Chapter 3: Urahara Shop.
[Toshiro's POV].
After waking up from my 1-hour nap. God fucking damn it, insomnia! I yawned and sat up. I scrunched my nose up after realising that I fell asleep in my clothes. I sighed and got off my bed and headed over to the dressers. I picked up a black plain long-sleeved t-shirt from one draw. I closed that draw and opened a different one. I picked up some black jogging bottoms and closed the draw before opening another draw to get out a black sleeveless hoodie. I closed the draw and got undressed. I put the clothes that I was wearing in a basket which was at the end of my bed. I then put on the clean clothes. I put my chain and cross on top of the dresser. I walked over to the wardrobe and opened the door. I picked up the rucksack and threw it on my bed. I then looked through the duffle bag, realising that I left a box in there. I picked up the box and put it on my desk.
I opened the box and looked in it. There was my Shinigami combat pass that Kisuke had created for me when I first awakened my Shinigami. There was also a Quincy cross bracelet. Yes, that's right. I, Toshiro Kurosaki, is a Shinigami and a Quincy. I'm more of a Quincy then a Shinigami though. I sighed and picked up my pass and closed the box. I put the pass in my bag. I opened the draw on my desk then put the box in it. I closed the draw and locked the draw. I put the key in my lamp as I had a secrete door in it.
I bent down to the door and lifted up my covers.
"Kiyoshi, you coming?" I asked. Kiyoshi got out from under my bed and got up onto my lap and then flew into the bag. I zipped up my rucksack and slung it on my shoulder. I put my slippers on and walked downstairs. I headed to the door and changed my slippers to my white trainers.
"I'm going out for a bit!" I yelled. Yuzu came from the door to the living-room-kitchen-dining-room-combined room.
"Okay Shiro Nii-san, have fun!" she smiled. I smiled back and got up from the step and opened the front door. I walked out of the house and close the door. I stuffed my hands in my pockets and headed to the gate and jumped over it. What's the point in opening the gate if you can just jump over? I walked away from the house and headed to a certain Shinigami shop.
[At Urahara Shop].
I walked to the gap that separates two buildings. I spotted two kids sweeping up the floor. I sweat-dropped.
'What's the point in sweeping if NO ONE shops here?' I thought.
"Who knows? Urahara is a strange one." said a deep voice in my head. I smiled.
'Afternoon Hyorinmaru!' I said to him. He chuckled. I walked up to the kids.
"Hey kids," I said. The two looked at me. The girl smiled while the boy scowled at me.
"What do you want?" the boy said rudely.
"Jinta don't be rude, what if Tessai hears you... Ah!" the girl started but the boy started to dig his knuckles into her skull by spinning them.
"Oi leave her alone." I said, reaching my hand towards the boy however, someone beat me to it. I looked up and saw Tessai. I smiled and watched Tessai scold the boy. I looked at the girl and bent down to her height.
"Are you okay?" I asked. She blushed lightly and waved her hands with a smile.
"I'm fine, sir." she said.
"Toshiro, Kisuke is inside." said Tessai while still holding the boy. I smirked and nodded. I opened the Japanese style door and walked inside before shutting the door. I saw Kisuke walked over to me with his fan covering his nose and mouth but I knew he was smiling.
"Hello how can I help you today?" Kisuke joked.
"I would like the crystal ball information." I grinned. Kisuke snapped his fan shut.
"Come to the back." he said as he walked to the back room. I rolled my eyes and followed him. We walked into the room where there is a table. I saw Yoruichi in her cat form. I walked to the table and sat down. I yawned and rested my hand on my palm. Yoruichi chuckled.
"You seem tired, Toshiro." she said. I rolled my eyes.
"You try having insomnia, it's difficult. I went to sleep earlier but only got an hour." I sighed. My rucksack opened and Kiyoshi got out. It landed on the table and looked at me.
"You were muttering a lot while you were asleep. Something about don't hit me or something like that." Kiyoshi said. I tiredly looked at Kiyoshi.
"I'm not surprised anymore." I sighed.
"Is it your past life memories?" asked Kisuke. I nodded.
"Yeah, from when I was alive." I yawned again. Tessai walked in with tea for everyone before sitting down.
"Well to be honest, this isn't what I'm here for." I said. The other three nodded.
"We know. I believe that Soul Society will send Rukia's brother, Byakuya Kuchiki, and her childhood friend, Renji Abarai, to come and get here soon." said Kisuke.
"She'll most likely get executed for sharing her Shinigami abilities with Ichigo. Then Aizen's plans will most likely start." said Yoruichi. I nodded and drank some of my tea before looking at Kisuke.
"Is our little toy finished or is there something I need to do?" I asked. He smiled and waved his fan in front of me.
"Why don't you go and see for yourself, Kurosaki-Kun~" he grinned. I glared at him before getting up from my seat. Kiyoshi was about to follow.
"Kiyoshi, you stay." I said before walking out of the room down to a darkish corridor.
I carried on walking until got to a certain part of the wall. I looked around before placing my hand on the wall. I muttered a few things and let my spiritual pressure to the wall. The wall opened and I walked in. The part of the wall closed and the walls which had some wood put on it. The wood then lit up making it easier to see. I rolled my eyes.
'Kido.' I thought. I walked down the corridor and the lit wood came lesser and lesser. I then walked into a dark room. The only light that shined in the room was coming from a crystal. I walked over to the crystal and grinned. Mine and Kisuke's work. The second Hogyoku or what I like to call it...
