"Last time on Total Drama Revenge of the Island," Chris recapped, "The players went on an impromptu environmental cover-up, I mean, clean-up challenge and tried not to get a toxic make-over like Dakota. Sky showed us a new vampire power of hers: glow-in-the-dark wings. Freak-Zekiel had slightly better luck with the ladies than human Zekiel. And Brick overcame his fear of the dark to help both teams. The Toxic Rats finally ended their losing streak, and the Maggots hurled off their local wizard Leonard, thanks to Scott. And Anne-Maria thought she struck it rich and decided to quit, only to realize too late that her wealth was worthless. Who will survive? Who will wish they didn't? Find out right now on Total...Drama...Revenge of the Island!"

It was early morning. Everyone was sound asleep, though they were all floating on two rafts. One had all but one the Maggots, and the other had all the Rats. An alarm clock went off, waking most of the Rats and Maggots. "Where are we?" Dave wondered.

"No!" Samey explained. "Chris must have sent us adrift once we fell asleep!"

"Yeah," Scott agreed, "Wait. I don't remember anything after dinner!"

"Dinner?" Cameron realized. "That's it!" The scene flash backed to dinner, where Chef served Cameron a plate of weird spaghetti. "What's this?" he had asked.

"Turkey Butttolini," Chef had told him. "Enjoy your nap! Uh, I mean, meal."

"Regular turkey makes you drowsy," Cameron explained to his teammates, "So mutant turkey must have knocked us out cold! Genius!"

"Then explain this," Dave told him. "Sky is a vegetarian, and Mike didn't eat anything last night except for a fish he had, so how did they get knocked out?" Sky pulled out a small dart from her arm. "Does this answer your question?" she replied, holding it out.

"Someone tranquilized Sky and Mike?" Brick wondered.

Confessional: Dave (Toxic Rats)

"And whoever did it must had used a lot of ammo. Mike might not be a jock, but he has more endurance than Lightning, Jo and Brick combined."

End Confessional

"Why did Chris send us out here?" Sky muttered. "And me without my sunscreen! I look like a tomato!"

"I got you covered," Dave told her, handing her a bottle of sunscreen. "After the whole 'theft' thing, I'd thought it would be a good idea to keep a bottle handy, in case of emergencies." Dakota tapped his shoulder. "Save some of that for me?" she asked.

Confessional: Dakota (Toxic Rats)

"This is SO not how I wanted to get back on the show! Now that my looks are on hold, I need an ally. If only Sam were here. He was so dedicated." She sighed. "Sky's the only one on my team I'd be seen with in public, post-makeover. So I guess it's time to start the 'friend-ing' process. Is that what it's called?"

End Confessional

"Um, guys?" Brick pointed out, "We are short a teammate."

"Really?" Samey fibbed, pointing at a sound-asleep Mike.

"Yes, it's-" However, Cameron had pushed Brick into the water before he could finish. "Thanks," Samey replied.

"No problem," Cameron answered.

Confessional: Cameron (Mutant Maggots)

"I know Amy is actually Samey. The real Amy would never thank someone. But if I say anything Samey might get disqualified! I don't want my first buddy to leave like that! So, I'll keep quiet about it. Speaking of which, I understood why she didn't want Brick saying that someone was missing. If Mike found out...oh, I don't want to imagine it."

End Confessional

"Morning, campers!" Chris shouted as he and Chef rode up to them in speedboats. "How'd you like your turkey buttolini?"

"Hey, Chris," Dakota began, "How many times did you call your mommy today?" As she talked, she began to grow in height, to everyone's shock. "I had no idea that Tabasco was used as a thumb-sucking deterrent until I started interning for Soupy Cup McLean."

"Uh..."

"What?" Everyone was now staring at her. "What are you all staring at?"

"Uh," Dave began, "Your hair is starting to grow back."

"Really?" Dakota gasped. She now had short, spiky, neon-green hair. "Yay! Um, when did you all get shorter?" Shawn, Jo, Lightning, Sky and Dave began to inch away from her.

Confessional: Cameron (Mutant Maggots)

"Remarkable! All the toxic waste in the mine has caused some kind of evolving mutation. Hello cover story for Bubble Theory Magazine!"

Confessional: Sky (Toxic Rats)

"I don't think it's going to get better for Dakota. On the plus side, at least I'm not the only monster here, right? But I can't help but think that's been true for a while. Hmm..."

End Confessionals

"First things first," Chris continued, "There's still that McLean Invincibility Statue to find. I'm surprised no one has found it and used it. And speaking of digging things up, today's challenge is all about winning the ultimate reward: life itself! Your first challenge is to race to the shore by any means possible. First team there gets a handy reward. Last team gets a heinous penalty before you embark on a quest for buried treasure."

"You're using us to dig up treasure now?" Dakota asked. "Weak."

"There was treasure here, but I found it years ago. How do you think I bought the island?"

"Must have been a pretty small treasure. Right, budster?" She nudged Sky, who winced at Dakota's strength.

"Hey, Dakota! Catch!" Chris tossed a small mirror to her.

"What's this? Ooh, a picture of a scary monster? Big deal."

"That's a mirror," Shawn informed her.

"AHH! I'm a monster!" Dakota crushed the mirror in her hand. "When I get my hands on you," she threatened Chris, "I'll tear you apart!"

"Game on!" Chris panicked as he backed away. Jasmine grabbed her team's sign on the back of the raft and broke it off. "We need to get moving," she decided. She passed the sign to Brick. "Get to rowing."

"Why me?" he asked.

"Sounds like you're defying a direct order," Scott sneered.

"No, sir!" Brick saluted. Jasmine gave a satisfied smile.

"Let's do what the Maggots are doing," Sky told her team. She, Lightning and Dave were trying to break the sign. "Hurry up!" Dakota shouted. She was slightly taller and she had spikes on her elbows. "I wanna get to shore so I can smash Chris!" She took the sign and threw it away. Sky gasped at this. "Dakota!" she exclaimed.

"Sorry," Dakota replied, "This whole 'mutant' thing is totally stressing me out! Hold me?" She reached out to Sky for a hug, making Sky a little nervous.

Confessional: Sky (Toxic Rats)

"It's great Dakota wants me to help her. I just hope she doesn't crush me in the process."

End Confessional

"Let's get away from that freakshow on the Rats," Jasmine ordered Brick. "Stroke! Stroke!" Brick began to paddle the raft forward.

"Thanks to Miss Mutant," Shawn complained, "we're toast!"

"Dakota didn't mean to strand us here," Sky argued as she was being held by Dakota. "There, there," Sky comforted her.

"You're a good friend," Dakota replied to her, "Even if your hair is all wrong."

"And this is coming from you?" Dave muttered.

"Looks like we're pushing this raft," Jo told her team.

"But doesn't that crazy shark swim around here?" Shawn spoke up. Jo just pushed him into the water. "HEY!" he shouted. Jo, Lightning and Dave dived in after him. "I don't like swimming in this water, either," Dave told him, "but Jo is right. Come on."

"Fine, but you ladies will have to help, too!"

"I can't swim!" Sky told Shawn. "And Dakota needs a little more time. Here, blow." She held up a hankie for Dakota to blow her nose in. She did, covering Sky with snot. "Yuck!" she moaned.

"Double time it!" Jasmine ordered her team. She and Brick were pushing the raft while Samey paddled with the sign. Scott and Cameron were paddling with their hands while Mike was still sound asleep. "They're gaining!"

"We know!" Samey snapped at her, "We're not-" She stopped when the raft bumped into a large object. She shrieked when she saw it was a huge, mutated squid ready to attack with its tentacles. "Aw," Chris cooed from a helicopter, "It's playing with them."

"I don't want to be a calamari's dinner!" Samey cried out. She was trying to bash the squid with the sign, but in her panic, she had shut her eyes and was bashing Brick instead. "Quit hitting me!" he begged her. She smacked him again. "Amy!" SMACK! "Stop!" SMACK! "Please!" Samey then noticed who she was hitting and stopped. "Oops," she muttered.

"Giant squid dead ahead!" Dakota warned her team.

"Quiet!" Dave told everyone. "We might be able to sneak by it!" Fang then appeared behind Shawn and snorted.

Confessional: Shawn (Toxic Rats)

"Yeah, I might have taken Scott's shark tooth without him knowing. And it looks like Fang found that out, too."

End Confessional

Shawn began to scream, to his team's annoyance. Fang leapt up to the raft, to Sky and Shawn's worry. "Go away, you big BULLY!" Dakota told the shark as she nailed him in the nose and sent him flying right in the squid's eye.

"Thanks, Dakota!" Sky told her. "You saved us!"

"I guess I did!" she replied. "You're welcome, friend that owes Dakota big time!"

"Real sweet," Jo mocked, "Now what do we do about that?" She pointed to the squid, which began to moan in anger. "I have an idea," Dave said. "Everyone get to the end of the raft." Everyone but him was at one end of the raft. "Hey, Jellybrain!" Dave taunted to the squid, "You couldn't hit me if you tried!" It raised its tentacle, which now had spikes on it. "What are you doing?" Sky worryingly asked.

"Are you trying to kill us?!" Jo shouted. The screen paused a moment. "Will Dave's brain outsmart the squid's brawn?" Chris narrated as he wore a squid hat. "And what's up with Dakota? Find out after the break."

(cue commercial)

The squid smashed at the raft, but at the last minute, Dave had moved with the others, and they were all flung to the shore. "We beat those Maggots!" Jo cheered. "That crazy plan worked!"

"Hooray," Dave moaned.

"Where's Chris?!" Dakota angrily asked. She now had yellow eyes and razor-sharp teeth. Chris's helicopter came over the team. "Get down here, you!" Dakota shouted. She jumped up to grab the helicopter, barely missing it, before slamming back to the ground. "Calm down, Dakota," Sky told her. "No need to be aggressive. Besides, we won!"

"And because you won," Chris shouted to them, "you get these!" He tossed down a map and compass. "A map and compass," Dave said as he held the items, "Nice!"

"And look what just washed up." Jasmine and Scott had dragged themselves to shore while Samey, Cameron and a sound-asleep Mike were pushed ashore by Brick. "Thanks," Cameron told him.

"Now," Chris continued, "The second part of today's challenge started off as a practical joke involving Total Drama Classic Competitor Gwen. But it's turned into more of a rescue mission." He pressed a button, and a TV that Topher was standing next to turned on, showing Gwen in a wooden box. "What the-?" she wondered as she lifted her head. "Oh, no! I'm buried alive?! AGAIN?! CHRIS!" She banged on the box to try to get herself out.

"Burying someone alive is seriously dangerous!" Sky scolded to Chris, "Even by your standards."

"That's why Chris thought of using the buddy system," Topher told them.

"Quit stealing my lines, intern!" Chris scolded. "And instead of letting last year's losers have all the fun, we got some of this year's duds." He pressed a button, which zoomed out the screen on the TV to show that Sam and Zoey were in the box with Gwen.

"ZO-" Brick began but Samey covered his mouth. "Shh..." she warned him before pointing to Mike, still sound asleep.

"Sam!" Dakota exclaimed with joy. "Sam is back! Does he still have crush on Dakota?"

"Guy ate a whole pot of Chef's buttolini," Chris told her, "so he didn't put up much of a fight." Dakota growled at Chris, and suddenly, she began to change. Her shoulders began to grow blades. She grew a tail. Her hair began to grow taller. Her skin turned orange as she grew in height. Her team could only watch in horror as she mutated. "SAM!" Dakota roared as her mutation was complete.

"We're gonna need some elephant tranquilizers," Chris muttered to Chef. "Rats, you've got your compass and the map to the general vicinity of where the others are buried. Now go!" The Rats ran ahead. Before the Maggots could follow them, Chris had landed the helicopter in front of them. "Not so fast," he told them, "To the losers go the penalty belts. Chef, lock them in." Chef walked out and placed a metal belt around each person, binding their arms. "These must weigh a hundred pounds!" Scott commented.

"120, to be precise."

"Chris," Samey spoke up, "I don't think Cam here can hold that up." Cameron was struggling to stand after the belt was placed on him. Chris gave an evil smile. A second later, Cameron was secured on Samey's back, their hands secured by the metal belt. "Not what I had in mind," she muttered. Chef then placed a metal detector on Brick's back. "A metal detector?" Jasmine wondered. "How is that going to help us find a wooden chest?"

"It's not," Chris replied.

"Aw, man," Scott moaned. "We'll never rescue the others! Especially Zoey!"

"No!" Cameron and Samey warned but it was too late. Hearing her name, Mike woke up in a flash. "I'm up! I'm up!" he yelled out before stumbling over.

Confessional: Scott (Mutant Maggots)

"The next person I'm planning to boot is Mike. Guy's got more allies than anyone else on the team. Not to mention he's a physical threat. With him gone, I'll be able to control this team and pick 'em off one by one." He gave out an evil laugh.

End Confessional

However, unknown to Scott, Dave had recorded his rant outside the outhouse. He left before Scott noticed him.

Confessional: Dave (Toxic Rats)

"I had first thought that the whole 'Scott's a villain' thing was a trick Mike was pulling. He did trick the Rats before in that night challenge. But hearing Scott made me change my mind. Good thing I had the sense of mind to record that little rant for insurance. If the Maggots lose again, I'll just play this in front of his team and BOOM! No more Scott!"

End Confessional

"What's going on?" Mike asked his team. He noticed that Zoey was absent. "Where's Zoey?!" Chef quickly placed a metal belt on him. "What the-? What's going on?!"

"Well," Scott told him, "if you must know, Zoey's-"

"Up ahead." Samey said, cutting Scott off. "It, um, part of the challenge. We have to find Zoey before the Rats find Sam. Can you-?"

"I'd do anything to see Zoey again," Mike declared. He ran off, knocking over Samey and Cameron in the process. "Zoey!" he yelled out.

"I'd give him an hour before Mike figures out that you'd lied to him," Cameron told Samey.

Confessional: Samey (Mutant Maggots)

"Technically, I didn't lie. Zoey IS up ahead. I just left out the 'buried alive' bit. Once Mike hears that, who knows what he'll do!"

End Confessional

The Rats soon reached a swamp. "What a dump!" Dave complained.

"There's a path around the swamp," Jo figured, "but it'll take too long!"

"The Maggots don't know that," Shawn told her. As Jo, Lightning and a cautious Dave went ahead, Shawn drew an arrow into the swamp.

Confessional: Shawn (Toxic Rats)

"I can't have two monsters on my team! I need to make sure my team loses so those freakshows will be hurled off. I am the only one winning this show, and anyone that tries to stop me will be crushed! Uh, except Jasmine..., but only because she would crush me first!"

End Confessional

"Come on, Buh-fuh-fuh," Dakota said to Sky as she carried her.

"Buh-fuh-fuh?" Sky asked, confused.

"Short for BFF." Dave noticed Sky and came up with something. "Oh, my," he feigned, "Sam must be suffocating by now!" Dakota heard this and gasped. "Sam!" she shouted, dropping Sky into the water. "I save you!" Dakota dived into the swamp while Dave ran over to Sky, who was panicking. "Water!" she gurgled. "No!"

"Sky!" Dave told her. "It's only knee-deep. And Sky?"

"What?!"

"You have wings, remember? You can just hover over the water." Sky stopped panicking and looked embarrassed. "Duh!" she realized, smacking her forehead. She used her wings to hover over the water. "C'mon," Dave told her, "We don't want to lose our lead."

"Let's go, Dave the Brave." Sky giggled as she flew ahead, with Dave running after her. Shawn just stuck his tongue out in disgust as he followed them.

Confessional: Dave (Toxic Rats)

"She called me brave! This could be a sign that she loves me! Point for me! Whoo!"

Confessional: Sky (Toxic Rats)

"Okay, I kinda flirted with Dave a little, and my tummy fills with butterflies when I'm around him, but that doesn't mean I have a crush on him. I can't. I'm not looking for romance. He gets it...right?"

End Confessionals

The Maggots had arrived at the swamp. "That is just- blech!" Samey complained.

"Smells like home," Scott sighed.

"Look!" Cameron pointed out. "An arrow leading into the swamp! It must be the right way!"

"No way! It must be the Rats throwing us off."

"Do you have a better idea?" Brick asked him. Scott could only stay silent. "Okay. We head into the swamp." Everyone began to walk into the swamp, but Samey noticed a strange marking on a tree. "Uh, hello?" Cameron spoke up. "I kinda need you to be my legs. We're locked together, remember?"

"Huh?" Samey spoke up. "Right. Let's go." She ran to catch up with the others, but not before taking a glance at the marking on the tree.

Confessional: Samey (Mutant Maggots)

"I don't want to panic anyone on my team, but I am ninety-seven percent sure that was claw marks on that tree. And the only animal on this island that has claws that size is..." She gasped. "But he was still in the mine! Did he escape when no one was looking? Maybe I should tell Zoey. She's the only one left on the island that cares for him. I just hope I don't get her hopes up too much. It could just be a coincidence."

End Confessional

Sky and Dave were moving forward. "You really thought I was brave?" Dave asked, blushing.

"You're brave enough to walk through this dump," Sky told him.

"Now I know that I'm getting an extra long bath." As Dave walked, he accidentally walked onto an alligator's back. "Gator!" Sky warned. The gator lifted its head and roared. It had spikes on its head and tentacles for front feet. Dave and Sky ran for the safety of a nearby tree when the gator closed in. It launched itself at the duo but Dakota leapt in and punched the mutant gator down. "Dakota!" Sky called out.

"Buh-fuh-fuh forever!" she replied. The gator chomped on Dakota's tail and tried to drag her away. "I'm gonna turn you into purse!" She tackled the gator.

"Should we help?" Sky wondered.

"No," Dave replied as he climbed down, "We'd just be in the way." He pointed to Dakota beating the alligator with its own tentacles. "Why you hit yourself? Why you hit yourself?" she taunted.

"Okay," Sky replied. She landed on solid ground right on a bulging plant, covering Dave in red gunk. "Ah!" he screamed out.

"Sorry!" Sky apologized. Jo, Lightning and Shawn soon joined them. "About time."

"We would've gotten here sooner if someone didn't slow us down!" Jo scolded, glaring at Shawn.

"Better than getting mauled," Shawn countered. He noticed the red gunk on Dave. "Ha! You look like that Maggot-" A blue blur tackled Dave to the ground. "Dave!" Sky called out with worry. The Rats saw where Dave went to and saw him being held tight by Mike. Mike's clothes were more ragged, his eyes were bloodshot, and the metal belt around him was now broken, the pieces still hanging on his wrists. "Glad to see you're safe, Zoey," he told Dave, unaware he's not Zoey.

"Mike!" Sky told him. "Let go of Dave!" Mike took a closer look at Dave, who only gave a sheepish smile. "That's not funny!" Mike scolded as he tossed Dave, making him crash into Lightning.

"Man, what a nutcase," Jo commented.

"If caring for my teammates is wrong, I don't wanna be right! Ah, I can imagine running into Zoey's warm embrace once I find her."

"Yeah, after you remove the seven feet of dirt around her," Shawn shot back.

"What?" Mike asked, confused.

"Ha! He doesn't know! Maniac doesn't know that Red Head, Game Junkie and Gothball are buried on the island! Crazy, huh?"

"Um," Sky motioned to Shawn. He turned to see that Mike had gone stiff and silent, with his eye twitching with worry. "This won't end well, will it?" Dave muttered.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Maggots had seen Dakota wrestling the mutant gator. "Looks like Mutant Dakota is handling herself well," Brick commented to his team. "Not that I couldn't do the same, if the need should arise."

"Really?" Scott sneered. Samey and Jasmine ran off. "Here's your chance." Scott walked off, to Brick's confusion. He turned to see two mutant gators behind him. "Uh, friends?" Brick meekly told them. The gators tackled him into the water.

"Poor Brick," Cameron muttered.

"Just keep moving," Jasmine ordered as she and Scott marched on. Samey reluctantly followed. "Do you think Mike's still in the dark about Zoey?" Cameron asked. A loud scream cut them short. "Move!" Jasmine told them as she and Scott made a beeline out of the swamp. "I think that's a no," Samey told Cameron.

Mike was now on top of Shawn, clutching Shawn's neck with one hand and holding Shawn's arm with the other. "Can't...breathe," he choked out.

"Tell me where Zoey is!" Mike shouted. "NOW!"

"No way are we spilling any advantage we have," Jo told him.

"Just tell him already!" Shawn begged as Mike tighten his grip, making Shawn's face turn blue.

"If I remember right," Dave recalled, "Chris said the goal was north, and north is that way." Mike loosened his grip on Shawn before shoving him aside. "I have to find her!" Mike exclaimed. "Who would do such a thing?!"

"Chris. Who else?"

"Grr...After I help Zoey, I'll hunt down that madman and rip out his sorry excuse for a heart!" He dashed off to find Zoey. Sky watched with concern.

Confessional: Sky (Toxic Rats)

"Mike must have some level of enhanced strength to break that metal chain on him. I don't think Jo or Lightning could do that, and they're the strongest people here! It's a little suspicious, if you ask me."

End Confessional

The Rats, minus Dakota, had reached the north side of the island. "Where do we dig?" Dave asked.

"I think I hear them here!" Shawn motioned. Jo came to join in digging. "Really?" she asked.

"Would I lie?" He then leaned in to her. "If we lose," Shawn whispered, "can I trust you to vote off Dakota? She's a menace!"

"Yeah," Jo agreed. As Lightning dug, he was hit with a clump of dirt. "Hey!" he lashed out. He turned to see Mike digging feverishly. "Zoey?!" he yelled. "Can you here me? Zoey!"

"That guy is dynamite!" Dave commented, "And not in a good way."

The Maggots had reached where the Rats are. "Great," Scott moaned, "Now we're bound to lose!"

"Where's Brick?" Cameron asked. Brick, now scratched and bruised, ran up to them. "Don't worry," he assured, "Those gators gave up after I'd lost most of my blood."

"Are you okay?" Samey asked him.

"I've had worse. For...the...team!" He then passed out, and the metal detector went off by a nearby stone. Jasmine pushed it aside to reveal a set of keys. "Two keys?" she wondered. "The small one must be for these belts!" After everyone had gotten the belts off, they looked at the other key. "It's old..." Cameron thought, "like treasure-chest old!" He heard a banging from under his feet. "Get me out of here!" Gwen shouted. "This guy won't stop farting and I can't breathe!"

"Winner's circle," Jasmine said, "here I come!"

"Let's hurry!" Samey told her team as she grabbed the metal detector and used it as a shovel. Soon, she hit a wooden box. "Got it!"

"The Mutant Maggots win!" Chris announced from his chopper. "Thought you heard them here, huh?" Dave asked, glaring at Shawn.

"SAM!" Dakota screamed. She pushed Samey out of the way and broke the box, tossing Gwen and Zoey out. She held Sam in one hand. "Sam! Dakota hug!" Sam stirred awake and saw her. "Dakota?" he asked.

Confessional: Sam

"Whoa. The girl of my dreams just got a thousand times more awesome!"

End Confessional

Zoey was stumbling over to her team. "Hey!" Samey exclaimed as she hugged her. "Are you okay?" Zoey nodded her head. "Good. And I know someone else that'll be happy to see you. Where is he?"

"Over there," Dave said as he pointed to a deep hole.

"Mike?" Zoey shouted. Mike popped his head out of the hole and gasped. "Get down!" Dave warned Sky. The two ducked down as Mike went to Zoey. "Is that you?" Mike asked her. "Are you okay?"

"I'm good," Zoey told him. "I can see you were worried about me."

"Boring!" Topher mocked as he walked to the teams. "Is that all? Hardly a good episode, if you ask me. Right, Chris?"

"I almost forgot to give the Maggots their reward," Chris decided, annoyed at Topher.

"What reward?" Scott asked.

"Topher! For the rest of the competition. Or, until he's eliminated."

"What?! You can't do that, Chris!" Topher complained. "After everything I've done for you?! I was the one that created drama for the Maggots by telling them Mike sent that note about Ella! I was the one that suggested that Dakota walked through that mine! And it was my idea that Zoey and Sam should be buried with Gwen! Me! Me! All me!" Sky and Dave turned to Mike, who began to storm over to Topher. He grabbed him and dragged him away. "Looks like you need another trip to Orion's Belt," Mike scolded. Zoey followed him, a little confused. Over by the Hurl of Shame, Topher was once again seated to be hurled. "You can't do this, Mike!" he shouted.

"You buried three people ALIVE!" Mike spat back.

"Isn't this a little excessive?" Zoey wondered.

"Excessive would be tying lead blocks to his feet but he has a life preserver on. I'm not that cruel." The life preserver deflated on Topher. "I hate running gags," Topher muttered. Mike hurled him off once again.

Confessional: Zoey (Mutant Maggots)

"I'm a little worried about Mike. At times, he can be so vengeful. But that doesn't mean he doesn't care for the team, right? Right?"

End Confessional

That evening, Dakota was carrying Sam on her back, both of them very pulled Sky over. "We need to get rid of the biggest threat to our team," he told her, "so Dakota and I are voting Shawn. You?"

"I haven't decided yet," Sky admitted.

"Whatever you do, I know you'll make the right choice."

At the elimination ceremony, all the Rats were in the front row. "Does Sam still like Dakota?" Dakota asked Sam, who was sitting on her lap.

"I've always liked you!" Sam replied. "Man hands or no-man hands. You were cute before but now you're like the hottest warrior in Mutazoid 5! You're the Dakotazoid!" She giggled a little, then she and Sam began to make out. "Ew!" the rest of the Rats moaned.

"Aw..." Mike gushed from a hidden tree.

Confessional: Mike (Mutant Maggots)

"What? I thought it was sweet. The fact that Sam still loves Dakota even after her mutation, it's so...just, wow! Not that I would know." He gave a nervous laugh.

End Confessional

"Now, the votes are in," Chris continued, "and tonight-"

"Wait!" Dave interrupted. "What about the marshmallows for the people that are staying?"

"No can do. Someone ate all of them while she was in the infirmary." Dakota giggled. "Me had munchies," she replied.

"Anywho, it was a narrow 3-2-1 vote. But thanks to Sky, the Dakotazoid is going home! For good this time." Dakota only shrugged. Everyone looked at Sky. "Her friendship was getting hazardous to my health," she replied. "I had to vote her off."

"Who were the other votes for?" Dave asked Chris.

"Shawn, Jo and Sky voted Dakota," Chris explained, "You and Dakota voted Shawn, and Lightning voted for you!" Dave gasped before turning to Lightning, who was glaring at him.

Confessional: Lightning (Toxic Rats)

"That wimp cost Lightning the win! He's gonna pay for messing with the Lightning!"

End Confessional

Dakota and Sam were still making out in the Hurl of Shame. "Ready to fly, Dakota?" Chris asked. "Hello?" He motioned to Chef, and he hurled the lovebirds off. "Nice!" Chris commented. "Two for the price of one! What will happen next? And how will Topher do now that's he's back on the Maggots?" Topher then dragged himself back on the dock. "I...hate...Mike," he seethed before passing out from exhaustion.

"Find out next time on Total...Drama...Revenge of the Island!"

Eliminated: Dakota again (3-2-1)

Over 50,000 words now! Still can't believe it!

Anyway, to the story. The elimination you probably saw coming but the next one will be a nail-biter.

I also gave a little reasoning to why Shawn does what he does. He's ambitious like Heather, willing to make alliances to further him in the game. But he's also that 'evil just because' like Scott is. That mix can be very disastrous for both teams, seeing he was messing with Scott's scheme just to get rid of Dakota.

I also gave this chapter more focus on Sky and Dave's interactions. Trust me when I say that their plot won't end the same way in canon. Also, Dave now has leverage on Scott. When will he use it? This will be answered in the next chapter, which will be a Pahkitew Island challenge with my twist on it.

That should be it, I think. Don't forget to leave a review. This is Dunsparce519 saying enjoy and have a good day.
