XICR Dorm, morning

Gregory woke up with a smile on his face. Something one would only be able to see on a very special day for him.

Halloween. A.K.A., his birthday.

Quickly getting dressed in his uniform, he ran to the Team RWBY Dorm to wake up his sister.

Meanwhile, his brother woke up with a splitting headache. He felt like he had a nightmare, but he couldn't remember what happened in it. After getting up, he put on his jacket and school uniform. Although, it felt...weird. 'What?' he thought as he turned his pockets inside-out to find a Traptanium chisel. 'How did this get in my jacket?' he asked himself as he discarded the tool. Turning around, he saw his partner awaken. "Good morning, Connor. Do you mind helping me with something at breakfast?"

"Sure. What do you need?" the Schnee asked.

"I don't even know." Dominic said as he left the room, thinking about what happened the night before.

As he left, Connor was left with more questions than answers. 'What the Underwhere was that about?' Connor thought as he got up from bed and used his Dark Magic to bring forth his uniform and Scroll.

Cafeteria, day

"So, what's with you?" Ivy asked her leader, who was staring into empty space. After a few seconds of waiting for an answer, she hit him in the head with her hand.

"Huh, what?" he asked once the pain set in. "What was that for!?"

"You didn't answer my question. What's going on with you?" the Maiden asked, making Dominic struggle for an answer.

"I'm hoping Connor can help." he said as the Schnee came to the table. "Speak of the devil. Where's Gregory?"

"With Ruby, celebrating via cookies." Connor explained, pointing his thumb at the kitchen, where Gregory froze the entire staff solid so he and his twin could access the oven. "So, what did you need my help with?"

"Last night, I had a weird dream. I don't remember the gist of it, but I think it was important." Dominic explained, still unable to recall exactly what happened. "I was hoping you could use your Magic to help me get that memory back."

"Wait, you can do that!?" Ivy exclaimed, somehow not attracting the attention of people nearby.

"Of course. Out of the four of us, my Magic is the most diverse. Especially when my Semblance is taken into account." Connor said, bragging. "If I do this, you may not like what I show you." he warned Dominic.

"Nothing is worse than ignorance." he said, ready.

"I thought you'd say that. Walk with me." Connor said, walking away.

"But what about breakfast?" the blonde pleaded before walking away with his partner. 'He's right. I don't like this.'

During this entire ordeal, one particular member of the kitchen staff (still frozen) was in a bit of a poor mood. He wore jeans and a plaid shirt under a brown jacket. His hair and mustache were a pale gray, and he had a prosthetic hook as a replacement for his left hand. For some reason, his right eye was perpetually closed. As for when Ozpin hired him, nobody knows.

Ozpin's Office, day

'Why didn't I get Glynda to do this?' Ozpin thought as he went over the IDs of the exchange students for the Vytal Festival. 'Emerald Sustrai, Mercury Black, Cinder Fall. Those three sound legit.' As he went over the new transfers, the elevator to his office chimed. Looking up from his papers, he saw a familiar face: Blake Belladonna. "Ms. Belladonna. What brings you here?"

"Well, I need some help. I seem to have gotten into a little tiff with my fellow teammates. You wouldn't happen to have anything to help with that, would you?" Blake asked with her golden eyes.

"Sure I do. But why aren't you going to another teacher for this?" Ozpin asked before being stabbed in the back by one of Blake's Shadow Clones.

"I would. But they don't have what I desire." Blake said, walking to the headmaster's desk and stealing his cane. "Arrivederci, Ozma." the faunus said before leaving through the elevator.

XICR Dorm, afternoon

"So, what is all this shit for?" Ivy asked, pointing to several Jack-O-Lanterns and candles decorated around the room.

"Well, it IS Halloween." Dominic tried to explain. "So, are we ready?"

"Yep, just needed this baby." Connor said, summoning his staff. "Bing bing bear, ting ting tear, let this boy's memories reappear!"

"Seriously?" Ivy deadpanned.

"I didn't make the incantation, I just recited it." Connor defended as green light enveloped Dominic. "Well, do you remember anything?"

After regaining his balance from having magic blasted into his cranium, the pyromancer came to a terrifying realization. "Sheep." he said as he remembered his dream before running out of the room as fast as he could, leaving streaks of fire on the ground.

As soon as he found an exit, he left the building and saw Blake holding The Long Memory. "Hello there. Miss me?"

"Who are you and how did you get in my head?" Dominic asked, summoning his blade.

"Oh, I'm hurt. You really don't remember me? Maybe this face will jog that dusty memory of yours." Blake said as her body was surrounded in a red-black liquid, changing her appearance drastically. She was now a orange haired man wearing a black tuxedo with a red necktie. "Any guesses?" he asked with a grin.

"You." Dominic said, filled with animosity. "How are you here? You aren't real." he asked.

"Oh, how cute. You seem to forget what exactly this is." Cletus said, gesturing to his surroundings. "I am as real as everything around us."

"What do you mean by that?"

"Cut the shit and stop pretending!" Cletus yelled, transforming into Carnage and shooting Blood Blades at Dominic. Reacting as fast as he could, he shot flames from his hands to melt the blades. However, two managed to hit him in the chest. "You seriously expect me to believe that you think this is reality?! This world, this universe, is nothing more than a fantasy!"

Before he could do anything else, Carnage was shot with a stream of black lightning. "Leave this place!" Connor said as he floated down from the building.

"Oh, I will." Carnage said, morphing into a humanoid jackal wearing a metal mask. "Once that fool of a king sees this world for what it truly is. FICTION!" At that, Infinite raised his arm, causing reality to bend and break to his will.

The changes in gravity sent Dominic and Connor flying into a stone wall, fracturing some of Connor's bones. "AGH!" he yelled in pain, angering Dominic.

"You son of a bi-" the pyromancer was cut off when Infinite grabbed his neck, chocking him.

"You were saying?" Infinite said with a grin under his mask. He then threw Dominic into the air before shooting him with a blast from the Phantom Ruby. Then, as a final attack, he pointed The Long Memory at the blonde and prepared to fire a blast of temporal magic from it. However, that idea was soon flushed down the proverbial drain once it vanished in a puff of black smoke. "What!?" Infinite exclaimed as he turned to Connor, who held The Long Memory in his hands.

"I don't understand what you planned to do with this, but I can certainly say it will never come to fruition." the Schnee said as he used Dark Magic to repair his wounds. He then used his Semblance to spawn dozens of Glyphs in the air behind him. Unlike his sisters' Glyphs, his were an eerie green. From them, beams of green energy shot directly at Infinite, sending him flying.

"Sweet Jesus, what in the hell was that!?" he yelled as he morphed into a pink haired woman with small bony horns coming out of her head. "Prepare for your end!" she yelled as she launched her Vectors.

Connor's magic was based in the Dark Element, giving him more raw magical strength than any other being on the planet. Even Salem. And yet, this new entity was giving him a run for his money. 'Looks like it's time to stop holding back.' he thought as night fell on Vale. With glowing green eyes, he summoned his staff and stabbed the ground with it, causing black energy to run through the pavement.

The ground cracked and opened up, allowing something to escape. From the depths of the Underwhere came beasts not completely unlike the Grimm, but had a few similarities. For one, they were humanoid and wore human clothing. Their skin was a pale green and their eyes were black with white irises. As they walked toward Lucy, some moved with a slight limp. If one were to describe these creatures in one word, it'd be Zombie.

"This is nothing to me!" Lucy yelled as she vibrated her Vectors enough to turn them into invisible blades and bisected the entire Zombie Horde. However, one with a balloon wrapped around it's waist managed to bite down on her arm after flying above her attack. "GAH!" she yelled in pain as the Balloon Zombie exploded in blood and viscera. As she prepared to mutilate Connor, she was shot with a blast of fire. "Oh, you've gotta be kidding." she blanched as Dominic's red Aura shone through the night.

"You shoot me again, and imma lose it." he said as stone needles appeared behind him. With a wave of his hand, they shot toward Lucy like harpoons. Unfortunately for the blonde, her Vectors made short work of them. "Idiot." Dominic said as he used the dust left behind from his attack to puncture Lucy's body from all sides, forcing her to morph into a more durable form. This one was a pale man with glasses and a red trenchcoat.

"This will be a satisfying kill." he said as he used a handgun to shoot Dominic. Of course, killing an Elemental is not such an easy feat. After the bullet went through his chest, his body instantly began repairing itself. Tar covered the wound and created new skin, muscle, and organ tissue. Then, he summoned his weapon and rushed at the vampire. With a barrage of attacks, Alucard's body was torn into pieces.

The vampire laughed as blood washed over him and healed him. Retaliating, he shot volleys of bullets using two guns. One black, one white. With the amount of attacks coming his way, Dominic was hit 17 times in the chest, arm, and skull. But even still, the Huntsman-in-Training threw dozens of fireballs that all hit their target. Heat-Seekers if you will. "As usual, I win." he said as Alucard burned alive(?).

"WATCH OUT!" Connor yelled from where he was standing. Looking behind himself, Dominic saw Alucard summon a giant dog head that seemed to be made of shadows and red eyes. The canine head managed to grasp Dominic with it's maw, causing magma to spill onto the ground from his wounds. Just before it could bite down on his face, he used Time Break to free himself from it, healing in the process.

"Note to self: Be friendlier to Zwei." he said to himself as he summoned his own canine weapon. Gaster Blasters made entirely of volcanic rock. "Atonement Blast." he said as four Blasters unleashed their beams on Alucard, brutally injuring him. When time resumed, the vampire was in extreme pain. "Connor, keep him restrained." he told his partner, who used a Glyph to hold Alucard in place. "Now, I'm only going to ask you once. Why did you come here?"

"It doesn't matter if I tell you. You're so engrossed in this story that you believe it to be reality. Even when I told you this, your mind refused to accept it." Alucard said, morphing into Ruby. "Now if you excuse me, it's time I took my leave." she said as her eyes glowed. Understanding what she was planning, Connor dispelled his Glyph and made a ball of darkness that protected him and Dominic from the blast.

Once the attack was over and Connor brought down the shields, Ruby was gone. "What was that thing?" Dominic asked.

"I have no clue. It's not like any monster I've ever seen in my life." Connor said, still searching his mind for anything that even remotely resembled what they just fought.

"One thing we do know, it wanted Ozpin's cane." Dominic said, grabbing the walking stick. "I'll put this back in his office, you take care of his mind." he said as he vanished in red light.

"Why am I always the one to do this?" the Schnee asked himself as he too vanished in a puff of black smoke.

Ozpin's Office, night

Ozpin currently had his head on his desk, trying not to panic. Someone just impersonated one of his students, used her Semblance to attack him, stole his cane, AND used his real name.

"Hello, Headmaster." he heard. Looking up from his desk, he saw another one of his students. Connor Schnee. "I see you are in a bit of distress. Would you allow me to ease you of that?" he offered.

Wary of the Schnee's intentions after what had just occurred earlier today, Ozpin activated his Aura. Then, his mind went blank. He was only able to make out a single sentence.

"Oosy moosy moosy, goose goose goose. This man's memories will now vamoose!"
