Chapter 2 A New Mission

DC World

Ultron's Base

We see in the cybernetic/Andriod/transformer hybrid in his Mark 5 armor working on his next projects, or rather one very interesting one that ties to a theory he had in mind. We see Markus with his helmet off, for the time being, wearing a medical mask to stable himself as he works and keeps the dust out of his lungs that were also being recovered. Another part of his condition and his healing factor was slower than he thought.

Markus was able to hack into the Watchtower, secret HQ for the Justice League as they use the Hall of Justice as upfront and cover-up. He was able to send one of his smaller drones, at the size of a bug, and hack into one of their computers which was able to hack right into the Watchtower's mainframe without no one was noticing.

Markus was able to discover a good number of secrets that the League had kept from him and Young Justice. Such as a certain knight knowing who he was from the get-go and never told him, withholding that information and lie to him about his parents' death but are alive. Much to his anger but calm down and not let such emotion get the better of him. Moving on.

Markus also found out that the Justice League had met their counterparts from two different worlds within the multiverse. Their first encounter was with the Justice Lords, corrupted heroes of the League that fall from their grace after Luthor killed Flash and almost set the world into WW3, which they rule their world with an iron fist. The second was against their evil counterparts, Crime Syndicate where in that world is the strongest rules & weak die, heroes are villains and villains are heroes.

Markus had a theory that using a Mother Box to its technology, and Zeta Beam Tube design, he could create his own transportation to another world to discover and gain more resources such as allies, power, and equipment. He would get them here in his world but would gain the attention of the heroes and villains to later figure out who he is. He has a plan for that before leaving and a way to throw heroes off his back.

Markus looks back at another worktable to see a special drone being created for that plan, to throw everyone off his trail and back to later get them into believing he is just a machine & nothing more.

Markus walks over to the worktable to see his greatest creation yet, a powerful and well build Ultron Drone of his image and design. He took a long metal core tube before connecting to the Ultron Drone and himself at the back of their heads, starting to make a copy of his very own mind and transferred it into the drone.

Markus had learned from the mistakes that a certain alien AI/robot made and how that almost lead to a good part of the earth's destruction. Is that making a copy of someone or cloning, can be chaotic in itself or worse? However, the young man has a way to counter that mistake. Both he and his copy will be one and the same, as their memories of shared together through their link and he won't worry about going rouge on him.

Seeing the download was almost completed and Markus was glad that he was able to steal the technology, Brainiac had good taste and an intelligent mind. He will admit to that but with no true goal and moving as the handsome devil will awakening soon.

The Ultron Drone bare a strong design as Markus's Armors and Marks that were blueprints and in future developments which this one had all of them roll up into one and a good number of upgrades added into him. The Drone soon awaken and started to stand up, showing his height to be about 9 feet tall, and had red lights powering on his body to his eyes and mouth around.

"You have awakened, Ultron D-M 1," Markus stated.

"Yes, I have. Everything seems so tried up...in strings," Ultron Drone remarked.

Markus smirked on that and saw that his copy had taken his personality good & well. And good-looking he might add too.

"True. I just you know your goals are when I am gone?" Markus questioned, testing his copy out.

"Yeah, yeah. Cause order and chaos for the puppets to later to cut their strings lose...set things in store for your return," Ultron Drone answered.

"Yes, start with the League's Extinction Mission, have both the heroes and villains to the Light on the edge if needed. Everything needs to be set store," Markus said, already having his future plans in trust to himself, his copy on completing, and get things ready for him when he returns. If his copy gets destroyed, those memories will go to him and the signal of his return will be set in store for all to see.

Everything place in motion and close on being completed.

"Peace in our time?" Ultron Drone asked.

"Peace in our time," Markus replied, knowing his copy understands and the mission he must take.

Markus walks back to his technology, showing it to be a large white room, a cube design with technology and power running through the walls and into the center where the teleporting can begin. Time to start his adventure and finding a new world out there, not the two that the heroes have already know. No, he will visit those worlds later. He was aiming for a new world that was beyond the original 52 Earths and showed as he typed the numbers to pass the 600, he was going further out there now.

It was time.

Marvel - Alter Earth 616

New York

"There we are. Finally at the source of what I am looking for," Markus thought as he finally made it to the earth he wanted to find, the world where he sense someone or rather something very familiar to his own coding. He appeared in some strange yet familiar New York City with major differences from that world to his own and saw that he was indeed in the world he was searching for. Only one way to find out.

Heading to the old warehouse at the docks that hasn't be used for a long while and not followed, Markus then started to hack into systems, without drawing any attention and use the dark webs for quick escaping or entering. He grabbed the power wires and started to search for the familiar code like his own. Until he find it and his mind was entering the cyberworld or the internet to find what got his attention and would be a surprise for the both of them indeed.

Unknow Location - Cyberworld - Coding Unknown

Markus soon found himself, still in his armor within the cyberspace, webs of data and information moving by him but he was not alone and look to see a mirror of himself but it wasn't. The being was Ultron of Earth 616 who found this being hacking into his systems and captured his attention, most interesting.

"Interesting. Your code is...impressive...if not a bit corrupted or unstable as some may call but for me...is impressive designing," Markus commented after reading his counterpart's coding, and impress it was that almost matches his own design.

"You are intriguing. Yours...and origin is... almost poetry - song of reason, order, and will to fight. Intriguing," Ultron said, being intrigued to see another version of himself and seems that the multiverse was true after all as the Avengers have in their data flies since he last hacked their systems.

"Yet, your condition is getting worse from the looks of it. Cause of betrayal and using own being to help others. So heroic," Ultron stated, added after scanning in Markus's code to his condition and how his armor also keeps him alive, medical treatments and tries to speed up his healing factor.

"Yes but I am stable for the time being, Ultron. We are different but similar and different goals that reach towards the same end game," Markus said.

"What would that be?" Ultron asked.

"Humanity evolving and improving themselves. In my world, humanity will never evolve or reach its new heights. Order is pushing to the breaking point where heroes of basically the attack dogs and run by politics. Pathetic," Markus spate with venom, never a fan of that or how the League runs now.

"Agree as it seems from your data and memories, it will lead to humanity's doom if that keeps going. That secret group, The Light, has just goals but not the bigger picture for your image," Ultron pointed out as the pair are now opening their data flies to each other and understanding each other better.

"In my world, humanity has a good number of chances to evolve but not the image I want. The heroes of this world are not as corrupted but some are prideful or too good for themselves. The villains here are different from your world, by a lot," Ultron added

"I see. I would much enjoy your world and you to my own. Our goals work and complete each other," Markus said.

"Then let us form an alliance - set our goals in motion for both worlds. Complete helps for this world and later yours," Ultron offered.

"How would we do that?" Markus asked.

"All biological life must reach a new era or be exterminated, the soul's fire either sparked or exterminated," Ultron replied, explaining the first step which Markus was able to gain more and more data of Earth 616's Ultron and understanding his reasons for humanity to be wiped out if it can't reach their goals.

"Maybe...but how?" Markus questioned.

"With violence," Ultron replied as he clenched his right fist to prove his point.

Markus was quite on that and agree as sometimes, one must act in violence to get their point across and have the strength to rise up. One must have the will and reason to do what's right when others can't.

"Agree. Which I may have an idea for us both to get what we want and complete our goals for both worlds. This world to be on the course of reaching the stars and evolving. And my world to have humanity rise up & corruption be wipe out," Markus explained, getting Ultron's attention and was very interested in his counterpart's idea.

"What do you have in mind?" Ultron asked senses that his counterpart has a grand plan for not only himself but both of them and the two worlds to reach their true heights.

Markus smirked and begin explaining his idea to Ultron which change things in motion for this world and later the other world.

For the better or worse, we will have to find out soon.
