Hey folks, its been a while since I posted anything. Sorry but work has been pretty hectic for the last couple of months and I've been stuck doing a lot of overtime. Things seem to have finally calmed down and now I can work on my stories.

"Gotta say, these try outs have bin going pretty well," Rex said, "give or take a few incidents that were less than favourable."

"The less than desirable try outs or Black Saturns repeated stupidly?" Robobot asked.

"Hey!" Saturn snapped.

"Both." Rex said.

"I'M HERE!" They all looked and saw a young girl with pale purple skin run in. "Sorry I'm late. Hi, I'm Kipo Oak."

The entire League was silent and slowly looked to Brad. "Something you want to tell us Brad?" Ranger asked.

"Whoa! Whoa! I don't know anything about this." Brad said quickly. "Look kid, I don't know who your mom is or what she told you, but I am not your dad."

Kipo raised an eyebrow. "Ah… I know. I'm here for the tryouts."

"Oh," Brad blinked, "nevermind."

"So Kipo," Portia spoke up to get things back on track. "Where are you from?"

"Well I'm from a subterranean civilization called a Burrow." Kipo said.

"Grew up underground eh?" Rex raised an eyebrow. "I can relate to that."

"They're actually really nice." Kipo went on. "They've got schools, stores, the works. Humanity kinda had to move underground after the Great Mute Outbreak two hundred years ago." The League stare at her in confusion. "Oh I'm from an alternate future."

"Ah, that explains it." Rex nodded.

"What was this Great Mute Outbreak?" Ranger asked.

"No ones really sure how it happened, but animals mutated getting bigger, smarter, being able to talk and even getting minds of their own. Though some ended up becoming giants called Mega Mutes. Anyway, I grew up in the Burrow with my Dad, he taught me about science, music and astronomy. We were rock climbing one day when a Mega Monkey attacked and wrecked the burrow. My dad saved me by pushing me into the canal, which took me to the surface."

"Canal huh? Better than being left at the top of a mountain." Lex looked at her father who coughed nervously.

"The surface was not what I expected, danger was everywhere!" Kipo held her arms out for effect. "Even cuddling an adorable fluffy bunny meant nearly getting crushed by its sky scrapper sized mom."

Portia blinked, "ok."

"Luckily I met my future best friends." Kipo began. "Mandu, an adorable little piggy. Wolf, a tough as nails survival expert. Benson a sweet guy with great taste in food and music. And Dave, a mute whose immortal."

"An unusual group." Robobot noted before looking at the rest of the League. "Though not the strangest."

"Together we set out on a mission to find my people. Along the way we encountered different groups of mutes. Mod Frogs, The Timbercats, Umlaut Snakes, Newton Wolves and the Fitness Racoons." Kipo listed them off. "We made great friends with most of them… but others tried to capture or eat us."

"Did they?" Cooch asked.

Kipo raised an eyebrow. "Well we were captured a couple of times. But thankfully never eaten. We found the Burrow and I was reunited with my Dad. Everything was perfect… until we were attacked by Scarlemagne."

"Who?" Ranger asked.

"A mute mandrill who really hated humans." Kipo explained. "He captured them and then used pheromones to mind control them to be his army, including my dad."

"Ugh, I hate mind control." Rex groaned. "Its so annoying."

"Which brings me to my own powers." Kipo said. "You see I'm actually part mute, more specifically, part Mega Jaguar."

"You are a hybrid, like Lex." Robobot observed.

"I'm half Subtopian." Lex clarified.

"Wait, wait, wait." Saturn spoke up. "Are you saying you dad banged a mutant jungle cat?"

"Eww." Kipo cringed. "No. My parents wanted to give humans a fighting chance to live on the surface again. They found a way to combine mute genes with human genetics and as you can see," she held her arms out, "the experiment worked."

"Wait," Portia spoke up, "they experimented on their own child?"

"Technically I wasn't a child." Kipo scratched the back of her head. "I actually hadn't been born yet. They infused the Mega Jaguar DNA into embryo and nine months later, here I am."

"Okay," Rex raised an eyebrow while picking up a donut, "but what does that mean?"

"I'll show you." Kipo grabbed the donut and threw it into the air. Suddenly purple fur grew on her legs and she dashed forward with surprising speed. She then jumped high into the air over the table and the League, she landed on the wall of the mansion. Kipo jumped off the wall into a backflip, caught the donut and landed on her feet in the same spot she started. "Ta da!" She took a triumphant bite of the donut as the fur disappeared.

"Cool jump." Cooch complimented.

"Sure you can jump," Satrun said. "But can you catch!" With that he threw a Saturn Ring at her.

Kipos eyes widened and purple fur appeared on her arms. She caught the ring and squeezed it, crushing the metal.

"Apparently she can." Robobot remarked.

"What else can these Jaguar genes do?" Ranger asked.

"Well I can shape shift parts of my body into a Jaguars." Kipo began. "My eyes so I can see in the dark," her eyes became purple and her pupils became vertical slits. "My ears to enhance my hearing," her ears became like a jaguars. "my teeth for a stronger bite," her teeth became sharper. "Even my nose can so I can smell everything… which can be a bad thing if I'm anywhere near a sewer."

"I can do stuff like that two." Cooch said.

"Yeah… young can." Lex said as Kipo similarities to Brad and Cooch were growing. She sent a quick text to Robobot to scan her.

"Scan complete" Robobot said out loud. "Kipo shares no DNA with Brad or Cooch. She is not their future child."

Kipos eyes widened, "what?"

The rest of the League stared at him. "I… shouldn't have said that out loud." Lex face palmed.

"I'd like to hear more about what you went through with this Scarlemagne." Portia spoke up to change the subject.

"Well after the attack on the burrow I found out I was immune to his mind control pheromones. Which was a big help." Kipo said. "Then I learned how to use my powers by the Chevre Sisters. They're goats who make a special cheese than lets them see the future."

Lex blinked, "… okay."

Ranger nudged Rex. "I'm starting to think she might be on the dope."

"I once ate a special cheese like that." Brad said, then thought for a second. "But what I saw might not have been so much visions of the future and more like some trippy hallucinations."

"Yeah," Saturn leaned back in his chair. "I don't think this is gonna work out."

"That's not your call Saturn." Rex stated.

"Come on guys," Saturn stood up and walked over. "We don't need another cat person to scratch up the furniture."

"I don't do that!" Cooch snapped.

"Tell that to the couch." Lex said.

"Tell the couch?" The hyper evolved cat blinked. "Couches can't talk. If they did, they'd be complaining about people sittin on their faces all day. Unless they actually-"

"Cooch if you finish that sentence I'm getting out the spray bottle." Portia warned.

"Nevermind." Cooch said quickly.

Saturn got out of his seat. "My point is, we already have an animal themed hero."

"Cooch is not animal themed," Robobot pointed out. "She is an actual animal."

"Fine." Saturn walked in front of Kipo. "Okay cat lady. Show me what you got!" He swung an punch which Kipo caught as her arm turned into a Jaguar arm. "Oh shit, was all he could say before Kipo lifted him over her head and slammed him into the ground. Her other arm changed, she grabbed Saturns leg and proceeded to slam him into the ground several times.

"Looks like Saturns ass kicking came early today." Lex chuckled.

"He is still alive thought right?" Portia asked.

Kipo nudged him with her foot and he groaned in pain. "Yep."

"Well what do we have here?" Everyone looked to see Sgt Agony enter the yard.

"Damn it Agony!" Rex snapped. "I told you to use the doorbell."

"I did. Its still broken." Agony said bluntly.

Ranger looked to Robobot. "I thought you were going to fix that?"

"Fixing a doorbell, what a great use for a 3 Billion dollar war machine." Robobot said sarcastically.

"What are you doing here Agony?" Lex asked.

"Thought I'd stop by and see how your little try outs were going?" Agony said before looking at Kipo. "Which is apparently Brad and Coochs future love child."

Kipo was uncomfortable. "Can everybody stop saying that."

"You've got a lot of nerve coming here Agony." Ranger said. "I suggest you leave."

"Considering how much money Ms Shepard intends to put into this team, I think I'll stay and see what that money is going to." Agony crossed his metal arms.

"Fine!" Rex sighed in annoyance. "Kipo you were saying?"

Kipo blinked but continued. "Okay well things got really crazy when I discovered that the mega monkey that attacked my burrow was actually my Mom."

"Wait what?" Portia gasped.

"What monkey?" Agony asked in confusion. "Can you start from the beginning?"

"No!" Rex snapped. "Keep going Kipo."

"Turns out that while she was pregnant with me, my part mute DNA effected her and made her part mute two." Kipo explained.

"Microhimerism. The process where the stem cells of the fetus are passed onto the mother." Robobot explained.

"It gets crazier." Kipo held her hands up for effect. "Eventually I was at Scarlemagnes palace, where I learned the that he was actually brother!"

Ranger was shocked. "Your bothers a damn dirty ape?"

"Actually mandrills are monkeys." Robobot pointed out.

"Okay I clearly missed a lot." Agony scratched his head. "You sure we can't backtrack a little bit?"

"What I mean is, before I was born my parents ran experiments on a baby mandrill called Hugo. The experiments made him a mute that could read, talk and even play the piano. But when the scientists learned of his mind control pheromones he was taken away. We were all supposed to escape together but everything went wrong. My Mom turned into the Mega Monkey and destroyed the burrow, my dad took me and ran but Hugo was left behind. He felt abandoned an angry, he became Scarlemagne and swore to rule the surface." Kipo finished.

"Whoa… that's pretty heavy." Brad said.

"Feeling abandoned can turn to rage very easily." Portia said. "It can cause people to do terrible things."

"Oh big deal." Came the voice of Saturn who had recovered and gotten to his feet. "My parents left me behind lots of times and I didn't turn into a super villain."

"Left behind?" Agony raised an eyebrow. "You mean like at the store?"

"Stores, hotels, restaurants, beaches," Saturn listed off. "And a few vacations in other countries. You know normal family stuff."

Kipo and Agony just stared at him. "… wow."

"Saturn get back in your seat." Rex ordered. "Go on Kipo.

"So I tried to get through to him and it looked like I had, but he refused to let go of his anger and thirst for power and control." Kipo looked down sadly. "In the end, I had to stop him."

"Its never easy to fight a brother." Rex said in understanding. "Even if it's the only way."

"I saved everyone, but that's when the real villain was revealed." Kipo looked up with narrowed eyes. "Dr Emilia."

"Who?" Cooch asked.

"She was the head scientist in the burrow where I was born." Kipo explained. "At first I thought she gonna help me. But she was planning to kill use me to kill my mom then kill me."

"Oh my god." Portia gasped.

"It gets worse." Kipo went on. "Not only had she been controlling my mom all these years with the pheromones she'd taken from Hugo, turns out she actually killed her own brother years ago when he saw that humans and mutes could live in peace."

"So a human was the real monster all along?" Robobot summarized before sarcastically adding. "How shocking."

"I beg your pardon?" Ranger glared at him.

"Its pretty common trope in movies and tv." Lex pointed out.

"She'd convinced the humans to side with her to try and turn all mutes back into normal animals." Kipo narrowed her eyes. "I knew I had to stop her. So I formed, H.M.U.F.A."

There was silence and confused looks.

"HM what?" Rex asked.

"H.M.U.F.A." Kipo turned around showing the acronym on her jacket. "Human Mute Ultimate Friendship Alliance. Mutes and humans coming together to make a better future for everyone."

"That's beautiful Kipo." Portia smiled.

"Name needs some work." Ranger said under his breath.

""Things were looking good," Kipos smiled, "even Hugo was starting to come around."

Cooch raised an eyebrow, "Who?"

"Scarlemagne," Robobot clarified. "The mandrill with mind control pheromones who hated humans and turned out to be Kipos adoptive brother?"

"Oh, I knew that." the hyper evolved cat shrugged.

"But then Emilia used my DNA to create a what she called a cure," she expression fell, "To turned mutes into normal animals."

"I'm sorry," Ranger interrupted, "what is so bad about that?" Everyone looked at him. "What? Its restoring the natural order."

"No its not." Kipo said. "These mutes were born like this. They grew up, learned, made memories and developed their own personalities. This cure took all of that away." She looked down sadly. "We lost friends."

"I'm so sorry Kipo." Lex said.

"It was a dark moment," Kipo continued. "I thought the only way to stop the fighting was to sink the humans boat."

"Wait theres a boat?" Brad asked.

"But my friends caught up to me and were remind me that I started all this because I wanted peace, not more violence." Kipo said. "Besides, there was one good thing to come from the cure. We used it to turn my Mom human again." A smile formed on her face. "Being able to really talk with her… it was amazing."

"Hey Robobot, didn't you reunite with your mom two?" Lex asked.

"Technically yes. I met my creator, Martha Goldstein." The robot clarified. "Though not was I expecting, it did give some clarity."

"So… did you sink the boat or not?" Cooch asked.

Kipo shook her head. "No, I invited them all to P.R.A.H.M." She smiled. "Party Reconciling All Humans and Mutes."

"Lame!" Saturn jeered

"Shut it Saturn!" Rex snapped.

"Girl you ain't gonna stop a war with some music and pretty decorations." Agony said.

Ranger rolled his eyes. "As you if you know anything about war or combat."

"Excuse," Agony glared at him. "I outrank you Ranger."

"Outrank?" Ranger scoffed. "You not even a solider. You're a not even a solider, you're an accountant!"

"That's Sgt. Accountant to you." Agony narrowed his eye.

"More like Sgt. Bean counter!" Ranger shot back.

"YOU TAKE THAT BACK!" In his anger, Agony unknowingly stomped on Kipos tail.

"AAHHH!" Kipos legs became like a jaguars and in a moment of pure instinct she jumped forward, spun around and grabbed Agonys metal arms.

"NO! NO! NO!" He screamed as Kipo ripped both his metal arms off. "GOD DAMN IT!"

"Whoops." Kipo smiled awkwardly as she put down the metal arms. "Sorry."

"Its cool." Cooch assured her. "I freak out if somebody steps on my tail two."

"No!" Agony snapped. "This very NOT COOL!"

Ranger laughed loudly. "Well Kipo you've got my vote."

"Not bad." They all turned to see the Ultra Saturn armor walk out. "But can you take this much metal?"

"Oh for gods sake." Lex face palmed. "Saturn she already kicked your ass once today, you really want it to happen a second time?"

"Honestly the pattern is beginning to suggest he does." Robobot said.

"So, you got the balls to take me on in this baby." Saturn raised his fists. "Or are you just a pussy?"

"Boo!" Cooch said.

"Lame!" Brad added.

Kipo looked at Saturn for a moment, then her eyes became purple and she growled baring her teeth. Suddenly Kipo was replaced with a giant pink Jaguar with six legs, three tails and a dark fur stripe along her back.

"Oh f***!" Was all Saturn was able to say before Kipos paw stomped on him. She proceeded to bat him around like house cat would with a ball of yarn. After a full minute, she tossed him into the air. "SHIT! SHIT! SHIT! SHIT! SHIT!" She caught him in her sharp teeth, biting into the armor and shaking him around before dropping him onto the ground.

The rest of the League sat there for a moment before standing up and giving Kipo and round of a applause.

Kipo then returned to normal. "Oh, thank you." She smiled awkwardly.

"I'd clap two… if someone hadn't ripped my mother f***ing arms off!" Agony snapped. He turned to Robobot, "little help?"

"I'd be happy to reattach you arms Sgt. Agony." Robobot said, "once the try out is over."

"What!?" Agony gasped. "You can't be serious!"

"Are you in any pain?" The robot asked.

"Well," Agony looked away. "No, but-"

"Then you can wait." Robobot said. "Please continue Kipo."

"Anyway everyone agreed to come but while we were setting up, Wolf and Hugo set off to stop Emilia by killing her." Kipo said.

"Now sounds like more of a strategy." Ranger said under his breath.

"But they realised what they were doing was gonna cause more harm and knew they had to make some changes two." Kipo smiled. "Hugo made a real heartfelt apology for what he'd done and Wolf let go of her troubled past."

"That's some real personal growth." Portia smiled.

"But I'm gonna take a guess that Emilia showed up and ruined the moment?" Rex asked.

"Yeah, she had rigged the fireworks to rain the cure down on everyone." Kipo sighed. "Since the cure was made from my DNA I'm immune to it, so I transformed into the Mega Jaguar and tried to shield everyone, but there were too many." Suddenly Kipo perked up. "But that's when the humans started help protect the mutes from the cure."

"Sounds like you got through to them after all." Portia smiled.

"I tried reaching out to Emillia," Kipo said. "To show her this was proof that this could be a new age, the age of Wonder beasts."

"Now that's got a nice ring to it Rex smiled.

"But she refused," Kipo sighed. "Then injected herself Mega mute DNA, turning herself into a giant four armed, two headed Mega Mute."

Brad blinked, "did not see that coming."

"She was so full of hate that she literally turned herself into the very thing she hated, rather than accept peace." Robobot shook his head.

"What a bitch." Cooch added.

"I told everyone to run while I transformed into the Mega Jaguar and fought her." Kipo began.

"WAIT!"

Suddenly the Ultra Saturn armor opened and a bruised Black Saturn pulled himself out and gets back to his seat. "No way I'm missing a giant monster fight story."

Kipo raised an eyebrow but continued. "We fought but she was too strong, but I had two things she didn't. First was an anchor."

"You hit her with an anchor?" Saturn smiled. "Nice."

"No, an anchor is an emotional tie to make sure I didn't lose myself to the Mega Jaguar." She explained. "My anchor was my friends."

"Lame." Saturn said, only to have a small rock tossed at his head. "Hey!"

"Second, Emilia would never stay as a mute so we knew she had a does of the cure near by. So while I Fought Emilia, Wolf went to find it." Kipo explained. "The fight wasn't going well, but then everyone came to help me and Hugo…" she paused and looked down sadly. "He, sacrificed himself to save me."

"I'm so sorry Kipo." Lex said.

"In the end, Emilia lost control and she ran away in fear." Kipo went on. "I found her cowering and decided it wasn't right to leave her like this, so I gave her the cure. Then I reached out to her one last time."

"I'm gonna go out on a limb, of which I am currently missing two!" Agony glared at them, "that shes didn't take your offer?"

Kipo shook her head. "No, instead she tried to stab with a piece of glass, but I was saved by Mandu."

"Mon-who?" Agony asked.

"The adorable little pig." Ranger stated. "Keep up Agony."

Kipo continued. "Then Emilia lost her balance and fell of the ledge."

"Falling to her death," Rex nodded. Then something came to him. "Come to think of it, a lot of villains die by fall on ledges and other high places. Huh, never realised it before."

"Oh no she didn't die." Kipo clarified. "She was caught by Fun Gus."

Portia raised an eyebrow, "who?"

"Hes a mute, but instead of an animal hes an orange fungus." Kipo explained. "Hes not exactly a villain, but hes super needy and throw tantrums when he doesn't get his way."

"So like Black Saturn then?" Lex said.

"Hey!" Saturn snapped.

"Anyway Fun Gus took Emilia to his "Forever Friend." Meaning shes stuck there with him forever." Kipo said.

"An eternity with someone like Black Saturn." Ranger shivered. "Its too horrible to describe."

"I'm sitting right here!" Saturn snapped.

"So what happened next?" Brad asked.

"Over the next five years we turned Las Vistas into a place where human and mutes lived and thrived together." Kipo smiled. "We made our dream a reality. I visited statue of Hugo on his birthday to let him know things were going so well, and to wish him a happy birthday."

"That's beautiful." Portia wiped away a tear.

"I'm impressed Kipo," Rex smiled. "You showed strength and compassion to both friend and foe. In the end you made peace and changed the world. I think this world could use a little bit of that." With that he stood up. "Kipo Oak, welcome to the League of Freedom."

Kipo smiled brightly as the rest of the League started applauding.

"Congratulations." Agony said. "I'd clap two but…" He looked as his metal arms that were still on the ground. "On that note. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REATCH MY MOTHER F***ING ARMS ALREADY!"

"I gotcha Agony." He turned to see Saturn pick up his metal arms and makes them clap. Agony glared at him when suddenly one of the metal arms punched Saturn in the face and knocked him to the ground. "Cheap shot!"

So happy to finally finish and post this chapter. Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts was an awesome show, it had real heart and great characters.
