Chapter 5 Main Problem
Watchtower
After members of the Avengers were saved from the trap and used teleported within the mansion to have a meeting on the Watchtower. The members of the Avengers were sitting at the table for their meeting and we see Bryce & Candice off to the side, listening to the meeting.
"It was coordinated attack, intended to kill us or failing that put us out of commission for an extended period. Obviously, the first step of a larger scheme, something that we would stop," Bruce informed.
"The attacks were strategically brilliant," Diana commented, seeing that whoever is behind this took careful steps and counter plans for the attacks to work on them.
"More than that, they were specifically targeted at our physical and psychological weakness," Barry said, recalling how his and Hal's trapped almost destroyed them to be good examples.
"Indeed but who behind is the main question?" Naruto asked, already knowing the answer, now wore a new helmet, armor, and cape as the old ones were too much damaged to keep on using.
"Someone who knows us very well," J'onn said, being a good thought but wasn't needed now as the person behind the plans was in the meeting room with them.
"The plans were mine," Bruce simply said, getting to the point and surprised a good number of the team, not Naruto, Clark, Bryce, or Candice as they know by themselves or aware of the contingency plans as this Batman after all. If no one has a plan, then he does and always is ready to suspect the worse in people.
And they are more surprised that the four know of it.
"Before you jump the gun and get on Bat's ass, just listen out," Naruto said, speaking for a good voice of reason.
"I have my contingency plans for members of the Avengers, past & present. All of them capable of handling and disarming you," Bruce started.
Before someone spoke to voice their disagreement, Bryce cut them off and spoke, "Disarming, not kill. Whoever stole the plans, change them and proves that they are a genius in terms of war."
"Agree," Naruto said, seeing that the mastermind has plans within plans and has years of war tactics by their side.
"These plans should have been told," Diana said.
"I am not against Batman's contingency plans but stolen and being used on us, yeah that stings," Hal said.
"Hey back off everyone. I understand you are upset with the plans but without them, I would not be here," Clark said, surprising the team who don't know about the contingency plans.
"I almost went to the deep end. Without Bruce's plans, I would have still been under control and lost myself. I am not seeing it's right or wrong but having those plans in the right hands is the best option than lesser people would do," Clark explained, making good sense.
"Indeed. The Avengers are earth's mightiest heroes and pure but one day, you all could end in the deep end," Bryce said.
"We won't do that. None of us would go into that deep end," Barry said.
"No? Remember what Naruto, Bryce, and I told you about our world?" Candice questioned made them quiet, and heads lowered on that, a painful subject and was a good point made to light.
"She's right. One day, we will meet impossible choices and pray that we never cross that line," Naruto said, not want to see someone he cares about, crossing that line again. Never again.
Everyone was quiet on that and everyone knows about Naruto, Bryce, and Candice are from another world due to them sharing that with them. Some of them know it was painful in that world due to the two-year war and all but only Bruce, Clark, and Diana know how painful it was to them to recover from that. And they are right.
On Earth 50, sadly, there were no contingency plans for the Justice Lords and they were out of control due to the injustice that happened to two members of their team & world war 3 coming to them. Now it may or may not happened to them on Earth 1 but who can see something similar will happened and who better to stop than Batman as he is Batman after all. And he is not the only one as Ghostmaker, Batwoman, and Superwoman are also the best choices as well.
Now the Avengers need to figure the main problem at the end, who's behind this? The mastermind or leader of the group is a war tradition genius and has big plans is what our heroes can figure out.

AN: Now that was better in my books than the movie had. Now understandable in that animated movie but in my case, Naruto, Bryce, Candice, and Clark siding with Bruce while explaining the plans are being there for their own safety will change things and a better story arc-wise. Bruce won't quiet the team but will be a part-time member for sure and knows that Bryce & Naruto can handle it as they are like him but different.
Now I am still open for Naruto's harem adding, suggestions and reasons on how they fall for him are needed.
The next arc after Doom, well I let you all take a guess for fun, and here's a hint, 'Don't lose your bandages'.
