Chapter 1 Life will Change

AN: Twist and AU story to my Arkham Batman but into more Young Justice. Now I will add Justice League: Flashpoint Paradox, Justice League Doom, Arrow Series with the Flash, DCAU (Small), Arkham Games, and small DCAMU (new 52 movies). Now enjoy this chapter which starts at the end of the Hush Arc, my version/ending.

Within an old building of Ace chemicals, the fire goes out of control due to a fight breaking out and reaching the end. We see our Dark Knight, Batman glaring deeply at his former friend who played a shadow and mind games against him. A big game of chess and this person, Hush who was hanging just above his death, that the Dark Knight was holding on to his last line, literally.

"Hahaha, I know you would save me. You can't save us on time as we would both die in the flames soon. And we both know there's only one to stop me but you can't do it," Hush laughed like a manic and has won or so he thoughts as his eyes widen when he saw the Dark Knight letting go of the line.

"I won't kill you...," Batman started as he threw a handful of batarangs explosions around the area, boost the flames, and destroyed the building much sooner but has enough time to save someone else, someone very close to the Dark Knight.

"But I don't have to save you either," Batman finished as he left Hush to his downfall who screamed and tried to get the hero to come back, but fall on deaf ears as he walked to save someone else.

That, someone, was someone very special to the Dark Knight who he cares about, more than his ideology and will save her from this hellish night now. He picked the young woman up in his arms who has seen better days but is alive and recovery fine. She had was a beautiful woman with a great figure that can make men trun their heads and women jealous of her. She had long wavy black hair and blue with green eyes that remind a few of a cat. She wore a black suit that hugged her figure but was a bit worn and ripped now but can be remade and later. Her mask and goggles were a bit torn up as well. This was Catwoman or under the mask, Selina Kyle who was very close to the Dark Knight.

"A-Alex," Selina said, a bit weakly due to fighting, and coughed a bit as smoke was making it hard to breathe.

"Don't speak Selina. I am getting us out of here," Batman or Alex said as he carried the black-haired beauty out of the burning building and towards where the car was parked.

The GCPD would be here very soon and the Dark Knight didn't want to deal with them now. No, he has other things on his mind rather than patrol or the case.

"Is he gone?" Selina asked as she was placed in the Dark Knight's ride, Batmobile.

"Yeah, he is gone. It's over," Alex replied.

"You kill him?"

"No. I choose not to save him and let him die as he doesn't want to be saved."

The pair stayed quiet as they drive back home. Selina was moved and saw how much Alex cares about her, more than his ideology and his way of justice. She can tell that her lover was hurting from his former friend betraying and playing these games towards him. Letting him go and die, might have been the hardest thing he has ever done. The other will rival when he almost killed the Clown of Price of Gotham but was lucky that a certain police officer helped him and pulled him out of his anger, not fall on his level and stay true.

"Alex," Selina said, getting his attention and look at the cat.

"Yes," Alex said as he drove him.

"I have something to say to you," Selina said, being serious due to the tone of her voice and surprised the Bat.

"What's that?" Alex asked.

Selina didn't say anything at first until she moved forward, despite her pain, and whispered something in the Dark Knight's ear which caused his eyes to widen by his mask's lens. Alex looked at Selina to be sure if she was sure and telling the truth which he saw no lies and was surprised by this sudden news.

"Are you sure?" Alex questioned.

Selina nodded her head as she took off her half-torn-up mask and goggles, showing how she was telling the truth and serious about what she told the man she loves. Big and special news to Alex should know and how their lives were going to change.

"We are going to have a lot to talk about when we get home," Alex said, knowing how their lives will change and how his adopted father figure will be surprised by this news.

"Indeed, handsome. Should I tell two certain people about this news?" Selina asked.

"I trust them and we did help them from Hush. So, I don't see why not but not tonight. I think we earn the rest," Alex pointed out.

"Agree," Selina said as rested close to the Bat, not bothering his driving but give him relaxation and calm.

Alex smiled, not a small or rare, but a happy smile on how his life was going to change and something he knows would be a big surprise. He doesn't regret that, Hush ending, or anything. He has a feeling that a lot was going to change and something to keep an eye out on.

Time Skip (Two Years Later)

Wayne Manor

In Wayne Manor, we see our knight who was a young man with white or silver hair that has bangs and a high ponytail behind. He had golden eyes that were a bit slit. He wore a black shirt that was selves and hugged his chest, showing his muscle figure of that of a trained boxer and soldier which he has with a few old battle scars on his body, not enough to ruin it. He also wore black pants that are held up by a belt, black workout shoes, and drink a bottle of water down in one go after a good running workout. This was Alexander 'Alex' Arkham, the last relative to Wayne and Arkham while also having some Kane relatives as well.

Alex had to gain Wayne and everything from his family after the death of his parents, uncle, aunt, and cousin on that faithful night in Crime Alley which started his path on becoming the protector and hero of Gotham to later the founding member of the Justice League of America (JSA). He made a promise and vowed to always fight against crime & corruption.

"You could use more lights around this place, Alex," A certain voice said, getting Alex's attention, and saw one of his friends who was paying a visit. He was a young man around the white-haired man's age with blonde hair with a beard growing in and grey eyes. He wore a business suit with a green tie and white undershirt. This was Oliver Queen, mayor of his city while part-time CEO of his family's company and also, like Alex, a hero named Green Arrow in Star City.

"Maybe. We did have a power problem a few months ago and working on getting new lights. Alfred says it should be fixed by tomorrow," Alex said, recalling how the lightning storm from a villain caused a power problem in Gotham and a few other cities, lucky Wayne Manor has its own power grid, off while on.

"Good. So how's my goddaughter doing?" Oliver asked.

Alex smiled and said, "Little Helena is doing fine. Selina wanted to take her to meet other godmothers after a good awhile and get to know her aunts."

Yes, Alex had a daughter with Selina who told him that was pregnant after the events of Hush were over. They did have a small wedding after Helena was born, something that Selina wanted and Alex agree. He smiled at how much Selina and their daughter changed their lives for the better. It has been two years, two great years and good more will come for sure.

Now, Alex and Selina, had a good number of godmothers pick out for Helena but Alex decied to pick Oliver as his daughter's godfather as he knows the archer for a good while to trust and be an uncle figure for his daughter.

How did Alex and Oliver meet? Well, let's start.

They first meet, outside their costumes, in Tedd's boxing gym for sparing lessons and workout which they did had a boxing match that the old wild cat set up for amusements. That old cat is indeed a tricky cat to his namesake. Alex and Oliver would keep on meeting each other during or outside their boxing matches or seeing the other fight in their own matches. The pair bond with each other, almost like brothers, and saw they had a similar past, hardships but use that to become better people and fix their broken city into a better one.

Alex and Oliver later work on a few cases as Batman & Green Arrow with made great headlines and interesting team-ups that Barry remarks or jokes about but overall very good partnership and brothers in all but blood.

"Good. Do you plan on Helena wearing a cat or bat symbol one day?" Oliver joked with made Alex and him laughed at that.

"Selina and I agree to wait to tell Helena everything when she is eight or ten years old. Dick was that age before he found out everything and given help," Alex explained, remembering his adopted son that he and Selina adopted that day after Dick lost his parents that day.

Richard 'Dick' Grayson was a good member of the family and a big brother figure to Helena. He became Robin after finding out about Alex's and Selina's other life. He is thirteen now and doing good as Alex's son & partner, that's for sure.

"Agree. Oh, Roy had invited Dick and Wally to hang out in Star City, by the way, heads up," Oliver pointed out.

"I now. Dick had told me and I placed a tracker in his bag which shows he is in Star City now, as Robin and working with his friends who they meet Aqaulad soon," Alex said, showing his phone of the tracker he placed on his adopted son's bag & gear, better safe than sorry.

Oliver whistled at that, impressed on that and understand Alex's worries, a few others known as well.

"Roy will never let me down on that," Oliver said, recalling how he placed a tracker on his student one day for his safety.

"Roy is 18 and will be rebellious, is natural for his age," Alex said.

"Maybe but he seems a bit excited and deadset on joining the Justice League," Oliver said.

"They are not ready," Alex said, recalling how a good number of members of the JSA don't want young heroes such as Dick, Roy, Wally, or Kaldur'ahm on the team.

Alex, Oliver, and good numbers were against those which others join on that, and Dark Knight offered an idea for a group of young heroes to start something up. However, he was outvoted but that didn't stop him, and works on his project, YJ.

"That doesn't stop you from founding and working on the project," Oliver said with a smirk, knowing his friend won't stop, evening after being outvoted as this was Batman after all.

"Nope, it won't and hopefully on the fourth of July, we can start the project," Alex said with a smirk.

"Let's hope," Oliver said before walking over to grab his bag and set out to head back to Star City.

"Leave?" Alex asked, already knowing why.

"Yeah. I won't see Helena but tell her that uncle Oliver says hi. I need to get back, number of meetings as the mayor and got work tonight," Oliver explained.

"Understand. And tell Felicity I say hi too," Alex said.

"Will do, take care, Alex," Oliver said as he walks to the zeta teleporter in the Wayne Manor has which league members used but only a few know of Alex's home location and close friends use it.

"You too, Oliver," Alex said as he watches his friend leaving for the day and lone in his thoughts for now until the door opens to show his father figure/butler, Alfred Pennyworth coming with coffee ready.

"Oh, Master Queen left already sir?" Alfred asked.

"Yes, Oliver has left back to Star City for meetings and work tonight," Alex repield.

"That's a shame. I just made this coffee for him," Alfred said as he hands coffee to his adopted son that he raised after that faithful night.

"I'm sure Oliver would love to have coffee on his next visit. Any calls that have come in?" Alex asked as he drinks some of his coffee.

"A few have come in sir. Fox has a few projects he would like to talk to you and another meeting that the Justice League requires your attention," Alfred explained.

"Good," Alex said, already knowing what the Justice League need of him as he was one that brought and created the Watchtower, knowing the works and still need to get the full systems up & running. Now a good number of zeta teleporters work around different locations and cities all but the Watchtower has the main one that is in need of testing, still is.

Anyway.

"I would leave after Selina and Helena come back. If Dick comes back home, let him know, Alfred," Alex said.

"Will do sir. Oh, would take the offer of calling my goddaughter?" Alfred asked, recalling his goddaughter would be coming around Gotham.

"I may but you know she has been through a lot in Japan," Alex pointed out.

"I know but she needs us, Master Alex. She needs family after losing her husband and family. And if anything, she needs you to help her," Alfred said, wanting to help his goddaughter, who was like a daughter to him that he promised his friend to look after her during his last days in MI6/CIA and all.

"I will give her a chance Alfred. Family is family after all but not sure about her joining my patrols, yet," Alex honestly said which caused his father figure to smirk on that.

"She says the same thing too and looks forward to the challage," Alfred said.

"Challage huh?" Alex raised an eyebrow at that and will have to believe it when he sees it, only one way to find out.

"Something tells me that I should get ready in case things go out of control but if Alfred trusts her, I might just too and help as much as I can," Alex thought, knowing how his father figure's goddaughter's hardship better than anyone.

Things were going to be interesting, indeed.

AN: Now this is how the ending of Batman Hush should have ended in my books. Something that always annoyed me & few others is with cannon Batman tries to save those even who don't deserve it and makes those who actually care for him to distance themselves from him.

But anyway, the first arc will take place soon and will be Crisis on Two Earths and later into Young Justice with other events be mention or shown.
