The whole group arrives right near the Subspace Bomb Factory.
Kirby: Poyo!
Yu: This must be the place.
Tatsuya: Miss Orimura said that we need to get into the factory and blow it up with all the bombs inside.
Miyuki: I'm sure we will succeed. And we will get answers in here.
Yukiko: There is also the Chaos Emerald they have in their hands. We need to get that away from them too.
Sonic: Oh don't worry. This will in fact be a cakewalk.
The blue hedgehog, as well as the two-tailed fox, red echidna, masked cat, and plumber in red and blue end up dressed as Halo Spartans with assault rifles.
Kirito: Why are you guys dressed up as Halo Spartans?
Tails: So we can make this look interesting.
Mona: Yeah. You wanna raid a bomb factory? Gotta do it in style.
Joker: Those aren't airsoft guns, are they?
Mario: Nope! They are-a UNSC assault rifles.
Knuckles: And actual ones too. Just like from the Halo games.
Lina: Seriously?
Panther: Well, I mean I guess if it helps.
Asuna: But what is that you're carrying on your back?
Tails: Oh, this? It's a subwoofer.
Yu: Why exactly?
Tails: We gotta have music, obviously. Luckily it's bluetooth.
Shizuku: Are we listening to Rising Hope? Or Crossing Field?
Skull: Or Last Surprise?
Sonic: Nope! We got a playlist of American songs right now.
Shizuku: Oh.
Tatsuya: Okay. We shouldn't waste anymore time. Let's...
Knuckles: LEEROOOOOOOOOYYYYYY JEEEEEEENKIIIIINS!
Knuckles runs on ahead.
Sonic: Holy snap! He just ran in!
Tails: OKAY! LET'S GO GO GO GO GO!
The cartoon characters dressed as Spartans run on after Knuckles.
Miyuki: (Sigh...) We aren't supposed to act recklessly.
Kirito: Let's just go after them.
The rest of the group moves in after the others, who are now in a firefight, shooting at badniks.
Mona: Alright! Alright, guys! So far so good!
Meanwhile, Heavy Gunner looks at the security cameras to see the whole group attacking the badniks.
Heavy Gunner: Oh no! They found us! I gotta stop them before they blow us to smithereens!
He grabs his rocket launcher and rushes outside the room. As he does, Sonic and the whole group arrives at the bomb chamber.
Sonic: Okay! We're here! Time to start activating the bombs!
Tails: Okay. I'll start activating them right now!
?: No you don't!
The fat gunner robot shows up with his rocket launcher.
Sonic: Oh, hey Heavy Gunner! How are you?
Heavy Gunner: I'm not letting you activate those bombs!
Tails: Too late. I just did.
Heavy Gunner: Uh oh... Well then...
The gunner points his rocket launcher at them.
Sonic: Tails? How long till those bombs explode?
Tails: 20 minutes.
Sonic: Good. We got plenty of time.
Kirby: Poyo!
Heavy Gunner: Okay. You wanna party?
A group of Egg Robos show up.
Heavy Gunner: Then let's party!
Everybody in Sonic's side group prepares their weapons and CAD's.
Mario: Now Tails! Put on the music!
Tails: You got it!
Tails takes out his phone and plays Want to Want Me by Jason Derulo on the subwoofer.
Sonic: Time to rock and roll!
Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles take on Heavy Gunner while everyone else takes on the Egg Robos.
Skull: Alright. Let's do this. Captain Kidd!
Skull summons his persona, and it fires an electrical discharge at many of the robots, destroying them. Then, he passes the baton to Panther.
Panther: Carmen!
Panther then summons her persona, and uses a flaming attack on some more, also taking them out.
Panther: Now Joker!
She passes the baton to Joker.
Joker: Come! Arsene!
He summons his persona and uses a curse ability, weakening the Egg Robos on their end.
Joker: Let's go!
The atmosphere turns red as the Phantom Thieves perform their all out attack on the robots. And to finish them off, Joker pulls his glove and smiles, which makes them explode.
Joker: The show's over.
?: Behind you!
Joker looks behind him as a laser beam that was about to hit him gets blocked by a sword.
Yu: I got your back. Come! Izanagi!
Yu summons his Persona, and it slices the robot that fired at Joker in half.
Joker: Thanks a lot.
Yu: You bet.
Meanwhile, the Magic students take on some Egg Robos on their end. Honoka blinds them with a flashing light, and Miyuki sets them on fire using Inferno, while Tatsuya uses Demon Right to make them dissipate.
Lina: We don't have time for this!
Kirito and Asuna take a few robots down with their swords.
Kirito: I'm sure Heavy Gunner knows where Yui's being kept.
Asuna: We better finish this fight and ask him.
Mario: Hyah!
The red and blue plumber takes down some robots by jumping on them, and spiking them to the ground, with Kirby firing a laser gun that he got from one of the Egg Robos.
Kirby: Poyo!
Mario: All-a clear over here. Now then...
Everybody sees Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles fighting Heavy Gunner.
Sonic: Okay Gunner... If you wanna avoid becoming scrap metal, you'd better surrender.
Heavy Gunner: I'm not the kind of bot to surrender easily.
He starts firing his rocket launcher at them. Fortunately, they were able to evade them, and like from Studiopolis Act 1, Sonic and Knuckles hit the blue rockets back at him.
Heavy Gunner: You blasted...
Tatsuya points his CAD at Heavy Gunner's rocket launcher, and pulls the trigger, making the weapon break into pieces.
Heavy Gunner: What?! How did you...
Tatsuya: You shouldn't underestimate a magician. Especially one who's from the Ten Master Clans.
Tails: So, we done here, Gunner?
Heavy Gunner: But... What... I...
Suddenly, the door that the whole team came from gets sliced up and breached.
Sonic: Huh?!
Kirito: What's that?
Coming from the door is what looks to be the Chaotix, along with a round masked knight, and a masked girl with a red ponytail.
Vector: Hey everyone!
Charmy: Happy to be back!
Tails: Where the heck have you guys been?!
Espio: Back from Rocket League. Did we miss anything?
Sonic: Yeah. A lot! So, who are they?
The Phantom Thieves look at the masked red-haired girl.
Mona: Violet?! Is that you?
Violet: M-Mona... Joker-Senpai... Skull and Panther too...
Joker: How did you get here? In this dimension I mean?
Violet: I... Followed you through the portal. But after I got through, I couldn't find you afterwards. Then, I found this masked knight and these video game characters.
Kirby: Poyo!
Meta Knight: Kirby...
Shizuku: You've missed the fight, I'm afraid.
Sonic: Yeah. So we got...
Before Sonic finishes his sentence, the masked knight rushes toward the unarmed Heavy Gunner and points his sword at him.
Meta Knight: I will not play anymore games. If you wish to live, you will have your leader return the Halberd to...
He gets interrupted with an angry Kirito grabbing the gunner.
Kirito: WHERE IS YUI?! WHERE IS SHE?!
Heavy Gunner: W-Who?!
Kirito: THE LITTLE GIRL THAT SUGOU TOOK!
The angry Black Swordsman throws the gunner.
Sonic: Woah Woah! Kirito!
Heavy Gunner: I-I think she's on board the Halberd. In the prison wing.
A white gem falls out of Heavy Gunner's pocket.
Heavy Gunner: Oh no.
Kirito: TELL ME WHERE THE HALBERD IS!
Heavy Gunner: I-I-It's on its way to Angel Island! They're going to take the Master Emerald from the Hidden Palace Zone!
Knuckles: What?!
Sonic: The Master Emerald?!
Heavy Gunner: Yeah.
Kirito: Take us to the Halberd.
Heavy Gunner: W-What?!
Kirito: TAKE! US! THERE!
Heavy Gunner: AHH! OKAY! I'll take you!
Asuna: Kirito...
Skull: Woah... Man...
Panther: You can really tell Kirito's being serious.
Yosuke: You think?
Tatsuya: Anybody can be like that. Especially when they're desperate to save someone very dear to them. I would be the same if it was my sister.
Miyuki: Brother...
Kirito: Sorry, everyone. I'm letting my emotions get the best of me again.
Sonic picks up the Chaos Emerald that the Heavy Gunner dropped.
Sonic: Well you know what, Kirito? You have the right to be angry.
Violet: Umm... What exactly is going on?
Charmy: Yeah. Yui got taken? What's going on?
Meta Knight: It seems we all owe each other an explanation.
Sonic: We'll tell you on the way. And you!
The hedgehog points at the gunner.
Heavy Gunner: Huh?
Sonic: Don't even try anything funny, pal.
Heavy Gunner: O-Okay... I won't.
Lina: Alright. Let's get out of here before the factory explodes.
