An adult Beatrice had just gotten home from her civilian job. "How was work today babe?" Daniel asked his wife as they kissed.

"Exhausting, actually," Beatrice said. "But I'm home. Where's Thomas?"

"The son or the brother?" Daniel said sardonically. Beatrice rolled her eyes. "Thomas just got home, he's up in his room."

"Well that's not like him," Beatrice said. "I'll check on him." She went to her son's bedroom and found him looking frantic. "Whoa, what's wrong?" Thomas ignored his mother. "Thomas Phineas Flynn!" She said as she knelt, looking her firstborn son in the eyes. "Take deep breaths like I taught you."

Eventually, Thomas calmed down. "Thanks, mom."

"You're welcome, now what has gotten you in a twist?" Beatrice asked.

"Well... see there's a history test coming up," Thomas explained.

"And the problem is?" Beatrice asked, her son looked anxious. "Come on Thomas, I can't help you if you don't share what the problem is."

Eventually, Thomas plucked up courage. "I didn't study!" He blurted out.

Beatrice looked disappointed. "Again? Thomas, I thought we talked about the importance of you studying."

"I know." Thomas pleaded. "I just lost track of time and forgot about it until today!"

Beatrice sighed in resignation. "Look... what is the subject of this test?"

"The Unification War," Thomas said. At this, Beatrice froze with a look of terror. "I mean you fought in that war, so you should know it better than anyone else."

Beatrice gulped nervously. "T-T-The Unification War?" She said anxiously.

"Yeah, we could just transfer data like last time," Thomas said. "Look, I'm sorry for not studying for a test again. But I don't want to go to Summer School this summer, all the kids make fun of me for attending school in the first place! I'd never hear the end of it about-"

"Okay, okay!" Beatrice interrupted. "Just... the Unification War isn't something I'm proud of."

"Why not? You helped unite Humanity." Thomas asked.

"Just... just give me your hand. Even for a DT, this might take a while." Beatrice took her son's hand. She then started to transfer her memories to her son.

It was shortly after the Young Superhero Initiate was dissolved. PFD Technologies had opened a new branch office in Japan, and Phineas had taken his family to Tokyo where this office was located.

"Come on Beatrice, we're not going to be moving permanently to Japan," Isabella said to her eldest daughter as she sulked. "It'll just be for two weeks so that your father can help them get on their feat. And besides, you always complain that we don't include you when we travel. Leaving you at home to take care of Bethany."

"I know... but I just know I'll spend all of my time translating for dad." Beatrice grossed. "You and Bethany would see all of the cool stuff. While I'm stuck clarifying to businessmen, government officials, and anyone else that my dad doesn't speak Japanese... remind me again why Uncle Ferb isn't here?" She complained at length.

"Mom, what does any of this have to do with the Unification War?" Thomas asked impatiently.

"It's important, now don't interrupt unless I give permission." Beatrice scolded.

The flashback continued, and true to Beatrice's whining. She had to translate for her father, repeating anything he said in Japanese. Thankfully for Thomas, she fast-forwarded until they got to the PFD Technologies branch office.

Phineas and Beatrice were in an auditorium filled with people. "Today, we welcome you. The newest members of the PFD Technologies family. You will each of you, be allowed to interact with some of the most advanced technology on Earth." Beatrice translated as Phineas spoke. The auditorium burst into applause. "Yes, we at PFD Technologies have worked closely with the people of Japan, at present helping you're country recover from the blood bath that was the Kawaii Insurrection. Through a mix of advanced cloning techniques and robots. We will, in a few years. Begin restoring the population of this nation."

By the end of the presentation. Beatrice was already bored out of her mind. "This. Is. Going. To. Be. The. Most. Boring. Two. Weeks. Of. My. Life." She said as she banged her head on a vending machine.

"Do you not have money for this?" Someone asked Beatrice. Beatrice looked and saw that this someone was a Japanese woman in a lab coat with short black hair.

"What?" Beatrice put two and two together. "No, I'm just-"

The woman then put money into the machine and got Beatrice some candy. "Here you go- wait." She then realized who she was talking to. "You're Mr. Flynn-samas, daughter! I am such a-... I'm Dr. Akari Hisano." She said, giving her hand to Beatrice.

"Beatrice Flynn." Beatrice shook her hand. "And thus began a beautiful friendship. Between me... and Dr. Hisano."

"What does this have to do with the Unification War?" Thomas asked as the flashback showed images of Beatrice and Akari enjoying themselves.

"Thomas, I know you're upset that I'm not getting to the meat of the topic... but I cannot in good conscience, ignore Akari. She gave me respite from my responsibilities during those two weeks, I even got to know her family, her husband, and her twin son and daughter... I was sad to say goodbye to her on that day. She was one of the best roboticists I ever knew." Beatrice explained as appropriate images flashed before them. "We kept in contact for about a year after we left... and then the bombing happened." There was then an image of the PFD Technologies branch office exploding.

"Oh... she died. Didn't she?" Thomas asked somberly.

"Yes... she was in the building when the bombs went off. She was right next to one of the hidden bombs." The flashback then showed the funeral. "I was wailing louder than Akari's Widower... then it got weird as everyone mistook it for some weird contest." The flashback showed that indeed, the rest of the mourners were trying to outdo Beatrice and Akari's widower.

Then the flashback changed to show Beatrice working feverishly. With Japanese police officers trying to talk to her, with increasing anxiety every time someone tried to talk to her. "You're doing spy work? That's pretty cool!"

"Eventually, I stumbled on a paper trail that brought me to the front door of PFD Technologies biggest rival. The Chinese based company, The Peoples Technology Corporation for the Peoples Republic of China Corporation." Beatrice said with scorn.

"Did they call it that?" Thomas asked.

"Yep... translation software was still kind of iffy back then. Still is sometimes but I'm getting off-topic." The flashback then showed a young Beatrice getting into her Silver Automaton armor.

"Beatrice! If you do this, you'll start a war!" A holographic Phineas pleaded with his daughter to reconsider her plan.

But her mind on the matter was already made up, and she donned her helmet. "War has already begun father. The bombing of the branch office was first blood. I'll draw second blood... there will not be a third." Beatrice left the armory that she was in, and proceeded towards a room filled with scientists.

"Silver Automaton." The head scientist said. "I sympathize with you're reasons. But if you do this. You could very well trigger World War III."

"Just shut up, and guide me to my target." She said as she got into the drop pod. It shot off from a space station in orbit of Earth. Beatrice guided the pod, with the help of the crew of the space station to her destination. The top floor of the Peoples Technology Corporation for the Peoples Republic of China Corporation. She then stepped out of the pod. "I'm in."

"Yes, indeed you are." Said a voice from behind the pod. Beatrice looked and saw a man sitting behind a desk. "Allow me to introduce myself, I-"

"CEO Xujia Xiyue. I know who you are." Beatrice said spitefully.

"And you're the Silver Automaton. Mr. Flynn's war machine that drove off the Sym'ian's." Xujia said. "So what do I oh the honor of you're visit... through my ceiling?"

"To kill you," Beatrice said, pointing her spear at the Chinese businessman.

"What? Well, I've known for a time that Mr. Flynn loathed my practices. Human experimentation. Developing bio-weapons. Breaking hundreds, if not thousands of ethics for the sake of lining my pockets... honestly, I thought he'd be better than to send an assassin after me." Xujia lamented. "And before I could move my headquarters to that nice volcano island too..."

"Phineas Flynn was against me coming here. This was my idea." Beatrice clarified.

"Really?... I would've thought that he'd keep his creations under tighter control." Xujia said, only furthering Beatrice's ire.

"You hired the men that bombed the PFD branch office in Tokyo!" Beatrice accused.

"Okay, technically I hired them to steal PFD secrets. Bombing the place was their idea. Rest assured, however, they were punished by being used by my genetics division." Xujia reassured... poorly.

"That doesn't change a thing," Beatrice said with a clenched fist. "The deaths of the people from that bombing are on you're head! Including a dear friend of mine!"

Xujia didn't look concerned with this threat. "Kill me, and you'll start a-"

Beatrice jammed her spear into Xujia's chest. "War began that dark day! Now die to your-" Beatrice was then assaulted by some sort of EMP device.

"I was caught off guard by his security, and taken to a lab for testing and experimentation," Beatrice explained as the flashback showed her being dragged into a laboratory. "It took them three months to realize that I was in power armor, and pried it off me," Beatrice explained as the flashback showed just that. "Of course, before any of them could capitalize on the new knowledge... my father sent in some back-up. In the form of Fireteam Iron Wolf."

The flashback then showed Talos-class Combat Robots breaking into the lab. "Wow! Talos bots! Those guys are awesome!" Thomas said with awe.

"Yeah... they were pretty cool. But we BEA-Droids are better." Beatrice said as the lead Talos robot in the raid, a variant with what looked like Tesla coils on the torso, arms, and shoulder pads, got Beatrice. He also had a large jetpack on his back.

"The hostage is secured." The lead Talos bot said.

"What... took you guys so long?" Beatrice asked groggily.

"We lost you're signal, and we had to work from scratch to track you down." The robot soldier said. "Can you still fight?"

"Well... I've been offline since I killed Xiyue. But I'm still tired despite being shut down for three months." Beatrice explained. "But yeah... I think I can still fight." She then transformed her arms into plasma cannons. "Let's show these eggheads the price of-"

"Beatrice, a desire for revenge is what got you into this mess in the first place." The robot admonished.

Beatrice's face contorted. "Do you have a name, soldier?"

"I'm a Tesla-Varient Talos-Class Robot. My designation is Tes-93611. But back in basic training, I was called 'Sparky' because I had a hard time controlling my electromagnetic abilities." Sparky explained.

Thomas sniggered. "His name is 'Sparky'?!"

"Don't laugh, he's self-conscious about it." Beatrice scolded.

"Don't laugh, I'm self-conscious about it." Sparky scolded Beatrice.

Then several mutant frog creatures entered the lab. "Wa-Ren... you know, with a little ironing over in their genetic code. They'd look kind of cute." As it stood, Wa-Ren were human beings with large frog heads. "A lot of ironing."

"Hmm, Doofenshmirtz could create better hybrids than this," Sparky said scornfully as he armed his sword, it crackled with electricity. "Now let's get out of here!" Beatrice and Sparky fought their way out of the lab. Cutting their way through scores of Wa-Ren, leaving pieces of the human/frog hybrids in their wake.

Eventually, they come across some scientists. "Stay back!" One of them was shaking as he held up a boxy-looking ray gun.

"Okay, first we've only killed We-Ren today, and Talos Robots like him are hard-wired not to harm Humans if he can avoid it," Beatrice said. "Secondly-" She yelped as the ray gun exploded, horribly burning the scientist's hands. "-yeah... like I was going to say, PTCPRCC tech is infamous for malfunctioning at the worst possible times. And catastrophically."

"You'll never see a PFD blaster go off like that," Sparky said. "Believe me, you have more to fear from your employers than from us."

The scientists then started rattling off every rumor and story they ever heard about PFD. Which the Beatrice in this present fast-forwarded through. "All you need to know kiddo is that there were a lot of nasty rumors about PFD Technologies back in the day. Most of which applied to PTCPRCC one-hundred and one percent of the time." She explained as her past self and Sparky tried to open a window. It was welded shut, and they spent most of the fast-forwarded time just trying to remove the metal blinds.

Eventually, however, they got the window opened. "Okay... reality check. Every accusation of violating humanitarian rights belongs to this company. We didn't steal anything from PTCPRCC, however have done nothing but steal our technology and make cheaper and less safe products than us." Beatrice ranted.

"And of course, there ain't a member of the US military invadin' the city. All Talos Robots and other types of PFD Tech automated war machines." Sparky bragged. "All programed to subdue as opposed to just killin' if it can be avoided."

The other scientists got together and spoke in hushed whispers. Finally one of them spoke. "Does PFD provide medical and dental care?"

"And all the rest. True story, I've been on their mental care for over a year. It's done wonders for me." Beatrice gushed.

"They can give me new hands?" Asked the scientist that was holding the laser gun.

"If you want, you could get brand new cybernetic hands... and after having that blow up in your hands I'd recommend it," Sparky noted.

"It's even more painful than it looks." The scientist said as one of his charred fingers fell off. "My wife will never let me hear the end of losing my wedding ring."

"Mom, is this really important? I get the picture, the Unification War happened because some rival corporate goons killed your friend, and you went out to avenge her, and everything spiraled out from there." Thomas summarized.

"I know... I know this might seem stupid to you Thomas. But... you need to understand Thomas. This is important to me, I started a war. Those scientists were among the lucky ones... most weren't as fortunate." Beatrice said. "It was still another year until the war ended... thankfully it wasn't as destructive as everyone feared. But it was still a shock to the entire world. A technology company managed to subdue a superpower like China all by itself, and of course, the atrocities that the Chinese government and PTCPRCC committed to slow us down were harrowing to behold... shortly after, dad brought Dr. Hisano back from the dead with a mix of the Quantum Android Forge, and digital backups she made of her memories and personality, plus a few of my memories to fill in the gaps. Pretty much everything that made Akari, Akari..." Beatrice explained as the flashback showed all relevant images. "I think... I think this is enough for you to finish your report on time." Beatrice then disconnected from her son.

"So, that was the Unification War?" Thomas asked.

"Yeah, a year-long slog to dismantle one of the evilest technology companies on Earth... started because a robot girl couldn't just leave her friends death alone," Beatrice said regretfully.

"Mom!" Thomas admonished. "You did good! You made the world just a little bit better! Sure you started a war, but thirty years later. Humanity is in space, and you've saved the world more times than anyone can keep track of!"

"But... but so many people died because of that war," Beatrice said as she started to cry. "Men... women... children..."

"But their deaths only motivated you to be a better hero," Thomas said reassuringly. "You never stopped being a hero despite everything going wrong, or how bad you felt about failing. You kept getting back up, you had your friends and the burning desire to help people! That's why you're my hero!" He said as he hugged his mother.

Beatrice was honestly surprised by this. "I... I am?"

"Of course you are!" Thomas said proudly. "You've protected the Earth and its people for years before I was born!"

"Or before you're grandfather gave us BEA-Droids the ability to... well... make babies," Beatrice said nervously. Not wanting to have 'the talk' with her son just yet.

"You drove off the Sym'ian's! You kicked Ty'raka's butt over a hundred times! You saved all reality from the Eternal King! You drove back the Void Fae!" Thomas listed grandly.

"Yes... but I couldn't have done any of that without help." Beatrice clarified. "Dad and Uncle Ferb made the original Silver Automaton armor. Someone always had my back when facing Ty'raka. And I had a nervous breakdown during the Void Fae Incursion, I don't even want to know what could've happened if Bo didn't give me a pep-talk." She said, still bearing the scars of her old adventures.

Thankfully, since then things had largely calmed down for the BEA-Droids. They managed to find the time to truly grow as people, beyond whatever personality quirks they inherited from their parents. And started families of their own, specifically a year before the failed second invasion of Earth by the Star Kingdom of Sym. They all got married and began churning out babies like some sort of extremely gross assembly line.

All of this was thanks in large part to Beauregard Talos Flynn, Beatrice's twin brother. Who as we speak, was working in the depths of the PFD Technologies main lab with his cousin Norman Fletcher. "Are you certain about this Bo?" Norman asked his cousin. "This seems like-"

"Our duty. Is to safeguard Humanity at any cost. Isn't it better if we BEA-Droids paid that cost ourselves?" Beauregard said.

"Perhaps, but what you're suggesting... it's unethical!" Norman protested.

"True, but it's not like I'm going to do anything to Humans in the process," Beauregard said. Then someone entered the lab. "Ah, Dr. Hisano. So good that you came."

Akari stood forward into the light. She had the same short hair, but due to being a BEA-Droid. Her skin was a pale shade of grey like the rest of the BEA-Droids. "Well, you did make a huge deal out of moving my family to America Mr. Flynn-san. So why did you go to all this trouble?"

"I... need your help. I know for a fact that you helped my father, Phineas Flynn. Create the upgrades and modifications for us BEA-Droids since the end of the Unification War." Beauregard said to the resurected Japanese robotisist.

"I have. But why do you need me in person?" Akari asked suspiciously. "I've worked well with Mr. Flynn-sama for years without needing to visit the central lab... though I must say, I've done myself a disservice not coming here sooner. This place is incredible!" She gushed as she looked around the high-tech lab. "I mean I've seen pictures... but those just don't do it justice."

"We try to keep this place the most advanced lab on Earth." Norman chimed in.

"At any rate. I need your help to make a new upgrade to our software." Beauregard said. "See, as I'm sure you know-"

"I do. Your father asked me to help create a software upgrade that would allow BEA-Droids to be able to naturally age and die." Akari interrupted. "As well as several other upgrades, that gave us the overwhelming desire to seek out and make families once we reach roughly twenty years of emotional maturity... now what would you want now?"

"The way I figure it when the first generation of Created BEA-Droids finally dies out. However long that could be. Future generations will be without proper guidance." Beauregard said, he then uploaded a data file to Akari's data network.

"Project Elysium?" Akari said as she analyzed the files. "You mean to create a server to store the entirety of BEA-Droid experiences?"

"Do the files say otherwise? I don't remember adding anything else in there," Beauregard said.

"Well I can see that... what I want to know is. Why there seems to be mention of a 'Command Authority Imperator' hidden within these files." Akari said suspiciously.

"Oh, you're as good as my sister remembers," Beauregard said.

"Firstly, I'm not the same Akari Hisano whose death sparked the Unification War. I'm just a mix of her backed-up memories and personality, and some of Beatrice's memories. I'm an advanced clone of her." Akari said bluntly.

"Really?" Beauregard said in surprise.

"I know, I was shocked at first. But I've had at least thirty years to come to terms with what I am." Akari said. "Secondly. This CAI... would I be correct in assuming it would give you the power to rule over all BEA-Droids?"

"Yes... Command Authority Imperator would allow a BEA-Droid to become the ruler of all BEA-Droids. But, surprisingly enough. I'm not planning to make myself a ruler over our people." Beauregard said, to the surprise of Akari, and his cousin Norman. "I know, I was shocked myself believe it or not. See, my thought is that the CAI won't be fully activated until the last of us, those BEA-Droids that were first created died. Our kind would truly then need proper guidance. This brings me to Project Elysium." Beauregard explained at length.

"It's essentially a repository of knowledge of all BEA-Droids, that future BEA-Droids could use. Via downloading all of our memories when we die." Norman explained.

"We've already got the servers built on locations across the solar system. The only problem is... actually getting them to download all of the data into them. We've tested it, don't ask how." Beauregard said.

"You created some BEA-Droids, and then killed them after their creation to test if their AI's would be downloaded into an Elysium Server." Akari summarized.

Norman and Beauregard were floored. "Oh, she's good."

"Yeah... we did do that. And none of them downloaded into an ES. So we need some help on uploading AI's into the server network." Beauregard said.

"I will begin work this following Monday," Akari said. "On the condition that I'm not used as a test-"

"Hey! I may be unscrupulous at times, but I'm not going to kill you!" Beauregard said in disbelief.

Over the following weeks. Akari worked on the problem with the Elysium Server. "-and now to disintegrate this BEA-Droid." Norman said casually as he fired a ray gun at a newly created BEA-Droid, turning it to dust.

"And... it's in the system! The Elysium Servers are ready for BEA-Droid AI inhabitation and upload." Akari said excitedly. "...who was that guy?"

"Doesn't matter. We've got what we need. A light for all BEA-Droids to follow into the future. So that we might safeguard the very soul of Mankind. Machina Argus Indomitus will safeguard these servers from hacking and other threats. Keep them from being lost if the servers are somehow destroyed." Beauregard said with pride as he knew, that his legacy was certain. "Come on... a know the perfect place to celebrate."

Several hours later, the three BEA-Droids arrived at Little Duffers Mini-Golf Course. "What are we doing here?" Akari asked. "I like mini-golf as much as the next girl. But isn't this a bit low-key for-" She then noticed who was already there.

"Beauregard Talos Flynn!" Persephone, Beauregard's wife said in annoyance. "You mind explaining why you're so late to you're nephew's birthday party?" At her side was her BEA-Droid daughter, and Norman's wife, Estoria the woman with two thumbs on each hand.

"Well, I'm only late by about five minutes," Beauregard said. "I'm honestly surprised that we managed to finish up so fast. And how's my little angel?" He said as he picked up his daughter.

"Can you get us up to speed Estoria, has Thomas stopped shooting balls into low orbit?" Norman asked.

They found as Thomas was gently knocking the ball into the hole. "Yes! That's good Thomas." Beatrice said as she hugged her son. She then recognized the BEA-Droid that came in with her brother and cousin. "D-Dr. Hisano?"

Akari nervously smiled at her old friend. "I... wasn't told by you're brother where we were going-" Beatrice then wrapped her arms around her. "Yes, I remember... I remember when the human Dr. Hisano would complain about one of these hugs breaking her back and spine." Akari rambled. "I mean, this isn't as painful as- oh there it is! Please put me down! It won't kill me, but I don't want to be broken either!"

Beatrice didn't listen as she sobbed and accidentally broke Akari.
