Chapter 9: Mono, Six, Thin Man.

Mono and Six look at Thin man, who's walking to them...menacingly.

Space continues becoming twisted and bent.

Mono's got used to the irritating noise and looks at Thin man though his vision is blurred. The familiar thin and tall figure reminds him of his battle against himself.

Six is frightened because the last time she met Thin Man, she ended up being taken away from Mono. She wants to move back but they have stuck in a sticky situation.

Behind them, a wall of super-hot flame burns while their arch-enemy is slowly cornering them.

Suddenly, Thin Man teleports right in front of Six and Mono. He then slowly bows to look at the duo clearly.

"Ahhhhh...How nice to meet you two again." - Thin Man says as if he meets an old friend. - "How coincidence it is..."

Thin Man then makes his move as he raises his hand to Six and starts to drag her, making Mono fallen to the ground.

Six is so terrified as she tries to grabs all the things she can. Looking around, she sees her companion moving and looking at her.

"Mono! Please help me!"

Mono can finally see Six being dragged by Thin Man, just like when they first met. He suddenly feels the urge to rescue her as he doesn't want to repeat his past mistake. He tries to reach Six's hand but it's too far.

"Mono!" - Six says as she still tries desperately to hold the ground, which makes him feel powerless as he can't move his body.

"No...NO!"

Particles start coming out of Six. It's like that time so much.

"MONO!" - Six says as fear can be seen in her ruby eyes.

Then, Six's hands leave the ground. As she is being taken away, time seems to slow down in Mono's eyes. With all his strength, he focuses on the space between Thin Man and Six and makes it explode.

"BOOM!"

The explosion sends both Six and Thin Man to fly away.

Six then crashes to the ground and faints.

"Sorry, Six." - Mono thinks and then looks at Thin Man to see if his attack works.

However, Thin Man is still standing and walking to him, uninjured. Mono tries to think of a way to get both him and Six out of this deadly situation.

Then, he sees Thin Man suddenly stop to look at him thoughtfully.

"It looks like you have been grown quite much." - Thin Man says, making Mono confused.

"What is he talking about?" - Mono thinks.

"And my ally seems to need help right now so I will let you slip...for now." - Thin Man says and teleports away.

Seeing the threat has gone, Mono looks at his companion. She is there, laying on the ground unconsciously and head-bleeding.

Mono then tries to walk to her but suddenly falls to the ground. He realizes that his body no longer can withstand the weariness that he has ignored.

"Move! Stupid body!" - Mono thinks as he desperately tries to reach Six.

He crawls, bit by bit, without any other thoughts than the need to get to Six.

He tries to reach his hand out to Six's when his vision suddenly starts turning blurred.

"Six..."

.

Aizawa is rushing to the fight after seeing Mono fighting the Nomu alone in mid-air.

"What is he thinking? I thought that I told you NOT to get in trouble. (Sigh)"

...

Jumping from this street lights to another, Aizawa sees Endeavor, who is heavily injured, and Hawk stuck in a pyro wall.

"Dabi?!"

Using his elastic rope, Aizawa goes on top of a building, seeing that Dabi is about to launch an attack on the two. He swiftly activates his quirk to nullify Dabi's.

Then, Aizawa uses his rope to tighten, catch the criminal and knock him down to the ground.

"WHAT THE..."

"You're arrested, Dabi!" - Aizawa says in a strong tune.

Aizawa then holds him up while constantly activating his quirk but this way is too exhausted so he decides to knock Dabi out.

However, as soon as Aizawa thinks about that, he is thrown away to Endeavor.

"Urghh!"

Looking up, Aizawa sees an intimidating tall, and thin male. The man then turns the rope tightening Dabi to black particles, freeing him.

"It's time to go. They are coming." - The man says.

"Heroes?...Man, just when things were getting good."

Then, both Dabi and the man start flickering, which makes everyone surprised.

Static can be heard.

"Catch ya later, Mister No.1 hero."- Dabi says -"I'm sure we'll have another chance to talk. But until then..."

"BREAK A LEG OUT THERE! BUT DON'T KICKING THE BUCKET."

"TODOROKI ENJI!"

"Why don't you stay and do anyway?"- Aizawa says as he throws the rope to tie Dabi up.

However, Dabi and the man suddenly disappear glitching.

The wall of flame starts burning out and eventually fades away.

"What?!"- Aizawa thinks as he has just witnessed an exception of his quirk-nullifying quirk.

"How can he still use his quirk?!"

"Wow! Eraser Head."- Aizawa looks back and sees hawk saying.

"Nice fight there. It's a pity that you didn't nullify the tall man's quirk."

"No. My quirk didn't apply to his."- Aizawa says in a concerned voice.

"What?!"

"Nevermind. You need to take Endeavor to the ambulance. I have my students to look after."

Aizawa then looks for Mono and Six around. He notices two people laying on the ground not far away so he runs to them.

There, he sees Mono and Six, who are hand-in-hand with Six and laying on the ground, unconscious.

Mono and Six have evaded the attack of Thin Man in the clutch. But with their nightmares' return, what will Mono and Six do?

Seeing that Six is still alive, Mono is so relieved that everything wasn't a (Little) nightmare.
