Chapter 6

Bee Fights

Everyone stares at her in shock, even Star. Danny blinks and turns to Honey.

"You're royal?" He asked.

"OHAHAHA! Forgive me. I wasn't talking to the girl I see. I meant the queen that she share her powers with. What is your name, sweetie?" Lily laughs.

There was no way Star was going to give her real name to anyone. Not even her, of all people.

"Honey." She said.

Lily smirks, she knew that wasn't her real name, but she decides to play along.

"Very well, Honey. I'm here for a reason. To find you." Lily smiles.

"What for?" Star asked, getting a bad feeling from her.

"You took something, and we would like it back." She said.

"We?" Star asked.

"My king is unable to send his army to help this world. And we know it was an accident, which is why we offer you a chance to remove it from your body." Lily said, lying.

Star felt her antennas twitch and got a ready bad feeling about her words.

"Even if I wanted to give it back, I won't! Not to you!" She said, her wings buzzing threateningly.

Danny tries to get up, hoping to help her, but Star saw him from the corner of her eye.

"Phantom, stay down." She said, shocking him.

"What? But you'll need help." Danny said.

"I understand that you protect others due to your job as a hero, but she's a humanoid bee like me. I need to deal with this myself." She said.

Danny wanted to argue, but there was something in her eyes that told him she needed to do this. As much as he hated it, he had to let her try.

"Okay, but if it becomes too much, I'm jumping in!" Danny said.

Star nodded, and faces Lily once more. She wasn't sure if she could beat Lily, but she wasn't going to let her hurt anyone. Lily smirks and orders the bees to stand down. She then flew at Star, slamming into her and taking her down the hall. Star gasps as she felt her breath get knocked out of her. The two humanoid bees flew down the hall before burst through one of the school's walls. Star crashing into a few desks and groans.

'Damn! She fast!' Star thought as she got up.

She barely dodges Lily's stinger before hitting her with a punch. Lily floated back before she smirks. She flew up, and lands her own punch on her stomach. Star nearly blackout from it as Lily grabs her by the throat and holds her up.

"Heh, what's the matter? I heard you took down a ghost and some robbers. And yet you can't beat me?" Lily asked, smirking.

Star tries to break, but she was too strong. Then Star quickly thought of something. She tries to say something but Lily couldn't make out the words.

"What as that?" She asked, bring her closer.

"P...Po...POKE!" Star said before poking Lily in her eyes.

She screams as she drops Star, trying to overcome the pain she just got. It was enough for Star to act. She uppercuts Lily in the chin, knocking her into the air. Star flew up and spin kicks her into a wall. Not wanted to let her recover, Star flew into her, bursting through the wall and back into the hallway. Star ready her own stinger and flew up to Lily and stung her. Lily screams as she felt Star's stinger enter her body and lets out a paralyzing poison only a queen could make. Star removes her stinger and looks at Lily.

"I will never join you or your kind. I will use these powers to keep Amity Park safe, just like Danny Phantom. Whatever your king has planned, I will stop it!" She said.

Lily just laughs.

"Well, you're clearly more of a bee than you think. But it's not over yet, Star. There's a war coming, and you won't stop it!" Lily laughs before burst into small bees.

Star blinks. She knew who she really was. Which was not good. And what did she mean there was a war coming?

"Honey!"

Star turns and saw Phantom flying up to her.

"Where did the bee woman go?" He asked.

"She burst apart into some bees. Through I get the feeling that isn't going to be the last time I'll see her." She said.

"I know what you mean," Danny said before looking at the hole in the wall.

"Well, the school is going to have to close down for a few days. Hope they are cover for Bee Attacks." He said.

"Phantom, Lily is really strong. I was able to catch her by surprise, but I don't think that will work again." Star said.

"Yeah, I'm still feeling that slap." Danny agreed, rubbing his cheek.

"I guess that means we are doing training earlier?" Star said, knowing the school was going to close down.

"Yeah, see you back at the scrap yard?" Danny asked.

Star nodded, and Danny smiles. The two went off in different directions, not knowing Paulina was watching them, growling at their talk.

Lily sighs as she felt her double turn back into normal bees. The girl was a lot smarter than she looks. Though she was wasn't very strong, she did prove a problem if she keeps this up any longer. However, one of the bees informs her about the girl that she nearly convinces to join her. She seems to be jealous of the girl since her heart was for the ghost boy. But the ghost boy didn't return her feelings. In fact, both Star's and Phantom feelings were more of a shy mess, and they weren't sure if the other likes each other the same way. This could prove useful. She turns and flew back to the museum.

Later...

"I'm fine, Susan. I'm going to hang out with a few friends. I'll be back before dark." Star said, talking on her phone as she flew in the sky.

"I'm glad, but I heard something about a Bee Attack?" Susan asked, confused.

"It's a little hard to explain. I'm used to seeing Ghost Attacks, but this person wasn't a ghost. She looks like a bee, but she didn't seem friendly as the other one. Danny Phantom tries to fight her, but she brushes him aside before Honey shows up." Star said.

"Honey?" Susan asked.

"That's what she calls herself," Star said, keeping her powers a secret.

"And the Ghost Boy?" Susan asked.

"He's fine. I heard he went to check on Honey. After that, they both flew off. My guess is to find the Bee woman that attack. She wasn't seen since Honey fought her." Star said before seeing the Scarp Yard ahead.

"Hey, I'm just about to meet up with my friends. I'll let you know if things end early." She said.

"Very well, Star. I'll see you tonight." Susan said, hanging up the phone.

Star sighs. She wanted to tell Susan the truth, but she didn't want to give the poor woman a heart attack. Susan meant a lot to her since her own mother refused to take care of her. Even as a little girl, her mother never pay attention to her. Susan took care of her the most. Star did love her, but she wasn't sure about telling her about being a half bee now.

She lands in the Scrap Yard and heard Phantom speaking.

"Look, it's clear that we need to help Honey." He said.

"Why? I heard that Honey did fine on her own." Sam's voice said.

"Not what I heard." Tucker's voice spoke.

"Guys! The woman might not be the only one that will attack. Even though she took me down with one slap, I can tell she was holding back." Phantom said.

"Holding back?" Sam asked, shocked.

"Yeah, and the way she opens her abdomen. I'm glad she got me out of there." Phantom said, shivering.

"Dude, she looks likes she was about to absorb you!" Tucker said.

Star decides to step out and walk up to them.

"I was having a bad feeling when I saw that. I had to get Phantom away from her." She said, making the three turn to her.

"Honey! Did you hear all that?" Danny asked.

"Yes, you were pretty loud," Star said.

"It's still rude to eardrop," Sam said, annoyed.

"Like you did yesterday?" Star shot back.

Danny sighs.

"Look, Sam, she saved me and dealt with bee woman. But from what I saw, she was clearly stronger than she looks. If we're going to have a better chance at fighting her or any other bees, we need to keep training." Danny said.

Sam looks ready to say something but decides against it. Danny sighs and turns to Honey.

"Ready?" He asked.

"Yeah." She nodded.

The two walk deeper into the scrapyard as Tucker faces Sam.

"Really, Sam? Why do you always have to treat new people like they're nothing but trouble?" He asked.

"I just don't trust Honey. There's something about her that I don't like." Sam said.

"That what you said about me when we first met, and you still got to know me and see me as a friend." Tucker pointed out.

"You're different. You were Danny's friend long before I was." Sam said.

Tucker rolls his eyes. True as that might be, that wasn't the reason Sam didn't trust Honey.

"Give it up, Sam. I know why you don't trust Honey, and it's not the way you think!" He said.

Sam looks at him, raising her fist.

"Watch it, Foley!" She warns.

Tucker shook his head. This was getting ridiculous. Whatever Honey was hiding wasn't his business. After all, the Bee girl hasn't shown anything that she was going to hurt them. She sometimes acts on her bee instincts. He couldn't blame her for that.

Amity Park Museum...

"While the girl isn't very strong, due to just getting her powers, she is smart. She was able to distract my double long enough to beat it." Lily said, bowing.

"Hmm," King Bee said.

"My king, I know I failed, but I wanted to inform you of the girl so we could get a better understanding of her." She said.

"Agreed. While you were gone, I had Sting informed me about the girl. Her life is most odd. She comes from a rich family, but her own mother ignores her. The two never spoke, and she was given to one of the maids to rise instead." King Bee said.

"Really? That sounds like a terrible mother." Lily asked.

"Indeed. I want you to find her. And bring her to the hive." King Bee said.

"Forgive me, but what for?" Lily asked, confused.

"Let's just say, I might have a plan." King Bee smirks.

Elsewhere...

A beautiful woman with long blonde hair steps out of the house of another man she just slept with. After becoming pregnant with a child she never wanted to have, she has chosen to use protection from now on. This was Elise Skylight, Star's mother. She heard on the news about a bee girl and she had to admit she was very pretty. The way her clothes look as well as the perfect mixer of black and yellow she wears, seems to really give her ideas. All she has to do is find her and see about having her work with her.

However, she fails to notices a shadow over her, and by the time she did, it was too late. Lily slams her open abdomen on Elise's head to mask any screams she would give out. She smirks as she started to suck the human inside, her feet kicking until she was fully inside.

"Welcome to the Army." She said, rubbing her abdomen.

Well, Star was able to stop Lily, but she's not down yet. And while Lily did pull off a "Cell", she's not absorbing her. She's keeping Elsie in her abdomen until she makes it back to the hive. Also, Elise isn't going to be the only human that going to get caught. There will be more down the road. I do hope that some people give me more ideas for Star's bee powers. I even thought of one myself. Star will be able to shoot her stinger out and regrow it to shoot more. Swords of Dawn even gave me a few ideas in his PM, which I'll try to bring in.

I also saw more monster girl ideas, not only in the reviews but also in the PM. Remember, I'm fully aware there are a lot of them, but I won't be doing them all. I'm even thinking over a few myself.
