Many Quirk Heroes battle Quirk Villains to keep the streets and the innocent safe, but there is a Vigilante that defends the streets from all sorts bad people. He is El Chicano, the Quirkless Izuku Midoriya would rather protect the streets that way if he cannot be Quirk Hero at UA High and that is after he takes up the mantle. IzukuXKyoka

Izuku Midoriya/El Chicano's POV

"Right now All Might and the others are making their stand against the League of Villains while I recovery in the Hosu hospital with Kyoka staying by my side, she will defend me if she has to. Anyway where I am right now is seeing old memories of my childhood past which has good and bad things that I already experiences, what I'm also seeing is the memories of the original El Chicano before I took up the mantle."

"Anyway to the legend I've known after learning them, El Chicano's large enemy that he fought against the most are the Cartels, Quirk and Quirkless Cartels. Boy I assume if there are Cartels in Musutafu City too then I'll be going up against them as well not matter if they are Quirk or Quirkless."

"The last thing I fine is the original El Chicano telling me to finish what he started because I have taken up the mantle now and I responded that I will finish what he started no matter what every else will think or believe."

"So far so good All Might and the others are already making their stand and holding out all they can against the League of Villains but they begin to push and press forward now. In the hospital room as Kyoka prepares to defend me I finally woken up from my long sleep and I tell her I'm ready to return to action as I wear the El Chicano Costume and get my weapons for action."

"Me and Kyoka then step outside to face the League of Villains, All For One told everyone to step aside and stand down so he can talk to me, he tells me that they will retreat now because they wanted me dead while I haven't woken up yet but too late I'm up now. Before they retreat All For One tells me that they will come back and fight me some other time and I tell them I'll be waiting for them to try."

With El Chicano now known to the world, there are people who still want to talk about Vigilantes work and not being moral with their actions.
