A/N: As you know the previous episode WAR FOR EARTH part 2 is a mere future for seen by john deegan. This story continues from the episode WAR FOR EARTH part 1 after the heroes have been captured. No one met supergirl and she doesn't know about multiverse either.
NOTE: To people who read the previous version of this chapter, this chapter is the new and final version of crisis on two earths. The previous version is not upto the expectations so this chapter will be the final version for it.

Chapter – 6: CRISIS ON TWO EARTHS…
Locaton: Nexus…
Dr. Fate is levitating in the air and suddenly he opens his eyes on the destruction he forseen from the future.
(in his vision)..
Barry: (to anti monitor) I will not let you win you monster…
Oliver: (choking) Barry… Save felicity and the others.
His neck was snapped by anti monitor…
Barry: Noooo!
Kara flies in but was knocked down by parallax…
Everyone dies in the battle…
Darkness consumes the galaxy and all the realms including hell…
Lucifer lost his soul when his true love died in front of him…
All the demons from hell bows down to Anti monitor…
Anti monitor growls and releases a huge wave of anti matter into the multiverse killing all life in the galaxy…
Dr. Fate comes out of his transe.
Dr. Fate: (screams) John Constantine!
Within seconds John appears in front of him.
John: Wha- What happened?
Dr. Fate: You failed.
John: I failed? How?
Dr. Fate: You helped thawne to time travel and that bloody bastard Mar Novu took the advantage from it and gave the book of destiny to a mortal and he changed the reality by combining earths 1 and 38. Now I saw the future and all its destruction is still infront of me.
John: I failed… I failed again… How- How can I make this right?
Dr. Fate takes time to think about it and he tries to see the future again. He smiles at the sight when john helps the heroes in winning the battle.
Dr. Fate: Yes. I know a way in which you can make it right.
John: What is it?
Dr. Fate whispers into his ears and he motions to follow the plan immediately. John casts a spell and disappears from the NEXUS.
Dr. Fate: And so there will be order in the galaxy.
Location: National city…
Kara is sleeping in her loft and suddenly wakes up remembering the battle which was happened on earth – 1.
Alex: Look who finally decided to join the…
Kara yelps and turns to use heat vision on her.
Alex: …land of living. Kara, are you ok?
Kara: Yeah. Just a bad dream, I think?
A news reporter tells news about Lex luthor wreaking havoc in national city on news.
Kara: Lex? How is he still alive?
Alex: What are you talking about? He is not dead. He was arrested for plotting against superman and trying to kill his sister lena luthor. He somehow escaped the ARGUS facility. Oh boy, J'onn is gonna be furious about it.
Kara: Argus? J'onn? What is it? And who is he?
Alex: Hey are you all right? Looks like your head has been knocked out for a long time and you don't remember out rival organization or our director. Shall I recommend a doctor for you?
Kara: No, I'm fine.
Alex: Looks like you don't. What are you waiting for? Now go save the city from him.
Kara: (thinking) Oh Rao, what is happening here?
She flews out form her window in her suit and lands in front of Lex.
Lex: Ah. Supergirl. The saviour of mankind.
Kara: Ah. Lex luthor. The bastard of mankind. Let's get this over with. I'm having the worst day of my life.
Lex: With pleasure.
He shoots a laser bolt from his suit and she easily dodges it.
Kara: Really lex? That's the best you can do since our last encounter with each other?
Lex: Oh, I'm just getting started.
He throws a bomb onto her and she groans but dodges it.
Kara: If you don't get your head into the game right now, I will blast your eyes with my heat vision. I am having a really crappy day and you aren't making it better in anyway. I think I should finally kick your ass and throw you down the hole from where you came from.
Lex: Are you threatening me?
Kara: Yeah.
Lex checks a screen on his hand and chuckles.
Lex: My work here is done. See you around , supergirl.
He flies off into the sky.
Kara: Oh, you are not getting rid of me that easily.
She follows Lex into the sky and a white light blinds her eyes and she falls on ground unfamiliar to her.
Location: Unknown…
She notices some people around her and stands on her feet. She notices a woman in white dress with a bo staff in her hand, a being in green colour, another man in red coloured suit lying on the ground still unconscious and finally a woman who looks exactly like her and having a communist party's symbol on her chest. All of them saw each other and kara came closer to the woman who looked exactly like her.
Woman: (in Russian accent) Who are you?
Kara: My name is Supergirl. Who are you?
Woman: I am Red Daughter. How are you looking exactly like me?
Kara: I would ask you the exact same question.
Before the red daughter could answer the woman in white intervenes between them.
Woman: Ladies… As much I hate to ruin your conversation, shouldn't we figure out the most important question. I mean where… this… is?
Kara: I don't know, the last thing I remember is I am fighting lex luthor in National city and somehow I ended up here.
J'onn: Kara? Is that you?
Kara: Depends on who's asking.
J'onn: Oh sorry, you haven't seen me in this form yet.
He changes his form into hank henshaw. The woman in white picks up her bo staff and gains her position on fighting him.
Hank: Whoa Whoa Whoa. I come in peace. I am not here to hurt anyone.
Kara: Hank? What are you?
J'onn: Allow me to introduce myself. My name is J'onn J'onzz. I am the last son of mars. I was rescued by your adoptive father jeramiah, kara. He died saving me, so I gave him my word that I will rescue his daughters and for that I recruited your sister alex first and then you.
Kara: He saved you.
J'onn: Yes. I don't understand. We were fighting astra and she took you hostage. Somehow we tracked you to earth – 1 and the next thing I remember is stranded in this place with him.
He points his finger to the man in red suit.
Kara: Earth – 1 you say. How many earths are there?
A new voice came from behind them.
Man: Infinite earths. That's why we call it the MULTIVERSE.
Woman: John? Is it really you?
She goes near him and hugs him.
John: Hello Sara. It's been a long time since we met.
Sara: How are you alive? I mean How did you survived?
John: I didn't. When that nut job oliver tried to escape from LIAN YU he left me there to die. And a guy named nabu took my soul from hell and sent me on an important mission to find the flash and warn him about the upcoming crisis.
J'onn: What crisis? What are you talking about?
Kara: And who's the flash? What does he has to do anything with it?
John: That sleeping beauty is the Flash.
He points out to the man in red suit lying on the ground. Red daughter goes near him, lifts him up and slaps him on his face. He wakes up and notices the people around him.
Barry: Ow. Whoa.. I am seeing double. Where am I? Who are you people? Sara? Is that you?
Sara: Wow that gotta hurt.
Barry: Where am I?
John: You are in deep space of the magic realm Nexus.
Barry: Ma- (scoffs) Magical realm? Like an actual magical realm?
John: Yes.
Barry: Cool. I mean not cool. You have no right to kidnap us and bring us into this creepy good looking magical realm. (thinking) Cisco's gonna be so jealous.
John: First stop saying magical realm. It has a name. Nexus. I am here to warn you about the upcoming crisis.
Barry: Crisis? What crisis?
John: The kind where all of the multiverse ends with a single stroke.
Barry: So the mutliverse is real? All infinite earths are real?
John: Yes.
Kara: (whispers to red daughter)You shouldn't have wake him up.
Red daughter rolls her eyes and focuses on john's words.
John: What do you people remember last before you wake up here?
Sara: We were fighting some alien invaders with a symbol like that on their chests.
She points out the symbol of EL on supergirl's chest.
Barry: Yeah. Oliver, Sara, John Diggle and I were fighting them and Dr. Wells gave us an idea about how to defeat them. We surrendered as per our plan but the next thing I remember is waking up in this place.
John frowns lightly on hearing the name of Dr. Wells. As he is the cause of this problem in the first place.
Kara: And I was captured by my aunt astra and held hostage. We travelled to another earth and I saw a red blur along with three others fighting the soldiers send by my aunt.
Red Daughter: Wait. You said Astra?
Kara: Yeah. She's my aunt. My only relative other than my cousin who came from my home planet krypton.
Red Daughter: (scoff) She's my aunt too.
Kara: What?
John: Yeah. What?
Red Daughter: I was born in a laboratory. My genes are half kryptonian and half coluian.
J'onn: Coluian?
Kara: Brainy.
Barry: I'm confused. What are you guys talking about?
John: I think showing you would be the best for now. Here.
John extends his hands and barry holds it along with sara, kara, j'onn and red daughter. He showed them the birth of multiverse, the upcoming crisis and the previous battle where all the heroes fought the kryptonians. He also showed them the book of destiny and how monitor used the loophole in timeline to give the book to john deegan and he wantedly didn't show barry about the deal that constantine made with thawne before the heroes were captured. He thought it would be best if barry doesn't know about thawne in this moment.
Everyone leaves his hand and tries to digest the memories which flooded their minds and barry fell down on the ground.
Barry: We lost.
John: No you didn't. That's why I am here to help you. I was sent here to warn you about that big buffoon whom you saw in the vision giving the book to another buffoon who reshaped the history. His name is Monitor. Barry, I am specifically here to warn you about him. He is a manipulative bastard. He can twist your mind in ways you can't even imagine.
Barry: You said about the crisis, right? What if he is the one who can help us in winning it? And how come we trust you? I mean what if you are manipulating us and doesn't want to take help of him and we lose?
J'onn: He has a point. What if you are here to turn us against the only chance of winning the crisis?
John breathes heavily and screams on them as they accused him of something which he would never do in his life.
John: Because, I trusted him way before when I was alive. I trusted him, yet he betrayed me. He is the reason that I am dead. He told me to go to lian yu to help oliver and sara. But when we were about to escape he changed the sides and betrayed me by giving my soul to Lucifer. Fortunately, me and lucy go way back and he gave me a chance to change the history by the help of Dr. fate. I failed for the first time when I was sent to obtain the book of destiny. My soul was sent into hell and I spent an eternity which you could say at least 7 years. Now, my soul was bargained by him again and this time I don't want to fail. Please mate trust me. I am here to help you.
J'onn tried to read his mind but couldn't.
John: You are trying to read my mind and know my intentions, right mate? I am a ghost now. You couldn't read my thoughts or know my intentions, but please trust me. I will help you in the battle.
Barry: (to sara) What do you say sara?
Sara: Given the fact that he tried to save me, I say we give him a chance for once only. What about you?
She turns to j'onn.
J'onn: I don't know. He may be lying.
John: Well then now let me tell you a truth about your life. You had a brother and due to his intentions your father put a curse on you both. By that you forgot about your brother and he is stranded alone on mars. When you gets out of this place, go to your home and see for yourself. Then you can decide whether to trust me or not.
J'onn: (stammers) I- I don't- I don't have a brother.
John: Yes you have. His name is Ma'lef'aa'k or he now prefers Malefic. Your father put the H'ronmeer's curse on you both.
J'onn pauses in disbelief.
Kara: J'onn? J'onn, are you ok?
J'onn: I am trying to remember him. But I don't know what is stopping me from reaching him.
John: J'onn I know telling you in out of the blue might be a bit of surprise for you but every hero needs your help in crisis. You are their only beacon of hope. Trust me, I am not lying.
Kara: Ok, big guy. I have some doubts. First, what happened to my earth? How it combined with their earth and most importantly who the hell is she?
She points her finger to red daughter and turns her face to john.
John: There is one thing you need to know about. If any of the changes you encounter in your daily life that is because of the crisis change. John deegan used the book of destiny and for seen the future. For which he combined both your earths and he took out your villains in your life. But other than that any changes you see they would be only described as crisis change. She shouldn't be here as per the original timeline. But like I said "crisis change".
Kara inhales deeply and turns her face to see her exact duplicate.
John: Well then. If all of your questions are finished then I will send you back to your realm and I will be on my way.
Barry: Wait. I need to know about my mother.
John: What about her?
Barry: I mean can she come back if we use the book you told us about.
John: Barry, there are some things which goes beyond your power and beyond explaination. When deegan finished using the book he was eliminated from the world into thin air. There are major changes happened in your world but nothing is perfect. When your mother died, you became a hero, if she is alive you don't have any chance on becoming the man you are now. That's how timeline works. You of all people should know about how tricky time travel could be.
Barry frowned on hearing that. Sara puts her hands on his shoulder for comforting.
Sara: So, what kind of changes we would discover?
John: Government agencies from earth 1 and 38 are at war now. I mean both ARGUS and DEO doesn't trust each other and they are at the brinks of war because DEO doesn't give the details about supergirl to ARGUS. And the director of ARGUS, Amanda waller initiated the task force-x to wipe out supergirl. And that's not the main point.
Sara: Then what is?
John: the task force-x is being led by Oliver or you may call him the arrow. Barry is a part of the team too.
Barry: But I didn't joined the task force – x.
John: Crisis change, barry.
Kara: (sighs) So this woman wants to eliminate me?
John: No if you can convince them to stop the battle. You can try to make peace amongst your selves and join forces.
Sara: Oliver wouldn't agree to her plans.
John: You think he would be the same oliver before this all happened? And barry I need to show you something.
He puts his hand on his head and showed him the present situation of his life. After sometime he comes out of trance and breathes deeply.
Barry: So… Team flash divided. Caitlin joined ARGUS, Cisco joined the DEO and Dr. Wells can walk now? This might be the best crisis change happened in my life after I became flash.
John: Well the problem lies when you should choose sides barry. On one side you have your best friend working for helping or catching aliens. And on other side you have your other friend who help metahumans. Your decision effect the war happening between them. On the plus side you got STAR LABS for your own. Dr. Wells gave it to you. You can monitor on your own or can take the help of your friends.
Barry's mouth hangs open as he realises the truth.
Kara: So what happens now?
John: You must train for the upcoming crisis and live your lives as they are now. You can't change the past but can change the future. It's my sole purpose on visiting you guys now.
Everyone stood silently. Until red daughter broke the silence.
Red daughter: So what's my place in this crisis? I clearly didn't exist until now so I need guidance for future.
Kara: You can live with us until you found your guidance.
Red daughter: Are you serious?
Kara: Yes. We are practically sisters. You may have half other genetics but you have a heart of kryptonian which makes you my sister.
She smiles at her. Red daughter nods her head in agreement.
John: See. That's what I am talking about. We should accept the changes.
Everyone nods in agreement. After some time john casts a spell and a portal opens up to earth.
John: Everyone I guess my time now is completed.
Sara: What happens to you after we are gone?
John: I don't know.
Sara comes closer to him and gives a deep kiss to him and before parting ways she takes another long moment seeing him.
Sara: Take care, john constantine.
John: Sure, love. And kara can I speak with you for a moment.
Kara: Yeah.
They both get to a distance where others can't hear them.
John: I want to ask you a favour.
Kara: Sure.
John: I've seen your future. You don't survive the crisis if you are alone. You need friends, partners and more importantly a soul mate who can stand between you and death. Choose your friends wisely. Make partners with unusual allies. Finally find the love in your life. You will need it when the time comes.
Kara: (inhales sharply) I don't know who to trust now. All my life is changed the moment my planet exploded and now everything changed.
John: That's life. And for the trust part you can rely on these people.
He points to the others present with her.
John: They will become your family. They will become your strength. By the way I forgot to tell you.
Kara: What?
John: You have a brother in this timeline.
Kara: I have a brother? Who?
John: You wouldn't believe me if I said it. He is not your brother by blood but he helped you when you first arrived on this planet.
Kara: Ok now you are not making any sense.
John: His name is… Oliver Queen.
Kara: Oliver Que- Wait. Is he the same oliver who leads the task force – x from ARGUS.
John smiles widely as she understood what he is saying about.
Kara: Oh my god!
John: Kara don't make any rash decisions. He loves you as a sister no matter who you are.
Kara: But I don't even know him. How did he helped me?
John: I couldn't share that information to you now. But don't worry about it. J'onn has your memories of the present timeline. I gave the power to him. He can give you the memories of your counterpart of this timeline and you can know about him more.
Kara: Thanks for the advice. I will think about it. But first I need to go to my city and stop that lunatic lex luthor before he escapes.
John: You don't worry about him. He is an illusion created by me for diverting you.
Kara looks at him angrily. He chuckles and parts his way with her.
J'onn: Kara, we need to go. Come on.
Kara: Yeah. I'm coming.
With that they all leaves the nexus and enters their home world.
Location: National city…
Kara and J'onn decided to give alex the memories of past timeline and after giving it to her he left the world to search his brother malefic on mars.
At kara's apartment, alex and kara both sat in the couch and eating ice cream cartons.
Alex: So you have a brother in this timeline and he is a part of the team who are hunting you?
Kara: Yep. That pretty much sums it up.
Alex: And also you met your twin. Invited her to live with us in our apartment.
Kara: Yep.
Alex: Now J'onn remembered about his brother and left for mars in search of him. Wow, everyone's life changed by this crisis.
Kara: Hey, I didn't ask for this. Apparently that john guy saw my future and reminded me to have a boyfriend.
Alex: As much I don't know him, he is right. Your love life is a mess.
Kara: Alex, if you don't stop talking about my life decisions I will tell mom that you are gay.
Alex: How did you know about it?
Kara: I have my sources.
Alex: I'm pretty sure that john told you about it. I swear to god if I find him-
She was interrupted by their door bell's sound.
Kara: Oh. Let me open it.
She rushes towards the door and opens it. She smiles widely on seeing the person who is a twin to her.
Kara: RD, come in. We are waiting for you.
Red daughter enters the room hesitantly and waves her hand to alex.
Alex: RD?
Kara: Red daughter.
Alex: Doesn't she have a real name?
Red daughter: No. My makers didn't gave me a name.
Alex: Don't worry. We will give you a name. We are sisters, practically and you need to have a real name if someone addresses you.
Kara: Yes. How about… Claire.
Alex: Claire?
Kara: I'm sure it's good.
Red daughter: I'm Claire?
Kara: Welcome to the family, Claire Danvers.
Claire hugs kara and sniffles.
Claire: No one has ever invited me into their family. Not even Astra. She saw me as an abomination. She wouldn't even let me see the outer world.
Alex: Let's just not bring that psycho killer's name into this moment.
Kara: As much I hate her, she always belonged to family. Family binds us together. It will make us stronger together.
Claire: El mayara.
Kara looks at her smiling.
Kara: So you do know kryptonian.
Claire: Only a little.
Alex: Ok. Don't forget that she needs her identity to be created and if she wants to join a job, I can recommend her to the DEO.
Kara: No! I don't want her to be involved into our organization, especially when a special force is looking to execute me by my brother whom I don't know anything about. If they got to know about her they will come looking for her and uses her as leverage to kill me.
Claire: Don't worry about it. Barry told me he would keep about my existence as a secret.
Kara: Barry?
Claire: Barry allen. The flash?
Kara: Oh yeah that guy.
Alex: You know him?
Kara: Not by a long shot but he is there with us in the NEXUS.
Claire: He told me that his best friends are working in the rival organizations and he can act like a double agent for both of them to know their intentions.
Alex: He is going to spy on both high security government organizations? Wow, that dude got some courage.
Kara: Ok, now why don't we talk in the morning. I have an article to submit tomorrow and it won't be finished if I don't sleep.
Claire tried to speak but got cut by kara pushing her from back.
The next morning...
Kara turns over in her bed and slowly opens her eyes to find Claire sleeping peacefully in bed beside her, covers closing her completely. She gets up from bed and yelps on seeing blood on her floor. She follows the trail into her bathroom and finds a man first aiding himself wearing a green leathered hood on his head. She screams on seeing him.
Man: Oh... Hi kara. I believe John told you about me. Sorry for barging into your house this early, but an old contact of mine was killed in the docks of coast city. I went to meet him but he was already dead when I arrived there. I was lured into trap by one of the people who plotted to kill you the last year. And instead they were killed by my hand.
Alex: (on hearing the screams) What happened? Where are you?
Kara: I'm near the bathroom and some guy is in it. He broke into our home like it's his.
Alex: (on seeing him) Yeah, this is his house. Why? Don't you remember him?
Man: Of course she couldn't. Another crisis change. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Oliver Queen and kara I am your big brother. Now before asking me questions about how I know about the crisis and multiverse, I believe we have much bigger problems.
Alex: What is it, oliver?
Oliver: A team of mine is captured by the so called organization CADMUS in coast city. I should've easily rescue them from that organization but given the condition of mine, I couldn't. So, now I need your help. Don't worry a friend of mine would accompany you in the mission. You may know him.
Kara: Who?
Oliver: Barry Allen.
Kara takes a deep breath and lifts her head.
Kara: Ok. When should I leave?
Oliver: Tomorrow. And don't forget to take your credit card. He eats the same amount of food which you consume everyday.
Kara: I don't have a credit card.
Alex: Yes you do.
She takes out kara's purse and throws a credit card at her.
Kara: I don't remember this being in my purse.
Claire: Another crisis change.
They all turns back to see Claire in her pajamas standing near the bedroom.
Oliver: Claire, good to see you. Barry told me all about you. But Alex filled me in with the rest yesterday. It's a good name you have.
He removes his hood and faces her.
Claire: (in Russian) My god, he is so hot.
Oliver: (in Russian) Thank you. I would say the same but as you look exactly like my sister, I shouldn't and I couldn't.
Claire: Oh my god. You know Russian?
Oliver: It is the first language which I learned when I travelled the world.
Kara: Ahem. I hate to cut this reunion short but why should I take orders from you? I mean aren't you the leader of the Task Force – x who are desperately trying to hunt me down?
Oliver: True, but as per I remember it correctly me and my friends are fighting aliens who belongs to your home world and trying to destroy my home world which is earth 1. We surrendered to the kryptonians and suddenly everything changed in our lives. I think you should remember what john Constantine told you. Accept the part which you can't change and move on. I accepted you as my sister along with Alex and now Claire.
Kara: But it doesn't make you my brother. You are a criminal and you will always remain a criminal in my eyes. Yeah john filled me in with everything about who you are.
Oliver: Then don't consider me as a brother. I know you aren't my sister but that doesn't make me to abandon you. Whatever this timeline may bring some dangerous situations ahead of me, I will always consider you and your sisters as my own and I always consider you all as my family. Even I consider barry as my brother. And we don't even share same blood.
Kara turns her head in defeat and looks down on the floor.
Oliver: Now, let's get to business.

Note: So, a lot of changes happened in crisis. Red daughter was found with new genetics in her body, Oliver is a brother to kara and he hunts supergirl with a team called Task force – x. The reason I involved Red daughter this early into the story is because she deserves more than what she got in the show. This chapter is one of the longest chapters in the story. I wanted to introduce another character in the story but somehow it seemed lengthy. But from next chapters all the stories will be based on drama between the heroes and villains. This chapter contained some loop holes and some scenes doesn't even make sense and for that I will make sure it changes its course and it will definitely entertain you in the future chapters.
