Mono comes up the stairs and sees a flash on the screen.

And as the light's out, Mono sees Bakugo and his team defeat team B splendidly with a final result of 4-0.

"Welp! Better get ready for the next round."

.

Suddenly, Mono feels bullet eyes from behind him.

And as he looks behind, he sees the familiar fox mask. It's Shichi who also prepares for the final match.

However, unlike his calm presence earlier, Mono somehow knows that the face behind the mask is full of agony and vengeance. And that makes Mono uncomfortable since Shichi reminds of his old self.

"Uhh. Hi?" Mono awkwardly greets Shichi, who suddenly whispers threateningly to him as he walks by Mono -"I don't hate you, Mono. But you better not interrupt our 'union'."

Mono looks thoughtfully at Shichi as he joins his team on the other side. He wants to argue back to him, but it will draw attention.

"..."

.

"Mono!" Kirishima suddenly says as he approaches Mono, who looks at his classmate.

"What are you doing?" Kirishima says as he points at Mono's team, waiting for him -"Your team is waiting. Come with them."

"Oh." Mono says -"Thanks for reminding me."

"You're welcome." Kirishima says as he moves to his main intention -"Hey, Mono. Do you want to hang out this weekend with us?"

"Us?" Mono asks confusingly due to the sudden invitation -"Why do you suddenly invite me for a hang-out?"

But his classmate giggles at that.

"What's wrong with hanging out with friends?" Kirishima asks with a joking tone -"Anyways, you should come with your team before the match starts." and comes back to his group, including Bakugo and Kaminari.

"They look like a traffic light." Mono giggles on the inside while walking to his team.

"Mono!" Deku calls him -"Let's go! I think the match's about to start."

"Sorry! Had a bit of chatting." Mono joins his team.

.

(5 minutes later)

The team goes together until they find a place to set up their ground by hanging the ropes with Mineta's sticky balls.

"Hey, Six!" Mono says with Six, as they are alone to get the rope around the area.

"Yes?" Six says a bit shyly, seemingly still thinking about their earlier conversation -"What's wrong?"

"Do you..." Mono rethinks of what he should say -"know anyone in the old...place?"

"Yes." Six answers, making Mono slightly nervous of the chance she may know Shichi beforehand.

"Then, do you know anyone like Shichi?"

"Shichi? The new boy?" Six then looks thoughtful.

.

"I don't know him. Yet...He makes me feel a bit...nostalgic. As if I had some good time with him." Six says with an unsure expression -"Why would you ask that?"

Mono then crosses his arms as he says -"Maybe just some deja vu. I feel something dangerous inside him."

Mono then looks at Six.

"I just think you should avoid taking direct confrontation against him. He's quite a splendid fighter."

(Six's POV)

"Thanks for the advice." Six says with slight doubt.

Six feels Mono mixes up truth and fake. Though she giggles on the inside that he can do that, it also makes her wonder what is the truth or lie, making her hesitate to talk it out.

"But what's he hiding?"

.

Six then thinks about Shichi.

He always wears the happy Kitsune mask even in the fight. And so is his mysterious presence.

Whenever she's near him, Six always feels a chill at her back.

"What's wrong with this guy?"

Six never knows how this boy fights as the cameras observing the fight between him and Mono was somehow covered up.

"Was it...the Nome?"

(3rd POV)

Deku goes ahead to scout the area, looking for a pick.

On the other hand, Mineta with the team has set up the ropes with his quirk.

Then, the rope suddenly twitches.

"Something got stuck to it!" He reports his team to prepare whatever touches the rope.

.

Suddenly, masses of small screws and debris flies towards the group.

"Stay behind me!" Mina shouts to the group.

And as Mono and Six get behind her, Mina creates a massive wall of acid, melting all the debris flying at them like bullets. While on the back of her, Mono has some efforts to stop the junk.

Some even almost hit Mina, to which Six uses her claws to redirect them.

Mineta tries to hide while Uraraka tries to use her quirk

"Keep going!" A strange voice appears between the group, making them all turn.

.

"Hi!" Shichi greets them jokingly as Mono quickly tries to punch him with static hands but fails.

"Wow! That's dangerous." Shichi says as he jumps to one of the pipes unhit by the flying junk -"Guess I have to do quickly before talking."

"Giant March!"

*CRASH!*

.

The Giant Nome has appeared on the field, crushing through pipes behind Shichi, who jumps and disappears behind.

"RUN!" Mineta yells as pipes and walls start falling

.

(At Mineta, Uraraka, Mina, and Mono's location)

They keep dodging the separate wave of scrab throwing at them.

And as they have a brief moment to rest, Mono notices something odd. The Nome has disappeared before he realizes it is.

"Are you all fine?" Mono asks everyone.

It's strangely quiet. All the attack stops as the Nome vanishes.

"Where's the giant Nome?" Uraraka says, making others realize the same.

"Maybe, he has the limit of that Nome?" Mina says a valid point.

Mono suddenly realizes that...

"Wait! Where is Six?"

.

(At Six's location)

Six runs away from the giant Nome as she can't find a way to defeat it.

However, as the dust fades and the noise suddenly disappears, she looks back cautiously and sees...nothing?

"Where's the Nome?"

.

Suddenly, Six feels a chill on her back and quickly turns back just in time to block Shichi's punch before it hits her.

"You blocked it?" Shichi says with a smirk -"As I expected from you." and jumps away from Six.

"Who are you?!" Six shouts at her opponent.

"You know me. I'm Shichi." Shichi says with a slight joking inside.

"That's not your real name. And the fact that you control the Nome is very suspicious." Six says as she looks at the fox mask. She can feel the immersive vengeance presence behind it, reminding her of Mono when they first met each other after she...

"Did I do something to you?"

.

Shichi looks at Six. Those eye holes are like looking straight through her soul, making her have a chill.

"HahaHAHAHAHA." Shichi giggles uncontrollably. SUDDENLY, he rushes at Six and punches her, to which she blocks but is unable to stand the force and falls to the ground.

"STOP PRETENDING YOU ARE UNAWARE OF WHAT YOU'VE DONE." Shichi yells at Six as he knees down to Six's level -"MONSTER!"

Six's a bit triggered by that sudden statement. However, though wanting to yell back, Six knows things will get nasty if she starts an argument here.

.

Seeing no response from Six except for her determined look, Shichi then stands up.

"So, I have to do this..."

And raises a hand to his mask and the rope around his neck, slowly taking them off.

Behind the mask is a vengeful face with pure ruby eyes. And a large scar can be seen on the left shoulder.

"SISTER!"
