The applause died down as the final first year was sorted. Professor McGonagall stepped forward and Harry stood. "I demand to be resorted," he spoke in a clear voice.

The whispers had barely begun when Fred and George leapt to their feet. "We demand to be resorted!" they demanded.

Professor McGonagall stepped back from the stool, her eyes sad but understanding as the trio approached. Harry sat and set the Hat upon his head.

'WELL, FINALLY DECIDED TO TAKE MY ADVICE HAVE YOU? GOOD. SLYTHERIN!'

Harry removed the Hat and passed it to Fred as he rose and stood to the side – may as well wait, after all-

'SLYTHERIN!'

-he knew what was coming. George took the Hat from his twin and had his turn. 'SLYTHERIN!' He set the Hat upon the stool and the trio made their way to the Slytherin table, where the snakes were applauding loudly while the remainder of the Hall gaped.

Harry slid onto the bench next to Draco, while the twins settled opposite the pair. "Welcome," Draco greeted warmly.

"Thanks," he replied with a smile. Draco linked their fingers together beneath the table.

Harry was sat with his knees tucked against his chest in his dorm bathroom. The door opened and he gave Fred and George a tired smile. "What are you two doing up?"

"You know we-" Fred began.

"Hardly ever sleep-" George continued.

"Are you all right little brother?" they asked together.

"I'm feeling a little sick," he admitted.

George wet a cloth while Fred settled beside him. "Why haven't you woken Draco?" they asked as George draped it over the back of his neck.

"He's focussing on me while he's awake, I don't want him to miss out on sleep too."

"If you slept in the same bed like you want to, you wouldn't have had any choice in it." He gaped. "Did you think we wouldn't notice?"

"Not this quickly," he replied. "Please don't wake him, I'm starting to feel better."

"If that's-"

"What you-"

"Want little brother."

"Thanks," he murmured. "Not just for this, but for coming here with me."

"It'll work to our advantage."

"You don't think you'll lose trade now you're Slytherins?"

"If we do, they would have dropped us for Zonko's sooner or later, so it's no big loss."

"At least we know there'll be some snakes that will buy now, because Slytherins need to stick together."

"Exactly."

"Again little brother?" Fred and George asked in concern as they entered Harry's dorm bathroom. He glanced up from where he was curled up on the floor and hummed. George got him a cloth while Fred felt his forehead. "You're a little warm," he murmured.

"I'll be all right," he murmured, sighing in relief when George draped the cloth over the back of his neck.

"This is a…delicate question," they began gently. "Have you been intimate?" Harry blinked. "With either of them?"

"How-?"

"The two of you are incomplete, as if you're missing someone," they added pointedly.

"You would be sensitive to that," he murmured. They gave him a pointed look. "Yes," he sighed.

"You could be pregnant," they spoke softly.

"I've been with two Slytherins, they took every precaution," he insisted.

"Precautions mean little, when you're with the person – or people – you're meant for," they continued, voices just as gentle.

"That isn't a myth?" he breathed.

"Admittedly, there are those that use it as a convenient excuse when they've just been careless," they conceded, "but yes, it's true." Harry's expression became thoughtful. "Want us to cast the spell?"

"No."

"Another night of this," they stated, gesturing dramatically at his position, "and we will."

HPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTR

Harry made his way to the seventh floor and a door appeared in the wall. He slipped through, unsurprised when it closed after him. "Pads," he breathed with a wide smile and stepped into his godfather's open arms. "Sorry I'm early."

"It's all right," he soothed and steered the teen over to the sofa. "It just needed to be long enough after dinner for there to be less people about, while still being early enough for you not to risk missing curfew." Harry nodded. "What's wrong?"

He licked his lips. "I've been feeling nauseous…"

"And you think you might be pregnant?" he finished gently.

"I'm not sure, it could be something else. But I've had two nights with it, Fred and George said if I had a third, they'd cast the spell, and I was still nauseous this morning."

"Okay," he spoke and gave him a reassuring squeeze. "Why don't I cast the spell?" Harry nodded. "But I want you to know something first Harry," he spoke seriously and the teen looked up at him with wide eyes, "whatever the result, I will be here for you."

"Thanks Pads," he murmured.

His godfather rose and backed up a step. A couple of flicks of his wand and he sat back down again. "You're pregnant," he stated as he wrapped an arm around his godson's shoulders.

"What am I going to do?" he breathed.

"There are options-" Harry's hand rested protectively over his stomach. "That don't involve harming the baby or giving them up," he finished firmly.

"You're not mad at me?"

"No," he spoke firmly, giving his shoulders a squeeze. "I know you would have taken every precaution, so how could I be mad at you for finding the one you're meant to be with?" Harry leant against him with a relieved sigh. He gave him another squeeze before releasing him. "The first thing we need to do is bring Draco and Tom into this conversation." Harry blinked. "If I know my cousin, he'll be hovering outside, so you get Draco and I'll get Tom."

As predicted, Harry only had to poke his head around the door to find Draco, and soon ushered the blonde inside. Tom had already joined them. "What is wrong little lion?" he demanded before Harry could comment.

"I'm a snake now," he replied instantly.

"You will always be our little lion," Draco spoke warmly.

"Quite," Tom agreed. "What is wrong?" he persisted.

"It's not wrong per se," Harry replied, his gaze flicked to his godfather. The Animagus nodded, expression encouraging. Harry licked his lips. "I'm pregnant." Draco and Tom each cradled one of his cheeks before taking it in turns to give him a gentle kiss. "You're not upset?" he breathed.

"You thought we would be?" Draco asked, stroking his cheek gently.

"Well, we hadn't discussed kids," he murmured.

"The most important aspect we need to discuss," Tom drawled, "is how do you feel about this, little lion?"

"I know most would say I'm too young, but no one is taking my baby from me," he stated, resting a protective hand over his stomach. He blushed at his Slytherins' approving expressions.

"True Gryffindors are just as possessive – and protective – of their children as true Slytherins are," Sirius remarked with a grin.

"No wonder the three of us get along so well," Harry murmured, causing his companions to laugh softly.

Tom stroked Harry's cheek gently. "How would you like to be married to both of us?"

"That isn't possible is it?" he spoke, frowning.

"Except for magical twins, no," Sirius answered.

"For the moment," Tom drawled.

"Answer the question, little lion," Draco urged.

Harry licked his lips, and met both of their gazes seriously. "I don't care that the Wizarding World prefers for parents to be married before they have children, I will not get married out of duty, nor let either of you."

"So what you're saying is…only if we want to?" Draco drawled. Harry nodded. "That's the case with me, Tom?"

"That is true of me as well," he drawled. "What say you, little lion?"

"I would love to, if it were possible," he added.

Tom smirked. "I already had plans to set it in motion, I will simply speed up the process."

"Really?"

"Certain stipulations will apply, of course."

"Of course," Draco drawled. "Of age? Willing?"

"All parties must be completely willing," he clarified. Harry's eyebrows rose. "It is not a process for one spouse to legally cheat on another," he spoke, his distaste at the idea clear. "All involved will share in the marriage together, and as such any previous marriage will need to be dissolved before entering into a multiple marriage."

"So a way for a triad – or more – to be legally married to each other, not for a way for, say, a man to marry his mistress while keeping his first marriage intact."

"Unless of course his first wife is completely willing for it to go ahead, and be married to the mistress herself," Tom replied.

Harry smiled brightly. "You're doing your best to prevent people from abusing it, so that those like us who care for more than one person can be married the same as any other couple."

"Yes," he stated.

Harry leant up and kissed him sweetly. "Thank you," he breathed, "for all those like us who didn't dare to hope for it."

HPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTR

Harry lay curled up against Draco's side on the blonde's bed. Draco ran his fingers gently through the brunet's hair. "You won't slip away in the night, will you?" he asked softly.

"I was trying not to wake you," he replied, leaning into the touch. "Should have realised it was a moot point." He shifted to meet the blonde's gaze. "Why didn't you join me?"

"I took your actions to mean you desired privacy," he replied honestly. "However, when I got to the point where I grew concerned, Fred and George joined you," he stated. His lips curved. "I trusted them to come to me if my presence was required."

"I'll just be a lion for a minute, okay?" Draco's eyebrows arched as he waited. "I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, or imply that I didn't want your company," he spoke in a rush. "I just felt that you spent enough time worrying about me while you were awake, without missing out on sleep on my behalf as well," he added. "For future reference, you are more than welcome to join me."

"For future reference," he drawled, "wake me."

"All right," he promised and leant up to kiss the blonde, short and sweet. Draco's lips curved upward as he pulled back. He grinned, before snuggling into the blonde's side. "What are we going to do if Tom can't put the new law in place?"

"If he does not accomplish it, then you and I will get married," he stated. "That way our children will be born legitimate, the fact of which will not be affected when we get our marriage dissolved in order to be married as a triad."

"Tom mentioned it, didn't he?" Harry demanded.

"Yes," he replied honestly. "With the age difference between us and him, it makes more sense for it to be the two of us, rather than you and him. It will raise less eyebrows that way," he added.

"No one will think twice about two fifteen-year-olds getting married," Harry murmured.

"It is not common, however, it is not unheard of," he acknowledged.

"Why is legitimacy such a big thing?" he asked curiously.

"It is all to do with family legacy," he stated. "While it is true that bloodlines would be the same, regardless of whether a marriage occurred or not, by there being a marriage, no one can contest a child's right to their familial legacy. Whether that be money, property or titles."

"Is that the same for a girl?"

"Yes," he spoke firmly. "Generally those that are so determined to have a son are suffering from a form of narcissism."

"Seeing themselves in their sons," Harry murmured.

"Exactly."

"So does that mean you would prefer a daughter?"

Draco tilted the brunet's chin until their gazes met. "I will love whatever child we have," he stated, "and they will be ours."

HPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTRHPDMTR

Harry gave Draco a quick nudge before running to the dorm bathroom. The blonde followed within moments and found him curled around one of the toilets. "Are you all right, little lion?" he asked in concern, kneeling beside him, and stroking his hair back from his face.

"Sorry for the abrupt wake-up," he murmured, leaning into the touch. "Thought I was going to be sick."

"Why do you sound so surprised?" he asked softly, then cast silencing and privacy charms.

"I rarely vomit," he stated.

"And how many times have you felt nauseous?" he asked suspiciously.

"Lately or in general?" he asked softly, laying his arm on the rim and resting his head on that.

"Are you up for casting?" he questioned seriously. The brunet nodded. "Do you know how to send a message via a Patronus?" An agreeing hum. "Send one to Severus asking him to join us," he urged. Harry remained in position and did as requested. "Beautiful," Draco murmured as his stag Patronus burst into being.

"Thanks," he responded tiredly. Draco stroked his hair gently, causing him to let out a pleased hum. A smile curving his lips, the blonde continued his strokes.

Very little time passed before Severus joined them. Harry startled. "The care of my students is my highest priority," the Potions Master drawled with bite.

"I know," Harry replied absently, "just didn't think it'd apply to me."

"Are you, or are you not, a Slytherin?"

"Sorry Professor," he replied, straightening wearily.

"Draco," Severus drawled and Draco immediately rose, distancing himself from the brunet, concern on his features. The Potions Master cast spells in rapid succession. "You are pregnant," he spoke gently.

"I know," Harry replied absently.

"And why have you not been to Madame Pomfrey about it?" he demanded.

Harry blinked slowly. "It didn't occur to me."

Severus hummed. "Come with me, both of you," he ordered.

"Severus?" Draco asked as he helped Harry to his feet.

"Further checks and potions will need to be administered," he stated. "Better for that to be done in privacy. Especially since it is best that I contact your guardian," he added with a sigh.

"He'll be on his best behaviour," Harry promised with a tired smile.

"Forgive me," Draco spoke. Harry had time to blink before the blonde scooped him up bridal style. He opened his mouth. "This will be quicker," he stated, "and few will be awake to see you."

"All right," he sighed, leaning against the blonde.

Harry felt like he blinked and found himself being set down in a comfortable chair. He startled as he took in his surroundings. "Severus' quarters," Draco informed, stroking his hair gently. "How do you feel?"

"Weird," he answered honestly.

Draco let out a soft chuckle. "Can you be more specific?"

"Nauseous and…tired." The blonde arched an eyebrow. "Out of it," he sighed.

"Severus will get you sorted out," he promised, cupping his cheek gently, unable to help his smile when the brunet leant into the touch.

"Little lion," Tom breathed in concern as he entered the room.

"Tom?" Harry spoke, startled.

"I'm here," he murmured settling on his free side and cupping his cheek.

"How?"

"When Severus contacted Sirius, your godfather got me. He knew I would want to be here."

"Are you annoyed he wouldn't talk to you?" he asked with a tired smile.

"Yes," he huffed.

"You are neither guardian nor spouse," Draco drawled.

"Yet," he spoke with a satisfied smirk. Harry's lips curved, and Tom stroked his cheek gently. "It is strange seeing you so lethargic," he murmured.

"Disconcerting," Draco spoke and Tom inclined his head in agreement.

"Quite," Severus drawled as he and Sirius entered the room.

"Professor?" Harry spoke. The Potions Master raised an eyebrow. "Is the baby okay?"

"Yes," he spoke firmly. "You are providing them with all the nutrients they need, and not leaving enough for yourself."

"He is not even two months pregnant, he shouldn't be this bad surely," Tom drawled.

"A variety of factors could be responsible for his condition."

"Professor, could I have something for the tiredness?"

"Of course," he replied and levitated a potions vial over to the former-lion. "It is actually best if you have that first," he remarked as Harry drank it.

He let out a relieved sigh as it began to work. Draco and Tom went to their knees in front of him. "What is it you wanted to talk to us about, little lion?" Tom asked gently.

He licked his lips. "What Professor Snape is trying not to say, is that before I came to Hogwarts, I was malnourished," he stated. "Even with having four years here, and not spending a full summer in their care since then, it takes its toll. And since I never got it treated…"

"You're paying for it now," Tom finished.

"That's the case, isn't it Professor?"

"Yes."

"Little lion," Draco spoke, instantly gaining Harry's attention, "will you let me do something for you?"

"What?"

"Have them investigated for abuse of a magical child."

"Why?" he asked, tilting his head curiously.

"I didn't help you then, let me have them face justice for it now," he entreated.

Harry's expression softened. "All right," he breathed.

"Both of you," Severus drawled, "up." Both teens rose without complaint and Severus stepped before Harry. Several deft flicks of his wand later, and a row of potions vials floated before the younger brunet. "Drink those, left to right," he ordered.

"Yes Professor," Harry replied dutifully before he complied.

Severus cleaned and put away the vials before casting several spells in quick succession over Harry. He pursed his lips. "It would be best if you remain here for the rest of the night," he drawled. His gaze flicked to their three companions. "I realise that means that will include the three of you." Sirius nodded while Draco and Tom inclined their heads. He turned his attention back to Harry. "I expect you to come to me for weekly appointments, however, if you experience any troubling symptoms – of which I will give you a list – you will come to me, no matter the time of day, understood?"

"Yes Professor," he replied dutifully.

The Potions Master's attention centred on Draco and Tom. "As for the two of you, after the birth, you will use more effective methods of conception prevention until I have given him appropriate treatment, correct?"

"Yes Severus," Draco responded solemnly while Tom inclined his head once more.

"I have potions I need to attend to," he drawled before he swept from the room.

Draco and Tom crossed the distance to Harry and each cradled a cheek gently. Their lion placed his hands over theirs and closed his eyes. "Are you all right little lion?" Tom asked in concern.

His pretty green eyes opened and he smiled up at them. "Better," he stated. "Not completely right," he admitted, "but better."

"Good," his fiancés drawled in unison.

"Pup," Sirius spoke.

His fiancés moved back so he could turn his attention to his godfather. Sirius sat on the sofa and patted the space beside him. Harry rose with a smile, and cuddled close the moment the Animagus wrapped an arm around his shoulders, peripherally aware of Draco and Tom settling into chairs opposite them. Sirius rested his head atop his godson's hair, his embrace tightening. "I'm okay Pads," he breathed.

"Worrying is what you do when someone you care about isn't well," he spoke, voice soft, and kissed the top of his flyaway hair before relaxing his hold enough to see his godson's face. "What?"

He licked his lips. "I don't want you to be offended that I don't ask you to be the baby's godfather, because I think of you as their grandfather," he spoke in a rush.

"That's good, that's how I see myself too," he reassured.

Harry grinned then blushed. He turned his attention to his Slytherins, and scraped his teeth over his bottom lip. "The two of you should pick out the godfather, shouldn't you?"

They shared a look before Draco spoke, "We are already non-traditional."

"Why not be the same in this instance?" Tom finished.

Harry blew out a breath. "Fred and George?" Draco guessed.

"No, they'll be Uncles," he replied instantly.

"Then who?" Tom asked curiously.

"Remus," he stated. He ducked his head. "He was there for me whenever he could be, I want to give him greater opportunities with our children. If you'd-"

"I cannot think of anyone better," Tom interrupted, "how about you, Draco?"

"I can think of few who would be more protective," he replied honestly.

Harry relaxed and smiled, before realising that Sirius was tense beside him. He turned his attention back to his godfather, expression curious. "Harry," the Animagus spoke solemnly, "there's something I want to talk to you about, and I think it's best if Draco and Tom join us."

"Pads?"

"There's a spell that tests the lineage of an unborn child, without harming them in any way," he added firmly. "I want you to know it can be done, and-" he continued when his godson opened his mouth, "that I am willing to cast it for you, even if you decide against it today."

Harry opened his mouth, then glanced at his fiancées. "I don't need it," he stated.

Draco hummed, causing his attention to shift to his snakes. Tom's expression turned solemn. "No matter which of us is the father, every child will be ours," he spoke firmly, "however, we think you should do it."

"Rather than wonder which of us caused the contraceptive charm to fail," Draco continued.

"And feeling guilty about wondering," Tom finished.

Harry blew out a breath and relaxed. "Okay, do it."

With a smile, Sirius cast the spell. A piece of parchment appeared in his hand. He glanced it, expression turning smug and handed it to his godson. Harry's gaze went to it and widened. 'Harry James Potter and Draco Lucius Malfoy; Harry James Potter and Tom Marvolo Riddle Jnr.'

The parchment slipped from his fingers as he grinned wide. Tom caught it magically and summoned it to him, tilting it so Draco was able to see. "You knew didn't you?" Harry demanded.

"I suspected," his godfather replied with a grin. "And I know you. If you didn't know, you'd brood on it, and then feel guilty."

"Mm, we're alike in that regard."

"And a great many others," he retorted, giving his shoulders a squeeze.

"Twins?" he breathed in wonder.

"Minimum." Harry blinked. "It only tells you the parents, not the number of children. So you have at least two children."

Harry let out a breath. "Well, until I'm told otherwise, I'm going to think twins."

"Makes sense," Draco spoke, voice a touch breathy. Harry's gaze flicked between his two fiancées. "Come here," Draco urged, opening his arms.

Harry rose and happily let himself get tugged onto Draco's lap, snuggling into the blonde's embrace. "Are you happy?" he breathed.

"Harry," he spoke chidingly. "You know we would both consider every child ours, no matter which of us is the father. Of course I'm happy."

"We both are," Tom added as he leant across and kissed their lion gently. "And we're still content with your choice of godfather." Harry smiled and kissed him again before he could pull back.

"Severus have you seen-" McGonagall began as she burst into the room. She cut off as she spotted them and closed the door softly after herself. Her expression softened as she took in how Harry was tensed. "You are not in trouble," she reassured, smiling when the former-lion relaxed. "I came across Misters Weasley-"

"You caught them?" Harry gaped.

"The fact of which," she continued, "spoke of the depth of their concern." Harry nodded. "They were looking for you," she stated. "And informed me that you have not been well. I sent them back to their dormitory with promises to look for you, and inform them once I had. When I didn't find you in the Hospital Wing, this was the next logical destination."

"Did you come here to see if he was here, or to see if Severus knew he wasn't in his bed?" Sirius asked curiously.

"If the first was not applicable, then the second one would be," she answered honestly. "I understand why you didn't go to the Hospital Wing," she spoke solemnly, "Poppy missed something important, just as I did." Harry startled. "I knew they were the worst kind of muggles, and if I had done something about it, rather than blindly trusting, then there would have been nothing for her to miss."

"You weren't the only one to blindly trust Professor," Harry stated, lips kicked up at the corners. "I let myself be guided into action by it."

"I bet your action coincided with my inaction," she murmured. Harry tilted his head, causing her to smile. "I can only apologise for my inaction on your part," she stated, "and promise that from now on I will not take matters on face value any more."

"I've always respected you Professor," Harry stated as he rose. "You've always been tough but fair, which I appreciated – even if others didn't – and I know that you always put the welfare of your students first." He met her gaze squarely, took hold of her hand, and held it to his stomach. Her breath hitched as she felt the difference in magical signature. "I trust you."

Her eyes became moist. "I will do my utmost to live up to it," she vowed. Her gaze flicked to Tom as she withdrew her hand. "I am aware of who you are, however, other facts I knew have proven erroneous, so I will have an open mind where you are concerned." He inclined his head, before his gaze flicked to Harry in concern. She smiled. "I know that Severus will be looking after you, and will inform Fred and George of such. Barring that, I need never speak of this moment to anyone outside of this room."

Draco tugged Harry back onto his lap as he and Tom inclined their heads in thanks. She smiled and let herself from the room. "Feel better little lion?" he asked insightfully.

"I didn't realise how much I needed to hear that, until I did," he murmured. Tom linked their fingers together, smiling when Harry gave them a squeeze. "And I'm feeling a lot better."
