Chapter 3 Brand New Day
New York - Close to FEAST
A calm and nice day in New York, right? Wrong! It didn't last long as we see a fight going down in Feast that helps people that are homeless, sick, and old that need help in New York which has been a big help in the city, thanks to two certain people that have done a great job on that and both inspired each other to keep ongoing.
However, the calm place was attacked by the new host of a certain alien symbiote we know very well. He was a hulking man, matching the Hulk in terms of muscle and strength, having a black suit covering his whole body and made up the major of the muscles. The spider symbol on his chest was white but a hybrid of a scorpion now. He had a scorpion-like tail, a long inhuman tongue coming out of his mouth that had sharp teeth, and had some kind of green acid covering his body too.
This was Mac Gargan, former Scorpion and now the New Venom who is hunting the New Spiderman down as the old was die and soon the new will do.
Scorpion used the symbiote to sense for any remains of the Venom Symbiote to find the New Spiderman if he bonded with him or not. However, it turns out that the remains of Venom lead Mac to find Eddie Brock who was recovering from his cancer, and horror surprised on seeing the alien symbiote again.
"Well, well, well. What do I have here, little Brock?" Scorpion/Venom mocked as he grabbed Eddie up by the shirt and into his grasp.
"No, no, no, no, no," Eddie mumbled to himself, not wanting to meet Venom again and thought he was done with that nightmare. He sensed Venom and desire to return to him which surprised him on why he can sense it after so long.
"Well we don't have Spiderman...but we have found you, Eddie. Now we can become one and return as hole again. Mac was helpful and all but not enough," Venom said as he admitted to leaving his host for his original and true one.
"HEY!" Mac shouted in defense, not getting a say in this leaving and rebounding.
"Now it's time," Venom said, shutting his host up and about to return back to Eddie but something happened as the pair scream in pain on touching Eddie's right arm when making contact and burned the tendril off.
"What?" Eddie questioned with his eyes widen and saw that his whole armor was covered in white, like when he was bonded with Venom and felt something in him, something different and forces his healing abilities to push forward into something. New Symbiote was being formed and making its full appearance at last.
Then the white symbiote then started to form onto Eddie and covered his whole body, surprising everyone and Venom/Mac as their eyes widen in shock and surprised when they saw Eddie getting up and was different. He had the same build as he had with Venom and a similar design with the suit on but different color as white was the main color, black spider symbol on his chest-back, and glowing red eyes & mouth with black spider-like marks around his mouth & eyes area.
Eddie was reborn as a new man with a new symbiote and was completed as his own person now.
"I think we're in trouble," Mac commented.
"Or sure, now it's we," Venom mocked but agreed that trouble was coming to them.
"I am Anti-Venom!" Eddie/Anti-Venom shouted as he dashed towards the villain and the clash of the titans can begin.
Meanwhile
Adrian - Spiderman was seen web-swinging towards the area where a crime was reported, an attack on Feast and made him quicky to speed up there. He heard reports of a certain black-suited villain, Venom was back and attacking different places to draw out the New Spider to face or hunting him down.
The brown-haired teen knows that he will have to face this New Venom and will need to be careful. He had been studying Peter's rouges through the Avengers databacks and information sources they keep on a good number of villains which Venom was one of them but something was strange and made the hero wonder about something. Who Venom was bonding with? That's a good question and will have to find out when he gets there which he became surprised when he saw two beasts fighting each other.
"Two Venoms?" Spiderman said in surprise as he watch the black and white versions of Venom attacking each other with the new one pushing the old one out of the building and onto the streets.
Anti-Venom punched Venom off of him and slammed him onto the ground hard, causing the black counterpart to grunt in pain before being kicked in the face and launched the pair backward.
Venom recovered by having his claws into the ground and stop himself. He roared before using his scorpion tail to strike at Anti-Venom who was rushing at him but was able to grab the fast tail and surprised the pair when he ripped the tail clean off, causing the black-suited villain to scream very painfully and anger boosting the strength.
Venom used his tendrils to push Anti-Venom off of him, not before getting a painful claw mark on his right arm and hissed in anger as the wound heals but the touch of the new symbiote burns Mac & Venom a lot.
Anti-Venom noticed that and understands now. His touch not only triggers healing but also can cure different poisons and everything to even the symbiote themselves.
"You have a strong host...but not strong enough," Anti-Venom said before his hands become bigger and his claws sharper before launching onto Mac/Venom's body, shocking them, and soon screamed in pure pain as the cure touched started to burning Venom completely off to destroy the whole symbiote.
Adrian's eyes widen in shock and were surprised that this New Symbiote was manhandling Venom like it was nothing and sensed the danger, life-threatening to the new host of Venom.
Spiderman jumps into action to stop this and see what he can do which he used his organic webbing, launching outwards and webbed Anti-Venom's hands together which surprised Eddie and off guard to wide open as the New Spider pushed him off away from Mac/Venom with a dropkick.
Mac/Venom started to crawl away, struggling and was losing strength, need time to recover, and shows that the Anti-Venom cure touch was more harmful to them than they thought. He needed backup and right freaking now as he pushed a button on his belt, calling for help, and kept quiet for the time being.
"Easy White V, no need to be racist towards your fellow brother," Spiderman commented.
Anti-Venom growled at that, seeing a new spider after hearing about the news media on how Peter Parker - The first Spiderman die in battle and now rumors of a new one swinging around which were true. He was a little upset about the New Spider stopping him from killing Venom, end the suffering he caused onto him, and more down the road.
"So you don't want to talk?" Spiderman asked.
Anti-Venom roared in response but got his mouth webbed up by the New Spider.
"There we go," Spiderman joked before dodging a swing of a fist and punch, thanks to his agility and spider-sense.
Anti-Venom clawed the web off his mouth and said, "You have no idea what you are stopping."
"From murdering someone? It looks like that in my angel. I may be new to this but I know that killing is not right and harming someone to do isn't," Spiderman said, hoping to calm things down and learn a bit from this new symbiote.
This stopped Eddie, thinking deeply about those words and how they affected him. He thought back to when he was separated from the symbiote a year ago and how Peter/Spiderman talk to him about moving on with his life, not be a killer anymore, and change his life around for the better. He then remembered Martin Li finding him in the church and taking him to Feast to get help, treatment for his cancer and changed his life around. And meeting May Parker, the kindness woman in the world, and how she helps others to which Feast helped her when Peter die that day and everyone was there for her, he was too.
"You...You are right," Anti-Venom said, calming down and got down to normal muscle strength level, not the bulking he was earlier and stopped himself from doing something he will regret deeply again, not wanting to feel that again.
Spiderman sighed in relief and jumped onto street level to talk more with the New White Venom.
"So who are you, if you don't me asking?" Spiderman asked.
"Brock, Eddie Brock, or Anti-Venom," Eddie replied, feeling some connection with this new spider.
Adrian was surprised by this. He meets the original host of Venom and might explain why he wanted to kill Venom & its host as they did destroy his life & all. So payback was reasonable but murder Nah, not on his watch.
"So you wanted to kill Venom because of what happened?" Spiderman guessed.
"Yes, and still do but not sure now...," Eddie admitted as he still wanted to kill Venom for what he had done to him.
"I understand, that's being human is. Anger, wanting revenge. It's not wrong for that but I don't think you would like yourself if you do that again, become a killer, Eddie. You are a free man, it's time you act like it. Live in the past or live for the future?" Spiderman asked, wanting to help one of Peter's former rouges and not be dragged down deeper into the abyss with no return but become a better man.
Eddie was quiet and thought deeply about those words. He was about to say something but all a sudden a powerful beam of light shined onto the pair and surprised them as they look up to see battle Quinjet hoving over them. Their eyes widen, seeing that it wasn't Shield but someone else, and this means trouble for the pair.
"Shit," Spiderman & Anti-Venom cursed underneath their breath and were in for a long night.
