seconds looking around when Wanda stepped up. "I looked in your head, and saw annihilation," Wanda told Vision.
"Look again," he told her as Clint scoffed.
"Her seal of approval means jack to me," Clint said.
"Their powers, the horrors in our heads, Ultron himself, they all came from the Mind Stone. And they're nothing compared to what it can unleash. But with it on our side-"
"Is it?" Barry asked cutting Thor off. "How do we know that this thing isn't going to just kill us all when we find Ultron?" Barry asked as he looked at Vision. "Are you on our side?"
"I don't think it's that simple," Vision said. "I am on the side of life," Vision said. "Ultron isn't. He will end it all."
"What's he waiting for?" Tony asked.
"You," Vision said.
"Where?" Bruce asked.
"Sokovia, he's got Nat there too," Clint said as Bruce walked up to Vision.
"If we're wrong about you. If you're the monster Ultron made you to be ..." Bruce said, stopping for a few seconds.
"What will you do?" Vision asked.
"I think that's pretty obvious," Barry whispered, getting slapped on the shoulder by Wanda.
"I don't want to kill Ultron," Vision remarked, walking past Bruce. "He's unique and he's in pain," Vision explained. "But that pain will roll over the earth. So he must be destroyed. Every form he's built, every trace of his presence on the net. We have to act now. And not one of us can do it without the others," Vision explained as he looked down at his hands.
"Maybe I am a monster, I don't think I'd know if I were one," Vision said, turning around.
"I'm not what you are, and not what you intended. So there may be no way to make you trust me. But we need to go!" Vision stated swinging around with Thor's hammer in his hand.
Everybody except Barry, Caitlin, Wanda and Pietro gave a confused look to the android as Thor grabbed his hammer as Vision walked off.
"Right," Thor said awkwardly as he walked past Tony patting him on the shoulder. "Well done."
"Three minutes," Steve said, cutting through the silence. "Get what you need."
--
Clint opened a door as he began to grab his equipment.
Pietro grabbed a pair of green sneakers as he fitted on a shirt. While Wanda stared at Thor and Vision.
Barry looked in a mirror at himself in his suit cracking his neck.
Tony plugged in a new chip named FRIDAY. "Good evening Boss," The A.I. greeted Tony.
Caitlin walked up to Wanda, throwing her a red jacket.
Clint looked down at a photo of his family.
"No way we get through this if even one tin is left standing, we've all lost," Tony explained to Bruce. "There's gonna be blood on the floor."
"I've got no plans tomorrow night," Steve said.
"I get first crack at the big guy," Tony stated. "Iron Man's the one he's waiting for," Tony explained as Vision walked behind them.
"That's true. He hates you the most," Vision clarified.
Clint put the photo of his family in his suit.
Barry stood next to Wanda. As he gripped her hand in his, smiling at her.
"Ultron knows we're coming," Steve said. "Odds are we'll be riding into heavy fire. And that's what we signed up for. But the people of Sokovia. They didn't," Steve said.
"So our priority is getting them out,".
Pietro sped into a police building in Sokovia. "We're under attack! Clear the city! Now!" Pietro yelled out before speeding off. As everybody in the building continued.
That was when Pietro suddenly ran back in grabbing a gun, firing into the air getting gasps from all around the room. "Get off your asses," Pietro told them, returning the gun as he sped out.
Barry sped multiple people out of Sokovia. Running through houses grabbing people. Before stopping next to Wanda who was using her powers to move everyone away out of breath.
"Tired?" Wanda asked as Barry nodded, standing up getting his breath back.
"Yeah, just give me a minute," Barry said.
"All they want is to live their lives in peace. And that's not gonna happen today. But we can do our best to protect them. And we can get the job done."
Thor busted a hole into a wall as he looked down as he looked down at a chitauri construction site.
"We find out what Ultron's been building, we find Romanoff, and we clear the field,"
Clint sat on the top of a rooftop looking down at the evacuating people.
"Keep this fight between us."
Steve stood on the quinjet with his fellow Avengers as he looked down. "Ultron thinks we're monsters," Steve said. "That we're what's wrong with the world. This isn't just about beating him. It's about whether he's right," Steve explained as Tony looked up at him.
--
Down on the streets of Sokovia, Steve standing in the slow paced traffic waved his arm for the cars to get moving. "Come on," Steve said walking as he saw Barry's red streak grabbing people and running them away from Sokovia.
And at the same time, Tony in his suit flew over Sokovia looking for Ultron. "Your man's in the church, boss," FRIDAY informed Tony, as he began heading in that direction.
"I think he's waiting for you," FRIDAY said as Tony stopped lowering himself down into the church.
"Come to confess your sins?" Ultron asked.
"I dunno, how much time you got?" Tony asked.
"More than you," Ultron said, approaching Tony.
"Uhhh….Have you been juicing?" Tony asked, getting a sigh from Ultron. "A little vibranium cocktail. You're looking….I don't wanna say 'puffy'."
"You're stalling to protect the people," Ultron remarked bluntly, looking down at Tony.
"Well, that is the mission. Did you forget?" Tony asked.
"I've moved beyond your mission. I'm free," Ultron stated when all of a sudden a large machine busted out from the floor rotating around. "What?" Ultron asked. "You think you were the only one stalling?"
"There's the rest of the vibranium. Function, still unclear," FRIDAY explained, giving Tony a view underneath the ground.
"This is how you end, Tony," Ultron said. "This is peace in my time."
--
The ground began breaking on the streets as Ultron's legions began climbing themself out of the ground. Attacking everyone in sight, Barry and Steve looked around at the flying robots causing havoc.
"Go!" Steve yelled as he turned to Barry, "we need to keep these things here in Sokovia ok," Steve said, "so make sure none of these things get out while you get everybody out of here, understand," Steve explained as Barry nodded, running off.
Coming to a stop on a bridge Barry saw Clint, Frost and Wanda trying to save the people.
"Make sure you destroy all of these things here and now. We can't risk these things spreading. I'll get everybody out of here," Barry explained as the three gave a nod, Barry ran off again.
--
Back at the church Ultron looked up at the sky where he saw Vision staring down at him. "Ultron," Vision greeted as Ultron floated up as well.
"My Vision," Ultron greeted, "they really did take everything from me."
"You set the terms. You can change them," Vision said.
"Alright," Ultron responded, going to grab Vision. Vision responded by grabbing onto Ultron's head trying to take over Ultron's body, who was fighting back.
Meanwhile Barry sped through streets of legions, shattering them into two.
Steve removed the arm of a legion.
Thor swats away the legions at Strucker's construction site.
While on the street, Pietro sped up onto the street of the legions, as he cracked his neck. Speeding through the legions shattering them.
"Friday, the Vision?" Tony asked his A.I..
"Boss, it's working. He's burning Ultron out of the net. He won't escape through there," FRIDAY informed Tony.
Back at the church, Vision finished wiping Ultron from the net as he let go of Ultron's head as he floated backwards. "You shut me out!!!" Ultron yelled going to attack Vision as he slammed Vision down on the ground. "You think I care?" Ultron asked going over to the machine. "You take away my world, I take away yours," Ultron stated, activating the machine.
And with that all over Sokovia, a circle of cracks formed around Sokovia. One side caving in as the other side rises up.
"Friday?" Tony asked in confusion and horror.
"Sokovia is going for a ride," FRIDAY said as Sokovia was fully lifted up from the ground, as the people on the ground watched in fear. At the large vibranium thrusters at the bottom of the floating rock.
"Do you see?" Ultron asked. "The beauty of it," he said off the island, getting a back seat view of the Sokovia rock's rising. "The inevitability. You rise only to fall."
Barry looked down at the edge of the rock seeing people running away from the falling debris of crumbling houses and buildings.
"You, Avengers, you are my meteor. My swift and terrible sword. And the earth will crack with the weight of your failure," A Ultron infested Legion explained to Barry, Wanda and Caitlin on the island. With Wanda holding onto a car with Frost comforting her.
"Purge me from your computers, turn my own flesh against me," Ultron continued as Clint from behind Barry shot the legion, which was replaced by another. "It means nothing. For when the dust settles, the only thing living in this world will be metal," Ultron threatened.
