Chapter XXIII Fifth Guardian
It's already been 3 days since they begin their internships. Luminous couldn't help but feel amazed by Ophelia's raw hidden talent. In just a small amount of time, Ophelia wields the weapon she wanted and is able to use it correctly. Her fiancée dropped by in the agency to give her a surprise visit. Edgeshot is completely impressed with Ophelia's fighting skills and ability to fight with him.
After their sparring session, Edgeshot compliments Ophelia for her skills and she smiled happily. "Tehee~ thanks, Edgeshot-san! I would thank Luminous-san for helping me train these weapons I wanted." She showed him the naginata in her hand.
Gallade simply shook his head with a smirk. "Now, you're going to be more dangerous now, Ophelia." He commented and crossed his arms. The blade Pokemon wasn't expecting she's into weapons.
"We both know my Quirk is completely useless against a dark-type Pokemon and I need to-" She stopped and looked at Edgeshot nervously.
"It's okay, Amethyst. " He assured them and patted Ophelia's head. "I know about it because Tomoyo told me everything." Luminous told everything of their existence and vowed he would never leak it to anyone.
Both of them are looking at Luminous with a surprising look. "I trust him completely and he has Accelgor."
"I was hoping either you, LaRusso and the Sycamore siblings would accept my agency. You choose them instead." Edgeshot playfully glares at Luminous and she smiled nervously. "You could say that I wanted to know more about them."
"You wouldn't think of us an abomination?" Gallade asked them curiously and catches the heroes off guard. "We're not actually clueless and naive because we know some of them didn't treat us kindly. Hence, even some people are afraid of Pokemon because we're completely from them."
"That is correct. Gallade." The blade Pokemon raises his hand to face another Pokemon in front of them.
It is another Pokemon whose body resembles a golden sword. The edge of the steel blade is white and somewhat serrated near the tip. Where the blade meets the hilt is a single, purple eye with a white slit pupil surrounded by black space. The handle forms a thick, striated spike. Two cloth-like arms emerge from the sides of the hilt. Each arm is primarily black and transitions to a pale purple with a slight swirl pattern at the tip. The sash-like arms split into four tassels at the tips. It always carries an ornate shield in at least one of its arms. The shield is gold and has three brown rings surrounded by black in the middle. It also has a brown rim with three lines radiating toward the center.
"Aegislash!" Ophelia exclaimed in shock and her Pokedex floats out from her hidden pocket.
"Aegislash, the Royal Sword Pokemon. Stories say Aegislash can detect the natural qualities of leadership, recognizing a true king." Her Rotomdex explained and the heroes are surprised to know Aegislash's origin.
"You have to know they never knew our existence until we stumble their world." Aegislash explained calmly and floats right next to Luminous. "Greetings, the mind plate guardian." He bowed down politely at Ophelia.
"Yo-yo-you know about me?" Ophelia asked nervously and noticing the heroes aren't surprised by his formal greetings. "You knew about us?"
"Aegislash and Accelgor told us everything including the guardians." Edgeshot explained calmly. "You could say that both of them have their previous Trainers before."
"You mean-" Gallade gape in surprise and stares at the royal sword Pokemon. "Your previous Trainers are their predecessors!?"
"Indeed." Aegislash nodded his head and examined Ophelia closely. "Hmm... for someone who's the mind plate guardian, you're different, young one." Luminous tilts her head curiously whereas Ophelia gulps. "A powerful one indeed. I can tell you have a lot of potentials within you."
"Thanks um... who are your previous Trainers?" Ophelia asked curiously.
Aegislash chuckled in amusement. "You'll know in time, young one." She pouts in response. "Now, Gallade? I would like to see what you're capable of. If that would be alright, Tomoyo."
"Yes, you may." Luminous agreed and the blade Pokemon immediately blocks Aegislash's attack. "That was fast, Gallade."
"Always be on guard no matter where you are." Gallade commented as he and Aegislash fought.
Aileen is doing some round checks and tending some patients with the help of Meowstic. She volunteered to assist Ruby Witch and the young woman didn't mind. The blue-haired girl is currently healing Tensei's legs while Dragonite is on the lookout. To ensure no one would see her miracle healing.
"You're that girl..." Tensei begins to speak and feels the soft, warm fluid all over his legs. "Tenya, Riko and Haru to help me."
"Yeah..." She smiles softly and finishes off her healing. "I know you understand my situation Iida-san, due to my healing part."
Ruby Witch updated him of having Aileen under her and compliments the achievements. Tensei is having doubts if Aileen can actually heal his legs. She can heal it and take time to recover to avoid suspicion. The Iida family vowed not to reveal her secrecy and was forever grateful for her actions.
"I do... I know what it feels like considering I'm a pro hero or was-"
"Hiatus until you're back on your feet." Aileen assured him with a smile. "Even if Iida did ask a small favor or not, I can still do it. He always looks up to you the way I admire my sister."
Tensei smiled softly. "I see... how's Tenya?"
"Completely opposite to you." She chuckled softly. "Sometimes Iida acts like a robot when he speaks. He-"
"Sorry to interrupt, Aileen and Tensei." The door opens to reveal Ruby Witch with a grim look on her face. "We need to go now."
"Eh? Why?" Aileen couldn't help but ask curiously.
"Remember the Nomu we fought back in the USJ incident?" Ruby Witch asked and Aileen frowned slightly but nodded. "There's been a report Nomu is attacking."
"How did it escape!?" She asked and Tensei looks worried. "I thought they apprehend it for good!"
"It didn't escape..." She exhales softly and looks at her. "Right now, I need your help ASAP. There are 3 Nomus out there that cause chaos."
"Got it!" Just when they're about to leave the room.
"Wait!" Tensei yelled to stop them from leaving. "Please be careful. Haru, if you see Tenya-"
"Don't worry, Tensei." Ruby Witch assured him with a soft smile. "We will watch him out for you and Noctowl is on his way to aid Tenya."
"Eh? Noctowl?"
Nomu appeared out of nowhere to attack the hero on the train, which Gran Torino, Pikachu and Midoriya are currently at. Midoriya and Pikachu are able to recognize the monster who looks similar from the USJ incident. Just when Gran Torino is about to intervene and attack Nomu, someone showed up out of nowhere and hits Nomu using a flame Quirk.
"I never thought I would use my Quirk at a time like this. She would have a flip about this." The cloak person whispered and gulps nervously. The cloak is looking at Gran Torino, Midoriya and Pikachu as they stared back at the person in shock.
"Who are you!? I've never seen other hero that uses flame other than Endeavor, Burnin and Todoroki-san!" Midoriya exclaimed and looking at the unknown hero in front of them. The cloak takes out something under the cloak and reveals Pokeball. "Pokeball!?"
The cloak simply ignored him and throws two Pokeball in the air. Two different Pokemon. The first one appeared like a hybrid of pineapple and duck. The second is a giant dark blue bird.
"Izu! Check them who they are!" Pikachu exclaimed and shake Midoriya's head.
"Ah! Yeah!" Midoriya immediately grabs his Pokedex and the hybrid of pineapple duck first.
"Ludicolo, the Carefree Pokemon. When Ludicolo listens to happy music, its power grows stronger, and it just has to dance." Midoriya wouldn't judge Ludicolo easily because of its information and scanning the next one. "Swellow, the Swallow Pokemon. Swellow uses its impressive dive bomber speed and its large talons to capture its prey."
"Hmm... he's a Pokemon Trainer like you and your friends." Gran Torino commented while observing the cloak as he whispered to his Pokemon.
"Does Ophelia and Aileen know about this?" Pikachu asked Midoriya curiously and he shook his head as a sign of not knowing. "Do you think he's one of them?"
"I'm not sure. All I know is them, Crystal-san and Clara-san." Midoriya answered and was completely clueless of the cloak's sudden appearance.
Swellow carries Ludicolo using her claws and flies to the city with him. The cloak looked at them before pursuing Nomu. "Wait!" Midoriya suddenly yelled to stop him and he glances back. "Are you one of Ophelia-san and Aileen-san friends!?"
"It is going to be revealed when the time comes. A hero should focus more important things than asking nonsense." The cloak answered calmly and used his flame Quirk to chase down the Nomu.
"Gran Torino-san, what should we do?" Midoriya asked Gran Torino curiously and ignoring the cloak's vague answer for now. They need to focus to take down the Nomu.
"I will go after him and you stay here with the passenger." Gran Torino answered and started to run after the cloak.
"But! Pikachu-kun and I can help!" He protests the idea of staying and prefers to help his mentor out.
"Yes, we can help, please! Gran Torino!" Pikachu pleads as he also trains with Midoriya to become stronger.
Gran Torino recalled his past memories of Toshinori when he was the same age as Midoriya before. Sighing heavily knowing they won't stop pestering and disobeying his orders. "Fine... but try to keep it up kid." He muttered and jumps away.
"Izu, it's time to show the result of our training!" Pikachu exclaimed and his eyes are twinkling in awestruck.
"Yeah!" Midoriya nodded his head and his whole body begins to glow. "The fruit of our training and hold on, Pikachu-kun." Exhaling softly as his body was covered in green electricity. "One for all... full cowling!" He jumps from one building to another and keeps up with Gran Torino.
In the other part of Hosu City, two Nomu are being seen and attacking a group of hero including Manual. Aileen and Crystal are evacuating the civilians while the Pokemon helps the hero fight the Nomus. Meowstic managed to throw the flying other Nomu using his psychic ability whereas Gallade and Scorbunny managed to destroy parts of the other Nomu's body.
"Since when did Nomu's have different types? They're different!" Meowstic exclaimed and landed softly on Gallade's shoulder. "They're different from the last one."
"Do you think they're part of the Pokemon?" Scorbunny asked and dodges the car being thrown by the Nomu. Gallade uses fury cutter to takedown the Nomu. "Thanks, Gal!"
"We don't know for sure until Ophelia can get into their mind." Gallade commented and grabbed the boy before he could crash by the fire.
Crystal gulps to see the fire is getting bigger and burning the entire building. "Aquarius, the fire is getting bigger! Quickly, use your Quirk." The black-haired girl with emerald eyes ordered Aileen. Just when the blue-haired girl is going to summon the rain, someone put out the flames. "Aquarius?"
Aileen shook her head in denial. "It wasn't me or Greninja."
"Then who is it?" They heard the boisterous laugh and flapping noises from above.
"It is my work, hahaha!" It revealed Ludicolo and Swellow. Swellow dropped Ludicolo and drop-kicked the winged Nomu. "Shake it!" He dances happily and ignores the chaos surrounding them.
"Um... are they yours or Amethyst?" Crystal couldn't help but ask curiously but she shook her head. "It couldn't be mine because it's still on..." She trailed off her thoughts and recalled Ophelia's vision. "Lee-lee, it's the fifth guardian. The fifth guardian is here and probably send those two Pokemon here-"
"To help us out." Aileen finished her sentence. "Crissie, follow those two Pokemon are coming from. I will wait here and help the heroes." She suggested.
"Got it and Scorbunny, let's go!" Crystal yelled at her Pokemon partner as they runs off to follow the two Pokemon.
"Take this!" Swellow yelled and uses hurricane to trap Nomu inside while damaging parts of its body.
Ludicolo nodded his head in satisfaction. "Good job, Swellow! this should give her more time to find the hero killer!" The carefree Pokemon yelled and completely forgot to keep it a secret.
Crystal stared at them with narrowed gazes. Why are they keeping the Nomu occupied while their Trainer is searching for Stain? Stain is one of the dangerous villains and kills a few heroes.
"Whoever she is, I'm not sure if she's insane or not to take down the hero killer." Scorbunny commented it out and hugged Crystal's neck.
"We don't know for sure if this female is one of us or not." Crystal calls out her Tyranitar. "Help the heroes to evacuate the people and get the rubble of them."
"Be careful you two." Tyranitar nodded his head and helped the heroes.
"I have a feeling Iida is after the hero killer too." Pursing her lips and flies off. "If she's the guardian we're looking for... it's going to be okay." Crystal silently hopes Iida won't cloud his mind in anger and revenge for his brother.
The cloak managed to stop Nomu from hurting people by blasting it with his fireball. Sending Nomu back to the wedding clothes store and came out to make the cloak in shocked by its appearance. It is wearing a wedding dress and holding a flower to make it like a bride which made him laugh.
"Bwahaha, look at you! Oh, how the mighty has fallen..." The Nomu is completely angry and about to attack him but someone tackled it to reveal Gran Torino. To crash the monster into the empty building.
"Woah..." The cloak is completely shocked to see the old man can fight despite his age. "Thank you- gah!"
Gran Torino tackled him and gripped his cloak tight. "Answer the question truthfully, who are you!?" He asked in a stern tone
The cloak simply remained silent and suddenly laugh with a smirk. "You mean... the better question is, where are that boy and his partner?"
Gran Torino glances back to see his interns are nowhere to be found before at the cloak. "Kid, I swear you're gonna get a kick for this!" Threatening the unknown vigilant and at the same time, the Nomu charge at them again.
"Look out!" The cloak yelled and pushed Gran Torino away to attack the Nomu with his blue flames. It destroyed the Nomu completely in one hit. "You okay, old man?" He asked worriedly.
Gran Torino shook his head and stares at the cloak. "I'm okay, kiddo. Thanks for that safe. That was an impressive attack." Thanking the cloak for saving his life.
The cloak smiled behind the hood. "No problem! That's what good guys do right?" He asked and realized they're being watched by the reporter, citizen and Endeavor.
"Wow, that was amazing." The reporter said and the cameraman nodded his head.
"I have gotten all the clip, this will be a top story."
Few people are whispering and wondering who's the hero behind the cloak. His blue flames are similar to Endeavor's Quirk. Gossiping if Endeavor has a secret love child due to similar Quirk or some assume they're related.
Endeavor has a lot of questions in his mind but the one got stuck. 'Is that person is Touya? He's been missing for many years.' He silently hope if that is Touya behind the cloak and destroyed the Nomu.
The cloak immediately destroyed the camera they gathered from his fight. "I'd prefer to stay hidden in the shadows than they documenting my life. Before I go, this old man will help you." He gives the Pokeball to Gran Torino before he disappeared out of their sight.
"Old man?" Gran Torino murmured under his breath and decided to keep the Pokeball. Putting the Pokeball in his scarf and begins to search for Midoriya and Pikachu. "Where are that kid and that rodent!? Honestly!"
|| Alleyway ||
Iida is heavily injured on the floor with the hero named Native. Native is sitting and leaning on the wall, heavily breathing. Standing right in front of them is no other than the Hero Killer: Stain.
Iida is completely furious in anger after meeting Stain for the first time. It's all Stain's fault for damaging Tensei's spine completely to make him cripple. "So, you are Ingenium's brother?" Stain asked curiously while looking at his blade covered in blood.
"You are the reason for his injury, he was my hero. I will kill you and make you pay for what you did to him!" Iida screams in anger and frustration.
Stain points his finger at Native. "Save this man first if you can." He started to walk away from Iida. "Reflect yourself and save others. Don't use your power for yourself. Being taken in by the hatred before you. Trying your fulfill your own desires... that is the furthest of what a hero should be." Licking the blood on the blade.
Iida feels like the gravity around him became stronger and unable to move. "I can't move... this must be has something to do with his Quirk." He murmured and trying to move his body.
"You and your brother are both weak..." Stain prepares a stance with his blade. "Because both of you are fake!"
Iida is getting more frustrated. "Shut up, shut up!" He repeated the phrase many times at the Hero Killer while remembering his memory of Tensei.
~Flashback~
Tenya, Tensei and their parents were having dinner in the dining room with Riko. Riko was invited by Tenya because they wanted to study together and join them for dinner. The Pokemon are playing by themselves in the living room whereas the others are talking of their mundane lives.
"How was the food, Riko?" Tensei asked Riko curiously while she's busy staring at the Pokemon. "Riko?"
She flinched in surprise hearing her name and smiling nervously at Tensei. "Oh-oh, it's good Sei-nii. The foods are amazing especially the chicken teriyaki."
"Riko, you should focus on what you eat than our Pokemon now. You need the energy to help you do your activity." Iida lectured his friend while chopping his arm like a robot which made the entire family laugh.
"You will be great for a robot movie, Tenya." Tensei commented with a laugh while Tenya blushed in embarrassment.
Riko shook her head with an amusement look. "Don't take it to heart, Ten-kun. Your brother was just joking." She assured him and he nodded his head with a relief look.
They continued and enjoyed their food while joking and talks which school they're going for their future.
"Anyway, Tensei. You have become independent at a young age and have sidekicks who follow you." The father of Iida's family, Kazue, commented while the children are looking at Tensei. Waiting for Tensei to respond to his words.
"No, dad. It's the opposite." Tensei answered calmly. "I still can't work by myself... so I will be needing much help and they're always by my side. So I owe them a lot actually." He scratches his head with a light smile and Tenya looks at him with an awestruck look.
~Flashback ends ~
"He was the true hero who saves lives and gives everyone hope! You have no right to take away his life!" Iida yelled.
Stain smirked darkly and decided to end his life. "Goodbye!" He raises his sword high.
Iida closes his eyes and waits for the pain to come. However, he heard something from the other side of the alleyway.
"Smash!" Midoriya came out from the other side and punches Stain on the face. Launching Stain away to stop him from killing Iida.
"Midoriya, why are you here!?" Iida is surprised to see him and Pikachu. He didn't call reinforcements to assist him.
"We're here... to save you!" Midoriya answered and Pikachu's cheek spark to prepare any attack towards Stain.
Stain immediately recognized the dark green-haired boy through one of the pictures that Shigaraki targeted. "So, you're that kid... huh?" He whispered and readying his stance to attack them.
"It's over! It's two against one, Stain!" Pikachu declared as his cheeks spark with electricity.
Stain laughs like a maniac. "You think you're the only one with reinforcements? Think again." Taking out similar to red and white small ball. This time it's a black and green design as it grows big. Throwing it up in the air and revealing two Pokemon. "Go, Weavile and Bisharp!"
Bisharp is a bipedal, humanoid Pokemon. It has a round, red and blackhead, similar to a war helmet, topped with a golden, double-headed ax blade. Its face is primarily yellow with a black outline. The helmet shrouds most of its yellow-and-black face, although its triangular eyes are visible. Resembling shoulder pads, Bisharp's red shoulders project slightly over its arms and have a thin yellow line where they meet its black torso. It has white, metallic hands that resemble gloves, with retractable, blades attached. Encircling its torso are two blades, which create the impression of a ribcage. Its thighs are red and become progressively thinner as they connect to the knee. Both of its feet are metallic and split down the middle, resembling cloven hooves. These hooves are also similar to steel war boots or possibly leggings.
"That weasel is similar to the one we encounter during the USJ incident." Midoriya muttered and gulps. "B-but... ho-how? I never heard Stain having Pokemon by his side." Stain's Pokemon are looking at them with murderous looks.
Pikachu became nervous to see another kin right in front of them. Three against two are going to be difficult as they don't know what type of Pokemon they are. Glancing at his Trainer as Midoriya feels the same way as him. "I have no time to scan, Pikachu-kun. Let's be careful around those two Pokemon." He whispered to Pikachu and tried to think of a plan to escape with Iida. However, Native is completely seriously injured and difficult for them to escape out of their sight.
"What are you going to do, Izu?" Pikachu asked in a hushed tone and silently wished they have either the girls or their partner. To help them defeat the Hero Killer and his Pokemon.
"I'll handle those two Pokemon while I take Stain and try to get his Pokeball." Midoriya answered and dash towards Stain. Green and a glimpse of yellow lighting all over Midoriya's body. He managed to pass Stain and tried to snatch his Pokeballs.
"Master, watch out!" Bisharp yelled and kicks Midoriya away from the hero killer. Stepping in front of Stain to protect his Trainer. "Master, are you alright?" He asked and making sure he didn't receive any injury.
Stain simply nodded his head with a smirk whereas Bisharp glares at their opponents. Midoriya is simply looking surprised to see their bond relationship between a villain and Pokemon. It makes him question whether Stain has a heart or uses them as a tool. Weavile, on the other hand, is attacking Pikachu with his claw as a wild beast.
"Good job, Weavile. Now, let me handle this kid- hey!" Bisharp dodges the ice beam coming from Weavile. Weavile is completely gone crazy and attacking anyone including Native and Iida's engine.
Both Pokemon are acting differently as if they don't have the same Trainer and goal. Bisharp senses there's odd behavior coming from Weavile as if it's on trance. "Control yourself, Weavile! What has gotten into you!?" He yelled and fight against Weavile while Stain handle Midoriya.
Stain begins to slash Midoriya but the green-haired boy managed to dodge the attack directed at him. Pikachu uses his thunderbolt on both Pokemon as they easily dodge. Bisharp encounters it with a sucker punch towards the mouse Pokemon and sent him to the wall.
"You still need to learn battling against Pokemon, young one." Bisharp stares at the fallen mouse Pokemon. "But... I like you and your Trainer's courage and determination. So, I will be giving you my full respect." Beginning to walk away and knock Weavile's senses out.
Pikachu gritted his teeth in anger for being weak. He's not Gallade, Meowstic or Hoopa to have an experience battling a Pokemon. He swears to help Midoriya to become a successful hero and intends to make it come true.
Weavile is starting to stand up again due to taking the hit from Pikachu's attack. He's ready to fight using night slash at Bisharp but he simply dodges it. "I don't know what happened to you, Weavile. This needs to end now!" Bisharp vowed and pointed his sharp-bladed arm at the sharp claw Pokemon.
Midoriya can feel the fatigue is getting into him. His moves are slower than before. Stain takes this as an advantage to cut his leg and licking the blood to paralyze him. "It wasn't powerful enough. It's not that you saw through my movements. You left my field of vision and maneuvered so that you would definitely be able to bring me or my Pokemon down... that was what your movements were like." He started to walk away slowly. "People who are all talk are a dime a dozen, but you and Pikachu were worth letting live. You're different from these guys."
"Izu... Iida..." Pikachu whimpered and struggled to stand up.
"Stop!" Midoriya yelled as Stain raises his sword to kill Iida. "Stop it!"
Fire and ice mix together to attack Stain to stop him from stabbing Iida. He jumps back to avoid getting hit and glaring at the intruders. "One after another..." Stain clicks his tongue in annoyance. "There are a lot of people and Pokemon are getting in our way today."
"Another Vulpix but in white version?" Midoriya muttered and stares at the other Vulpix right next to Todoroki.
Its whole body is completely white as snow. It has pale blue paws, blue eyes, and dark blue inside its ears. Its snout is more pronounced and pointed. The locks of hair on its head and its six tails are curlier and have a wispy appearance.
"Midoriya." Todoroki held a phone in his hand. "You need to give more details in times like this. You made me late." Showing his GPS to find Midoriya's location.
"T-Todoroki, you too? You have two Vulpix." Midoriya stuttered and was unable to move his body.
"My sister, Yukina, she's an ice-type Pokemon." Akiko the flame Vulpix introduced her proudly. Two Pokemon are in front of Pikachu to protect him.
"Why are you here...?" Midoriya stuttered nervously and noticed Todoroki is using his left hand. "And you're using your left side..."
"Why? That's my line." Todoroki answered bluntly. "It took me a few seconds to figure out what you meant since you sent just your location info." He readied his stance. "You're not really one to send that for no reason."
Bisharp managed to knock Weavile out coldly and return him back to his Pokeball. "Tch, one Pokemon to another to appear." He muttered bitterly and glared at them coldly.
"Any friend of Sho-nii is a friend of ours." Yukina growled in anger. "You hurt him and we'll defeat you."
"Akiko and Yukina deal with Bisharp." Todoroki yelled at his two Pokemon.
"Yeah!" Akiko and Yukina yelled as they fight against Bisharp.
Todoroki covers the ice towards Stain and he jumps high to avoid getting stuck on the ice. Raising his ice high to protect Native, Iida and Midoriya to protect them from harm. "You meant that you were in trouble and to call for help, right? Don't worry. The pros will also get here in a few minutes." He shoots flames at him and dodges it. "This is just like the information about him implies. I won't let you kill these guys, Hero Killer."
"Todoroki-kun, you can't let this guy see your blood!" Midoriya yelled to inform his discovery. "I think he controls his opponents' actions by ingesting their blood orally. That's how he got all of us!
"He sucks blood to keep people from moving." Todoroki muttered and readied his stance. "That's why uses blades, huh? I can keep my distance and-" He dodges the blades and grazes his cheek.
"You have good friends, Ingenium!" Stain jumps with a dark grin look.
Todoroki uses his ice to stop him from attacking. The sword is thrown away and Stain pulls his collar. He tried to lick his blood as Todoroki uses his fire Quirk to stop him. "That was close!" Stain distances himself away from them. The dual-haired boy uses more of his ice and tries to capture Stain. "He's strong."
"Why are you two..." Iida stuttered and watched Todoroki and the three Pokemon are fighting against Stain and Bisharp. "Why... I've inherited my brother's name. I have to do it... that guy's mine!" He's going to avenge Tensei's injury.
"You inherited? That's strange." Todoroki muttered and used his fire Quirk before using ice to make a huge ice wall. "The Ingenium I saw before didn't have that look on his face, though." Iida gape in surprise. "You've got a lot going on behind the scenes in your family, too, huh?"
"Todoroki..." Midoriya gritted his teeth and blinked his eyes. "Huh?" His hands are beginning to move.
"To block your own view against an opponent." He slices the ices into small pieces. "To block your own view against an opponent faster than you... What a foolish plan!"
"I wonder about that." He gritted his teeth angrily and two blades stuck on his arms. "Yukina, use aurora beam!" Noticing his ice fox Pokemon is heading towards him.
The Alolan Vulpix jumps up in the air and opens her mouth. Revealing rainbow color beam and directly hit at Stain.
"Gah!" Stain got slammed at the side of the building.
Midoriya kicks Bisharp before he could strike Pikachu and Akiko. "Are you guys okay!?" He asked worriedly to see their bruises.
"Izu you can move!" Pikachu exclaimed to see his Trainer can fight again.
"I can move normally for some reason now!" He answered and breathes heavily.
"A time limit?" Todoroki muttered and looked surprised to hear it.
"No." Native grunted in pain. "That kid should've been the last one he got. I can't move yet."
Midoriya grabs Akiko and Pikachu as they stand alongside an injured Todoroki and Yukina. "He takes in a person's blood to keep them from moving. Since I got free first... I can think of three possible reasons. It could be less effective with more people, the amount ingested could affect how long it works, or there could be a difference in effectiveness based on a person's blood type!" The green-haired boy explained as Stain gritted his teeth in annoyance.
"Blood type...? Mine is B..." Native revealed his blood type.
"Do you think we could get paralyzed like them? Once Stain licks one of our blood." Pikachu asked the two foxes Pokemon and they simply shrugged in response.
"I'm type A..." Iida answered.
"Blood type?" Stain grinned darkly. "That's correct."
Hero Killer: Stain. Quirk: Bloodcurdle. Just by tasting someone's blood, he can stop their movements for up to 8 minutes. Type O, A, AB and B. The amount of time he can stop them goes in that order from least to most.
"I can't really do anything just by knowing his Quirk, though." Midoriya gulps and opens his Pokedex to scan Bisharp immediately.
"Bisharp, the sword blade Pokemon. This pitiless Pokémon commands a group of Pawniard to hound prey into immobility. It then moves in to finish the prey off." It explained.
"It's also immune to poison and psychic attack." Midoriya muttered and put his Pokedex back. "He's a dual-type Pokemon like LaRusso-san's Pokemon, Tyranitar. Dark and steel type."
"Any psychic type Pokemon or psychic Quirk related aren't effective against him." Todorki muttered and gripped his injured left hand. "We have electric, fire and ice type Pokemon to deal with him. I wanted to hurry up and carry those two out of here, but he can react so fast, he can avoid ice and fire."
"Bisharp is stronger than us, Shoto." Akiko muttered and glared at the sword blade Pokemon. "I hate to admit it but... Bisharp has more battle experience than us." Herself, Yukina and Pikachu are beginning to get tired from attacking Bisharp.
"We can't leave ourselves that open." He clenches his teeth and hopes Ophelia, Aileen or their partner to help them. "I think our best option is to hold on by avoiding close combat until the pros get here or the girls."
Midoriya nodded his head and stares at Todoroki's injury. "Todorki-kun, you've already shed too much blood. We'll distract him, so you can support us from behind."
"Got a room for more?" Iida's eyes widened in shock to hear a feminine voice. "The girls are occupied at the moment especially Nomu's are getting stronger than previous one."
"Ri-Ri-Riko." Iida stuttered in fear of seeing his girlfriend is getting involved. He doesn't want his girlfriend to get in danger and fear for her safety.
Small butterflies create a human body to reveal Riko and a humanoid unknown Pokemon right next to her. "You need all the help you can get. Especially you're dealing a well-known villain like him." Riko commented with a cold look on her face.
"Another Pokemon?" Bisharp muttered and goes into a defensive stance.
"Al-almost tall like Tyranitar." Akiko muttered and gulps as the unknown Pokemon simply smirked in response.
"You're Iida-kun's girlfriend." Midoriya muttered and looks surprised to see her and the unknown Pokemon.
"Yeah." Her gazes narrowed to see a device on Stain's hand. "That's..."
"Another guardian." The circular devices beep at the black-haired girl with butterfly wings. "Sky plate guardian..." Stain grinned darkly and licked his lips. The hero killer finally found one of the guardians to protect the Pokemon. He would enjoy them slaughtering how he heard stories about Pokemon guardians coming from Cyrus.
"Mewtwo." Riko called her partner and Mewtwo nodded his head. The genetic Pokemon destroyed the devices using psychic. "I don't know where you get that to identify us. You will face our wrath for injuring them." She vowed to defeat Stain and summons winds to attack them.
Stain dodges the winds as Bisharp attacked Mewtwo but he dodges with a psycho cut to clashes against his. Iida teared up to see his friends, Riko and Pokemon are risking their lives to stop him. "I'm... already..." Iida whispered.
"If you want us to stop, then stand up!" Todoroki yelled as fire mixed together to Riko's Quirk.
"Todoroki-san is right Ten-kun." Riko grabs Midoriya's back and flies up in the air. "The only way I say to you are: look properly at what you want to be!" She yelled and pushes Stain away. "I never wanted to become a guardian like them. Watching Pokemon and innocent people suffer right in front of my eyes... I vowed to protect them with my own power!" Her winds turn into razors to hit Stain.
Yukina narrates: The U.A students are facing one of the dangerous villains, Stain. Their Pokemon are having difficulties defeating Bisharp until Riko and her partner, Mewtwo appeared to aid.
Akiko: Stain has a device to identify Riko as one of Arceus's guardians. The Sky plate.
Pikachu: It's just the beginning of the battle between U.A students and their Pokemon Vs Stain and Bisharp.
