Dracula, in his bat form, flies up to a massive gothic castle perched isolated on an island in the middle of a huge inland lake and surrounded by high rugged mountains. Enter through a window that overlooks a corridor and de-transform in front of a door.

Dracula smiles and feels something strange on his wrist, lowers his gaze and looks at the locket, he is surprised, he did not know how that locket had come to his hands.

In that he remembers that Helena had it on when she defended herself from him, surely when he grabbed her to prevent her from ruining his plan that he accidentally ripped her necklace from her.

He stared at the necklace, it looked familiar, but he couldn't remember where he had seen it from.

In that he remembers Helena's eyes staring at him, Dracula shakes his head when he realizes that he began to think about her.

He did not understand, what happened out there, that feeling he had felt a long time ago and it was not hatred, and he hates humans.

"Where have you been?"a stuffed head hanging on the doorknob ask. "Why are you snooping around?"

"Shh! Quiet!" Dracula silenced the little head, while he keeps the locket between his clothes and then knocks on the door as if he did not know that his daughter had returned home. "Sweetheart, have you returned so soon?"

"Come in, Dad." Mavis said, trying not to sound depressed.

Dracula opened the door and found Mavis sitting on the bed, looking scared and disappointed.

"How did it go? How was the big world?" he asked as he sat beside her.

"It was okay." Mavis answered without seeing him.

"What?" Dracula smiled gently. "What's the matter?"

"Dad, you were right. Humans are awful. They were everything you said. They wanted to bite my toes!" Mavis turned to see him and hugs herself.

"Your toes?" Dracula pretended to be shocked.

"And they had garlic..." Mavis gets up and walks to the window. "On bread!"

"What?!" Dracula feigned shock as he rubbed his arms. "Look at me, I'm so scared I'm getting goosebumps!" He watches his daughter look sadly at the window, Dracula gets up and approaches her. "I am so sorry you had to see all that." He hugs his daughter and she hugs him back.

"I'm so sorry I doubted you." Mavis said, almost sobbing. "I'll never leave here again."

Dracula smiles secretly, his plan had worked.

"O-Okay, okay." Dracula pulled out of the hug and told her comfortingly. "Look, don't be sad. Daddy's gonna give you the bestest birthday ever! Look what I brought you your wormcakes!"

He produced a plate of pancakes, with live worms squirming in it. Mavis graciously accepted his surprise birthday breakfast.

"Don't be sad." Dracula told her while stroking her chin up. "This is the year we open Mommy's present for you."

"What did she get me?" Mavis asked with a smile.

We'll see." Dracula shrugged. "She said never to open it until your 118. We've waited this long." Dracula replied in a voice too sweet. He then walked to the door, still smirking. "You eat your wormcakes, you come down whenever you're ready, Honey."

Dracula leaves the room, still smiling, and slowly closed the door behind him. Once this was done, he sighed in relief, his plan had really worked.

"Oooh. What did you do?" The shrunken head on the doorknob suspecting Dracula's behavior

"What I had to." Dracula responds seriously. The shrunken head scoffed in skepticism. "She'll thank me one day."

"That's what the guy who shrank my head said. You're going to be in big trouble when she finds out."

Dracula gagged the shrunken head to keep her quiet, he knew she was capable of speaking. Then he leaves calm as if nothing had happened.

Helena and Johnny follow the zombies through a dark and hidden tunnel, if it weren't for that they were still on fire, Johnny would have complained about the darkness, Helena would have no problem thanks to her good eyesight. and vision.

Fortunately, it was not very deep when they came to a long stone bridge that led to the castle.

"Wow! Look at this place!" Johnny said amazed and took a photo.

"A castle full of monsters". Helena whispered in disbelief when she saw a few different monsters putting out the zombie flames before entering the place.

Helena rubs her eyes and sees the place again, there were many more monsters than she could imagine, they had not died, they were still alive and they have been hiding like her all this time.

"You've been protecting me from these, Mom." Helena whispered in surprise and disbelief without taking her eyes off the castle. "Why mom? Why would they keep you away from humans or why?"

"You have to go in." Johnny walks to the door.

"Wait Johnny." Helena tries to stop him and in that she remembers that Dracula has her mother's locket. "Wait for me." she said annoyed, she was determined to enter the castle.

They both approach the revolving door, Helena enters first and is surprised to see the lobby, it was huge, full of all kinds of monsters, there were large and small, with large fangs, skin full of spikes, with reptile hair or skin.

She pinches her arm to make sure he wasn't dreaming, but a small twinge was enough to confirm that it was real. There are many monsters, they still exist, she was definitely not the last.

But what surprises her the most is that the place looks like a hotel lobby, that was too strange.

"What the heck is this place?" she whispered.

She hears a growl behind her, turns and looks at Johnny trying to get in through the revolving door, only with his big backpack it was difficult for him.

"Johnny, I think you should go in through the other door." Helena said.

"There is no other door, this is the only one."

At that moment Dracula stepped out of the elevator back to the lobby, letting out a sigh of happy satisfaction. Her daughter's birthday tomorrow would be perfect as she no longer wanted to go out and explore the world for fear that humans would hurt her. The zombie bellhop, Porridge Head, approached her boss as she removed her human mask and smiled, hoping that she would do well for Dracula, whose smile turned into a frown.

"Yes, what do you want, a cookie?" Dracula said sarcastically, and pushed the zombie aside. "You did alright, man, move on already."

When the zombie bellhop frowned, something strange caught Dracula's attention. Some kind of strange figure, probably a new guest, tries to make his way through the revolving door and looks at the back of a woman who looks very familiar to him.

"A little more." Helena said as she helped Johnny inside.

When Johnny managed to enter he turns to look at the lobby in surprise, Helena looks at him with her arms crossed.

"Whew! Yeah." Johnny smiled happily.

"I should have imagined that you would put the backpack in first." Helena rolls her eyes in amusement.

"Sure, my backpack first." Johnny said without taking his eyes off the place.

Dracula froze in shock. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. Two humans in his hotel. Suddenly he imagines more angry humans carrying torches and gallows shouting at him accusingly, "Vampire!" just imagining it feared the worst.

Dracula flew towards them, before Helena and Johnny went further into the hotel, Dracula led them through the revolving door, the three of them being trapped as it turned quickly.

Helena was trapped in the middle of the backpack and the glass of the revolving door while Dracula interrogated Johnny.

"Who are you two? And how did you find this place?" Dracula asked angrily, forgetting Helena.

"Hi, I'm Jonathan, but everyone calls me Johnny and this is Helena." Johnny answered calmly, as if nothing had happened.

Helena was trying to remove his backpack from her.

"I was climbing a mountain. With some boys, but they left me alone, but luckily Helena came to rescue me." Johnny explained. "Her great-uncle invited me to lunch and we heard the story of an enchanted forest and who does not enter a dark forest, right?"

"You want." Helena clarified with difficulty.

She wanted to use her powers but she didn't want to risk it, but the voice of the one who had them trapped was very familiar to her.

"Well, I wanted to, and Helena's great-uncle told me that she wanted to go, so I accepted her company." Johnny went on narrating.

"Wait for the beating I have prepared for you Remus." Helena whispered annoyed.

"We both go into the forest and part ways for a few minutes, and I find Helena in a village building where we see some silly guys on fire, then we follow them to like this amazing castle."

When Dracula finishes listening to the story he is terrified, he begins to remember the warning that the troll who built the castle gave him more than a century ago.

"But, of course, be smart. No bonfires, no fireworks shows."

Dracula had forgotten the most important rule for his hotel, and in order to keep his daughter safe he did what he should not, because of her he had attracted humans to the hotel.

And the worst thing is that his daughter would discover the deception and surely she will hate him forever.

"How many of you are there?" Dracula asked worriedly.

"Just us," Johnny replied, "I like to hit it alone, but Helena wanted to accompany me."

"Actually, he wanted me to come!" Helena clarified as she managed to free herself from being between the backpack and the crystal, she sighs in relief and looks up to meet Dracula. "You?!"

"You?!" Dracula asked incredulously, he couldn't believe it, she was in his hotel, he was supposed to erase her memory and that she was gone. Although it was possible that Johnny had convinced her to follow the zombies.

"Wow! You two know each other?" Johnny asked.

Dracula looked at how Helena was giving him a death glare, Dracula didn't understand why she looked at him like that if he erased her memory, and for some reason he didn't like her seeing him like that.

"Well, you meet so many awesome people in the youth hostels." Johnny continued, still as cheerful as ever. "Hey, speaking of awesome..." he eyed Dracula's cape and touched it as he squealed. "...that cape thing is KILLING IT! Is there, like a costume party here or something?"

Dracula looked at this 'Jonathan' with annoyed anger, as if saying 'Don't touch the cloak', Helena was about to claim her locket when Dracula grabbed them both and smothered them on his chest, trying to hide them from view.

"What have I done? This is all my fault!" Dracula whispered terrified. Hoping to salvage the situation, he told the humans in near panic. "You two have to leave." He ran out of the rapidly spinning door and began to run with enhanced vampire speed to the bridge, when his eyes widened as he mumbled worriedly. "Oh, no."

"Excuse me, one of your piranhas in the lake is very rude, he ate my sister-in-law." a female gremlin complained as she walked up to the entrance.

"Be right with you." Dracula stammered, rushing back into the hotel, once again he is stopped, this time by the Hydra; six heads with different personalities, but one of those heads was a female.

"Mr. Dracula, we asked for a room with a view of the pool." one said.

"The rooms fine, we wanna book a massage," another said.

"Yeah, Swedish."

"Shiatsu!"

"Aroma therapy!"

"We don't want hot stone." all of them said at once.

"I'll get back to you Mr. Hydraberg." Dracula said hurriedly as he left.

"I hope so!"

"I doubt that!"

"See that you do!"

"That's Ms. Hydraberg." the female said.

Helena tried to get away from him, but Dracula was very strong, but she couldn't deny that she felt very good where she is, she could hear his heartbeat and his cologne smelled so good, when she hears Johnny's moan she returns to reality and mentally complaining about why she was thinking nonsense and why she was thinking like that, she had to take her locket and get Johnny out of there and forget what she saw that night.

Terribly nervous Dracula dodged and navigated through the crowd of monsters as he tried to keep Johnny and Helena hidden under his grip.

"Dude seriously, what's up? It's kind of funky to breathe under here." Johnny said, not completely used to the old scent he inhaled.

Dracula hissed at him to silence him under his breath.

"Drac! Hey Drac, how'd it go with Mavy?" A monster asked him as he came down the stairs, he was made of stitched human body parts, he has light blue skin, green eyes, and black hair. He wears a blue suit with a white striped shirt, red tie and black boots, it was Frankenstein. Dracula panicked and hid in fear behind a pile of guest luggage. "Hey, where'd you go?" he looked around but there was no sign of his friend.

Dracula takes advantage of the fact that Frank turns his back on them and throws himself into the storage room.

Inside the storage closet, Dracula pressed his ear against the door, making sure no one entered. Helena was fixing her blouse and skirt while Johnny looked around her in amazement.

"I see you are used to kidnapping people." Helena looks at him badly.

"What?!" Dracula turns to see her upset. "Of course not and what do you mean I'm used to?" he asks her narrowing his eyes.

"Didn't you do the same in that village where you scared your daughter?" Helena asked crossing her arms.

"What ?! How ?! Do you still remember what happened?!" Dracula can't believe what he just heard, he was sure it erased his memory, he didn't understand how she kept remembering it.

"Possibly it is because you are obsolete and that is why it did not work for me." Helena answered crossing her arms, she knew that if he discovered her he would ask her that question, luckily she had thought about that.

"Obsolete?!" he asked offended. "Of course I'm not outdated, it's probably because I haven't used it for years."

"Obsolete." Helena repeats mockingly.

"I am not!" Dracula stands in front of her. "I told you not to come back, what are you doing here?"

"You said not to go back to the forest, not to the hotel, it's my first time here." Helena raises her eyebrow.

Dracula growls annoyed, he doesn't remember when was the last time a human woman offended him..

"Wow, this room is kind of small for a big castle. No bed, but check out these awesome dustpans they give you." Johnny said as he held up a skeleton dustpan. It seems that he had not heard the argument between Helena and Dracula.

"What the hell is that?" Helena asked a little nervous. "Please tell me it's not a real skull?" she whispered to Dracula.

"Quiet, you fools!" Dracula hissed, and then he pushed Johnny to the wall and rapidly dug through his backpack. "What weapons are you keeping in this container? Your pitchforks?" He pulled out a t-shirt, that hasn't been washed since who knows when, only to be overpowered by its stinky stench.

"Oh God." Helena covers her nose as the smell got to her.

"OHHH! I can't breathe! It's killing me!" Dracula yelled in agony, while he used his cape to cover his face as he fell to the floor.

"I don't remember when was the last time I smelled something so horrible." Helena said in disgust. "I think it was when my brother and I lived in the forest for 7 months." she whispered as she remembered the time she and Remus spent in the woods after the Nazis took her father and her stepmother away. She and Remus ended up smelling awful that when the doctors found them they bathed them for almost half a day and shaved them for lice.

"Yeah, definitely due for a fluff and fold." Johnny tossed the shirt back in the backpack's pocket.

"Going back to town, please wash it." Helena pleaded.

Johnny just shrugged.

A buzz came from Johnny's pocket. Dracula took it out of his pocket and examined the electronic device.

"What is this? A torture device? A secret mind-controller? You won't read my thoughts! I won't let you!" Dracula asked annoyed.

"Dude, it's just music. Here, try it." Johnny placed two earplugs in the vampire's ears and played the song, 'Sexy and I know it' by LMFAO.

The music blasted in his ears. Dracula's face dropped to confusion and fear. He screamed in agony and took out the ear-buds.

"OHHHH! IT'S TAKING MY SOUL! AHHH!" Dracula screamed once more, having his hands on his ears as if in pain.

"What? It's a good jam. Don't be a grandpa." Johnny said, offended but still smiling.

Helena laughed at Dracula's reaction, although she was confused, Dracula is supposed to be centuries old and does not know what a cell phone is, how long he has been away from the world.

Dracula stands behind her and begins to go through her backpack.

"Hey hey!" Helena walks away from him, takes off her backpack and hugs it to protect it. "What are you doing?"

"Shut up! Let me see what you hide in your backpack." Dracula growled back at her, removing her backpack and checking it.

"I don't think so!" Helena tries to remove it. "Give it to me!"

"AHA!" Dracula takes out a black bottle of pepper spray. "What is that ?! A new instrument against monsters ?!" he asked annoyed and turned to see her. "I'm warning you girl, this doesn't hurt us!"

"Thank you, I forgot that I always carry it with me." Helena takes it off and sprays her eyes. Dracula screams in pain as he covers his eyes. "You earned it!" she keeps it in her skirt pocket along with her pocket knife.

"Why did you do that?" Johnny asked confused.

Dracula quickly recovers from the pain in his eyes and looks with deep hatred at both of them.

"You both need to go. No human has ever entered this castle. And if someone should see either of you…the safety of the hotel, the sanctuary…No one would ever come again!" Dracula hunched over and closed his eyes in fear.

"So we are the first?" Helena asked, although she had to consider herself the first hybrid.

"Oh, yeah, go for it! Ever come here again! I love your Dracula voice it's so over the top." Johnny said.

Dracula fell to his knees, his face paled

"And Mavis, if she saw the two of you, she would know that I lied. Nooo!" He sobbed, his head dropped in his hands.

Helena knew who he was talking about, she didn't know whether to claim him or continue to see him suffer.

"You know, I'm not going to blame her." Helena said.

"Who's Mavis? Is this her room? I'm good with a roommate. I've had six brothers growing up so I can totally share." Johnny said.

"And what will you do? Will you kill us?" she asked, mentally preparing her powers to attack if necessary. "I'm warning you, you can't kill me."

"I can't kill you or him." Dracula responded. "It would set monsters back hundreds of years."

"Seriously?" Helena asked surprise and sighed in relief. "Oh that's great." Relaxing.

"One time in Hamburg I roomed with this dude who I caught stealing my shampoo and I said 'Whoa man,' and he threw a flower pot at me, but he was cool."

"What are you babbling about?" Dracula glared at him, clearly not in the mood for senseless chatter.

"I have no idea." Helena whispered since she didn't understand either.

"What-whoa! Check out these awesome costumes." Johnny said as he looked though old uniforms and clothing.

"Costumes." Dracula's eyes lit up, as if a light bulb appeared above his head.

Johnny looked startled as his backpack is taken off his back and Dracula sets down at the corner.

"Uh, sorry man, I can't leave here without my backpack you know everything I own is in there." Johnny said uncertainly

"I do not like this." Helena steps back.

"It'll be right here." Dracula reassured.

"Okay, it's just, I love my backpack." Johnny said.

Helena hides behind a huge box while Dracula begins to do makeup and hair for Johnny while he complains and from time to time laughs because it tickled him.

"Perfect!" Dracula looks at Johnny already in disguise. He was painted a pale blue color with black stitch marks on his neck and hands, his red hair was straight up, and he wore a trench coat over his shirt.

"Wow! Look at this, Helena." Johnny models while he admires her costume.

"Did you dress him up as Frankenstein?" Helena raises an eyebrow.

"Yes, it was the first thing that came to mind." Dracula shrugs and turns to see her. "Now it's your turn." he walks towards her.

"Stay away from me!" Helena raises her hand to slap him.

"Don't you dare." Dracula stops her hand and stares at her and squints as he notices something on her. "Wait a minute." He opens her mouth even though she resists. "You have fangs ?!" he asked incredulous.

Helena is terrified, Dracula had noticed her fangs, surely he would begin to suspect her.

"Yes, it is because she has a slight abnormality in her fangs" Johnny explained.

"A slight abnormality in her fangs?" Dracula turns to see him confused.

"Yeah, she looks like a vampire I know, like you in your costume." Johnny said as he looked into the little broken mirror. "And trust me, I would have thought she was a vampire if weren't for the fact that we met during the day."

Helena sighs in relief, she was thankful that Johnny had asked her that in the forest and she managed to fool him.

Dracula stares at her while she swallows hard, she hoped he believed it too and didn't ask her questions that could give her away, surely if he found out about her he could kill her or lock her in the hotel forever.

Dracula smirks
