Part 2

When Kate woke up, she found that the Praetorian was laying on top of her protectively, and Kate said. "Praetorian, could you get up please?"

And the Praetorian said. "Of course Kate." And got up.

"Praetorian? Can you take me to where the exit is? I need to go back to the lab and eat something... I'm starving, and there is nothing here to eat."

"Of course Kate." The Praetorian said and picked Kate up, then he began to walk back to the hive's exit.

When they were halfway to the exit, a young drone came up to them, bowed with respect, and Kate said. "Praetorian put me down please." The Praetorian complied and put Kate on the floor. Then Kate said to the drone. "You are that Chestburster that spoke to me in the Queen's chamber, weren't you?" He gave a small nod, (a bit shy) looking at the floor. Then Kate put her thumb and fourth finger under his jaw, and lifted his head up to face her, and said. "You're bored, aren't you?" He nodded. "Well if you want, when I get back, I will play a game with you... Ok?" His lips pulled back to show his large silvery teeth.

Kate jumped back, a bit startled, and was caught in the Praetorians arms, and he said. "Easy there, Kate... It is the xenomorph's version of a smile or a grin." The Praetorian said as he did the same. Kate could also hear him mentally chuckling.

And she said. "Ha ha very funny, not. Now go on young one, go back to what your queen, my sister needs." The drone quickly slipped away into the darkness. And Kate said. "Shall we continue?"

And the Praetorian said. "Yes, let's continue." And he picked her up again and began to walk towards the exit. When they got there, the Praetorian put Kate down and said. "You walk ahead, I will follow in the shadows and vents because if one or more of your warriors, see me with you, it will mean trouble for both of us."

"Ok, that's fine by me, so long as you stay close to me. Ok." Kate said, for fear of being left alone.

"Ok, let's find some food for you." The Praetorian said, then he jumped into a nearby vent that ran parallel with the hallway. "Ready?" The Praetorian said.

"Yes, let's go," Kate said. As she began to walk, she didn't see the laser tripwire, and she set off the motion alarm.

Meanwhile.

"Sir, one of the motion alarms I set up just went off." The Private said.

"Show me." The Sargent said. The Private then began to type the access code for the cameras... When the camera feed was displayed, both the Private and Sargent were shocked to see a little girl walking down the hallway. "There's a survivor. We need to find her before a xenomorph does... Hay you, I have a priority one mission for you. Go and get that girl..." The Sargent said.

"Sir, yes sir." A Private said.

When the Private left, the Sargent said. "Hey doctor, I think I found a suitable subject, for one of your little 'pets'."

The scientist looked up at the screen and said. "Great, now bring her, I need to study the growth of an embryo, inside a child anyway." He said with an evil grin. "Wayland will be most pleased with the information I'll receive." He said and taped one of many glass tubes that contained a facehugger.

And a facehugger said. "I hate that man, oh by the mother, I want to be the one to impregnate him."

"Well you won't need to wait any longer, your freedom is close." A warrior said.

Meanwhile.

Kate walked into the kitchen and found a box full with thousands of packaged, ready to eat meals. "Good, these will last me a long time." She said

"Kate something is coming!" The Praetorian said.

Just seconds after the Praetorian warned her, a soldier came into the kitchen and said. "Little girl, come with me."

"Ok?" Kate said, then she spoke to the Praetorian through her mind. "Praetorian, follow me... Only attack if there is a threat to me, or if I call you."

"Ok, as long as he doesn't lay a finger on you, if he does, well... I'll tear him apart." The Praetorian said.

"Little girl we need to leave now." The soldier said.

As Kate walked further away from the hive, she suddenly heard her sister calling out for her. "Kate, please don't go!" Her tone was clearly distrest.

"I can't I am being," Kate said, before being interrupted.

"I don't care. Praetorian get underneath her, and brake the metal meshing, and pull her into the floor. I want her in this hive, now, and the best way now is by making it look like you're going to harvest her. This way, they'll think she is dead. Clear?"

"Yes, my queen." The Praetorian said.

"Good, now Kate, all I need you to do is, scream. As you might have guessed by now, we are quite deadly creatures, and we bring other living things back to our hive to harvest." The Queen said.

"You are a little overprotective, you know that?" Kate said.

"Ready Kate?" The Praetorian asked.

"Yes," Kate said, and no sooner than she said it, she felt the floor underneath her give way. She let out a scream that got the soldier's attention.

When he looked back, he saw that the girl had fallen down a hole that came up to her chest, and he said. "You're supposed to look where you're going, little girl." Then he saw a large Black Hand rise from the floor. When he saw the xeno's hand, he felt helpless, knowing what the xenomorph's had planned for her. "Little girl... I'm so sorry." He said.

"Sorry for what?" Kate said, then in one quick motion, the Praetorian pulled Kate into the floor, by rapping his large hand around her neck. As he pulled Kate in, she let out a scream of terror.

The soldier covered his ears of what he thought to be the screams of a good as dead, young child. "She was so young, and she will embark a horrible death... Fucking xenomorph's". He tapped his radio and said. "Sir, the little girl you sent me to retrieve has been taken... (Static) Sir? You there?" No response.

Instantly, he began to run back to the outpost... But when he got there, almost everyone had a hole in their skull, the others... The others had a facehugger covering their faces, tails constricted around their necks, among the large containers that used to house the facehuggers where smashed and glass was everywhere. The private felt his chest tightened at seeing all of the other soldiers, civilians and the scientist that sent him away ether dead or being used as hosts. "Hiss." The private froze, as the sound came from above him.

The warrior watched the human come into the room and then gave a loud hiss, and the human looked up. As soon as he spotted the warrior, the weapon in his hand fell to the floor. As soon as the weapon hit the floor, the warrior jumped from the ceiling and pinned the human to the floor. The warrior sized the human up. And said. "This one is going to taste good." He said while drooling over the human.

The private could feel the xenomorph's drool on his neck, as he watches the jaw's open, then he saw the second set snapping in anticipation of its latest kill.

The warrior opened his jaw's, ready to shoot his second jaw into the human's skull to kill him. But the queen spoke. "Warrior, bring this human back to the hive... He shall meet his end by my jaw's, for trying to take Kate away from us. Bring him... to me!"

"Yes of course mother, my queen." The warrior said, then look down at the human warrior. Then knocked him unconscious with a strong headbutt forcing his head to whip back into the hard metal floor, and began to drag him back to the hive by his leg as his body was dragged along the floor.
