Erika, Mizuki, Leo, Mikihiko, Mayumi, Mari, & Knuckles arrive at DK Island to look for the next target to recruit.

Leo: Are we seriously looking for a big monkey? I seriously believe this is a waste of time.

Mizuki: Well, he is on the armies list of threats.

Erika: But still, a monkey? As if the plumbers weren't stupid enough.

Mayumi: But what about Sonic? You've seen a cartoon figure like him, yes?

Erika: Umm...

Knuckles: Is it really that weird to be meeting cartoons?

Erika: Not at all. Well, at first it was weird when Sonic and Tails shot out of that portal when they got sent into our world.

Mari: Well now, we've all gotten to know each other well to become friends.

Mikihiko: At least there's no discrimination like what happened with our school.

Knuckles: Discrimination? At your school?

Leo: Well, the course 1 students always looked down at course 2 students. Basically, the course 1 students were either called blooms or honor students, but as for us course 2's, they would call us weeds or irregulars.

Knuckles: Why is that?

Mayumi: Course 1 students have a much higher score on their entrance exams, and course 2 students are those that scored in the bottom half of the exams.

Knuckles: Was it really that bad?

Mizuki: Miyuki certainly was upset when people made fun of Tatsuya.

Mari: But now it's forbidden to call course 2 students, weeds. As members of the student council and disciplinary committee, Mayumi and I won't tolerate such things.

Knuckles: Man. It must have stunk for you guys.

Mikihiko: Believe me, it has.

Suddenly, Knuckles ends up getting toppled over by a huge mass of crocodile people as they run past.

Knuckles: OWW! AGH! OWW! WHA...!

Kritter: LET'S GO! LET'S GO!

After the swarm topples him and runs off into the direction they were going, a fat crocodile wearing a crown, driving a huge steamroller with a subspace bomb on the back crushes Knuckles, moving the same direction as the crocodiles.

King K. Rool: RAHAHAHAHAAHA! March! My minions! Let's bomb this joint and take all the bananas with us.

Everybody checks in on the now flattened echidna.

Leo: Uh. Are you okay, Knuckles?

Knuckles: Never better... I think I broke my spine. Maybe not... Probably...

Mari: Those crocodiles were bringing a subspace bomb with them.

Leo: They're definitely after the ape we're looking for.

Mayumi: Then we'd better move.

The student council president helps Knuckles up while everyone else moves on ahead.

Knuckles: Uh, thanks.

Mayumi: Absolutely.

Everybody goes on ahead to see the crocodiles surrounding both a gorilla and a chimpanzee holding a gem.

Donkey Kong: OOK OOK OOK! (What do we do, Diddy?)

Diddy Kong: OOH OOH AHH! (I don't know! They're everywhere!)

King K. Rool: This time, I can finally get rid of you monkeys once and for all!

Donkey Kong: OOK OOK OOK! (You won't get away with this, K. Rool! I've beaten you before, and I'll do it again!)

King K. Rool: Not this time.

The R.O.B team deploys and activates the bomb, starting the countdown.

Diddy Kong: AHH!

The king of crocodiles starts rolling away in his steamroller.

King K. Rool: See you later!

He takes off, leaving his minions to fight against the two monkeys.

Donkey Kong: OOK OOK OOK! (GET BACK HERE AND FIGHT US!)

Kritter 1: Hahaha! You ain't goin nowhere.

Kritter 2: Wait a minute! We're here having to fight them, right?

Kritter 1: Yeah? So what?

Kritter 2: Aren't we within range of the bomb that's about to explode?

All of the crocodiles gasp as they see the bomb counting down from 5.

Everyone: AHHHHHHHHHH!

As the timer hits zero, the bomb officially explodes, sucking the whole island into a massive dark sphere. As the two monkeys thought they were doomed, they suddenly open their eyes to find themselves on a boat, surrounded by the first high students and red echidna.

Diddy Kong: Ooh ooh ah? (Are we still alive?)

Knuckles: Good thing we popped you guys out in time.

Mayumi: Yes. It would have been terrible if you were caught in the blast radius.

Donkey Kong: Ook ook ook! (Thanks for your help! But, do we know you?)

Knuckles: Not exactly. You see, we kind of need your help. And it involves stopping the people who made that bomb that blew up your island.

Donkey Kong: Huh?

Mikihiko: Wait. You can understand what they're saying?

Knuckles: Of course I can.

Diddy Kong: Ooh ah? (What's going on?)

They explain everything to the two monkeys. Causing them both to have wide eyes and open mouths.

Donkey Kong: Ook ook ook ook? (But why am I on their kill list?)

Diddy Kong: Ooh ooh ah! (I think it has something to do with K. Rool.)

Knuckles: K. Rool... Is that the name of that big fat crocodile that smushed me with a steamroller?

They both nod their heads.

Diddy Kong: Ooh ooh ah ah! (Good thing we saved the shiny rock here.)

Donkey Kong: Ook ook ook. (Yeah. That looks very pretty and valuable.)

The two monkeys look directly at the pretty gem.

Knuckles: That shiny rock is a Chaos Emerald.

Donkey Kong: Huh? Ook ook? (Chaos Emerald?)

Mari: There's a lot more to it than just its looks, but I think we're going to need that.

Donkey Kong: Hmm...

Leo: Well, we better head back to West Side Island. The others are probably back by now.

Mayumi: And don't worry. We'll have plenty of bananas for you two when we get there.

Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong: Oooohhh!

And so Mighty and Ray's group, along with Knuckles' group make it back to Emerald Hill Zone to see Sonic and the others.

Knuckles: Hey there!

Ray: How's it going?

Miyuki: It looks like everyone from our world is back.

?: Pay the fine!

Honoka: Is that Lina?

Erika: Lina's here?

Lina: Hi.

?: You crooks are all the same. All flesh, and no fury. HRRAAAAAGGH!

Knuckles: And what the heck are those three doing here?

Fang: What? We can't be here to have a chat?

Tails: They're kind of in the same boat as us. So they're here to help us out.

Fang: Actually, they're helpin us out. I wanna get back at that Robotnik.

?: How dare you steal from me?! You'll never take me down! HRRRAAAGH! This is the part, where you fall down and...

Knuckles: What the heck are you watching?!

Sonic: Oblivion NPC's.

Kirito: Don't you love how the camera zooms up on them during a conversation?

Ichika: Yeah, that's kind of freaky. Not to mention the characters are ugly.

Mighty: I mean, it's an older game, so yeah.

Joker: Ahem!

Cecilia: I'm assuming those masked people are the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.

Bean: More anime people...

Joker: I'm Joker. I'm their leader.

Mona: And I'm Mona. I pretty much started this group.

Mario: WAIT A MINUTE! YOU!

Everybody gasps as the plumber points at the blue hedgehog, who then stands up out of his seat, and has an epic staredown with the plumber in red and blue.

Sonic: Oh hey there.

Skull: Oh boy.

The two stare at each other with glares, and walk closer to each other.

Mona: I think we're about to witness the battle of the century.

Oracle: Mario and Sonic meet! Holy snap! This is gonna be intense!

As soon as the hedgehog and plumber get close enough to each other, they each spread their right hands out, looking like they're ready to have a brawl.

Oracle: Here we go!

Everybody looks with widened eyes as the two readied their hands. However, as they were expecting a fight, the two rivals grab each others hands, and shake, with their glares now turning into smiles.

Mario: I'm-a Mario.

Sonic: Name's Sonic.

Everybody sighs.

Skull: I was gonna say... I was expecting them both to have a brawl.

Sonic: Brawl?!

Mario: Mama-Mia... We only just-a met.

Ichika: Well, it DID look like a fight was about to go on.

Rin: How come you two were glaring at each other.

Sonic: We just wanted to make the greeting look dramatic.

Panther: That's why?

Mario: Yep.

Everybody laughs at that answer.

Donkey Kong: Ook ook ook (What's Mario even doing here?)

Diddy Kong: Ooh ooh ah! (I think he's fighting with us.)

The plumber in red and his brother walk up to the monkeys to fist bump them.

Mario: It's-a nice to see you again, DK.

Luigi: You too, Diddy.

Donkey Kong: Ook ook! (Likewise!)

Tatsuya: So they know each other?

Miyuki: It appears so.

Knuckles: Wait a minute! Sonic, did you guys get back first?

Sonic: Sure did!

Knuckles: OH CRUD!

Knuckles starts running away.

Sonic: Alright, Tails! Let's get him! GO GO GO GO GO!

Tails: LET'S GO!

Sonic and his best friend chase Knuckles through Emerald Hill Zone, shooting eggs at him with egg launchers.

Knuckles: STAY AWAY!

Sonic: Oh come on, Knuckles! Egg yolk is good for your hair! Haha!

Tails: YOU CAN'T ESCAPE YOUR FATE!

Noir: What in the world is going on right now?

Mighty: Sonic and Knuckles had this bet where if one of them made it back first, the other would get shot at with eggs.

Peach: Oh my...

?: Nice to see them like this. Hah!

Everyone looks to see the blue-haired sniper, now back to normal size.

Mighty: Sinon? You're back to normal! How did...?

Sinon: Tails found a way to fix me when he came back. Thank him.

Ray: Nice to have you back.

Kirito: So anyway. Tatenashi and Kanzashi still haven't come back yet, and they're with Amy, Leafa, Yuuki, and the other girls.

Asuna: And we're still waiting for Team RWBY and JNPR.

Tatsuya: There's also Eugeo, Alice, Ronie, Tiese, Sortiliena, and Kirby.

Ichika: Also Mickey and those keyblade wielders, plus Fox and Falco.

Mari: We were too late to stop DK Island from getting bombed. But Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong have a Chaos Emerald in their possession.

Mighty: You guys have a Chaos Emerald?

Donkey Kong: Mmhmm!

He hands it over to Mighty.

Donkey Kong: Ook ook ook! (Here you go. Sounds like you might need it.)

Mighty: Thanks.

Charlotte: We should check in on everyone else and make sure they're alright.

Ray: Good idea.
